Braum's in Pampa is a true local staple that you just can't pass up. We stopped by for a treat, and I was once again reminded why this place is a community favorite. The staff was incredibly friendly and impressively fast, even though the dining area was quite busy. The atmosphere has that warm, nostalgic American diner feel—everything is clean, bright, and well-maintained. Its location on Hobart Street is super convenient with plenty of easy parking. But the real star of the show is the dairy quality; the ice cream is absolutely divine and tastes incredibly fresh. I also love the "Fresh Market" grocery section inside, where you can grab high-quality milk and baked goods to go. It’s truly unbeatable value for the money

I go to Braum’s primarily for the soft frozen yogurt. This time we had hamburgers for lunch. I had the jalapeño cheese burger. It was good, but the meat was a little bit over done. I’m not a fan of their frozen crinkle cut fries either. The ice cream is hard to beat though.

So I like the food and the ice cream and usually have very good interactions. And after a poor interaction corporate reached out and made things right. But people should know how to ring up split card transactions. The years I have worked in retail, hotels, and other types of cashiering, I have always had a way to register split payments. Old registers from the early 90's to modernized devices.

Good food, Ice cream is always fabulous!☺️ But the place looks like a bomb went off!! It is a sure sign of a busy Saturday, with out adequate staffing? Actually felt sorry for the people trying to keep up.

Always messes up my order someone how. Usually forgetting sauce and other time forgetting whole meals

Shake was great. burger was hardly edible le the after taste was not desirable. Fries were a good temperature.

Staff was friendly and the service was good. That’s about it. I remember braums being better than this. Burger was half fallen apart in the bag and not particularly good. The frozen yoghurt seemed off. Spent the evening with stomach cramps in bed. I get its fast food but this just ain’t right. Mac Donald’s doesn’t even get me this sick.

Call in order from in store because none where taking orders. Store is dirty, hot, employees seem heat stressed disorganized. Answer on phone stated no orders under 50$ I insisted persistence but sad how the chain has gone down hill since 2016! I travel i40. Truck driving. Not happy. Expect more.

We drive quite a bit out of our way to visit this location, only to find out was closed for remodeling. I'm quite disappointed that the management at this location didn't update that information on Google Maps.

We ate there today. I ordered a grilled chicken salad. It was clear it had been sitting in the refrigerator for a while, the vegetables were turning brown and it was so dry and awful. I ate maybe 1/4 of it. The flies in here are so thick, gross!!! I am now home and sick to my stomach.

I'm diabetic and asked for sugar free ice cream. What I was given was not sugar free, I felt so bad from eating the ice cream because my blood sugar was really high. These kids working here need to understand when a customer asks for sugar free ice cream that is what they need to serve them. I doubt I'll go here ever again because of this.

After waiting for 45min I went to the counter to check on my order. Only to hear "you haven't got your order yet?" It was 10min until closing. No one had even started out order yet. The lady was nice and refunded the order. Shout out to her.

Tried to order a burger and was told they would not sell it to me without a combo? Since when are sugar and potatoes fried in seed oil a requirement to purchase a burger? Done with Braums now. Last time I went inside after 5 the kitchen was so nasty I decided not to eat. Their food never has been all that great anyway. I’ll find a locally owned place to give my money to.
