No matter what location you happen to visit Dutch Bros is ALWAYS a wonderful treat!!!

A mile long menu full of amazing drinks both hot and cold, served quickly by friendly staff. It's not just coffee either, they got smoothies, frosts and freezes.

What can I say, we always love Dutch brothers! Never had a bad experience. My daughter's love the Paris peach teas.

While the loud music can be intimidating, the staff is always super friendly. They always try their best to take care of you and minimize your wait.

Very good coffee. Just wish their large coffee was bigger or had a say extra large. Plus the females that work here are cute. Nothing better than getting your morning cup of coffee or smoothie and it being served by an attractive and female

Taking a drive out to Paradise seeing how it's overcome the fire of years ago is an astonishment. Craving a warm coffee during this November just had to go to Dutch Bros, it was calling me. With such friendly customer service the cashier took our order correctly. We sat outside enjoying our perfect hot peppermint coffee plus a delish orange cranberry muffin top for my sweet tooth of course.

I needed some drinks explained to me and she was very kind and understanding. I always receive great service when I go there. They are a little bit more expensive than Starbucks, but well worth it sometimes 😁

Amazing staff! I had never been to a Dutch Bros. They only had Starbucks in the area I came from. I asked them what was the closest thing to what I usually order at Starbucks. Not only were theu helpful and nice, they gave me my drink free as a Welcome to Dutch Bros/Paradise. AND they have kid drinks! I'm definitely comie back!

Great vibe, coffee and staff! Major obcessed with White Chocolate hot or iced. The people here are wonderful. The atmosphere is upbeat and fun. The coffee is seriously delicious. This is a habit I have no intention of breaking.

The staff will come out and take your order when the drive through line is overflowing. Normally both entrances are open, but it wasn’t this time. Best to enter on Center St./Skyway. Clearance height is 9’- 10” for those who drive a vehicle with a high roof.

Dutch Brose always has friendly customer service at all the locations. But this one here always seems to be the friendliest. They always serve you with a smile and get the order correct. I usually use the app so I can get points since there’s no more punch cards. I love their stickers each month and so do my kids. Friendly faces. Friendly service. Super refreshing drinks on a hot day or steaming hot to warm your belly and wake up your mind in a crisp winter day. We are thankful for our Dutch! #DutchBrosForLife

Everything was perfect. The employees were extremely friendly and the girl in the parking lot that took our order was very understanding when I dropped my debit card in my car and then couldn't find it. I had to get out of the car and look for it under my seat. She was really patient. It's my go to when I'm in Paradise.

Always come to Dutch Bros when I'm in town. The staff here are great and not hard on the eyes. I'm always amazed at how much energy they have in the morning! Super quick service and super friendly staff make this a popular spot. I hope the new starbucks doesn't kill this great spot.

So much more than just coffee, this is your one stop drink shop. Whether you need a frozen slush to cool the summer heat or a caffeine jolt to wake you up in the morning, this is the place to go. If you're a frequent flyer, make sure to take advantage of their punch cards for free drinks.

I love Dutch bros. I used to go here everyday. But with inflation, I could only afford to go every once in a while now. This place always has amazing people working, super friendly...I love it. Sometimes though, I'll ask for a large and somehow their tablet switches it to a medium. I have had to correct them several times but that's fine. Still a place with such yummy drinks and a welcoming feeling.

Great service as always! Always friendly 12-20-23 - I went today to get a drink, asked for light ice, which i do everywhere, and didn't get light ice (which to me is like 1/4 to 1/3 of the size of the cup), over 1/2 the cup was filled. They are friendly and fast otherwise.

Navigation of the drive up in a larger vehicle can be quite tricky when exiting one lane so plan ahead if you're in a truck or larger vehicle. The lane headed downhill is the tricky one, choose the one headed up Skyway if you need more space. There is street parking and some parking spaces for walk up. The teens use walk up on lunch break and have no difficulties at all making it back in time for bell ring. The app is quite user friendly and helps the staff get you on your way. I've even recently loaded my teen's from home while she visited on school lunch break. It loaded immediately. Thank you to our local Dutch crew we all love and appreciate you. 💖

YOU time I go to Dutch Bros. Paradise or any of them in Chico it's like you just got invited to the Party ! Always good music on the speakers blaring! Everyone who works there is always Happy and ready to serve the masses!! Best place to get a really great cup of coffee no matter what kind of coffee you drink!!! And if you bring your dog with you, they are sure to get a dog biscuit treat!! So friendly, I enjoy it every time I go!! So for a great Coffee drink and a treat for Rufus head down to your nearest Dutch Bros. and enjoy the atmosphere there!!! You will have a good time!!

I think they purposely have the music too loud to hear your order to force them to stick their heads out the window so they can make awkward chit chat at 6 am. Coffee is decent. Iced and blends are better than the coffee and they're better than Starbucks but hey, aren't they all?

I used to LOVE Dutch Bros on a regular basis. Lately, like the last dozen or so times, they can't seem to get my order right for love or money. What's more, they don't really seem to care about it either. The last two times I've had to complain to the franchise just to get a decent response. I don't want freebies, I just want my drink made the way I order it. Maybe if the staff weren't so consistently trying to make time with each other, they could oh, I don't know... do their jobs? Just a thought. I'm all for friendly and fun, but it's STILL a job and you should STILL try to actually do it right, after all that's what you're paid for.

I'm a big fan of dutch bros. But this location is always my favorite, except for today. They came out to take our order which I paid by card and by the time I went up to get my drink I handed the guy my stamp card and he said the person paid for ur drink and I was like um ok and I explained to him that u already paid for my drink and he refused to stamp my card. I was very upset.

There was a long line at the drive up,and the girl took my order before I got to the window, and asked if I wanted to pay right now, and I had cash but she said that they were only taking cards. That is way wrong!!! I won't be going back, and I am going to warn my friends who still use CASH!!!!!

To busy ! They charged me for quad shot what got was hardly more then flavored water and not even very well flavored. Dutch Bros is a great place for drive through drinks just not the one in Paradise Ca.

And yes, they will look right at you, and walk all the way to the street sidewalk to serve people who are in traffic. Worst Dutch in the county. Go to Chico, the attitude is better and they actually try not to block the busy roads. They also have more than one staff member to handle orders. No music, no smiles, no fun in Paradise.
