Chris and his crew were awesome tonight. 10/10!
Nicest employees. Cleanest KFC I have ever dined in. Everything we ate was so fresh and good.
Friendly staff. There were some mistakes, and they fixed them right away and were very quick to get the order fixed. The food has totally changed from years ago! So good now! Thank you!
Chicken was good, service was ok, atmosphere was empty. Nothing special nothing bad, just overall ok
KFC was top of the chicken restaurants about 20 years ago. This KFC is clean and the food is consistent with other stores. Honestly, KFC isn't my first choice in fried chicken. It's acceptable but not great. It's a solid 3 or 4 in ranking of chicken chains. I'd put this store as number 2 in this market. Compliments to the nice folks that work at this store
We ordered 2 pot pie meals. We were given the 2 drink cups. Upon receiving our meals, we had 3!!! We were charged with 3 somehow and they just stood there. The pies were overcooked. We brought 1 pie home and was not given the drink or cookie! We were not offered a refund. This is the first time this has happened.
Stopped in KFC to buy supper. Had been working all day asked the attendant about the pot pies. How old they were. He said that they were an hour old, but they have a window of 3 hours. Drove the 10 miles home opened it up. The top was very brown. It was sunk in and dry as a bone. I took 3 bites ended up throwing it away and going without supper. Please don't serve food that isn't worth serving. I would have ordered something else if I had been told that it didn't look fresh.
I normally don’t waste my keystrokes on corporate chains unless the experience makes me feel like I just discovered fire or got slapped in the face by a clown with cold fries. But today? I’m reviewing one anyway. Not because it was great. Not because it was awful. But because it was KFC Neutral—like biting into the concept of meh. I walked in with the swagger of a man craving two thighs and two breasts. A real man’s combo, if you know what i mean. What I got instead was one breast, one thigh, one sad, anorexic leg that looked like it came off a chicken doing Pilates, and a wing so tiny it probably still needed its shots. I didn’t get mad—I got reflective. This is just the standard now with these corporate chains. You complain? Nobody cares. Some guy in a headset shrugs, says “my bad,” and the world keeps turning. The biscuit? Delicious—but eat it fast. It’s like Cinderella: magical at first, but if you wait too long, it turns into a weapon-grade brick that could take out a window. The sides were... fine. Not great. Not bad. The mashed potatoes had that thick, goopy gravy that clings to your soul, and that’s a win in my book. The sweet tea? Serviceable. Not sweet enough to give you diabetes on the first sip, but just enough to remind you you’re in Texas. Now the staff—shockingly polite and quick. That’s rarer than a fresh ice cream machine at McDonald’s, so props where it’s due. In the end, it’s a neutral 3 stars. No fireworks, no food poisoning. Just your typical, corporate chicken roulette—where the only surprise is which part of the bird you’ll end up feeling sorry for.
The manager is great, and the staff is great ... When the manager is there. The food is as decent as any other KFC, it just seems impossible for the employees to ever get the order correct. :( I've often been served stale, hard, chicken. I usually wouldn't even say anything, but it was inedible. Any time I've said something, the employees have been quick to fix it, and extremely kind, so that's why we continue to return. I hope things get sorted out. This could be an excellent fast food eatery.
Well they gave us the chicken raw... EVEN THE CHICKEN STILL HAVE A FEATHER
The first thing I noticed when I walked in the door was the smell of mice. It smells like mice are nesting in the whole building. There was no escaping the smell. At that point I was ready to walk out. But tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. We stood in line and waited for a few minutes which was fine. They looked short staffed. Took our order. We got a $7 famous bowl (chicken, mashed potatoes, brown gravy and corn) meal which came with a drink and 2 strawberry crème pie poppers. I was disappointed but definitely not surprised given the surroundings. The chicken was OLD. Looked and tasted bad. Only took one bite and took the rest out of the bowl. The pie poppers also looked like they had been sitting out for awhile. So we wasted half of our meals by throwing that stuff out. Would not go back. Do not recommend this restaurant.
My bag was falling apart whenever I tried to pick it up, we never got our mashed potatoes, and our coke was flat. It would be different if this was a random occurrence but this happens consistently whenever I go here. The staff is always nice, but their work is less than subpar. Also, way too expensive for the food yall sell bffr
This food has been cooked WAY too long. When the dark meat is dry, you know that that is true! It's like the dinner scene from Christmas Vacation! This is the second time with the same experience. I will not be back! If I had not lived out of town, I would have taken it back. The 2 stars are for the cole slaw that's always good and the nice young lady who took my order.
Half of the food missing and on top of it they give you attitude.
Awful dont waste your time, being cussed because your order is too big and serving cold food isnt ideal.
Not sure that was chicken but 🤮 never again
The employees had really bad attitudes and only water and unsweetened tea to drink .
I went thru the drive thru for reason, not to get out of my car, ended up having to go in and get our food. Was told there wasn't enough chicken and it would be another 5-10 minutes.
I got a three-piece. It turned out to be two thighs and a drumstick. According to the picture it looked like a Leg, a thigh and a breast. The manager there said that's what that meal comes with. I told her it's not worth it. And she comes back "Well that's your opinion." Employees should not make comments like that to customers. My recommendation would be to stay out of that place.
I’ve never ate at this kfc but I’ve heard multiple people getting sick from it so tonight me and my fiancé was eating the chicken legs and he told me “this one taste weird” so I smelt it and I immediately stopped eating my food taste like LITERAL dog!!! I just don’t understand how this kfc is still opened when they use the same grease for months at a time and it’s not clean at all!!! Either needs to be new management and completely new workers or the place needs to be shut down!!!
We went through drive thru , waited 15 minutes, they brought us our meal. Drove 45 miles home , to recieve cold, watered down gravy , corn was left in warm box to long and the mac and cheese was totally disgusting. The chicken tasted good. No one would answer the phone when I called. And for the price we paid. We won't be back..
