We reserved their banquet room for a rehearsal dinner. All calls for the reservation were with Kenisha and she was always great to deal with. Upon arrival the manager visited with us at the hostess stand and was very helpful. Our waiter was James, and the service as well as the food was outstanding. Overall it I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience.

Ribeye(Perfectly Cooked) with Shrimp ( Perfectly seared) and Loaded Mashed Potato's and Broccoli all of which i can honestly say I have never had better food than what I had today at Paris, Tx. CHILI'S and that is saying alot.Come on by and let Chili's Paris Texas treat you like a King. I will return frequently.

Chili’s fed our entire football team with over 60 meals in under an hour. Very easy to work with and very friendly staff. Restaurant was impeccably clean.

Hannah was an excellent bartender, my steak was excellent and I had a great experience there. I was able to park my motorcycle under their covered porch while I sat in a thunderstorm.

Our server, Cheyenne was personable, upbeat, efficient and we never wanted for anything. For having a full section, she still made everyone feel like they were her only guests. The food was exceptional for a change and we were greeted by a friendly hostess who found us a table immediately even though the restaurant was full. Great experience. The prices are a bit too high now, though.

My friends and I visited on Friday March 29 around 2:00pm. We had the some of the best service. The server was fast, friendly, and really took care of making it a good dining experience. The receipt says L.T. for his name. My salad was amazing. Very fresh and the vinegar dressing was amazing. I don’t visit Paris often but if I’m ever in the area I know where I’m stopping.

Felt like just like home. We were seated and ordered drinks, then a screaming baby from the underworld provided the best ambiance we could have imagined. We then ordered our food and during the wait our server decided to practice his juggling skills and proceeded to smash a plate right beside our table. Took a little bit to get seated even thou there wasn't a whole lot of tables occupied but I know they were doing the best they could with staffing. It had quite a few years since I had been there and food and service was very good. I will definitely go back more often now.

This was my first time at this particular Chili's. The food was good. I don't like the way the cheese sticks are made. They're more like a cheese stick patty. Our waiter was friendly, but to me, he took a little.long to come get out drink order. Also, he came around once after we got put food and didn't come around again until we were nearly done. I got Buffalo wings and drank quite a bit of my soda. I was in need of a refill and was getting ready to ask someone for a refill when our waiter decided to come back and check on us. I will probably go back again, but maybe request a different waiter/ waitress.

The food was delicious. The only problem was I ordered a well done ribeye to go. I made it home and it was red inside through and through. I had to cook it for 10 extra minutes. The steak was very tender and very good AFTER I finished cooking it. The potatoes and corn were delicious.

We got sat back on the family side where all the kids were which is fine since we have 2 rowdy boys. However, there were a group of boys and they were running around throwing paper airplanes everywhere and smacking eachother upside the head which I know the employees are not their parents so it wasn't their fault. Food was good. Waitress was great. My husbands drink had womens lipstick on it so that's pretty icky. We didnt tell the waitress anything bc we didnt notice it until the end of our meal anyways and she was overwhelmed. Otherwise it was an okay visit. 👍

This is one of the few chain restaurants we still go to. We usually only eat local. The cheese sticks are a must for us. The waitresses and waiters are always friendly. It's laid back and can get a tad loud but that's to be expected in a bar and grill. We feel it's ok to take our family in there and enjoy a fun time. The prices are about the same as anywhere else as can be expected.

The food was good, arrived hot, and was as ordered. The place was clean and well organized. The server needed some improvement. Maybe she was tired or had a bad day, but she lacked emotion and was lacking attentiveness.

Food quality is consistent. The menu has changed a good deal over the years and, I admit, I preferred it 20 years ago. Also, don't think you're getting "happy hour" deals unless you're in the bar area. If you're seated in the regular dining area, those bargains don't apply. Quick tip: Long Island Tea from the well is terrible! If you're going to order one, get a top shelf. Not a big difference in price. A huge difference in taste.

Sat at the bar on the end of a holiday weekend Food was good and service was ok but always had to wait for the server to get back from somewhere. Seems like they we’re hanging somewhere else and watching for new ppl to come in because they always showed up when someone sat down. Also never removed the app plates or empty beer glasses even though it was obvious they were done. Wasn’t horrible and wasn’t great.

You could be the first person in the door in the morning here, and still have to wait 30-45 minutes for a table. Servers are fantastic, vibe is nice, everything is pretty good. But I hope you like waiting and staring at empty tables you could clearly be sitting in already. Every. Time. Without fail, you will wait at least 30-45 minutes to sit down. At least. You will never, EVER come here, and not wait to be seated.

This location needs some attention from management. Went for dine in with family. Waited for 10 mins before we got the table. Server was quick to grab water and coke but did not bother to check on the food or if we need anything else. Ordered a cheese quesadilla for my kid with an addition of Chicken but it came up only with cheese. They charged me for the chicken but there was no one to complain about it. I just paid my bill and came off as I was in a hurry. Do not recommend this location.

Little disappointed. Service slow, not checked on much and had extra to go order not brought to table. A different staff member had to look for our to go order after paid and ready to go. Dessert ordered off anitamated system took long time. When ask if we would like a dessert it had already been awhile, however, brought to table quickly after. You are using the bricks to clean your grease. The food was BITTER. The wings were not wings, they were nuggets.. They were terrible. The barbecue was so strong it was not edible. It’s good I don’t live here because I would never eat there again.

Next thing I see, when I thought maybe she'd gone for my water, she comes from the kitchen area with that gentleman a drink! I never got my water! I was having a medical test after lunch that required a lot of water consumption, so I left to go purchase more water elsewhere. The place was not busy, and I had planned to leave a nice tip, as I do. Chili's in Paris used to be a great place to eat! I'm not sure what has happened. And a clear soup on the menu would be nice.

Was there just before 5pm, was told it would be about 30 minutes wait. I saw about 80 percent empty dining room. After we got seated, ordered 2 unsweet teas, emptied glass before waitress came back to take order. Got 1 refill and 30-40 minutes later we got our appetizers. Decided we wouldn't wait on a meal. The food was good, but for the wait and a less attentive waitress we had, don't think we will be back

Chili's was open 4:30pm-8:30pm. The restaurant was short staffed. There had been a snow/ice storm the day before. Parties of more than 4 guests were turned away. We sat near the bar. The bartender was our server. He was swamped. People were waiting all over the place. When we were finally able to place our order we included a to go order as well. There were a number of items we asked for and was told they didn't have them. After approximately 20 minutes, the to go order arrived at the table. After one hour of waiting, our food arrived. The Caribbean Salad with shrimp was good however it was small. I had asked for chicken and was told they were out of chicken. Definitely not enough for a person that is very hungry. The shrimp tacos were good as well as the spinach queso dip and margaritas.

There were almost no people in the restaurant yet it took over an hour to get seated. The waitress forgot our appetizers we had to remind her of the order. The food took 45 minutes to get but was decent. All in all they need to do something about hiring kitchen help or lose my business.

The service sucked even through our food came out fast the service sucked we never got asked for refills until after we were getting ready to pay and leave and my friend ordered the quesadillas and they weren’t good the only good thing we liked was the fries and the tripper dipper. Sad about how our dinner went because we love chilis this just wasn’t a good experience today.

I want to start with I’ve never been to a chili’s before and my husband and I wanted to try it out. So my husband had gone to one before and he said his experience was great the first time mine was definitely not. My food was not hot my cheese fries were cold so were my husbands. His steak was rare when he ordered a medium steak. Mine was a medium as well they got that one right. It’s over priced for everything. It’s loud, you can’t even have a conversation without talking loud over the crowd. This table talk was loud the whole time we were there and they’re been there way before we even got to our table. I don’t mean to be a Karen but this place is not worth the time and place. If you have the patience to work with kind waitresses, they have very patient staff.

I couldn’t get anyone in the phone. Called at least 2 times. Then I go into the “to go” doors at the back of the building and no one was there to greet me. I stood there for 5 minutes waiting. I eventually stood indoors at the desk checkout and called their number. I literally watched the phone on the wall ring with my name on the caller ID. NO ONE paid the phone any mind. They just kept walking past me and the ringing phone. WTH?!!! I loathe laziness. And the app has the nerve to ask for a tip for “to go” orders. We arrived at Chili's around 1:45 on a Sunday. We were promptly seated and were never acknowledged for over 15 minutes. We got up and decided to leave. One of the staff gave us the standard "thanks for coming" as we were leaving. We explained we never had anyone come to our table. I believe she said "wow, that's strange" and walked off. I honestly would have let all this go. However, this wasn't the first time this happened at this location.

The staff and customers service at this chillis like so many others is absolutely terrible. All my waitress did is bring me my one drink and placed the food order and never appeared again. She helped her other tables though then at the end when I paid my bill on the device at the table she walked by and said oops "my bad". It wasn't even busy there just terrible work ethic other than the lady that cleans tables.

My grandfather came in with my younger cousin around 1 p.m. for Veterans Day. They took his name, and then proceeded to ignore him. When he went up to check on the status, the hostess was rude. Other people kept arriving, and he approached the counter again to see what was going on, but once more, the hostess was rude to him. Eventually, my grandpa spoke to a waitress who asked for his name, and apparently they didn’t even have his name on the list. That’s incredibly disrespectful. My grandpa is one of the kindest, most gentle people in the world, and he was treated terribly by your staff. Sorry he didn’t fit your standards.

Not busy at all. Had a 20 minute wait. Finally was alerted table was ready. Asked hostess for a booth and she rudely just told me no and walked away. Waited for a while to be greeted by waitress. That never happened so we left. When leaving I let the hostess know there were several empty booths and she tried arguing with me. She had a very bad attitude and mostly the reason we left.

We walked in, a party of two, and saw a near empty restaurant. We were then told a table of two would be a 10 minute wait. I asked why it'd be a 10 minute wait with a near empty restaurant and the incredibly rude hostess did not respond in any way to the question. After a 15 minute wait, we got to our table. In that 15 minutes, not a single customer left the restaurant. So, the wait made no sense. Then, after ordering sliders and a chicken sandwich, we waited 40 minutes for them to get there. We received a cold chicken sandwich and sliders that weren't cut up in the slightest. The fries were the only saving grace, but this is a poor excuse of a place to eat if you are seeking good customer service.

Horrible service and food. Placed a mobile order and not only had to wait almost an hour to get my food, but they gave me the complete wrong order. It was my fault for not checking it when I received it but when I called to see if they could correct it I was immediately placed on hold and then hung up on. Waited here as a party of two for 10 minutes. It wasn't busy. We never received silverware or drinks because all five waitresses blatantly ignored our table. We ended up leaving, along with another family, since it seemed that we weren't getting served.

He made the experience tolerable. The kitchen was "backed up" so our food arrived another 30 minutes later. I had a burger and my wife had salmon. Both meals were way over-cooked. LT came by about 10 mins later and asked how we were doing. My wife said told him that the food was all overcooked but we were too tired and too hungry to return food to a slow kitchen. Really do not think that we will return.

I don't even know where to begin. I can't remeber the last time I ate at chilis and it's probably a good thing. I ordered the 3 for 10 cause it's a great deal and I can't pass a deal like that. I ordered the enchilada soup, which was basically cheese dip not soup. I also ordered the crisper chicken (Chipotle honey) and it came with fries and corn. Those chicken tenders tasted stale as if they had been sitting out for a day. The sauce was goopy and dripping off the chicken. It did not taste or look appetizing at all. The corn was over cooked and the fries were mushy. Definitely not coming again. Wish I didn't have to write this but I was very disappointed.

Ordered the beef fajitas through the chilis app & this is what I received. Obviously I returned the food & asked for my money back. The manager, i’m guessing, let me know their menu states their beef fajitas come MEDIUM RARE. I had to stop myself from laughing because in what world, ma’am? Anyways, I asked is there a way to specify how I want the meat cooked on the app & she said there should be. Obviously there was not an option to change your meat because…. why would anyone assume they’re originally medium rare. I also personally didn’t see any mention of their fajita beef being medium rare in their menu. What’s funny is i’ve ordered beef fajitas before & they have NEVER came medium rare, lmao. Also the picture in the menu has them cooked well done, as they should be. Stop the lying.

The restaurant was (I'd say) about 20% occupied and we had a 20 minute wait. Empty tables with the mess still on them. Even after we got our chips and queso the server cleaning table next to us dropped a glass of SOMETHING and it went all over me, my wife and son. She half way cleaned it up (leaving water all in the floor) said I'm sorry yall and walked off. The "manager" later walked right though the mess and and never made an effort to clean it until she seen my wife and I taking pictures of it, then she came to clean it up and apologized. Will not be going back till we get word I'd changed.

Cold food, horrible service and The rudest manager I’ve ever encountered. I asked for my money back since my food sat there and got cold, she laughed at me.

Disgusting literally taste like crap. Service was garbage. Atmosphere was horrible. Don't bring children here seriously.

New to the area, placed an order Togo, and was absolutely disappointed…. The pictures say it all, hardly any food in my “quesadilla” and a super pink burger.

I came here to pick up a doordash order. Once I finally received service, it was very poor! The employee was very short and rude with her responses. I understand working to go you do not make that many tips but that does not give any reason to have lousy customer service. It was awful. Because of this experience alone, I will not be eating here for myself. Order my food and had it delivered it was supposed to be a medium 10oz steak and when it got here the steak was completely burnt on the outside and super well done on the inside where I could not even eat it. I’ve never had an issue with this place since I moved here until now but I’ve sure heard a lot of bad things and I kept telling those people that I’ve never had a problem with it that they should give them another shot. Probably won’t be saying that anymore. On top of all of this, door dash said the only thing that they could do for me was give me 10 dollar credit and I paid 40. Very very disappointing
