I ordered online late at night as I am sure they were getting ready to close, in less than 20 minutes i had my ordered placed and delivered. Everything is fresh and hot, I couldn't be happier. The website said Mike was the one who made my ordered and delivered it, thank you Mike you rock!

My delivery driver Tiffany was super friendly and very pleasant. I wish there were more folks around like her. Oh yeah and the pizza was good too

Dang this Domino’s nailed it! Its been a while since Ive had Dominos but needed something quick and delivered and decided I’d give it a try. Wow. Loaded pizza and well made, quick and kind delivery. Ive been avoiding the big chain pizza places but Domino’s back on the list. Good job.

Not a bad place to get your grub from. They're usually good folks in there working and some times you can tell they're being worked hard bit they still manage to get the pizza's cooked and out the door with a smile.

15 minutes from order to door! The "meats" pizza was hot and delicious, the delivery person was kind. One star knocked off because the chicken wings were a little flabby.

Hard to find good pizza in Pampa so I love the fact that they have a Dominos in Pampa Tx. These guys work hard and get flooded with orders. In a small town with everybody craving pizza I can see why they get backed so quickly. Non the less the food is always hot and fresh, so its worth the wait!

Went to pick up our pizza & the guy making pizzas didn't have any gloves on nor a mask. Plus he was handling the money. Isn't there like virsus going around? That's uncalled for. To top it off, there was a booger on my pizza. DAMN GROSSED me out.

Their behavior was very unprofessional and embarrassing to witness. Due to all the fighting we had to wait well over an hour for them to have our food ready. Please do better Pampa Domino’s

He put bell peppers on it, which I was completely fine with but for whatever reason another guy that worked in there told me it was going to be another 15-20 mins because they had to remake my pizza because the bell peppers didn't go on a veggie pizza. The last time I went, i got a Hawaiian pizza and a pepperoni pizza. When I got home. My Hawaiian pizza was nothing but a cheese pizza.

Giving a 3 star the pizza is always good unless they put too much sauce but also cause I was told I was getting a refund which never happened I even called a week later and the manager never called me back. If you say your gonna refund cause you messed up just maybe you should. My husband and I are loyal customers buy pizza like 2 times a month but maybe I give another pizza place a try for now

Car side delivery is very convenient and majority of the time it doesn't even give you the option for carside when they literally advertise it on their front window. On my days off I don't like to get dressed. i lounge around and enjoy my day off. I do not want to have to get dressed just to go inside and pay for our lunch. ..I also do not want to pay 5 dollars plus a tip for delivery. Just as they have carryout and delivery available all the time...carside should also be available all the time, especially if it is being advertised. Just some constructive feedback.

I had this same pizza I ordered at another store, and it was good. They left me on hold, gave me cold pizza and knew it was going to be cold, with a sloppily made and not enough pepperoni pizza and the people look confused in there. I also got sick the next day soooo not a good experience there.

Pizza was an hour late and delivery was 45 minutes after I received a text that the driver was on his way. I called to make sure the order was not delivered to the wrong address and the assistant manager tried to hang up on me for my inquiry. She was rude and when I asked to speak to the manager she said she was the assistant manager and hung up.

I made my order 45 minutes ago n still not ready I understand theres lots of orders but I cant believe after 45 minutes the manager told me I have to wait at least another 25 minutes Definately pampa dominos Needs more efficiency in their processes

Took over an hour on delivery, called to check on my order and left me on hold for 15 minutes before i hung up…

Placed an online order. Walked in to pick it up. I was a few minutes early. While waiting I witnessed a lady reach into the shredded cheese, grab a handfull and put it in her mouth. Then a guy came and began making a pizza. , wiped his nore 4 times before the pizza made it into the oven. Popped a few extra pepperoni in him mouth too. A group of 6 employees all stood around the counter talking filthy very loudly. All while not one person had on gloves while prepping food. Totally Disgusting

We are traveling nurses here working in Pampa Tx. Since Nov we have placed several orders with Dominos and because of the neglegent customer care and customer service Dominos has repeatedly messed up more than 3 of our orders and once contacted and corrected we are constantly being spoken to rudely and very unprofessional. On several occasions the food has taken longer than expected and items missing as well. Once the manager was contacted she was told by a co-worker of mine about this and she began to become irate on the line and loud and even hung the phone up this is the WORST service I have ever had EVER and the manager JANAE at the store number (#6864) is horrible and needs some classes on manger skills and professionalism!!!! I will NOT order again for the duration of my DEPLOYMENT here!!!

Used to be one my family favorites... however, my last order i was very nervous to eat. For a small building having over 9 employees . Zero gloves? , zero mask?? Delivery guy eating with his hands on the food line??? Honestly i hate to say but looked like a bunch of slobs making orders! What has happened here? Where is managment or ownership? The only covid guide line i seen followed was the lobby was closed. Pizza went to the dogs and dont worry i dont want my $8 back.

I'm dissapointed in dominoes made an order online last night about 8ish 04/03/20 and it was paid online tracker said on his way at 8:47 here it was 9:30 and still no pizza so we get inpatient by now. call the store and the manager says its our fault we put down the wrong delivery address wow really on my phone shows to be delivered to my address i always put down when ordering well its a long story so i look at my phone i put my right address wow so go up there to prove the manager that it was not our mistake but the manager does not want to come out of the back to talk to me so there goes my rating horrible service and horrible pizza. Paid for pizza and did not even get it delivered to the house that paid for the pizza. Just wrong for trying to get away with it i guess the manager thought we werent going to find out what happened to our online order we never recieved.

The entire time I was eating three men in the back were fighting, cussing, and yelling at each other. They began harassing and cussing at the only woman that was working with them. This is unacceptable and I was too uncomfortable to enjoy my food. Hope this gets fixed.

Ordered online, after seeing it was listed as quality check for 30 minutes I tried calling just to check on the order status as it had been 1 hour, I was put on hold for 5 minutes the first time, 4 the second and 2 the third, I called back the fourth time to just see the status but this time I demanded not to be on hold, he looked for my order and told me as soon as a driver gets back it will be delivered, I asked what did it mean that it was on quality check for 40 minutes, he said on the heating rack, I then said so it's going to be cold? He said it was on the warming rack, 90 minutes it showed up and looked like it was on my counter for a hour and was cold. This place needs new management with better time management

This Dominos used to be great when the previous manager, who was a navy vet, used to be in charge. Now, it has gone completely downhill. To start, the wait times have increased substantially and the pizza just outright sucks, they are cold, using old dough, sometimes undercooked and they don’t even bother putting on the garlic butter sauce on the crust (something you’re taught on day 1). Additionally, the manager who has been there the past few months has been in a sour mood every time I’ve gone in. Overall, Dominos corporate needs to overhaul this location by properly re-training staff and hiring new management. Until then, don’t waste your time, or money.
