Good burgers and good ice-cream, what could be a better combo? It's always quick going through the drive-thru, even with a long line, and they're pretty good about making sure you get what you ordered in your bag.

One of the few places that will cut your burger in half for you. Hahaha! My wife and I like the crispy chicken sandwich but also the bacon cheese burger (or one of their seasonal/specialty burgers) but don't want to have to choose only one, so we get half of each. I love my wife and all, but I don't really care to bite right after her...can I get an Amen!?!?! Small sundae after...Perfect! See you again soon!

I stopped here en route to Wichita KS to pick up the belongings of my mother who had passed away. I hadn’t been to a Braums since I was a kid, and I guess I had a lot on my mind, because either I screwed up my order or they did. The staff went out of their way to get it right and were so kind and sweet. It’s been a rough week and it’s true when they say random kindness can change someone’s whole day.

We had the banana split & it was delicious. Very good prices for the serving.

I love the made to order burgers and fries. The yogurt is awesome as is their hand dipped ice cream. A quick meal to go out slow down and done in. Quick and friendly service.

This was my first time at a Braum's, and I was blown away by the service I received from a young man. I believe his name was Brayden, he was the cashier at the market. He greeted me with kindness and gave me a quick tour. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and even offered to place my order at his register. What a breath of fresh air in today's world. Thank you, and I will be back when I am in town again.

These guys have been a long time favorite of mine. I suggest asking for your fries to be extra crispy, otherwise, they may be a bit floppy (although still tasty). I use their market for a lot of my shopping needs. They have the best milk compared to other stores. And the ice cream is my all time favorite. Much better than the Blue Bell most of us southerners seem to swoon over.

The Braum's in Paris, TX, is clean. Their market is stocked well enough one could skip the grocer! They have a wide selection of ready-to-eat meals that I have not seen in other stores. Their produce section had fresh vegetables and fruits, and the meat selection was fresh and varied. Frozen foods were plentiful, too. And, of course, the dairy selection was great! The ice cream store is superb. Braum's also serves excellent breakfast foods and burgers/fries. Cheap fountain drinks until 10:00 a.m. for that morning fix.

Braum’s has always been my favorite “fast food” place, but the experience at this location was just awesome! Miss Mickey made the experience the greatest ever!! Wonderful personality and had us laughing it up. She definitely needs a raise! You don’t find great personalities like that in the food industry anymore. Thank you miss Mickey!!

This ice cream is so good, unlike Blue Bell they use real flavors and not canned fruit. This is more like a Breyers quality of ice cream with cream, sugar, and real fruit.

Love this location! I live in Texarkana, and unfortunately we don’t have a Braum’s, so I try to stop at various locations as I can. Had a great interaction with Justin. Even though he was no longer on the clock and just waiting in line, he was a great reflection on the company. Definitely give this man a raise.

I went into Braums to get some ice cream. The associates were very friendly. The inside was clean. They didn't have both of my desired flavors but I got strawberry and banana nut bread which the last one was a new flavor for me. I was not disappointed; the flavor of banana bread was spot on. Brains has the best tasting Icecream in town.

Though sometimes they make mistakes, I can tell the employees care and work hard. The food is always great and the employees have a smile on their face, they keep a tight ship.

This location, in particular, does an excellent job following my customizations due to my complicated dietary restrictions. One of the few dine out locations i can feel confident eating at.

This Braums always does a great job getting your order out fast and correct. They are one of my favorite places to eat with my kids.

The bacon cheeseburger is always awesome. Normal great service. The manager was great. There was a really old man right in front of me and my wife and to my kids and she took really good care of him because he didn't really know what was going on. That was very impressive.

We first received order fries were salty but they replaced them so grateful we can't have too much salt.

Fast food is fast food, but regional chains are a treat, especially when said chain isn't available at home. Braum's is one of those treats to me. I stopped here twice while in Paris. Once to pick up ice cream for friends and also for dinner. On both occasions, the service was beyond friendly and efficient. The "store" portion of Braum's sells a variety of groceries, including cartons of their ice cream. I don't know any way to describe it other than just plain old fashioned ice cream -- and it's excellent. As for the restaurant, a friend of mine got burgers and fries to go. Our orders were prepared quickly and accurately. And the burgers themselves were excellent. The cheese was melted thoroughly and the burgers themselves were well done and the buns toasted. When you combine that with their very crispy crinkle cut fries, you have one of the best burger and fries combos that you can find at a fast food place. In short, Braum's is worth the stop whenever you're travelling where there's a Braum's.

I always get the twist frozen yogurt in a waffle cone. Their burgers are always good, and their ice cream menu is diverse with many yummy options!

Quick stop on a road trip. Had plenty of parking for my truck & trailer. Bathrooms were clean. The service was nice, the food came up quick and I enjoyed what I ordered. Nice little stop. Even grabbed som fresh produce before I headed back out in the road

I have eaten at many Braum's. This one is one of the best. Extremely clean and friendly! I loved the cashier, she was so sweet to everyone who walked in the door. They engaged their customers and offered great service. Oh, and the food was just as good!

Good service at the front counter. One of the best hamburgers you can find in my opinion. Just your normal old fashioned burger. No fancy sauces or toppings. Taste like homemade. My grandma used to love eating Braum’s hamburgers because of that.

Chicken, chili, unique burgers, and much more. Their market also carries a larger variety of no sugar added ice cream now. A great place to eat and shop.

I love stopping at this particular Braum's when coming from central Arkansas where we don't have any. This week I was driving home from visiting my parents and I stopped to get my last Braum's shake until my next visit. Nicholas immediately greeted me at the ice cream counter. When I told him I was leaving Braum's Country for a while he suggested I try his creation: a thick frozen yogurt twist shake. It was perfect for my drive home, so shout out to Nicholas for a wonderful suggestion!

We stopped for a quick bite before we drove an hour home. We are new to Oklahoma, and Braums is one of my new favorite places. Where else can you get a decent meal, ice cream, and groceries? I got a kids' meal, and it had elf on the shelf in it. I took the christmas tree and the elves to work and decorated my office! So cute! The food was good, the employees here were friendly and polite. The restaurant was clean. Really not much can be asked for. Terrific experience!

I have never Braum’s before. I live in Houston, and it doesn’t reach down there. I was not disappointed. The ice cream was soo yummy. I was craving a sundae so I got cookies and cream and their peanut cluster fudge with hot fudge drizzle, nuts, and whipped cream. Boy did it hit the spot!! I want to open one down in Houston 😛

This place is great ! You can get a great tasting burger and fries then go to the ice cream bar and get the Sunday of your dreams ! Over 25 flavors to chose from. They also have a indoor fresh market with all the Braums products you would find in a grocery store! Two isles of ice cream you can take home ... all the flavors they serve and then some !

It's braums, you kinda the same experiences, at each location. Lots of younger generation of people working here at this location. Not a fan of their regular menu but always enjoy the frozen treats

Very a nice visit for a Friday night. The store was clean. The cashier was ok. The food was hot and ready fast. I'll be going back. The fries the best.

1st time to a Braum's, really liked it. The only reason for the 4 stars is we must have arrived after the dinner rush and tidiness was a little lacking. Besides that there were no issues. The staff was very friendly and service was quick.

Food can be really good or needs some improvement. I would say 85% of the time it's hot, fresh, and good. Shakes need more consistency. One day it's really great with almost all ice cream that you can really taste and then the next day it's runny and no flavor because they add to much milk.

We go there often for a burger or an old fashioned banana split and a double dip turtle sundae. All in all it is always good and the staff is pleasant.

I have frequented this Braum's a lot, and it is a great place and still captures something that many fast food chains fail to do. With good food, it also has a small grocery area that sails fresh produce, and Braum's brand items. A friendly and very well trained & courteous staff. Still great, keep it up!

It's the added sugar that gets me so I go with ice cream with no added sugars, thank you for not adding sugar to all of them....

Good food and fast service but what is this chicken tender?? I ordered the meal with 4 tenders but got 3 tenders and a legit nugget.

Chicken sandwich was really good, the chicken was surprisingly moist.

I am going to admit I love Braum's breakfast, especially the Grande Burrito. Up size the combo to a large and sub the drink for a large orange juice, and omg! Their country breakfast with the sausage, eggs, hashbrowns, and gravy and biscuits is inexpensive and a good meal for early morning.

This was a great store! The costumer service wasn’t the best, and it was not the cleanest Braum’s ever. But the food was beyond amazing! I got a burger, fries, and cookies and cream ice-cream, it was all so delicious and fresh! I would recommend this store.

Braums definitely has great value for the money and the quality is there also. One of my favorites lately is the frozen yogurt in a waffle cone. You can get a large for just $2. I think they are on sale, but the regular price is still under $3, you can't get anything close at dairy queen. Another good bargain is their chicken strip dinner. Under $10 and you get chicken stripe, fries, a roll, a cookie, and a drink. You can even get a shake for your drink. All this and they have a mini mart where you can pick up various grocery items. Very convenient, especially if you don't have time for a full grocery store trip.

5/14/23 horrible sense of urgency. A line back to the door waiting for ice cream. No delegation. People standing around behind the counter because they weren't assigned to work the ice cream half. I can see the drive thru screen and it was empty a few times while I wait here in line. Been waiting in line for half hour now. Great ice cream! Burgers are ok. Chicken is good as long as it's fresh. Breakfast is not bad at all. There is a little market inside that has really good things. They hire kids, some are great, and some just need more experience. I'm always patient with them. Drive through is hit or miss on how quick they are. I hate pulling forward and waiting for my food or ice cream, especially when traffic is busy. The driveway can be a bit dangerous there.

Needs some cleaning. Smiling faces and a few pleasantries. The potential is there. Large volume goes through this store/ cafe. Not a bad place at all just needs some tlc.

I love Braums french fries so I dropped by the drive thru. I ordered iced tea as well. The fries were good, but they needed some salt. The iced tea tasted fresh.

Just a bad day for either us or them but something was definitely off for it to be Braum's. I was hungry but ended up leaving before eating 1/2 of my meal. Others with me had the same experience. We ate at home later and everything was great.

Was the only vehicle in drive through and yet some how we ended up with the wrong order completely called and the manger said they would replace it we just had to come in and with no communication from nights to days they had no clue what I was talking about when we came for our replacement dinner but they gave it too us anyways since we had spoken to someone.

Ice cream was great as usual! There was about 12 employees working no one said Hello or I will be right with you nothing, we waited for over 5 minutes and no one was in line! I had to say out loud is anyone going to help us the response I finally got was we will be with you in a minute! This Braums needs some lessons on how to take care of customers! Just learn to speak would be great!

This was my first time going to this Braums. It took the guy behind the counter a min to acknowledge we were standing there. I ordered 2 frozen yogurt twists in a cup. When he rang me up it sounded a little much. I checked my recipt and noticed he charged me for a lg mix, or something like that. Any way I brought it to his attention. I asked him if they charge more because it was in a cup. He said no. I asked him why I was charged so muc and he tried to tell me it was because I ordered a lg. I told him the sign said a lg was $1.89. At first he acted like I was lying to him or something. Then he realized he had charged me wrong. He got a manager to come out and fix it. She asked him what happened and he told her. She never really acknowledged me. She just told me to put my card in the machine. If I was a manager and one of my customers was over charged, I would at least offer them a gift card or give them their food for free.

Normally great when we've been thrive drive thru, last time had bad experience with dining in. Waited almost 20 minutes in line at ice cream section to get a single scoop for my 4 year old son. And finally had to ask person at register on food section for help after watching 20+ people steadily come through their line. At least 4 people walked by us multiple times during the twenty minute wait. Bathrooms were not clean and drink section and tables were a mess. Praise to the young man who was behind the register as he ended up to be the one who came over and finally helped us after he grabbed someone to take over the register at the food section.

It was good food but was not the food we ordered at the drive through. I called back and the manager started telling me about some policy which outlined the proper procedure for a customer to get what they paid for when they received the wrong order. Of course we had no idea of their "policy for procedures" and didn't do the steps properly or in order, so we NEVER DID get our order that we paid for. The manager was completely cold and unfriendly. She had no intention of listening to us and treated us like we were less fortunate people who were looking for help! No, I WILL NOT go back there, good food or otherwise!

The food was great. The staff was busy goofing off and the store needed cleaning. The soda station was dirty. Catsup a mess. Dirty tables everywhere. The market cashier was too busy shooting a rubberband at the food cashier. I assume a manager was the person to tell the staff to clean. Way too many people on clock for store to like this. Bathroom also needed attentio.

Not a good day for this Braun's. The drive thru was fast. Sadly the biscuit and gravy was the worst I've ever gotten here. 2 crumbles of sausage the gravy was water thin. No flavor. The biscuit was hard around the edges, couldn't cut it with the fork. After sitting in the watery gravy you'd think it would softened up. And it was room temperature. Just a bad day for them . All the other times it's been wonderful.

Food was great and service was wonderful. Until I saw one of the workers preparing the food. This employee had no gloves on while making someones meal. She then scratched her face and ear and continued to make the meal. I don't know about you but I prefer to have my meal free of earwax. Couldn't finish my food after witnessing this. This was my first time here and probably wont ever go back again.

Wouldn’t make a double dip fancy sundae with two different flavors of ice cream.

I usually never leave bad reviews. The customer service was completely fine . However our order wasn't . I got a double scoope chocolate chip cookie dough cone. Yet was given a what appeared to be cookies and cream. No big deal but my girlfriends shake was horrible!!! It had no chocolate and tasted oddly salty with weird clumps in it!!

Stopped at this Braums for a quick breakfast. Ordered the Big Breakfast platter to go. The sausage was overcooked and/or old (very hard), the eggs were the kind boiled in a bag and not scrambled fresh. Very disappointed as Braums are known for making things fresh.

As much as I love Braums, the Braums store #105 in Paris Texas consistently disappoints me and my visit on Thursday night (02-21-2019 @ 6pm) did not do anything to change my opinion. They are sloppy and just throw your food together and serve it as if you're an animal. The guy at the first window taking the money was telling us inappropriate jokes that were NOT funny!! The sundae was dripping and got on my sweater. The chocolate shake was over filled and went all over the child shirt. I will not be coming back to this dump and honestly just the thought of the guy taking our money making the food is more than enough a reason to never come back. I asked for a refund for the sundae and had problems because I couldn't find the receipt right away even though I hadn't even pulled away from the window!!! Stupidity at its finest!!!

The chicken strip dinner only has 2 straps and I specifically asked if it came with gravy. Yes. They forgot to put it in. 2 dinners with no gravy plus I asked for coke slushie and got a vanilla shake. Took forever to get the food. Cost too much for what it was.

They have no idea how to make a turtle Sundae. It has Pecans not almonds. It happens every single time I go. Staff acts like they hate their job. Tables are always dirty. Service is horrific. It use to be our favorite place. So sad. Heartbreaking.

The food was great. I can’t speak much about the atmosphere. Customer service was awful. They handed me busted catchup package and not a single napkin at the drive-through now I have a sticky mess everywhere.

If your ready to wait over FORTY minutes, then this is the right place for you. Me and my SO got a chocolate shake and simple bag of burgers at 12:54 PM (for those that don't know a bag of burgers consists of five bare minimum burgers) we had made two separate orders, I ordered the shake and my SO ordered the burgers, we were expecting our order to be done in a TIMELY MANNER and be out and on our merry old way in under ten minutes. Alas that was not the case, the minutes slowly ticked by. After thirty minutes of waiting, we noticed one of the workers put a large chocolate shake (just like the one I ordered) on the counter ready to go, well ten or so minutes later it's still sitting there so we assume it's not ours. So as we're waiting the clock is slowly approaching 1:34 PM and FINALLY the lady comes up and calls out our orders! Wow! I was surprised I didn't die of old age. So after forty minutes later we finally get our order, but that's not the last of this little rant. While we were standing there (we were waiting at the front counter the entire time) we noticed that the people making the ice cream dishes NEVER ONCE cleaned the mixers. So if your allergic to something in a flavor of ice cream they have, then maybe Braum's isn't for you. Ya know... Unless you want to set off an allergic reaction 🤷

The flies are so bad it was hard to eat and enjoy your food so I only got a burger and it was ready before we could complete our order get rid of the flies before they take over the store. We have no plans of going back to this place and don't recommend that anyone does until you can eat in peace with out flies taking over and can eat in peace without insects trying to get on your food and on you. Will not be back to this location. Asked for my burger to be mayo only no ketchup, no mustard and NO BRAUMS SAUCE, what do they do to fix it? Just take the bun with braums sauce on and put a dry bun on the same burger that previously had braums sauce!! Now I'm allergic to mustard and as soon as I took a bite of the "new burger" my lips immediately began to tingle... not wantin to be the rude customer and ask them to remake my burger again for the 2nd time I took a picture of it.. clearly the braums sauce still on my patty.. and picked at my burger eating what I could. Before I left I decided to let the manager on duty know i knew he didn't remake my burger.. just so happened the district manager was there and talk about rude! Insisted he remade my burger himself.. I stood there the entire time of 10 seconds for them to remake my burger.. no way he did it.. and then proceeded to call me a liar saying I put ketchup on my burger and would not tell me his name but kept telling me he dares me to call this issue into cooperate.

Do better and remember to put the entire order in the bag. Ten bucks in food missing. Thanks.

Extremely unprofessional. We stopped in here for lunch and an older customer fell, instead of letting the employees help the customer up and help clean up the broken items, they were yelled at to get back to work and to not look. Customers had to help her up and check if she was okay, and also clean up the mess. Management is very unprofessional, and should have spent time helping the customer rather than yelling at employees in front of everyone. We won't be coming back to this location.

Let the photo speak for itself. My family and I went through the drive thru this morning to get breakfast, the service was not great at all. The guy taking the order wants to rush me as I’m taking the order, with I want a number 1 with sausage and a dp, “him” anything else, a number 4 with sausage and a coke, “him” anything else, yeah can you please hold on a minute… just unprofessional. Plus he was trying to over talk me when I was trying to order. Then we get home with our food and the hash browns are over cooked hard and crunchy! This BRAUMS has rude customer service and their food has gotten bad.
