The customer service is top notch. The food very delicious, better than any other in the area. I will definitely come back to visit Pal Rancho. Ester restaurante es el mejor en toda el area. El service es lo Maximo. Definitivamente Valvere.

The mango shake was excellent! Also had sweet corn Arepa with cheese on top and it was freshly made. The empanada was crunchy and so tasty.

Our waiter Anaís was amazing! We were in a rush, she managed to get everything out for us quickly. The food was also pretty good.

The food is pretty good. Bakery items are also good. The best thing about this place is the service. The staff are always friendly and amicable. The food is always fast. I order take out from here weekly because it's faster than even some "fast food" resteraunts but at much higher quality. The pricing is higher than I'd like but it's like that everywhere now. Strongly recommend Pal Rancho II.

I placed my first order today. Wrong location, and wrong date. Called the restaurant and they took care of everything. Service is great. The food was great. The pick up was great, offered extra sauce on the side. Portions are generous. This is now on our routine lunch rotation.

I have been coming here for a few years, usually 2 to 3 times a week, always on Sunday mornings. The atmosphere is very warm and inviting, that's because of the staff. They are so welcoming to everyone know matter who you are. Always with a smile and a great attitude. The food is some of the best Colombian food I have had outside of Colombia itself. I have had just about everything on the menu and can say I have never had a bad meal or experience here. I recommend this restaurant to my friends anytime I can and I would recommend it to anyone.

Such a great restaurant on so many levels! We had a party of about 10 last night to celebrate the birthday of my late wife who passed away 6 years ago…myself, my two older boys, and her former nurse co-workers/friends. We chose Pal Rancho II bc it was my wife’s favorite Colombian restaurant, she was from Cali, and last night they didn’t disappoint. We had two servers, Lady and Ana, who were the kindest and most attentive servers I think I’ve ever had! They took care of each one of the guests with a pleasant professionalism that made me truly want to have them sit down and join us! lol Ana even helped me tie the birthday balloons around the table prior to the guests arriving! The restaurant is very clean, the food is absolutely delicious, and the prices are very fair. They played the birthday song after bringing out the most amazing flan, candle included, and simply put, Ana and Lady made sure that our evening was perfect! Oh yeah, they even became a photographer for us on more than one occasion! Thank you ladies, and all of Pal Rancho II for making this special evening one with incredible memories. I will see you all very soon!

We are adventurous eaters that's for sure. So we stepped out of a traditional American breakfast and tried something new. Imagine rice, egg and sausage would be such a mouthwatering feast. It sure was. The fried pork had a perfect crisp. The empanada was ok BUT the filling on the inside was fantastic. Churro looked and tasted like a donut but better. This was a tasty and filling breakfast. Definitely, packed a punch with flavors. Service was good, quality and quantity was a 5 star, price was reasonable considering the price hikes from most restaurants. I recommend this location if you're looking to step outta the box and try something new.

Food is ALWAYS good, so is service. They're all very attentive. Was a bit noisy for a regular day, usually it is when there's a soccer game which is understandable. But will continue to come back.

Authentic and delicious Colombian food by the area of Coral Springs. Keep in mind that Sundays will be really busy. We had the Costilla soup ( rib meat soup) perfect if you have a hangover 😂. Accompanied by rice , fried plantains ( tostones) , salad . One soup is perfect for 2 people that way you can enjoy another entry .. Good price. Good quality, clean, family oriented environment. Excellent customer service.

Came here couple of weeks ago when I was visiting friends and family in Coral Springs. the service was excellent however the food was very bland. Needed some seasoning or salt. we have gone to different Colombian restaurants and their meals are very flavorful. Maybe it's from the region the chef is from.... I don't know. But salt and pepper or some sort of seasoning would have made a difference. Either way atmosphere was very clean, the waiter was really nice. We also got a military discount 10%. That is good that they support our soldiers.

Update. Food is still good, but the service is slow... The last three times we're there the wait staff took forever... And, to make matters worse they weren't busy. Review 1 year ago with a 4 star rating: Omg! I loved their food! Everything is from scratch and you can't beat their prices! The staff are nice and pleasant! I've walked past this place so many times without walking in... If you do walk in you will not be disappointed with their dishes! I promise!!!

Five stars for cleanliness. Negative stars for my server. I asked for salad dressing and was given what I had assumed was oil and balsàmic vinegar. It was soy sauce and oil. Waitress insisted that it was Balsamic vinegar. She kept trying to push green sauce for my dressing. Waitress spent more time in the back room then assisting customers. Food was tasty although the french fries were undercooked. She took them back and re-fried them.

I consider this place hit or miss. Specifically with their empanadas. We eat empanadas every Saturday and the last few weekends wanted to try this place. The first 2 times we ordered beef and in our order of 13, 5 were chicken; they also use a lot more potato than meat. This last order I had someone pick them up and I was so disappointed. They were burnt and I don't mean a little over cooked I mean burnt. I would prefer to have to wait longer and have them present me with quality food than to just bag burnt food. For these reasons I wont be returning.

Great service, speedy takeout. Their empanadas are great just like any other Colombian place, however I'm basing my 3 star-rating based on the dish I tried. Their arroz con pollo did not taste as expected. It had an odd, stale flavor and barely any seasoning on the chicken. Also their style is different than the traditional arroz con pollo you would find anywhere else - they simply sprinkle chunks of grilled chicken on top of the rice. Bummer because it's one of my favorite Colombian dishes. Make sure you look at the pictures before ordering.

This is my first time ordering from this location pollo salteado and arroz con pollo. Told by a young male cashier to wait 10 minutes but my order took way longer. I do not mind waiting but at least he should have made me aware it would take much longer. I had to approach him about the wait and right after he gave me my food and did not even acknowledged the long wait or apologize. It makes me wonder if my food was ready all along and he/somebody forget about it. My rating is due to the poor customer service and the food was very bland. The only thing that was right in taste and texture are the pan de bono. Moreover, I do not expect to return to this location or recommend to any family and friends.

Every time I order takeout there are some girls who they are with bad attitude ,this is my third time my order is never ready. This time I ordered a burger from their app when I got there they didn't even notice the order . The girl gave me the wrong sauces. I order the burger with out onions, the burger was with everything I give up with this place

Food is good. I never dine in, so myself and my fiancee have order over the phone. So far, they NEVER get the order correct, plus she speaks Spanish. So English or Spanish they could never get your call in order correct. No complaints about their food though. Just hope they get people who knows how to take call-in orders

An Absolute daylight robbery, The Steak from the Bandeja Paisa looks like it was cut for sandwich instead that for a steak for $16.99 total robbery, then the Coffee is $4.98 per cup , $10.99 for Maicitos , $5.00 for Arepa de choclo, $12.00 for Chorizo y arepas. In Total Breakfast for 4 was $100.00 CRAZY!!!! and the food wasn't even that great. An absolute disgrace!
