Spent almost $30 on 4 crunchy tacos and a medium drink. I paid almost $1 extra for steak on 1 of the tacos. They put the normal ground beef on all the tacos. No steak. Got a Strawberry Passionfruit Agua Refresca that was watered down. I can drink a watered down drink without Taco Bell. It's over $4.50 almost $5* for a medium, over $6** for a large!, plus no napkins and top it off STALE shells. It's called CRUNCHY tacos for a reason. The fresh taco shells make it or break it cause the cheese, the meat and the lettuce are consistent but the shells are hit or miss. I get fresh taco shells there about 60-70% of the time but when I'm spending almost $30!, I expect it to be fresh EVERY single time! Do better Taco Bell

These guys have screwed up my order three times in a row. I work in food service too. Filling orders isn't hard. Just read your screens! But don't bother calling them if you have a problem. Their managers don't seem to know how phones work.

Had to give 1 star because zero star wasn't an option. Rude, standing at counter looking down the prep line and it was disgusting, no hello, be right with you, nothing. Finally when noticed and approached, first words (what do you want?) Not a da-n thing I answered. Never again will I eat at this Taco He'll in Borger Tx

So came through the drive through two weeks ago and my order was 34 and some change. Handed them my card and they tried to charge it and it was only 30 and some change on my card. I was a little short. I was unaware of a charge that hit my card from a subscription. They got mad at me and then they tried to refund it. And tried to get me to pay the 30 I did have on the card before they charged it, but it didn't refund. I got charged 30 bucks, never got a refund and never got any food. :( Ok so it is now 4/25/25 and I have never heard from anyone at all. No respond from here on Google or on their website. So unprofessional. Hope it was worth it to lose a customer. I have bank statements that prove I was never refunded, and y'all just ignored me.

The store is filthy, tables were never cleaned off from previous customers. I ordered a bean burrito, The paper wrapped around it was wrinkled and loose looking which was an indicator of how the burrito was prepared. The tortilla was carelessly wrapped around this mess so badly it didn’t even resemble a burrito. Not speaking about all the employees but this one in-particular needs re-training or fired. Area manager needs a surprise inspection of the store, you’ll probably fire the entire staff. Latest review 11/9/24 ordered 3 crunchy tacos, very stale shells that were so stale they were soft & flavor was off & the tables were dirty from previous customers. Although the lady who took my order was very sweet. Too bad the dining experience wasn’t up to standards. District managers need to give the restaurant a surprise visit.

Menu items are miss priced on the board. The Taco Supreme combo and the regular Taco combo is reversed. This was not a big issue because I expected the higher price for the Supreme. The food quality was fine for Taco Bell. You don't exactly expect fine dinning when you visit. I was dismayed to learn that if you order a combo sans drink they still charge the full combo price. This Taco Bell location is the only place I have encountered this situation. My nephew, a young person on the autism spectrum, placed the order. He asked "can we get X combo without a drink. The cashier did not follow up with any questions he simply rang up the order. When I learned the total of the order I questioned the young man. I learned that the price is not adjusted. I then informed him that we wanted to cancel the order and a refund. At this time he went and got the manager on duty who proceeded to attempt to lecture me on how to order. I informed them that I don't care I just want my unfulfilled order refunded. They proceeded to attempt to lecture me on how to order the items in the combo without a drink. I then took a stern tone. I told them I don't care I just wanted my darn order refunded. They implied that I had spoken harshly to their employee and I would be banned. I replied that I have no intention nor interest in returning. In the end I was refunded and left the location without further conversation. It is my intention to call and speak to either the General Manager, Regional Manager, or the location owner.

I had to ask for my order and was given an excuse that it was on the other screen. In summary, my order wasn't placed. I was given an extra taco. If I had wanted another taco, I would have ordered more. The air conditioner was broken, also.

I stopped here after work to get a Chicken Chipotle melt. The cost is $2 w a side of sourcream for an extra $.79. I received an extremely small tortilla with barely any chicken. The guy making the food touched everything (the register, he went to the back, he grabbed the bag of cheese out of the refrigerator and then some scissors to open the bag of cheese) before making my burrito. The sour cream was half empty. Coming here was a bad idea.

If I could leave zero stars I promise I would. This place is a joke. Ordered extra nacho cheese and didn’t get it even brought it to the employees attention and she told me what I did and didn’t order. I was given burnt to a crisp fiesta potatoes. There was little to no meat on my boyfriend’s burrito when I paid for extra beef. Would not recommend going during the day shift. It’s like this everytime I go during the day.

This is no doubt the worse Taco Bell I’ve ever eaten at. That’s saying a lot, because the one in my hometown was awful. I’ve lived in the area ten years. The foods always cold, half your order will be missing, and the place is filthy. We came once in the summer there were tacos smeared all over the floor, none of the tables were cleaned, and there were flies everywhere. The staff never consists of more than what seems to be kids, and drug addicts. The worst experience by far was a few years ago. I live about 10 miles out of town. They managed to mess our order up 2 times in a row. The employee at the counter got so mad at my husband for complaining about our food that he threw a food tray at him. It slide off the edge of the counter, and slammed into the door. They are very lucky it did not hit him, or it would have been a law suit. Our last experience eating there was about 2 weeks ago. We just threw the food away it was so horrible. We have been going in the evenings. It will be the last time I ever eat at this Taco Bell. I wouldn’t feed it to my dogs....literally!
