Love the ice. While the lady at the cash register wasn't very nice the order was perfect and it was a very large order with multiple customizations. The kitchen staff even clarified a couple of things

Walked in on Wednesday evening restaurant was busy but very clean customers were laughing talking, eating and having a great time. Order was processed very quickly food was fresh hot and good. Ice cream hit the spot for the red headed ggs. Employees were prompt courteous and respectful. Smiles all around..👍👍 and ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. This is truly a must stop on your next hunger adventure. Ice cream treats here are the absolute best!

I have nothing to complain about! We got our food quick and it was hot. And there was a girl named Jamiah there that had such a welcoming smile and personality made it a 5 star review! Better give that girl a raise, kind workers are hard to come by! ❤️ We will be back!

I ordinarily don't reviews on fast food but this place we so quick, fresh and friendly I just thought I would leave them a 5 star for the good job they are doing. The food was fast, hot and the place was very clean. The young man behind the counter was very courteous. They seem to all take pride in their work. Something not seen in a lot of other fast food places.

On Wednesday April 2, 2025 My husband & I were passing through Paris. As we saw a heavy rain storm approaching, we pulled in to avoid driving in the rain. My husband always loved the DQ Dude & I love the tacos. Where we live we can’t get them. We were greeted by a young lady at the register who had a pleasant attitude, and a bright smile. She had great customer service skills. As I listened to her greet other customers, it was the same great attitude. As she was probably about 16-18 years old, this stood out to me. If I was a business owner in Paris, I would be looking to hire her. So to the manager, you have a great employee there. Make sure she knows she is valued before someone else comes along & hires her. Thank you! Ps. The DQ Dude & Tacos did not disappoint. Tasted just like when I was a teenager. Host 108

The best DQ I have ever been to. Everything was perfect! The burger - delicious. The French fries - just enough salt, the Dr. Pepper - fizzy and sweet perfect combo of syrup and carbonation, the blizzard - hung upside down and tasty. They also put plenty of napkins, ketchup, salt and pepper in the bag. They thought of everything! Shows good hard, thoughtful workers. My compliments to the cooks and all the other staff. Great work. Y'all need raises!

Food is good service is great it is everything you want from a fast food restaurant. Love the blizzard.

Dairy Queen is a very popular and very upmost in their performance. However, the 4 star comes from the lack of variety; being simple just like all other ice cream shops. Still, it holds its perfection in flavors to choose.

The "Hunger Buster" tasted more McDonald's-esque than like the terrific Dairy Queen on Lamar Ave I'm used to. Service was attentive. Dining room super clean. Pretty EZ access from the loop. It's a new Dairy Queen, on Loop 286 in Paris. Next to La Quinta Inn & Suites. It's very modern. Restrooms are wheelchair accessible & clean. The furniture & decor is of course brand new. Dad & I will be back - it's close to Farm Rd 195 & commendably fast service. 🔺 2nd x - got a 6-piece steakfinger basket w/fries, Texas Toast & soft drink ↝ $11.³⁸. Great way to fill a "hankering." 👎Recently tried the Grilled Chicken Sandwich combo w/ chili / cheese tots + med 🥃↝ $10.⁴⁹. Squishy. Bland. Will not buy 🐓 here again.

We are traveling and wanted something to treat our kids to. We went thru the drive thru. The staff was kinda rude, as if they had better things to do than take my order. When we got our ice cream, it was like they couldn't get rid of us fast enough. Our order was correct but the hospitality lacked

We travel a lot and we look for places with clean bathrooms so we can repeat our stops on our way back home. This was NOT one of those repeat stops because the women's bathroom smelled horrible!!! I was happy when the water came out hot almost instantaneously but the smell was awful!! I could not work in that kinda stench!!

We went to the Dairy Queen on Loop 286 in Paris on a Friday evening at around 8:45 PM. As we sat down, the employees began cleaning the floors. They stacked the chairs on the tables, closed off aisles and began to sweep and mop. The store wasn’t set to close until 10:00 PM. They even stepped over to our table and took the two extra chairs from it. I mentioned to them that I felt it rude and inhospitable to be overhauling the floors and stacking chairs all around us. I asked if they wanted us to leave. They said, “Oh of course not! We probably aren’t supposed to do this.” But they continued on. Totally out of order from my perspective.

Super disappointing lunch. We had to turn around and go into the restaurant after pulling away from the drive through because an item was missing. Plus, the burgers were served to us cold and dry, missing ingredients, and the cheese wasn’t even slightly melted. I imagine the burger patty wasn’t warm at all when the sandwich was built. It was so bad, I threw it away and went hungry instead. Two stars only because their service was so friendly.

I wouldn’t usually do this, but my experience today was absolutely HORRIBLE! I was on my way home from vacation and we decided to get DQ for lunch. After we had ordered, it took them 20 minutes to bring us food. The food that they had brung us wasn’t even our order. A couple came in 15 minutes after we sat down and got their food in 2 minutes. When the actually brung our order out, the didn’t even bring the full order. There were at least 6 people working and it was taking forever. There were only 10 people in there (including me and my family). By the time I had gotten my grilled chicken salad, my chicken was cold. My grandfather’s burger had no mustard after he said he would like mustard on it. After that, we decided to get blizzards. My Heath blizzard was the consistency of a milkshake. I attempted to tip it (since that the blizzard test), and it started running out of my cup. I was watching everyone else around us who was waiting. One man claimed to have been there for 30 minutes and hadn’t gotten his order. I will never be stopping at this location again.

Good stuff: chicken tenders & churros. Bad stuff: the sad excuse of tacos were HORRIBLE. Just take them off the menu. Dining room needed sweeping and tables wiped down but worker too busy on his cell to care. And the outside premises needed attention.

Awful service. Was charged for cookies in a blizzard and didn’t receive any. Was stared at and told “we don’t do that” yet charged me for it.

Too bad they can t even follow simple directions. The burger had mustard+cheese, thats all. I ordered a dry burger with the vegetables and cheese. Chicken sandwich had mayo when requested dry with veg and cheese. So when you can t get orders right, especially on a friday night, You lose my business. And this isn t the first time, it would appear the employees are more interested in getting it wrong at night to run off customers. I get it DQ, YOUR STORE AND REGIONAL MANAGER DON T CARE.

Worst service ever. Food sat in window for 20 minutes before I went and inquired about it and then sent it back cold. Waited again and when I inquired they had not even begun to remake my order. At no time did any one apologize for their incompetence or offer any sort of compensation.

I was very upset about the burger I ordered. I wanted cheese and they didn't put it on there. When I told the girl at the window she took the burger back and threw a cold piece of cheese on it and balled the paper up and handed it to me and closed the window

We had the hunger buster combo basket, & this is the worst burger we have ever had!!! The meat was cold and over cooked...like it had been sitting under a lamp all day! Only received 1/2 of a small order of French fries that were cold & also overcooked! It's like we got leftover food. Won't be back!

The people are nice, the store is clean. They just cannot seem to get an order correct. I live 13 miles from this store, I've gone to the drive thru to order a meal that includes cheese tater tots, get home, no cheese. I called to make them aware of the mistake, they offered another meal for my troubles. I said it wasn't necessary, the weekend manager insisted. The next day I drove back and they would not honor the deal. I've still gone back. But if you don't like tomatoes on your burger, you will have to remove them yourself, they can't seem to leave them off! The girl at the window will read the order back to you, "no tomatoes ", and then you get home, there they are? I do not recommend this store.

The dining area was a mess. It was the normal lunch time of day, but this place was not that busy. The front entrance rug was in embarrassing condition. The staff were acting like they were all supposed to be somewhere else. No hustle at all. To the point I actually wondered if a few were mentally disabled. The food presentation and quality was extremely sloppy. New management needed!

I personally do not appreciate your workers rolling their eyes at me. I also clearly said 3 times i wanted a CHEESEburger with lettuce, Mayo, & pickles but I got no pickles or cheese and you guys gave me ketchup. I also asked for a pup cup and they got an attitude about it all it is, is whipped cream 😅. When I placed my order I was laughed at.

I did love this dairy queen but not today. I ordered grilled chicken salad, but was charged for crispy. Lady who took my order said it very loud and clear could hear her at my table saying how i said crispy not grilled and putting all the blame on me about how it seemed like trying to get out of paying. I had witnesses who even said i ordered the grilled. I was treated like the bad guy at the restaurant instead of a customer. I will continue eating here but if see her working the register, will turn right back out the door and go somewhere else.

Set there for 20 minutes they brought the wrong order out. They are more worried about door dash than walk in customers. They made $19 and lost customers for life. Terrible management and service!

I asked the girl taking my order if this location had the same happy hour items as the other she said 2 for $5. Yes She then charged me full price for the wraps and fries. When I asked about it she said oh it's just the drinks I don't know anything about the food.

The lady in the kitchen threw my food on the counter… just horrible service and inappropriate handling of food and hygiene. I wonder if the cook staff washes their hands before handling food. My order wasn’t even right. I will never comeback.

Just ordered drive thru and ordered 2 jalitos, a burger, 3 tacos, and a blizzard, did not receive my jalitos and they didn't ring up my blizzard as they handed out my food I asked about the blizzard and they said I did not order that. Service today was disappointing
