Asked for a ton of hot honey sauce and they delivered, fries were hot and salty too :)
I was getting tired of the other burger place we usually go to, and they no longer carried the saver specials we usually ordered...so we decided to try Wendy's, its been a long time since going to one. Their menu was great, drive thru person was very friendly/curtious, and we found the best deal for our large family.
Their speaker went out and I waited for a while but didn’t get a answer no sign speaker was out either. I went inside and they took care of me on the house. The manager with the shaved head and glasses is awesome.
Great place and great food we went when it was busy but they still had our food ready in a timely manner no long wait! Props to the team the food is also always great when I go
Love that we got a Wendy's!!! its close enough to go to when I want it and not have to drive 45 minutes one way there and then back home!
I am a doordasher so great customer service is hard to find especially when you're with a delivery service and Wendy's definitely delivered this morning
The biggie bag is a great deal n I luv their spicy nuggets n ghost pepper ranch.
The fries are always hot, the drinks are on point, the burgers are all good.

Fast service good food friendly employees. However the last two times I have gone they have left out one of my burgers. They are happy to let me come back and get them but that's not the point.
WAYYY FASTER THAN Mcdon's, food just the same or better sometimes. It's a shame their equipment is broken outside, but not their fault. I'd rather eat here than wait 15+ minutes for a burger for sure
We went for the dollar menu but ty o discover Wendys dont have a dollar menu anymore. But we managed to find something for around two dollars

It's a Wendy's. You know you're not going to get the most amazing food but it was a clean facility and the staff was very friendly. Definitly exceeds expectations
This is a very clean restaurant, with friendly, efficient staff. Our hamburgers, however, were decent, but not overly great for the price...too much lettuce and not enough of the good stuff. Overall though, this is a decent Wendy's franchise.

This location the worker was very friendly . The food/ order was made correctly. It was very delicious. I tried the pretzel bun. It was good. Only a giving this location a 4* because they forgot put my medium fries in my order. But once I called & came back for fries . They did fix the issue very quickly . They were very sorry about there mistake. I appreciate the way they took care of me. When came pick up order that place through app. The worker said it was ok for me just to take it if it was order. That not a good way to handle the order. What if anyone decided to claimed the order. Need a way better check system for pick up people, So be sure to check order before you drive off.
I would like to leave a review for one of the workers there at the Wendy's in Pampa Texas her name was Stephanie she was working the window this morning at 8:00 my food wasn't quite ready so she asked me to pull up when she came out with the food she greeted me with a smile and she was super friendly I appreciate the time and the patience that people take when working she had a wonderful smile and I'll definitely go back to see her again thanks Wendy and thank you Stephanie

The food is really good but it just takes 2 burgers to fill you up because they're small. The staff is really nice and friendly.

Other than that, our orders frequently miss stuff, or have stuff we didn't order. But on a good side sometimes the fries and be really good and fresh, as well as the burgers (if late staff doesn't decide to reheat them until the patties are dryer than the texters who only reply with 'lol' )
I find it strange, idiotic, and disgusting that if I want to pay with Apple Pay in the drive through the Wendy’s employee has to grab my phone and take it into the room to use it. So this person is now touching ALL of our phones and hopefully not preparing food? Can management please teach these people how to pull the scanner off the wall and bring it to the window so that we all don’t have to keep handing them our dirty germ covered phones.
It's a fast food place that serves ice cream really the only ones who's machine isn't broken most of day... Other than that same bland burgers and fries and crazy expensive like every other fast food restaurant also to add an employee at this location stole my debit card info so do with that what you will.

The burgers were dry like they had been sitting on the grill too long not made fresh 3 strips of bacon on the baconator Really? I will say the new chicken poper sandwich was good. Oh also they left my fries sitting on the front counter while preparing the rest of my order #coldfries🤨
The fries were so salty I couldn't eat them. The burger was meh.. The lady checking us out was a bit on the creepy side. Not a good experience today..

Every time I go to the Pampa, TX location (whether it's for doordash or me personally) I have to wait for food. The times I've been inside I've stood with my teeth in my mouth for up to 10 minutes while I can see the staff standing around. In the drivethru I have had to "wait for a fresh patty" for 20 minutes only to receive a cold sandwich. I've worked fastfood and retail for years so I try my best to sympathize but this location can DEFINITELY improve.
Order is rarely correct and fries are always cold. They forgetten my drink or drinks several times in the drive thru. They just need to get a bit better and I think they might be ok.
Literally had a roach crawl on me in the lobby. It summer I’m sure it’s fine….bite into my chicken sandwich and it isn’t cooked through. At this point I am not even going to attempt to have them fix it I just won’t come here again.
The customer service is terrible every time I go as well as the food 0/10 do not go to eat here you are better off driving to Amarillo

32$ worth of food, fries were cold white not done just soaked in oil. After 10 mins of cooking in my air fryer they’re still not done, cheddar burger was so cold the cheese wasn’t even melted one bite and I have to cook that in my air fryer too, this isn’t my first issue with this Wendy’s this Wendy’s has been a constant issue anytime my kids would like to eat there. Ridiculous I order from a mobile order and pick up and yet I have to go home and cook the food more I had put all 3 orders of my fries in the air fryer! Never again this is crazy!

I've had a few disappointing visits to Wendy's in Pampa Tx. I went and sat in the drive thru for quiet a while at lunch. Quiet a few people behind me drove off because of how slow they were moving. I almost left but decided that maybe. The line would move at some point. No apologies at the window for the long wait. Nobody seemed happy at the windows. I should have checked my order. It was wrong,but I was already home and didn't feel like waiting again. I should have gone to Braums,their customer service is always good. Their drive thru moves fast and they usually get my food right. Wish we had more places to choose from to eat. But I will definitely not go back to Wendy's for a very long time.

Arrived at Wendy’s, Pampa, Texas store at 6:45am , Sunday, February 13,2022, to eat breakfast. They are scheduled to open at 6:30 am each day but when I arrived at 6:45am both north and south entrance doors were locked. I try to eat at Wendy’s from time to time to support this local business, but, ended up going next door to McDonald’s. Very disappointed since I do enjoy their food. Will not reconsider using this establishment since I have encountered this event previously.

Only got a frosty but made the mistake of going inside. At 3 pm on a Monday one other customer in the store and every table/seats needed wiped down. Wiped down our own table/chairs. The mens bathroom floor was sticky and desperately needed mopped. Visible urine to walk through if you wanted to use urinal or toilet. This location is seldom busy. If they want me back run a mop through the bathroom regularly and wipe down tables/chairs after each use. The most basics of business.

I dropped in today after ordering from the app. Simple order: salad, fries, and a drink. I pulled up, gave them the order number, and was told to pull forward. I pulled up to the second window and was hit with a barrage of questions concerning my order. It was apparent my order was lost. It's times like this when businesses should, and want to shine, but not today. The employees were agitated and I get that, but it's not my fault the app had failed. I did get my order roughly 30 mins. later. I left without checking my order and went to work. I arrived at work, opened the bag, and had no fries. 😡 The biggest complaint I have here is what I found in my cup. 🤬 There was a plastic glove in my drink. Problem was it looked like ice so I didn't notice it until I had drank half my drink. How does that even happen? This is unacceptable! I did nothing but spend money at Wendy's. I like the food and I like the employees, but if this is the thanks I get for a problem I did not create, I will spend my money elsewhere. Wendy's do better. Don't get aggravated with customers for using an app you created. Don't get aggravated when YOUR app fails to operate properly. Lastly, never be complaisant when in a hurry and aggravated. If so, this is the review you have to deal with!
