Our first time at Sushiato so we went with our server's recommendations, needless to say everything was a delicious combination of Latin and Asian flavours. Our servers Ara and Aly were delightful. Wonderful experience, will definitely come back :)

We had the high tide bites on happy hour - delicious! Then for dinner we enjoyed the Dracula roll and Ohana roll - both were amazing! Highly recommend! Plus great service and a nice atmosphere. Happy hour was a plus!

The food was excellent. We started with the spicy edamame and sushi pizza bites. Both were delicious. We also had the Dracula and Rebellion rolls. Loved both with the Rebellion roll being a favorite. Nice place with a fresh take on sushi.

I had a truly wonderful experience at the restaurant, and a big part of that was thanks to Eli, the manager. From the moment we arrived, Eli was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. She checked in with us throughout the night to make sure everything was perfect, and you could tell she genuinely cared about our experience.

We had the plantain tropical tuna, one moon roll and one Dracula roll - all of them delicious, well seasoned and super fresh - our server Meidy was super attentive, provided great recommendations and it was always checking on us! A plus… they have happy hour 3-7 pm, totally worth to visit!

First time here and wow I will say this is the best sushi I have ever had! This place is a hidden gem. We tried the Ohana roll, tuna mango twist, tropical tuna and chicken bao buns they were all exceptional!! I couldn’t tell you which was my favorite. Beautiful restaurant with very nice staff! The food was great, if you are a curious foodie that likes to try interesting and new flavors this is the place for you. We had the Anniversary roll, Miami roll(no cream cheese) and the Acevichado maki roll. While they do have traditional Japanese rolls, all of their other sushi rolls are all Latin ingredients prepared into the shape and “likeness” of sushi. It was a very fun experience!

This place is definitely a hidden gem! It’s a mix between Japanese sushi with a Latin flare. Took my daughter here after school for a little mommy and daughter time and she absolutely loved it!!! My tastebuds were doing the happy dance with every plate they brought out. I went for the happy hour which was like tapas style. I ordered 3/4 different items and it did not disappoint. I had excellent fresh sushi and she had chicken tenders and fries. They even customized the menu a little bit for her. Things I would recommend: Avacodo Tartare which contains sesame, Edamame, Koko Roll, and the green Ginger salad. So good! Service was great, food came out fast, definitely unexpectedly and pleasantly surprised. 10/10

Clean, inviting, warm atmosphere with uplifting music to brighten your dining experience. Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful and delicious. Lunch - tonkatsu ramen had wood-ear mushrooms, pork, and wonderful fresh broth with great umami flavor. The pork belly bar and golden tofu bao had flavor that popped. Even the Arnold Palmer (*green* tea and lemonade) was a much brighter flavor than the usual.

I escaped all the noise and the crowded restaurants around the city and ended up at this hidden gem in Parkland, and I’m so glad I did. Sushi is one of my favorite foods and I’m very picky, but this place truly blew me away. The Latin-Japanese fusion is top-notch. The atmosphere is cozy, the music is pleasant (not too loud), and our server was incredibly kind. Everything about this place felt just right. The sushi is honestly some of the best I’ve ever had, and I’ve tried a lot! Forget the big, packed restaurants, come here instead. And no, nobody’s paying me to say this, it’s just that good!

Estuve por primera vez aquí hoy a la hora del lunch y sin duda repetiré. Toda la comida estaba increíble pero los nigiri estaban en otro nivel, espectaculares. Mi mesera fue Andrea y además de ser muy amable fue muy atenta. La decoración del lugar me pareció espectacular, estuve hablando con Andrea y me comentó que la decoración del techo estaba hecha por el dueño lo que me pareció un toque súper especial. Recomiendo este lugar 100% sobretodo por el servicio.

Wanted to try a new sushi place. Something different and this place didn't disappoint. Spanish twist sushi! Not every day you walk into a sushi restaurant and everyone is speaking Spanish. Restaurant is very clean cozy and quiet. In fact the whole strip mall was empty on a Thursday 7pm. ( nicest publix ever next door) food was VERY fresh and i liked the little details added to separate them from other places. The guava role was excellent and a great match to the jalapeño tuna role. We will add this place to our regular rotation now!

We came to celebrate my friend’s and my birthday. I hada jungle roll… gosshhh it was delicious!! to drink. I have a fresh sangria which fruits were crispy. The prices are a little higher… each roll service (8 rolls with pretty normal size… not too big) cost between $20 and $25 e/o. At the end, the restaurant gave to us a dessert to share and sing happy birthday. Aranza was our waitress tonight and she was really kind and sweet. Excellent service!!

Even though South Florida has endless restaurant options, I still catch myself getting bored of the same spots on repeat. So, in an effort to shake up my routine, I took my partner out to Suhiato in Parkland. The place was pretty packed when we walked in, but luckily we snagged a table for two without much of a wait. We ordered one shrimp bao bun and the volcano roll reloaded. As for the food, it was solid. The bao had that soft‑but‑slightly‑chewy thing going on, and the shrimp was crispy with good flavor. I will say it could’ve used a little more aioli because it leaned a bit dry. The volcano roll, though, was nicely done—loaded with a creamy, baked seafood topping and a good mix of flavors.

Sushi Is good and fresh and nice customer service but peices on very small inside need to make bigger and add more ingredients inside roll to make more flavorful and ratting will go up. Then they will do much much better.Please listen and fix this it's better for you and customers and your business. Also not enough ginger like I requested . Please listen this is to help you .

First time coming here and it was not great at all. Ordered the pork belly bao bun and the meat was good but the bun itself was dry. Buns are supposed to be fluffy. Ordered the Tonkotsu and it tasted like a miso soup with angel hair pasta. The mushrooms and seafood were the only decent thing. The egg with it was so old and overcooked too. The waitress never came in to check on us. I’m surprised this place has a 4.7 rating.

Adorable interior, friendly staff, sushi rolls have texture of canned tuna. Left after we tried the appetizers and had to get dinner elsewhere. Couldn't finish what we ordered as appetizers due to flavor being ridiculously sweet and texture tasting off. Excitement for trying out a highly rated location led to disappointment. Texture of their volcano role was on par with canned tuna. Bao buns had overwhelming sugar sweet sauce that drenched everything. Maybe next time will be better. Disappointed because I really wanted to like this place.

I do not recommend We waited well over an hour for a carry out order that was delayed Paid 100$ for 4 measley rolls. I could have gotten grocery store sushi for a fraction of the price and better quality Very unhappy and we will not be returning Tiny, extremely overpriced rolls

Never order delivery. Order placed at 6:30 pm never delivered. Picked up at 9:00 pm after trying diverse ways of solving the delivery issue. They have a third party completing their delivery and they stole it first, the restaurant tried a second time with no success. The food was good. The restaurant will not take responsibility of any fee paid for delivery even when it is part of the service offered on their website.

Extremely disappointed! I was in the plaza for a doctors appointment and decided to place an order to bring home. I ordered one sushi roll, the chicken teriyaki and a dessert. $58 and it was in the top three worst meals I’ve ever had! The $25 Entrée was small and tasteless as the roll was as well. The vanilla ice cream that came with the dessert was the best tasting item. Will not be going back.

Unfortunately, the shrimp and chicken fried rice they offer is inedible. The presentation is very poor, the rice is clumpy, it has no fried flavor or soy sauce, and it also didn’t include the egg as promised. I called them before leaving this review to let them know, but they didn’t seem to take it seriously and told me I was the only one who had complained. I do not recommend this dish, as the experience will likely be disappointing.

So I ordered food at 7:19 pm and as I type this message at 8:52 pm I still haven’t received my food. I called the restaurant and they said it’s taking very long bc they had a lot of orders. Not to mention they offered no compensation. Unacceptable!

For the first time ever this location failed us in service and empathy! Did not have a table available for 3 people but did have one for 6. There was no one waiting and they had the odasity to say that the table for 6 needs to be available for IF a bigger party arrives. So the party of 3 is not good enough for them? Perfect, one less customer used to visit very frequently.

S-u-c-k-s! This is not Sushi, i dont know what the hell this is. I payed 68 bucks for literal trash. All the ginger was messed up with wasabi, all the raw food tasted bad refrigerated. Nothing has even proper decoration, no ponzu sauce, no ell sauce, nothing. The quality of the spicy mayos, the way they present their food, everything is horrendous. However goes to this places has never eaten real sushi. Don't waste your money here, thanks.

I stopped in for a lunch takeout 1/24/2026 and ordered the green ginger salad, steamed shrimp shumai and edamame.The shrimp shumai and edamame were only slightly warm, but tasted good. The salad had the wrong dressing and was full of moldy slimy black leaves. I accidentally ate some of it before I noticed it was bad, and threw the rest away. I was sick the next morning. I won't be back. It was very disappointing. And they also added an automatic tip to the bill.

Ordered Uber Eats so service and Atmosphere were not observed. I ordered a deluxe roll, Dracula roll and chirashi bowl. The deluxe roll was moderate at best but the Dracula roll was awful, whatever they sear the salmon with tasted like pepper or something strange? Not good at all the the chirashi bowl fish was gross, tasted like it was off almost. Didn’t eat it or the Dracula roll at all. $98 for those 3 through Uber Eats. I would avoid at all costs.
