Love that food. I've never waited a long period of time here for my food. 9 bucks to fill me up with a milkshake is wonderful, but be careful bringing guests. The food is so good it will all be eaten but after so many mouths your wallet might be crying!

Braum's Fres Market has the best, freshest dairy milk in town. Their bakery items such as sliced bread and brownies are delicious and at a competitive price. The cinnamon rolls are to die for. The ice cream selection is huge and the 3 pint containers offer a good amount of the high quality frozen confection. Produce is basic, but fresh and at a fair price. Great place to pick up a few groceries without the hassle of a big market.

Overall excellent service and quality. We had a very large order (family of 6) and while they had us pull to the side, it was still completed very quickly. Everyone we interfaced with was very kind and efficient. We will definitely be going back to this location.

During this entire winter storm Braums has been a true Hero for those who had no power or water. They were ready to go and eager to get some tasty hot meals into peoples stomachs. I am so grateful for this franchise and their dedicated employees. Y’all were the TRUE hero’s of this disaster. Even under-staffed, under pressure, and probably mentally exhausted- the entire staff truly held it down. Braums is my absolute favorite burger joint to eat at. Knowing they put themselves at potential risk to serve the community, makes me know my patronage is well appreciated. They didn’t then anyone away who needed an outlet for electronics, their market was STOCKED up with milk and bread, and above all their restaurant was SPOTLESS! It truly amazed me and gave me a sense of normalcy for the short while I dined there. I just wanted to come on here and say thank you, I may not speak for everyone- but I’m speaking on behalf of my household. This is my go to spot after duck hunting. My sons, friends, and I always hit it up after we get out of the duck blind. The customer service has always been good, even with "teenagers" behind the counter. They have always treated us well.

I came to visit some friends in Paris, TX and stopped here on my way back to Dallas, TX. My family and I where very pleased with their service. Very clean environment. We ordered Yogurts and Sherbet ice-cream. Everything was delicious!! The young lady who took care of us was very sweet and made us feel welcomed in a beautiful city that was our first time visiting. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone nearby or passing by. I wish the phone number worked. I really wanted to put the young girls names in this review. So aside from the drive-thru service being maddeningly slow, Braums is great! There are so many flavor options, and ways to receive your treat, that they can't even put all of the options in the outside menu. My suggestion is to go into the store the first couple of times so that you know what you want for the drive through. Otherwise you're missing out on your new favorite delight. Anyhow, I love the -$2.00(under) waffle/regular cone with either the yogurt or scoop option to get your sugar fix. It's quick and easy. I hadn't resumed eating at this establishment until earlier this year on a whim, and that's due to how I received the drive thru experience. Anyway, after I decided to get my lazy butt out ofmy car and into the store, I didn't realize how much I was missing all these years! Go Braums!

My parents love their banana spilt I personally would never eat food or buy ice cream from here I was looking around while I was waiting on the banana splits . It was extremely dirty the windows the floors the countertops the place was filthy .. I was impressed how friendly they were . And I notice none of them wore gloves when they touched the banana and the cherry they put on top . One lady wiped her hands on her jeans in stead of washing them .. The gals looked over worked but they were still smiling.. it seems the management would hire a cleaning crew or something to at least clean all the windows ..

We love our local Braums! They don’t always have the best service on the store side at night tho. We have had times where we just could not get anyone to check us out even after asking and waiting so we have left without buying anything. But my boys love the burgers so we visit often and have more good experiences than bad. Although I always forget to make sure my youngest has Braums sauce in the bag 🤦‍♀️ and if u tell them when u order and not when they give u the order apparently u aren’t getting it so don’t be like me and ASK for it again or remind them when they hand u the food 😂 Or ur kids gonna be disappointed when u get home without it lol

Now when it comes to waiting on a burger.i will pass.sometimes the wait is long and food cold before you can get where your going.but all other above mentioned 2 thumbs up. I wrote this a few weeks ago and I guess I forgot to post it.good thing I went this evening and for the first time I got the chicken strips. Mistake! I will never get them again! This is a sorry excuse for chicken strips. Braums stick to your slow cold burgers.

Went there for the milkshakes, they tasted great and have lot of options. Very close to the university campus. I had a strawberry milkshake which was really good, thick and fresh. Didn't sit inside the store, ordered drive thru, the staff was fine.

I love this location. I've been going here for over ten years now and I know half the people working. The food here is great. The ice cream even better, and the market place is the only place to buy milk. My only knock on this place is cleanliness. They need to spend more time keeping the tables washed down and keeping the restrooms in ordered.

If you've ever been to a Braums, this is a typical store. This particular restaurant is clean, offers fast service, bathrooms have been clean when I've visited and the grocery side is stocked. **It offers a drive-thru but I've seen several times you have to pull up past the window to wait for them to bring out your order. Not sure if this is dependent on order size, type, customer load or what. But, I've experienced it on several occasions so just keep in mind it may not be quite as quick as you expect once you get to the window to pay. What I love about Braums in general : > They offer certain ice cream flavors made without high fructose corn syrup. Some also have short simple ingredient lists. Hard to find in a rural town! >I find their milk is often cheaper than Walmart. >Unique ice cream flavors. I love the pumpkin and birthday cake. Recently picked up a Mother's cookie flavor! Always interesting to look in their freezers. >Great tasting items both in the restaurant and in the grocery which have a fresh flavor. >Frequent sales in the grocery as well as rotating restaurant meal deals (burger flavors, combos, sundae flavors, etc) For those not familiar with Braums : >They don't have full dollar menus or value items like McDs or Sonic but they do offer cheaper offerings like their $1 sausage biscuits, a bag of breakfast burritos and a drink happy hour in the mornings for example. You can also purchase a "bag of burgers" (5 plain Jr burgers with patty, pickles and ketchup) for around $5. You can get the "deluxe" version which adds lettuce, tomato and onions. No cheese but you can pay extra for it. This is a great pick for a simple, cheap meal on the run. Sometimes, we'll grab the plain ones, bring home and add our own topping of lettuce, etc. **check out their website for specials** >The grocery can be pricey in my opinion but they do run sales. If you prefer their brand, this is a great opportunity to stock up or grab them cheaper. They like to put their ice cream tubs on sale 2/$6. Their bread loaves go on sale 2/$2. >You can sub a shake for the soft drink on combo meals (depending on size this may cost more) and sub geek yogurt for the fries. > Limited non meat or non bread options. They do have salads, yogurt and chili. >They have a full menu on their website you can checkout prior to visiting though don't expect to see local prices until you're in store.

This is my fast food stop of choice in Commerce. This is usually the cleanest, most polite, and friendly burger joint in town. Breakfast is usually very high quality. Service is fast and friendly. Dinner is good, no matter the dish. Best fast food burger in town! Priced right. The market inside is where I generally like to buy my dairy in town, as it's simply the best. Great stop for a burger and groceries.

I've been going to Braum's about 12 years. I've never had a 'wrong' order. Sometimes my fries aren't hot, but I just make sure to ask if the fries are fresh. The staff is always polite and willing to accommodate a special request. Truth is, I don't buy burgers anywhere else.

Stood in line waiting to get ice cream while a friend ordered food. He had ordered, paid and received his food before I was able to get an ice cream. 3 employees working the ice cream side walked by me,made eye contact but never greeted or spoke. I finally had to move to the register where you order burgers. The employee there was extremely friendly and helpful. She had me taken care of in just a few minutes. By far the best ice cream in commerce

Great burgers and fry that we got here. Went to a Shake Shack location in Austin and pay twice as much. This Braum's is very clean and the staff is very friendly. The decor is one of the better Braum's locations I have seen.

Went in to buy milk and there was a cashier at the register, by the time I selected items and went back around the corner to check out she was gone. I stood there 5 or more minutes an employee from the food service side who had looked at me, and the two people behind me, several times finally came over and checked us out. This is the first time I have ever encountered this problem at this or any other Brahms so I'll give them another chance.

They are now putting much effort into the food. Burgers were cold. They need better management.

Nice people and all but not the cleanest or best maintained Braum's place. They had very few cups for catsup and the pump dispenser had some old catsup dried on the outlet. Food was ready before we fixed our drinks. Fries were warm but the burgers were not. Typically I expect to wait 5 mins or so at a Braum's while the food is cooked.

Very rude, slow, slow, and stingy with there salad dressing and chicken. Come on guys chicken is cheap and so is salad dressing. Asked for a different kind of dressing after opening the one they gave with the salad and was told we had to buy another salad to get it. Update . 05-25-21 slow slow slow drive thru.

They used to be a LOT better a few years back, but recently, almost every time I've gotten something, it either took a really long time (like, 20 minutes for a burger and fries), or the burger was cold and the cheese wasn't melted at all.

The 5 for $5 burgers were not as hot and fresh tasting as we remembered them before the drive-thru became the only option due to the pandemic. It reminded us of precooked burgers that were kept warm under a heat lamp but the staff were courteous and efficient in keeping the line moving forward. Our Combo burgers tasted fresh and as if they were hot off the grill. I was craving a Peach Ice Cream shake but they said they could not make one even at an extra full price. Since when can you not get any kind of shake you want at a Ice Cream shop? Disappointing after making a 50mile roundtrip for Brahms food but cured all future cravings.

The food is always good but the past few times we have gone the dining area was really dirty. I had to complain last time because there were no clean tables at all! An employee got busy and within 20 minutes it was looking alot better.

Did drive thru, banana split for hubby, fruit something new item had cake in it not thrilled with it not as described. Small bowl plain ice cream for my dog and she liked it.

New summer employees are more into making jokes than prepping you meals and drinks correctly than anything else. My last few and recent experiences had me there longer than I needed to be. Not only did the not make cheese burgers plain as I ordered them. They came fully loaded. MORE WAITING. The drinks I ordered not only came in the wrong size they came wrong altogether. AGAIN MORE WAITING. As I stood and watched. I wondered 🤔. Should I ever decide to higher any of these employees past a probationary period? My answer will be, not even past seeing them joke, jest, run around and continue to call out the wrong orders intentionally to one another. Very 😞 disappointed.

Their ice cream is amazing and they have a huge selection. Unfortunately I just had to leave because I couldn't be checked out at the grocery section. I understand short staffing happens, but I just want you to acknowledge us waiting that they'll get to us when they can. Every employee was working on food and ice cream. I waited 15-20 mins and gave up.

I just put my order through the drive window and watched as the guy at the front window put my card through 2x and looked at his buddy. Sorry it seemed shady and then he told me my order was declined. So I said I know $$ is there but I don’t want you charging my card again after you already charged it 2x. I have $$ so the machine should not have declined my card and so I left. I am giving 3 stars only because other times I don’t have issues here.

In on Keto asked for grilled chicken breasts and the ones they gave me must have been baby chick breasts ! I didn't mind paying for the whole sandwich even though I just wanted 2 chicken breasts but at least give me a full size breast piece as you have in the past

It's getting a two because the employees were nice, but I ordered the crispy chicken and received the grilled chicken. It was hard and too tough to chew, completely tasteless and dry! I could not eat it and I am not picky!

I don't usually have a problem with Braums but today I ordered a grilled chicken salad from the drive through and there was definitely something off about the salad. I think it was the chicken; didn't seem like it was "quite" cooked through. I only took a couple of bites of it and decided to toss it in the garbage. As I type this, my stomach is telling me something is off with me.

First person assisting was very rude and though was her job didn't seem to like being there. Second person that helped was great. This location when new several years ago was kept clean and pristine. Today, it is far below what would be acceptable. If the bathrooms are any indication of attitude towards food safety, then establishment should be shut down by food safety inspection. To be clear- establishment is filthy and apparent there is no pride or work ethic, but instead the minimalist attitude pervasive today to not do anything but be present.

I was not happy with the teenage staff on this particular evening. The youngman who took our order was more worried about playing finger drums on the cash register than properly greeting us and taking our order. Once I got my burger, it was a complete mess! Looked like they just slapped it together with ketchup or sauce all over the place! I will post a photo below. This is our hometown Braums... You can do better than this!

To go line they didn't put any chicken on my wife's salad. And my grilled chicken sandwich was terrible. And I got a speeding ticket on the way back to get chicken put on salad.

This is the worst braums I have ever been to. I always have to wait 15 plus minutes in line with nobody in front of me and to be completely honest the wait would be worth it , if the food was ever prepared right! Can't cook the eggs right for a country breakfast, drown a chicken sandwich in mayo and basically try to make green chilies the only thing on the promotional sandwich. I really like Braums and have gone to many of them throughout Texas and Oklahoma but this Braums in Commerce Texas is by far the worst one. I would go as far as to say that in the 5 times I have been there 4 of them were awful experiences and the other one being mediocre at best.

If I could give this place a zero I would. The customer service is TRASH. There’s a blonde lady that hands you your food every time and EVERYTIME without fail has a horrible attitude. She very clearly hates her job and makes you feel like a nuisance. The staff has little to no training and they are all lost on what customer service is. I was really not impressed with one of your workers. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes to verify that my order was ready because I did not hear the order called. When I finally tried to get her attention she put her hand up and told me just a minute. I understand that they where busy but I had already been standing the for several orders to go out and she never acknowledged me. That was very poor customer service on her part.

We eat at Braums on the regular, but not this one. We were passing through town and stopped for lunch. The food was good, but the customer service was horrible. I went here the other day to get food. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich combo and a double cheeseburger combo with jalapeños and bacon, and an additional large french fry. All of my food was old except the fries, my grilled chicken combo was incorrect and was fried chicken, and I was missing a large french fry. It's sad because Braum's is one of my favorite fast food places. The nacho burger they had will always be my favorite promo item. However, I won't be going to this one ever again. Waste of $.

Where is the intelligence in this college town? My 84 year old father who eats at Braums daily, sometimes twice daily, was refused a water glass today, at the Commerce Tx location, he had just mowed the grass in July Texas heat !!!! I’m sorry but that is unacceptable, anyone asking for water in this heat should have been given water! Especially an 84 year old! I know that Braum’s is a much better company than this! So he got in his truck and went to Greenville Tx and asked for a water glass and they gave him one! Thank you Greenville Braums for having some sense and some respect for elderly and taking care of your customers because its the right thing to do.

Today is February 13,2026 me and my son went there,and we ordered 2 number 1s and two large fries with no salt. When we got down the street and tasted the fries they were full of salt. So we took them back and told them and they had an attitude. He asked to see the receipt and I told him but he didn't put down. So they said that they would make them and they told us to pull to the side and we stay there for like 20 to 25 minutes, and went back through th e line ,and sit there a few more minutes until they gave them to us , I didn't notice until I got home that they were not large fries they were medium fries. So we paid for large fries and the gave medium. I really don't like begi cheated out of my money.

Yall this place to need up there staff. Went in last night to eat and I got number two and when I got it tomatoes were nasty pickles were the same and the patty was cold and fries were old. Braums is going down hill so fast the manager there sucks. Manager that was in there 4 months ago did a great job in keeping it clean and welcoming. Never gonna be going back unless something changes. If I could give -5 star I would this place doesn’t even deserve a one star. To many teenagers and they move so slow they need some better people there. They just don’t care about customers.
