Good food. Service was fast and polite. Place was clean, bathroom as well, you can tell a lot about a food place by the bathroom. Only wish they would drain chicken better after frying, little to greasy.

I love the original crust, but I never order it anymore. The pieces are the smallest pieces I've ever seen with the original. The customer service is always good.

One other family already eating and it is taking a long time to get our food it took about 20 mins to get it......

They forgot part of my food for the 3rd time but I didn't realize until I was long gone. But, I do love their food, when it makes it into my bag.

They don't get ur order right the first time when u walk in and order ur food. I always have to take my back and tell them I didn't order this people come on man

Went around 5:15 pm thru the drive thru. The lady that took my order was rude, go to the window to pick up and she's not friendly at all. Got home, the chicken was old and dry...really bad service !!!! You pay alot and you get get bad service and bad food!!! Just not acceptable. Won't go there anymore!

It would be nice that when you enter and go to the counter that the employees at least acknowledge that you are there and if an employee is sitting in the dining room they can at least let someone know that there are customers. If they would put their phones down and actually do some cleaning instead of leaning on the walls and acting a fool they would know what was happening around them. Also make sure that you stay open according to your hours and not tell people that your closed at 6:30 when you clearly are open till 10. Come on guys get it together!!!!

Take forever, had to wait 30 minutes in drive thru and no one was in front of me. They took my card and made me wait like 10 minutes before they handed it back and then made me wait the rest of the time for my food. Idk what is going on in there to take that long but let's just say that wasnt the only time I've waited that long. Starting to think it might not be worth it anymore.

One of them had his earphones in while making our food... he didn’t have gloves on (touching the chicken with his hands) and his earbud fell out of his ear and hit our food. Very unsanitary.

Be sure and ask for fresh chicken mine was old!!

Arguing with each other in front of the customers being on their cell phones while working absolutely zero work ethic! Customer service has gone completely down the drain! Shame on you guys KFC workers. I’m surprised you still have a job.

Waited in line for 10 minutes and was not even acknowledged by anyone. Before leaving said we would have ordered but no one greeted or looked at us. One employee said "well that is what happens when we get busy". They were not busy, two cars in the drive-up lane and and before we left two people came in behind us.

Poor service at times. No other customers and you still have to wait to place your order. If they are in a good mood no problem.

The lady that took our order wasn’t even paying attention to what we said. Get to the window her and another girl we’re just giggling and having a good old time. Got home and was missing so much from our order. Ordered a large chocolate cake got a small one person cake. Asked for Mac and cheese on both sides and got French fries. Took seven calls before even being able to get ahold of someone there. Rediculous and I’m highly upset. $20 plus of food and it’s not even correct.

Since it was Easter there wasn’t a lot of places open at 8:30 in the evening. It had been about 10 years since I walked into a KFC, but I used to like it. I got the 2-piece dark meat with one side and a biscuit. The chicken was overcooked and dried out. It appeared as though after the meat was cooked too long then it sat under a heat lamp quite a while longer. The meat was dry and approximately half the size of what it usually is after it is cooked. After 2 bites of my drumstick, I was finished. I took it right back after those two bites and the manager told me she would only give me half of what I paid for the meal since I ate half of it already. I HAD TWO BITES! Needless to say I won’t EVER be back.

Christina was very rude they charge for sauce we said thank you and she uh huh and we just got back from church felling great and Christina messed it up I’m very disappointed fast food restaurant should not act like that god forgive her.

Their employmee's have ALWAYS ALWAYS sucked regardless the owner, When I say worlds worst I'm not exaggerating, matter of opinion right? Ha. I've yet to have someone take my order with common sense. That's embarrassing!

Service is consistently terrible. If you can understand the employees, they can't understand you. Expect to wait 20-30 minutes, even if you are the only customer there. Then, check your order.... because they got it wrong. Guaranteed. I hope you don't like sauce for your chicken tenders, because if they give you any, it will also be wrong. It's been this way for years, at this location.

Literally found hair on my chicken and I'm not from there was traveling threw and they forgot my mashed potatoes and gravy when I pulled up the "manager" was outside smoking and was acting in a rush while handling me I had a very simple order and next time I will make sure to go to chicken express right across the street

Well, the 10 pc chicken [thighs and legs] bucket i got took about nearly 25 minutes, nearly wasted our gas. The cashier was a teen and was pretty rude, and when we got home, i only got 3 pieces of legs and 5 pieces of Thighs, that makes..8 chickens! Will be going to Chicken E from now on.

The soda was awful. The Men bathroom was out of order, the Women bathroom was for both Men and Women but my problem was that the bathroom was so disgusting and their was no soap. I would prefer go to there competition, or even eat in my Liberal Ks. 😬😬

We bought on Friday August 18th. Was not happy at all. Nearly supper and they didn't have any crispy legs and thighs made up. Couldn't buy a bucket of just legs and thighs with the biscuits. Instead I paid $2 each for 6 legs and 6 thighs and they looked like babys instead of full size chickens. $24 for babies. Next time I will go to United for my chicken.

This place is horrible!!! I sat in line for 45 min with just 2 cars waiting and Noone in dining area!!!! Employees where playing around was told I had to wait for wedges that apparently take 20 min to cook. They had plenty of time to drop them between the time I ordered to the time I finally got to the window.

We ordered off the App and it was cold, nasty, & the tenders were so hard you couldn't eat them, the food was so nasty that my Dog wouldn't even eat it & he eats anything..We didn't even get everything we ordered. This place is so bad at getting the orders correct, tonight is the last time we'll be getting KFC!!!

Rip off! Cashiers didn't know how to ring up what I needed so another employee just shove my food through the window at me and said that's how it rings up..... I got home and the food was wrong too. 12$ for 6 chicken strips no sides was terrible. Never again.

The food is fine. The guy behind the counter is an idiot. Menu clearly says "Go Large" $1.85 large drink and add a side. Joey wouldn't let me. He said they don't do that.

This place does not deserve a star. If I could give negative stars I would. This evening my husband and I went in and placed our order. The young boy at the register was the rudest little person. My husband asked if he was having a good day and the kid mumbled something rude under his breath and ignored him. My husband ordered 6 drumsticks which the rude kid changed him $14.19 for. I told the kid we only wanted the chicken, nothing else for that order. 2 medium drinks and a 5 piece strip, then a chicken sandwich meal. The total was $40.31 I asked the manager if the rude kid charged us wrong for the 6 drum sticks and she replied with all kinds of attitude that I was wrong and the kid was correct. What??? $14 for 6 drum sticks is pricey. When we finally got our food I asked the kid for some buffalo ranch sauce. He rolled his eyes grabbed 2 sauce packets and threw them in my bag. Not saying a word and walking off to the kitchen. The people working tonight really need to consider a job change. Something that does not include customer service. Very rude and miserable employees for sure. You can do better KFC! We will NOT be back

Drove in from Oklahoma stopped to eat 8pm stood at the counter for 10min, went to the bathroom and came back watched an help a car that just pulled up waited another 10min and drove thru the drive thru and told the girl thanks for the lack of service drove down to McDonald's got fast service. My wife and I were the only ones at KFC until we watched the single car pull to the drive thru.

Christina, the manager was very rude. My family and I just got out of church, filled with the Lord, happy to hear the word today and then was hit by Christina. Her attitude was not pleasant. We even thanked her afterwards because the food was really good and she said "uh huh" with her back to me. Bad customer service. They're rude, and just talk on their cell phones instead of helping. There was one nice young man and the poor guy was the ONLY one working and never had an attitude. If I were him, I'd quit and not look back. He was cleaning, doing stuff for the other employees and working hard.
