Ordered an ultimate magnifico for takeout. As soon as I got in my truck, I opened up the box to have a slice while it's hot and fresh. I do this every time I order pizza for takeout. The pizza looked great and tasted fantastic. The pepperoni and sausage they use is easily better than the other chain pizza restaurants. My only gripe is that it could have been baked a little longer. I like my crust to have a little crunch to it. Will definitely be ordering from Marcos more often.

Made an order after the Texans game ..Arrived 20mins after I placed my order. Pulled up and they did not have the order ready. They took five mins to look for the order . Then was told it would be 12mins... Gentleman(a delivery driver)said they had only two employees working. Lobby was closed because of interviews .Worst service ever. Waited more than 30mins in the drive thru. Then told 4 more mins ..... Called the store in drive thru to ask what is taking so long but no answer......do not order. Worst mistake to order from this location. Please do not order here !!! Not sure how was the food .. going on 45mins and still have not left . I only ordered four pizzas!..... *Update 12-12-23 , So when we did arrive home the pizzas were still hott, fresh, and delicious. These pizzas were awesome! So I just want to be fair and give the cook(manager possibly) props on throwing down a well made pizza so I will change the quality of food to a five star. The experience is still the same . Also the Driver helping at the window that day was doing the best he could and even apologized for the service. He did offer a drink for the trouble once we received the food and did say to call back the next day and speak with the manager to resolve these issues that took place .

Me and me boyfriend went at 10:50 and we asked nicely if they were opened and the guy opened the window and said nope we close in 10 minutes all rude and closed the window rude on us

I’ve been coming to this Marcos pizza for 2 going on 3 years and they’ve been super slow but I’m always understanding because I worked the pizza business before but the fact there was 1 guy training 3 new people was absolutely ridiculous. My food was suppose to be ready at 5:39 but I didn’t get it handed to me until 6! Word of advice schedule enough people to cover shifts especially on busy nights!

My overall experience since I walked in was just bad. I walked in and was looking at a different menu on the side and the cashier automatically in an attitude said the menus over here twice. Then while ordering I was looking at the cheesy bread and it was on an advertising paper, and I said can I get this the cheesy bread, he proceeds to say no you can’t. I was like I cant get the cheesy bread? I was like I just want the bread, he said I couldn’t do the promotion and I told him I know I just wanted the bread and proceeded to check us out. The whole time I was waiting about like 15-20 mins pass the time he gave us, and nobody was there. The store was empty their was no one at the cashier, nor at the window. No one in the kitchen either, and my pizza was sitting there literally cold and a customer was waiting at the window.

Made an online order and because they are short handed I guess door dash had to make the delivery, some how part of my ordered was forgotten and I had to call to try and get it resolved, they said they have to talk to the manager and would call back within an hour but guess what no call back. We'll I guess you just want my money but not give what I paid for well that is called theft. I will no longer be ordering from Marco's..

Came in to order pizza because mobile app does not work properly.ccordered 2 pizzas , 2 drinks and I went back and told sales person if I could order some cinnamon bread for $5 said no I had to order thru the app and additional $10 before I could get the cinnamon bread for $5 this stinks because it isn't my fault that Marco pizza doesn't have a good working app. I will not be returning because of this rude behavior.

I came in on a Tuesday and ordered a small pizza and salad for a shocking $30. When I went to sit down, my mother noticed on the street sign that it was buy 1 pizza get another one free. When she went to the counter to ask about it, the woman there was extremely rude just shaking her head and sighing heavily multiple times saying that I should have ordered 2 to get the second one free. Usually its good customer service to let people know about the specials going on but I guess not qt this location. I like the pizza and will go to marcos again but never this location. If possible avoid this one and make the drive to another one. Just bad attitudes here that make the place feel so unwelcoming. Thats why the lobby was empty except for one other table.

I ordered through DoorDash because I came from out of town. I ordered chicken and veggies because I don’t eat pork. When my order arrived at my hotel it was a sausage and pepperoni pizza. I called and the manager told me my hotel was too far to deliver so they would take care of me “next time”. When I asked to speak to the manager because I don’t plan on coming back anytime soon, they took my name and number and never contacted me. I do not recommend you patronize this business. Find another pizza place. They make mistakes and you have to pay for them.
