It's usually pretty good but tonight they put way to much sauce and the toppings were wrong. This is the first time this has happened it's usually great, we will still frequent this place pizza hut has the best pizza.

Last order was a disappointment. The pizza was terrible but the wings were good. I couldn't even find any sauce on the pizza. Very little toppings. The delivery driver was dressed like a homeless person, dirty and smelled bad. He was a large man and not friendly or nice. I'm all about helping people but you must have some standards.

In all honesty it taste alright but ever single time I've ordered anything with extra whether it was extra sauce or extra ham, pork, beef, or extra cheese they never put the extra and it's very aggravating if it was me in charge the cooks would have been fired already

The 2 stars is for the Delivery Driver, other wise there would be none. I ordered Pasta, on line it said it came with bread sticks...well it didn't...the box was flimsy, pasta cold...The Pizza looked good, but it had a sweet taste, weird for a Meatball...the Buffalo chicken had good flavor, but barely warm...I was very disappointed...Everything was gotten rid of, spent 25 bucks for just me, no left overs...last but not least I joined the rewards club, they asked for my b day cuz I was suppose to get something, today was my b day...got nothing but a bad dinner.

This pizza hut is honestly a coin toss. One day you will come out with the best pizza that you have ever eaten and others you will come out with overcooked, under sauced, and under cheesed sadness. I guess if you don’t ask for extra cheese that means you barely want any cheese at all and toppings were skimped as well. Probably the last time ordering from here.

We ordered Pizza today from Pizza Hut instead of domino's because we wanted to try both taco pizzas (beef and chicken) and Dominos only has the chicken one. On the order under special instructions I requested to have the thin pizza's cut into squares. I called pizza hut to ask if they'd make sure they were cut as requested because the last few times they hadn't. I was informed by the girl that answered the phone that if they were busy they could not cut it any other way but slices (it's 3:30pm on Sunday) then why is the special instruction options even there. I received my pizza's that were cut in slices not squares as requested and one of the taco pizza's didn't even have lettuce on it!! We actually had to cut up our own lettuce for it. I didn't spend $50 on Pizza for this!! We will be taking our business to Domino's after today. The driver was great though

Heading home from Walmart and I almost hit a pizza hut delivery driver who ran a yeild on Cherokee and 25th. People need to follow the road signs yeild signs have to be the same as a stop sign. Just because they are delivering food to someone does not mean they have the right to run stop sign and red light because they are delivering food to someone.

On a rare occasion we'll get pizza. Pizza hut seems pricier than the other pizza places. But we used like their pizza not anymore. We were surprised on how quick it was ready. Picked it up,came straight home to eat it. We live about a block from pizza hut. Started eating the pizza,the crust wasn't done. And the pizza wasn't even warm. We won't make the mistake again by getting pizza from Pizza Hut again.

Terrible pizza. It was undercooked. $67.70 for pizza’s and supposed to get the melts for free which they charged me for. The supreme just fell off the pizza and the crust was undercooked. The stuffed crust smelt spoiled and wasn’t cooked. The veggies on the supreme were old. The New Yorker was decent. Back to dominoes we go! I’ll save the embarrassment with photos.

Ordered a hand tossed meat lovers pizza & a special priced lg pizza w/ boneless chicken bites. 5 adults eating off 2 large pizzas The meat lovers was very doughy & the ham/ pineapple was just off. After we ate….there was still a whole pizza left combined b/n the 2.. Spending almost $50….offered a remake & then changed their mind. No refund either. Looks like we & others Should boycott Pizza Hut….not keeping good quality food standards!!! Boycott….Boycott…Boycott….

I spent over $20 for a 3 topping pan pizza. It switched from stuffed crust while ordering online which was convenient for them to use less cheese for same $. Then I got ranch instead of blue cheese dip. Really wanted a stuffed crust but now I know why I use dominos instead. 1st order in years and it’s trash. 1 pizza was $22. 🤦‍♂️👎Driver was nice tho. 👎 done with Pizza Hut.

Ordered a stuffed crust pizza with marinara sauce and a diet Pepsi. I visually saw the employee open the cooler and grab the drink, tap all over the screen and print out receipt, then put the marinara sauce containers INSIDE the pizza box and hand it out to me. It was not a problem until I went home and fed it to my family. Long story short, we all got sick and threw up the pizza. The visuals of this location is disgusting so I should’ve known something was going to happen but I am extremely disappointed. I will not be ordering from here ever again.

I can honestly say that I have had frozen pizza which was better than the one I got at Pizza Hut in Pampa, Texas. My first mistake was not looking at the pizza before leaving. Got home and opened the box and could not believe the quality. I ordered a pepperoni, which is what I got, but it was burned and the pepperoni was cooked so long that it was gray in color, dry, and crunchy. I ended up throwing the pizza into the garbage.

How pathetic do you have to be to make your delivery minimum $15? It was $10 the other day. Pampa is literally a 10 minute drive from end to end. I'll never order delivery from here ever again. You can't get anything off the Deal Menu, not even a large stuffed crust. Its $14.99. Y'all are so sad and lazy.

Before you ask me to give more info on the Pizza Hut website, I will tell you that this is all the info there is and I'm not signing up for email and phone 'savings' and 'offers' just to repeat these first two sentences. How pathetic do you have to be to make your delivery minimum $15? It was $10 the other day. Pampa is literally a 10 minute drive from end to end. I'll never order delivery from here ever again. You can't get anything off the Deal Menu, not even a large stuffed crust. Its $14.99. Y'all are so sad and lazy.
