I always place a mobile order and it's ready for pick up when I arrive. My food is made correctly. When I ask for extra sauce, they give it to me with no issues. Not sure why so many negative reviews.

Nice clean… Food is always great!… But, the employees just throw the food in the bag on the counter and they leave to do the next order… 🤷🏼♀️ BTW… food is so good I’ll still will keep coming back!..🤣 They can throw the food at me and I’ll still be back!… 🤣 Btw.. I also ordered three Soft tacos no lettuce with my Mexican pizza … I’m putting it here because at the lower question there isn’t an option to choose soft tacos 👌🏽
Customer service was great and the line moved fast in the drive through! The 5 dollar Nacho Box is Delicious and you get a lot for 5 dollars 😋.
They're making an effort to cater to vegetarians, at least, with the new Veggie-only menu display. I'm not completely at ease dining from an establishment with animal parts & pieces floating around in its kitchen, but being realistic, I doubt there's any other place (among fast-food chains) where a vegan can get a hot and filling "meal" for less than $4. Hopefully they'll "get with the program" and respect the fact that MOST of their customers cannot properly eat (digest and eliminate) dairy products and so begin to use plant-based cheese, milk, sour cream, and other items. I hope!
I always get the chalupa, its pretty good. They have the chalopa craving box with a soda for $5.99. They also have a $1 menu. Desserts and special drinks. They have drinks that you can also refill as long as you are inside the place. I recommend getting DIABLO sauce, because the other ones taste like ketchup lol (jk) They always have specials!
I hadn't been to this Taco Bell in a long time and I was thinking of a taco salad. I get to Taco Bell. They don't make taco salads anymore. So I got the number 1, 3 crunchy supreme tacos and a drink, I get to my office to get ready-to-eat. And those were the 3 messiest tacos I ever had. They were supposed to be crunchy. And the bottom was soft, so they all fell apart.
Girl in the drive thru was too busy correcting me to put my order in. I accidentally called the Catina Chicken Burrito a Catalina Chicken Burrito. Had a WHOLE 30 second interaction with her ordering this burrito with the rest of my order and she never bothered to press the button on her screen after taking the time to correct me. HOW?! The majority of our interaction was spent talking about this burrito and it’s the ONE thing she never bothered to put in my order.
I want to begin with the customer service, it's horrible, disappointing and unacceptable, your cashiers needs training on friendliness and on your register, this guy was unapologetic, and rude, rushing me to my next item (decision) no smile no manners. Food was good except for the chalupa stk i have to return after i specifically ask for to make fresh, kitchen staff look friendly food have good appearance and tasty. Restaurant needs attention on cleanliness VERY IMPORTANT, helps avoids foodborne illness. Manager , supervisor please take note of this location.

I went to Taco Bell today And ordered three bean and cheese burritos, one with extra sour cream and extra cheese, which cost me $1.60 extra got all the way home. I even asked the girl in the drive-through to mark the one that had the extra stuff on it. She put a sticker on it. Got home no sour cream no extra cheese. I’ve been trying to call back for 20 minutes now. rings, rings and rings and then sounds like it goes to a fax machine or they’re just not picking up it seems to be that they’re not paying close attention to what they’re doing with their food not good for customer service sure I’m glad I didn’t round my change off for some donation thing they’re asking for after getting short change to dollar 60 will not go back I advise other people not to go there either They did it to me. They’ll do it to everybody else. They don’t have no good Customer quality service anymore and they want more money all the time huh?
The people in charge of this location are incapable of good service. They lie, they cant get orders right and when questioned, a big order is apparently too much to handle so it's ok to mess it up. Very low standards here in this location.
WARNING ⚠️ there was a small cockroach that came from the starry dispenser. Told someone that worked there and she said I was exaggerating until I showed her. Be careful
Food was given cold, server/cashier was rushing me out the drive thru with nobody behind me. The hard tacos had hardly any "meat" inside. I don't know what happened to this taco bell it used to be decent.
Rosa the manager was nasty. The qualifications for a manager must be very low. I will never go back to that Taco Bell I only live 3 minutes away vs about 16 minutes away from Bellflower I'll take that ride.
anyone who gives this place higher than a 1 is lying lol. service here is terrible. everytime I’ve came here it takes about 10 to 25 minutes to actually order. the workers are ALWAYS in the back, they look at you but ignore you, even when the place is empty, tons of workers but no one helps you. if they do help you, they’ll probably mess up your order which happened to me this week. I’d rather drive 10 to 15 minutes to another location than go here.
Cashier said she Didn’t accept their own Taco Bell cupons for free tacos with Taco Bell logo. I never come here since they always close early and don’t I always get my order wrong as it is so I left and didn’t pay so silly to try to be mean to a customer you where already mean to.
Ordered a burrito to go with beans and they put beef instead of beans, filled a complaint and never got an answer back don’t purchase directly through Taco Bell use DoorDash or anything else you have a better chance in getting back your money then buying directly from them. But when possible avoid this location.
Dissappointed once again. I used to be a big fan but recently, no matter which location I go to, the food is Gross and my order is wrong. I ordered a beef tacos with ez lettuce and the whole damn thing was lettuce as usual. I ordered a beef burrito with rice,beans, and cheese. No meat no cheese. I tried to give it another shot after not going there for a while and once again I was dissappointed. Never going back to any Taco Bell store in any city.
