I been to a lot of taco bell's and I was surprised that all the guys working was very helpful and happy to help and the food was great too got a lot of hot sauce and napkins thank you! Hope it stays that way! I will return! I hour everyone gets the same business as that! Have a great day! 👍

It's fast food. Not much else to say. Restaurant was so so for cleanliness. Some of the tables had food crumbs still on them as well as the floor but again this isn't a gourmet restaurant.

They're making an effort to cater to vegetarians, at least, with the new Veggie-only menu display. I'm not completely at ease dining from an establishment with animal parts & pieces floating around in its kitchen, but being realistic, I doubt there's any other place (among fast-food chains) where a vegan can get a hot and filling "meal" for less than $4. Hopefully they'll "get with the program" and respect the fact that MOST of their customers cannot properly eat (digest and eliminate) dairy products and so begin to use plant-based cheese, milk, sour cream, and other items. I hope!

I always get the chalupa, its pretty good. They have the chalopa craving box with a soda for $5.99. They also have a $1 menu. Desserts and special drinks. They have drinks that you can also refill as long as you are inside the place. I recommend getting DIABLO sauce, because the other ones taste like ketchup lol (jk) They always have specials!

Service was below average and the cinnamon twirls hardly had any cinnamon. Not sure why the manager was so moody and unfriendly.

The food was good, but you have to order it through a kiosk which is very impersonal, I much prefer to prefer to deal with a human being. It's almost like getting your food from a vending machine.

Ordered iced mango Fiesta drink it was almost like water. My wife went back and got a refund. People were nice though.

Was at El Super grocery shopping for particular specials. Got hungry, figured I'd get a Mexican Pizza, ordered on app at 1:28pm. Received it at the drive thru at 2:10 pm. Very slow, no longer "fast food". I still love the Mexican pizza, but maybe I won't go here when I'm really hungry, took too long.

I hadn't been to this Taco Bell in a long time and I was thinking of a taco salad. I get to Taco Bell. They don't make taco salads anymore. So I got the number 1, 3 crunchy supreme tacos and a drink, I get to my office to get ready-to-eat. And those were the 3 messiest tacos I ever had. They were supposed to be crunchy. And the bottom was soft, so they all fell apart.

They don't prepare the food right last time I got a taco with only cheese and lettuce no meat I know they do their best but also they should be more careful

This location has really bad customer service they dont even have register personal. They went digital. Lol The cooks got my order wrong ask them to correct it and they still got it wrong. Lol

I been wanting a nacho fries box and I came 1hr and half before they close. I pull up to the drive thru and they tell me “we are closed”. I find that very disrespectful because I know damn well they are not closed.

Even though I ordered online and was given a time to pickup it had to wait 20 minutes for the food.

The beginning was good till we got our food. We don't eat there all the time, but when we do we hope to have our order right and run up right. What did one Mexican pizza and the Mexican pizza meal with beans on the side instead of in my pizza. And the fries we order were the nacho fries or something like that. They came out soggy not fresh. We did let them know we wanted fresh fries crispy. Also we ordered the cheesy Supreme and instead they were giving us a bean and cheese burrito. I let them know about that and the other guy says to the other guy you bring it up wrong. They said they'll bring us our food we had to be in park and give us our fresh fries. We parked and waited for a food. Fries again or not fresh they were still soggy. My pizza was wack. They put the meat in the middle or very little to no meat. So pretty much I was just eating the flower shell tortilla of the Mexican pizza. Didn't give me my receipt back. I did not want to go back in the car line so I consider this a loss to be able to fix her order because I have no receipt now. We're just not coming back now to this Taco Bell. The Mexican pizzas are pretty pricey and if I'm paying for a Mexican pizza I want it done right or any food that I order. I could not let the manager know of this due to the fact that they did not give me my receipt back after I show them that they rang it up wrong.

Food was good staff was helpful, but two items in my order were missing and I had to remind them my order also came with a drink. My second visit, the drive thru took like 30 minutes

Bad customer service people working there don't care about customers placed an order and they took 50 minutes for me to get it really bad customer service and careless employees would never go back to this place

10\16\2024 - 2 star: the food is good and the service is great, the only reason it went down instead of up, they stopped serving breakfast today. 2\2024 - 3 star: Generally a good place but there was a point of times that I kept getting Canadian change and when I wanted to use it, no one would except it. Also, double check your bag, they forgot to point one of my items.

I ordered on the app 10mins ahead. So it’ll be ready I don’t have to wait. I go through the empty drive thru. And they tell me to pull into the parking lot to wait for my order. No one else is inside eating either. I get it if you’re behind not they weren’t.

Girl in the drive thru was too busy correcting me to put my order in. I accidentally called the Catina Chicken Burrito a Catalina Chicken Burrito. Had a WHOLE 30 second interaction with her ordering this burrito with the rest of my order and she never bothered to press the button on her screen after taking the time to correct me. HOW?! The majority of our interaction was spent talking about this burrito and it’s the ONE thing she never bothered to put in my order.

I want to begin with the customer service, it's horrible, disappointing and unacceptable, your cashiers needs training on friendliness and on your register, this guy was unapologetic, and rude, rushing me to my next item (decision) no smile no manners. After waiting for a second order of breadsticks because the 1st order were burned I had my kids eat the pizza while we waited for the breadsticks they gave me the breadsticks and I took them home because I thought they were going to be too hot when I get home this is what I get! Terrible service, tables were dirty. No one to assist anyone employee’s arguing with one another. The self service kiosk is good but no one took the time to help an elderly woman while the employees did not want to help when she asked for assistance. Very rude employee when i asked to get cleaning supplies to clean my table. Terrible terrible terrible service!!!!!!! Horrible!

2 1/2 Stars I constantly go in the morning around 7:30am same lady always nice no issues food is good and packed well, In the PM I got a $5 crunch wrap supreme that was basically just a skimpy tortilla hardly had any beef or anything in it really. ( provided a picture). Really no effort at all disappointing. Update: Went around 7:50am, the drive thru was blocked off with cardboard boxes, no sign or anything, don't know just looked really ghetto and unprofessional moved my rating down to a 1 star smh.

There was no one ahead of me but yet I stood in front of the register for 3 minutes and none of the staff nor the manager who saw me standing there bothered to ask if I wanted to order. Such horrible service. I ordered a freezee only through the drive thru. As I was driving up to the window I there was someone walking up to the drive thru window. He was very upset about his order being wrong and that they were taking forever. I waited for about 5 minutes for the guy to get his food and leave. I pulled up to the window and asked if I can order another drink since my husband decided he wanted one also. The guy at the window said no, that I had to drive all the way around and order it. Mind you, I only had 1 car behind me and it was only a drink. I asked to speak to the manager and apparently he was right next to him and didn't even want to speak to me. So I paid for the 1 drink and told them I will be complaining to corporate. Never going to this taco Bell again!

Out of all the Taco Bell’s I’ve been through I didn’t think the one literally across the street from my house would be this dumb. I asked for a quesoritto the lady at the intercom was so quick to rush my off I couldn’t tell her I wanted chicken. Once I got to the windo I asked them nicely is it possible to change for chicken the man said yes it’s going to take some time I said that’s fine. Seconds later the lady asked him what I asked and he told me he already charged my card and they already made it. Didn’t have time to talk a manger because I was in a rush to be somewhere. I’ve worked in fast food in for 5 years and that’s not how you treat customers period. Your workers are so damn horrible! Do better paramount.

Horrible experience, I was dinning in and ordered some breakfast. Asked for the mini skillet no potatoes to be fresh. When I got my order the potatoes where nasty and cold. I asked kindly if they can replace, the cashier asked the cook. The cook Lettie was very unprofessional and rude. She didn't not want to replace 2 mininskillet bowls. It was not busy, no customers just me and my toddler. No drive thru cars, she was just arguing me that they were fresh. They were not. Anyways I asked for a refund and the manager didn't even appolgize not did she asked for my food to be replaced .very ride and low customer service.

Prepare to be held hostage in that drive thru during night time hours. You’ll be stuck for 40+ minutes with only 6 cars in front of you. Not worth having after a long night of work, just head home and save some time and money.

Take for evr on drive through after i got to order i told them specially no sour cream and still the employee repeated no sour as he handed me my order drove back home to Bell only to take a bit and have it filled with sour cream. Ended up not eating happens too much constantly get it wrong.

very slow customer service. this girl named Irlanda has a bad attitude. Don’t go to this location if you want your food for your break time, etc. There’s 5-6 workers and they only care about the driver thru customers. A lady got off her break and went back on her phone as she was making the food. Out Cheesy Chalupas came in our bag UNWRAPPED. Honestly the worst Taco Bell you can go to. There has been numerous times where they have messed up my nacho fries. They either come with no seasoning or are completely stale. I purposely avoid this Taco Bell because everytime I have to tell them to remake them, and they either just give me stale ones or ones with no seasoning for the replacement. I know what good Taco Bell taste like because I am regular at the one in Norwalk. But this one just sucks. Please teach your staff how to make food right.

I went yesterday night 9/11/21, three people working and all young. The drive through was long which I understand. But the service was very bad. The food had no effort at all.The one on the window was eating while working. They were all talking and slacking. They forgot not one but two items on my order. I got down and knocked on the door and they seen me but ignored me. I had to walk to the window and asked for my two items and gave me one. So I just left. Very bad service and food. tried to order drive thru and we were immediately met with “you can only get one combo or 4 items because we are short on staff” when i went with my cousin for a late night dinner. this does not make sense. i work in fast food and we would never decline service just because we are short on staff. we had just wanted 2 nacho fries boxes and were declined. horrible service and rude staff. not even a hello or an apology for when we were denied food all we got was “okay that’s fine” when we said we didn’t want anything.

Just came here to pick up two tacos…I work nearby so needed something quick and mind you, I was STARVING! Both tacos were mushy and wet on the bottom.. and when I opened the wrapper try to eat them, they literally fell apart. I also ordered hard taco shell not soft ones. I’ll get back to work quick and didn’t have enough time to take them back. Just on this experience alone I will not be returning and will go to the other Taco Bell nearby.

Service here sucked. Store was completely empty and still took about 15 mins to pick up my mobile order. They forgot the iced coffee so had to wait another 5 mins just for the lady to come back and ask "you said iced right?" To wait another 5 mins for her to finally come back.

For some reason it took 39 minutes of waiting in line to even speak in the drive thru speaker. Then when you finally get to say what you want they have no clue on how to take your order. Bad experience at the drive thru today Saturday may 6 2023 this is in Lakewood city of Paramount by Wal Mart ,around 2:15 -2:30 pm ,a young boy took my order I said 2 Doritos tacos supreme no tomatoes and #1 combo taco supreme easy on meat and he said “SAY WHAT???” So I said “no just make it 3 tacos supreme And he said “no tomatoes?” I said “ no easy on meat “ he said “SAY WHAT??? They are all laughing while taking my order. I said “ no I spoke loud so he ca hear and He said “dangggg” I said “danggg too”!! How rude !!!” I went up to the window to Pay he has a Earpods on the left ear, told him don’t talk to your customer like that “SAY WHAT” very rude no respect and he was laughing and an older lady came up and ask him in Spanish which I don’t understand. I ask for the manager he said she /he just left what about assistant manager , not there. So no one is managing Taco Bell and the employees, they are playing around and laughing. He closed the window I waited for a bit maybe OIC will show up. The boy said “leave !!!” This is the example of no proper training on how to be respectful to customers. Please train your employees no matter how young to Be courteous. It shows Taco Bell have no regards of the customer as long as they are buying. Very Baddd example to young people. Very bad service.

I should’ve taken a picture, but my black bean hard taco was about a centimeter wide, and it’s barely anything in it. The black bean chalupas had less than a spoonful of black beans. I’m still starving after 3 tacos which is ridiculous. Don’t go here unless you want the smallest portions you’ve ever had in your life

Check your order before you leave. Placed a mobile order for pickup. The first thing that was wrong is they missed the 4 tostadas I ordered. The second thing is they gave me a strawberry lemonade with ice instead of Strawberry Limonata freeze(see pictures). I wasn't the only one there with something wrong with the order. I went to Taco Bell today And ordered three bean and cheese burritos, one with extra sour cream and extra cheese, which cost me $1.60 extra got all the way home. I even asked the girl in the drive-through to mark the one that had the extra stuff on it. She put a sticker on it. Got home no sour cream no extra cheese. I’ve been trying to call back for 20 minutes now. rings, rings and rings and then sounds like it goes to a fax machine or they’re just not picking up it seems to be that they’re not paying close attention to what they’re doing with their food not good for customer service sure I’m glad I didn’t round my change off for some donation thing they’re asking for after getting short change to dollar 60 will not go back I advise other people not to go there either They did it to me. They’ll do it to everybody else. They don’t have no good Customer quality service anymore and they want more money all the time huh?

I ordered a beef tacos with ez lettuce and the whole damn thing was lettuce as usual. I ordered a beef burrito with rice,beans, and cheese. No meat no cheese.
