I love the veggie burger from here. 🍔. It is one of the best burgers ever made! The fries are perfect. The dragon fruit drink is a bit on the sweet side and tastes really great. It's better to dilute the dragon fruit drink with water and a lot of ice. I appreciate the service here 🙏. Thank you.

When it comes to burger, I like to get mine at Habit Burger. The original double burger is my favorite. I always order this with their onion ring and a drink to go with the burger. The char broil taste of the burger is amazing.This is what differentiates Habit from other burger joints. You just order their legendary onion ring too to go with your meal. Despite hyper inflation on everything, Habit still keeps its Burger prices the same. Fo a full meal with fries and a drink, the price comes at a very affordable $12. Next time when you are having burger craving, check Habit Burger out. This is not a commercial, just my personal preference.

This is a fantastic hamburger chain. It's Santa Barbara's equivalent of In n Out Burger. I got a Double Charburger with Fries and they were both hot and fresh. The staff is friendly and free parking in lot. Easy in-app ordering for takeout too

This Habit Burger is located in the same square as Chuck e cheese and Rite Aid. Come early as it gets quite busy. I get the char burger meal. Tasty and fresh. Good lettuce which is rare at a chain burger place. Fairly fast service. Friendly service when I asked a staff member to clean our table. Will return! Free, large parking lot.

I have always enjoyed bringing children to Chuck E Cheese. They have always had great games and rides for people of all ages. Along with their activities are, of course, their food. They offer pizza, salad bar, dessert, sandwiches, chicken wings, fountain drinks and beer. Our food experience did not start off great. Our food came out cold which was surprising because they weren't that busy. However, Ms. Claudia came out and redid our order and it was great as usual. The staff member Erik was extremely helpful and very pleasant. And our curly hair, scary masked staff member was extremely helpful as well. Update: My family and I have been back multiple times since this particular post for events like Halloween, my son's birthday and just to hang. I have to say that the staff ( Kayla, Yaki and Stacy) always went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great time.

When I thought I loved Chuck E. Cheese as a kid, the love is back while I have my first daughter. Great place for the fam here. The food is surprisingly good. Kinda expensive for what it is. But what are you gonna do?? Pizza and wings are fire. This place gets the 4 stars for the great service. The staff here was great. Very attentive. Friendly. Doing a really good job. The vibe is cool. And we go during lunch and clean. I hear it can be different when it gets super busy and packed. But the times I've gone, it's been very calm. Parking is super easy with a huge lot. Kids had a great time and it nice that you check in with your kids. Place was safe but I would either eat before you go and don’t order the fries. It’s pricey and you don’t much for the price. Also my fries was under cooked so I did not eat them.

Like most CECs ~ more than a few games are either 100% broken, or not 100% operable (missing pieces, mechanical glitches) ~ don't know if that is something "corporate" is supposed to fix. I will say that this location is kept very clean, the staff is attentive to safety, food is passable, and the mascot interacts well with the kids.

I like this location, bigger than most and has a lot more games. Food is great, customer service is good. I have a big issue with the ventilation. I have come here many times and it’s unbearable hot. The air conditioning seems to not work in the big kids section. It’s really disappointing. I’m also giving Chuck e Cheese such a low rating due to its insane expectations on the number of points to be earned and how unrealistic the point system is. We can be there playing for over 2 hours spending $200 on games alone and we end up eligible for a plastic ring or a mini eraser. It’s pretty unfair and upper management really should make some changes here .

We waited for a while and inquired from the front desk, who informed us that food was ready at the pickup station behind the fountain machine. They did not inform us of the necessity for us to select our orders ourselves. Another observation was that this establishment requires more substantial air conditioning. It seemed somewhat warm inside, although it was not overly uncomfortable. Additionally, some machines may be malfunctioning regularly. Regular maintenance of the equipment is necessary to avoid such issues. We found a slight sense of regret upon purchasing the gold plan as certain machines experience frequent breakdowns and freezing occurrences. Nonetheless, this location remains beneficial for children who desire to engage in an array of arcade games and simultaneously accumulate tickets.

I had an unpleasant experience with an employee. She was rude , in a bad mood , looks like she hates her job . She ruined my day at chucke. E .Cheese . She upset my children. Everyone else was so nice even the custodians cleaning up the place were all nice guys very friendly and respectful. I think her name was Emma by the way . She is the reason i won't be coming back in a long time

Place was cool. Clean. But fries were way too soft. Almost raw …. Should spend More time in getting quality out instead of volume….

The chairs are almost all over the place, pizza looks reused different pieces of sliced pizza, you need to pay 12 dollars for any age below 13 to go on a very small jumper too, also dirty food area is so dirty the food is all mixed up with the ranch.

More like Frantic Food than fast food. I usually go to Habit a few times a year when I’m short on time between jobs or appointments, and I’ve always had a good experience up until yesterday. The restaurant was busy and very noisy, but there was no one in line when I walked up to the counter. Even so, the clerk walked away in the middle of taking my order, telling another employee to take over. I must have looked surprised at his lack of courtesy because he then came back to finish taking my order. After a very long wait, my order was finally ready. Taking a look in the bag, I could see they didn’t give me what I ordered. The same clerk implied that I ordered wrong, rather than he made a mistake because of not being able to hear me over the noise or his leaving in the middle of taking my order. So… he remade my veggie burger, leaving the fries on the counter to get cold. After another long wait, I got the replacement burger and left. When I got to my destination and opened the order with very little time left to eat it, I saw that they hadn’t included the “sweet mustard sauce” (I asked for it on the side, but it was nowhere to be found), and the burger was super small. The “grilled onions” didn’t resemble what I remember from prior visits, just granules with no flavor. All this for $17.56! Disappointed to lose what used to be my go-to.

I wanted to know if there was seating outside. I called and asked the bot three times. The bot then kindly put me through to “a representative.” I waited three minutes for someone to answer so that they could answer my question. While waiting, I researched the photos that are on the Google map listing. I enlarged one of the photos and I think that I saw outside seating although I’m not 100% sure. My friend and I, with my dog Molly, I will visit later today because, while I don’t like not being able to reach a person to answer my question at Habit, I do like the Habit hamburger. Please note that photo I posted showing a lovely patio area where you can eat and have your dog nearby. I am upgrading from 2 ⭐️to 4⭐️. The fifth star would have come if I had been able to reach a person at the location. Hamburger and fries were delicious.

I got the Santa Barbara sandwich combo. The fries came to me cold. I thought I could put up with it, but it ruined my meal. The sandwich was pretty good with hot sauce and peppers. I don't like cold food when it's supposed to be hot!

Very poor service quality. Chaotic and very poor management. There was no one at the entrance to stamp hands. I saw numerous people walk out with children unverified. The after about 10 minutes of waiting a guy with colored hair and facial piercings finally walked up nonchalantly. Then I waited another 25 minutes in line to place my order and get my kids points. There were 6-8 employees at the counter but only two on registers. The workers seemed unconcerned with the growing line that was blocking the showroom. I saw the manager walk out a couple of times but also seems like she could care less. I’ve brought my kids here for their birthdays and I’ve noticed a considerable decline in service quality. I even asked a couple of the other employees if they could help and they just laughed and said no sorry you’ll have to wait. Now I’m waiting another 20 minutes for my pizza writing this.

Reserved for a birthday party for my son. Place the order for the food online and chuck e cheese confirmed on the phone the day before. Day of party they forgot to bring out a whole pizza and then they stated it was not charged but I place the order online and paid for it. Manager was no help. Had to wait over 25 mins just to check in for the party, you would think they would have a separate line for party check ins. Very disorganized. Long wait for food and drinks. I would not recommend having a party here and that's a bummer because my son did have fun playing overall experience very poor.

They require you to purchase their “special socks” for $10 before your kids can jump in the bounce house. It’s really nothing special just socks with anti-slip bottom.

The atmosphere is deceptive. So many times I tell them no dairy and they still tuck dairy at the bottom corner of a garden salad to be so cute.. if I say it once or twice they didn't hear me, and if I say it three times to be sure they think its too many times and they want to be cute, and what they think is "clever". This place is like the twilight zone for sure.. Creepy atmosphere. Creepy people like robotic, and the food is TERRIBLE especially along with the WEIRD vibes..
