In terms of food, it's delicious, excellent service, and a packed atmosphere. The bad thing I see is that the place is small and all the smoke from the meat is trapped in the place, or maybe that's why it's called that.

The food is good, but the delivery services are very slow, and they charge a delivery fee despite requiring a minimum purchase. The meat is good, but it's not functional for delivery; they don't accept credit card payments, which is required for any business. The service was good, but they should check if they charge a minimum delivery fee, or if they charge a delivery fee, then waive the minimum.

I really like the food, the seasoning is excellent, BUT they don't accept cards. These days, accepting cards is essential. They also don't give receipts, so you don't know if you're being charged correctly...

There's a wide variety of dishes at very reasonable prices. They sell alcoholic beverages and snacks. The hours are long. However, the waitress's service is quite poor, and the music is clearly chosen by the kitchen staff; the same songs were played repeatedly while I was there, and I don't recognize the genre, but it wasn't very pleasant. I would increase the rating if they improved these aspects, as the place is otherwise clean and the prices are reasonable.

The food was really delicious, the meat looked high quality and was very well seasoned. However, I felt I received very little for the price. The carne asada alambre was a nice plate, the charro beans were very tasty but very expensive in a tiny cup, and they gave me very few tortillas and very little salsa. I would eat there again because I liked the flavor and seasoning.

The tacos were good as far as I remember, but the last time we ordered huaraches and they were reheated, very hard and difficult to cut, and dripping with oil. Please fix this; those dishes should be made fresh.

The food here isn't bad, but the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. There are always a lot of people around. I found the service to be very poor. They tell you the total amount you have to pay without giving you a written bill. When I asked for it, they handed me a sheet of paper with what I ordered written down, excluding prices. When I asked for the prices to be added, I realized the amounts didn't add up because they were charging 5 pesos extra for a glass I ordered. Although the amount wasn't significant, I found the detail unpleasant. They have a sign that says: "We don't do individual checks for tables of 5 or more people," and I assume they put this because many employees from nearby companies frequent the place. This last detail seems absurd to me because they don't have a restaurant with many tables, so it would make this so difficult for them to do so, and it seems rude to the customers.

Bad, terrible experience, too bad their food is good but the home delivery is disgusting! They don't have a standard price, it depends on who answers the phone that's the service they give you, despite being a few blocks away when a young lady answers me she asks for a different minimum each time, however when a young man answers and he does send it to me, that young lady asks for the minimum that comes to mind at the moment, I have ordered several times, I have even gone to eat at the place but that is disappointing, don't even talk about it, I will look for another place.
