Great spot for breakfast. The huevos rancheros were delicious and my family loved the pancakes. I also appreciate that they come around and keep your coffee topped off. The staff is always welcoming when we visit, and Pedro is especially courteous.

One of my favorite spots in Pasadena. I come here often and the food is always fresh and consistent. Pedro and the crew are excellent — friendly, hardworking, and they always take good care of customers. You can tell the team takes pride in what they do. Definitely a place I keep coming back to.

Big fan of the Toms restaurants. This is the place for my favorite kind of fries, steak fries. Burgers and sides always hit the spot. I always go for the family meal deal that is so worth it and they do not skimp on the portions. This location was so clean and vibrant. Staff was so nice and helpful.

This place is actually great, it is better than fast food with dine in options that make it feel like a homey all day diner. The burgers are simple yet delicious, reminds me of In n Out but better. The prices are very reasonable too and the fries portions are huge. Staff are very friendly and nice. The interior is also extremely clean. Would definitely recommend.

Great nearby place for diner food. We enjoyed our club sandwich and chicken club. The combo came with fries (standard diner fries) and a drink. The people that worked there were very nice and came by a couple times to make sure we had everything we needed. Good choice for a cheap meal on a rainy day.

Amazing.... The quality and quantity of food for the price is incredible with fast and friendly service. We had the French toast with eggs and bacon. We also had another plate with hash browns sausage and toast with eggs. We paid a little over 20 bucks for all that! I will be recommending this to my friends and family, and I will be returning for more!

Country omelette was really good. Smothered in sausage gravy, tasty and fresh. The burger was pretty basic but with a good flavor fitte the meat. I would definitely eat here again. The menu is huge.

Really a great price for the amount of food they give you. I was blown away by the portion size. The food was really good, too. The inside of the diner is very clean and modern and the staff was helpful and friendly. It was my first time here with my family. We will be back.

This place has only been open for a couple years, but its been consistently good ever since. my faves: strawberry pancakes custom omelette with cheese, mushrooms, and steak ribeye and eggs (not really a ribeye but still good) Pastrami burger with fries Best thing, is that theyre not like other hole in the wall burger spots, they actually walk around and check up on you. refill your drinks etc. great fast service, always happy to help, and delicious food.

I went here for lunch and I did not have to wait to pick a place to sit. The food was incredible. At first it didn't look like a lot, but I was surprised at how much food was actually on the plate. By the time I was finished I was full. The service was also amazing because they were very quick about serving the food, refilling my drink, and I was on crutches when I went and they even opened the door for me to get in. Overall I definitely recommend this place because of the food, service, and prices!!

Was running errands and did not eat breakfast. Thankfully Toms appeared with an empty drive thru and I drove into the parking lot to check out the menu. Very friendly, good food, and fast; I got the breakfast special#2 and there are leftovers. knew i should have asked for pepper, or maybe next time I order salsa on the side. Other than that, supper happy this burger joint was still doing breakfast at 11:30.

Enjoyed my visit to Tom's Burgers 31. This location has super friendly service, people checking on you frequently, always with a smile. I had the rib-eye steak and eggs. It's a thin cut, a little grizzled, but still a delicious steak for the price ($17). Coffee was decent.

Four stars across the board; only because there’s always a little wiggle room for improvement. But seriously, this could just as easily be a five-star review. This is my third time eating at Tom’s - and the FIRST time I’ve remembered to take a picture of my food! Doh! First trip, I had a Double Cheeseburger with fries - and it was really tasty! My girlfriend got a Cheeseburger and fries as well. There are so many fries, I recommend just getting one and sharing; we ended up not finishing ours - but the were beautifully seasoned and just the right texture; crunchy on the outside, soft inside. Next up, I had a Carne Asada Burrito, and it was really good! Big for such a reasonable price, and the meat was seasoned very nicely. Another solid hit! Finally, tonight I did the drive-thru, which is clean and very well lit. I ordered Tom’s Burrito, which is like their deluxe breakfast burrito, and it was super flavorful, everything tasted fresh, and the cheese was fantastic - melted, gooey, stringy, and awesome. They give you a side of salsa (they did with the Carne Asada Burrito as well), but ask for two - one isn’t enough to get the job done. The salsa is tasty, too - not very spicy at all. Service has been friendly and fast each visit, and when it’s slow enough, the staff even comes to your table and asks if you want drink refills, etc. The verdict is Tom’s is a great choice in Pasadena and we’ve not been disappointed by any of our choices thus far! The only bummer is we’ve lived here for years and just “found” this place in the last couple of weeks. Can’t wait to return and try more items!

This is a nice fast-casual place. Big portions and a friendly staff. I ordered the Steak Quesadilla $7.59 and it was very cheesy with lots of meat. I love that it comes with rice and beans! They also have a good breakfast assortment as well. Free parking in lot.

I went here for the first time and had their Chicken & Waffle (4-peice). It's Fantastic! It is better than Roscoe's Chicken & Waffles. The chicken is moist & light air crisp crust bite to it. As for the Belgian Waffle, it was big not hard to bite by being over cooked. As for their menu, a ton of variety and fair prices compared to other places I've been to. The service was friendly, too.

Hi, Went tonite. Had the chicken fried steak. It wasn't too good. The gravy was way too thick and not hot !!! And eggs and toast came cold too. ( those should always be made last ) i did notice only 1 cook , so maybe that's why. But the server was very friendly.

I have been here several times, and I would say that each time has been a miss. I have given them a chance over and over again because they are down the street from my office but at this point, I'm just wasting my money. I tried the nachos, they were soggy by the time I got back to my office, 4 minutes. Beans were okay, chicken was hard. Just below basic. Pancakes, the strawberry topping made them good. The turkey burger, a frozen patty would've been better. The salad, seemed like someone was upset and just threw it all in there and didn't care. The breakfast burrito, I have had a few times and each time it was different. Only once did I get a cheesy delicious burrito. The next time was enough to know not to order it again. No consistency. Breakfast sandwich, I was told shredded chicken could be mixed with the egg. Charged me $5 for a side of chicken, only to have a hard, chewy chicken breast tucked under the egg. I am okay with not going back to this place, no matter how much others love it and they have regulars. Guys in the back, all homeboys. Once, I asked for (and paid extra) for more salsa... one lady had an attitude like I was taking away from her. Huffed and when the guy told her to look at the receipt, she walked away and whispered something into the headset and he answered her to please just get it, all as I'm standing there watching them. At least wait for the customer to walk off before speaking about them. Just not a place I feel the need to go back to. Large inside with tables, ample parking, and they have a drive-thru.
