Always enjoy jack in the crack and I just gotta say jack in the box literally has the best egg rolls I have ever had! Better than any Chinese food restaurants! It's the craziest thing I know!!!!! 🙃🤡 but so tasty and so true!!!😋 BTW about out to my cuso Cory that works at the Patterson jack in the crack location! Love ya! I moved away from California and now live about an hour and a half from a Jack In The box. I come back every time I get a chance! I am very rarely disappointed.

Our vehicle is too big for drive thru and we were traveling thru. The dining room was not open for takeout but thankful they allowed us to walk thru the drivethru window.

Love coming to this Jack in the Box, drive thru ordering is always pleasant here, CORY usually takes our order and is always polite, professional and includes napkins plus ask if any condiments are needed. Great service !!!!

The woman that took my order was very friendly and it didn't feel forced and I don't know what it was but the burger was the best burger I've had in a long time. I've never had bad food from JitB, but this one was just perfect. They went heavy on the veggies and the party was so beefy I was disappointed when I was finished despite being really full. I stopped here on a whim while driving cross country and I'll stop here again specifically. Also, the bathroom was well maintained... Always a plus when on a road trip. Seriously, great job.

Hands down the best Jack in the Box I've been to. I had ordered a meal but forgot my card at my house and I only had enough cash for the burger, but the dude offered to pay for the entire meal. Plus they're fast, friendly, and their burgers look just like the pictures unlike McDonald's.

This is your typical off the highway Jack in the Box, they get you in and out quickly... Be advised you have to speak loud so they can hear you clearly and their speaker is not loud so pay attention. Their hours are a bit weird and it's not 24 hours everyday.

I know many people pass by here and they are not necessarily returning customers. However, wow, the customer service here was PHENOMENAL, the young back at the counter was nice, respectful and courteous! That made my trip. The food was hot and ready super fast. Keep up the great work 👍🏼👍🏼

Its fast food and a franchise so it's what you're used to. I usually order Teriyaki Chicken Bowl but lately it's not been as good so they may have changed the recipe.

Update: instead of no cherries, they now put one on every other oreo shake order. Staff is always nice, food is what you expect, but they always, always, always leave off the cherry when you order the oreo shake.you have to call them out on it for them to put one on. What gives?

Passed through here on a road trip. Food is what you would expect from Jack. Had a great interaction with the young guy taking orders. He was fun to talk with and had a very up beat personality that you don't see much of in today's customer service related jobs, especially fast food.

This has to be one of the slowest Jack In The Box ever. We went through the Drive threw because we were traveling with our Dog. It took forever to get a couple of breakfast sandwiches, and no special order.

It was confusing, I went to get the country breakfast and the cashier told me that hash browns only came with the combo ( making this short). So i got the combo which was 7 dollars and change, but 3 days ago i got 2 regular breakfast's for 10 dollar's and change. Did not want to argue with young people and the breakfast was for the Wife.

I have been to this restaurant twice the first time they forgot lettuce on one of the burgers, the second time they forgot to put on the meat. I would recommend waiting to see if they get their act togather.

I dont know if my order got mixed up or what. Usually they get my order right. But if you guys dont have cheese just say so. Ill order something else Dont just stuff my tacos with hella lettuce

Quick, but I sort of see why there was no ice in the ice machine, hardly anyone stops by, but it would have been nice to be given a heads up, once we got our cups, or a sign. Food was great, quick and fast.

Arrived early morning, very cold inside. Service was great, friendly, and helpful. Food, just ok.

Some food Luke-warm others hot hot. Prices are crazy, but I guess that's the way it's going now and days. Customer service was good for the most part, seemed a little rushed, even though we were the ones waiting for them and still getting cold food.

Burgers are still okay, but breakfast biscuit was hard, and chicken strips for $5 were small pcs, maybe they cleaned out the freezer. Lol

Some of the tables were dirty in the dining area and for some reason when they took the fries out of the fryer the guy with the fry scooper chopped all the fries up into small pieces and service very slow and I told them it was dying in they still put my stuff in bags

The food always has previously fried foods stuck to the food, for instance the French & curly fries always taste & look like they were dipped in a deep fryer that has old used frying oil.. And always crunchy.

Sorry sir our lobby is closed due to covid. You can walk through the drive-thru if you want. It doesn't matter if you have a big trailer attached to your truck I see people do it all the time. This is the dumb response their employees are forced to tell their customers. This location should be under New Management.

Very Poorly maintained location Service is not the best.. I HAVE EXPERIENCED WORST, So, with that said-Service is/was below average... I go to Jack-In-The-Box every once in a while not because of the food but because THEY ARE VERY DIRTY in maintaining their location!!!

Who ever makes the food on the night shift needs to be fired. No matter how many times I order from here my order is botched. Just last night the cook thought it was funny to put the sauce on tje outside of my tacos then put the tacos in their bags. Not funny, not funny at all.

Pathetic service and staff!! First they gave the wrong order and then they would give us the raw food. We returned the food and got our money back. They need to train their staff or close this branch.

I came in during my lunch break around 10 last night, only to have a cashier rudely tell me to get out, that I had to leave because the dining room was closed. This happened at around 10, and I’m not sure what the hours are for the inside, but the restaurant was full of other customers eating and waiting for orders. The worst service I’ve had. Don’t recommend this place.

Honestly if I could give it a zero I would. Every time i come here they are always closed either by not opening on time or closing very early. If your hours are not going to be accurate please at least update it according to how your staff feels that day.

This Jack - In - Box is always dirty, inside and out. Trash receptacles outside are always overflowing with trash. Drive through needs some updating. Something ran into roof of drive through and it's been at least 3 yrs. and it still isn't repaired. I only stop at this location if I absolutely need a Jack - In - Box fix.

I start work very early. I was at Jack's at 410am approximately on a saturday. Waited 5mins for a car in front of me then pulled forward and they told me the computers were down and they weren't taking any orders. They said i could wait 20minutes for them to start working again but obviously if I'm up this early on a Saturday morning Im either a tweeker or i have to be at work early. Don't exactly have time to lounge in a drive through. This shouldn't happen. Fast food is for people with very tight schedules and very little time so for this to happen you could imagine the frustration and inconvenience i had. Just means i won't be going there.

Beware of these guys. I had to ask for straws for my drinks, napkins and teriyaki sauce. I did not think to ask for a fork for my chicken bowl. You certainly would have thought that would be Incuded but of coarse it was not.

Drive thru order was missing two burgers,two tacos,and a special burger,the girl argued with us and we finally got are burgers ,still no tacos ,its ridiculess and the food isnt hot ,they need new manager in patterson ca.,new staff they lost are business for sure and we have 5 people to feed .we did eat at jack n the box 5 x a week easey.

This location has literally every machine broken. I haven't been able to order a smoothie for literally over 6 months (yes I've been counting). At certain times at night, normally after 11 pm, I can't even order a shake because "it doesn't work". They don't have to lie, when they use it a few hours before.

Was the only car in the drive thru. Ordered 2 supreme croissants with no cheese. They gave me one with no cheese and no bacon, just egg and ham. The other no cheese, no bacon, just egg and sausage. There’s no sausage on supreme croissant. Check your order.

I got in line and I ordered 4 milkshakes and the line is super backed up and they say that their milkshake machine is not working. We ordered and asked if our order was complete and was reassured multiple times that it was so we left and once we checked the bag in the car half of our order was missing so I checked the receipt and they still charged us for the food we didn’t get. I'm a truck driver and I tend to find somewhere convenient to park my truck for lunch! I walk in, 5 different employees are doing odd jobs like folding napkins, restocking sauces etc, anything but greeting me and taking my order! I stood there about 5 minutes before someone finally said something to me. Seriously, it that what you call good customer service? At that point I completely lost my appetite at the rudeness of your employees... I will not return. Ty for wasting my time! ☹️

I wish I could give zero stars but it won't allow me. Very Disappointed on my experience. Looked online at this location hours of operation and it indicated its open until 10pm. We got there at 9:30 to be rudly rushed on our order. We only asked for two tacos, two Jr cheeseburgers and a side order of onion rings. The lady greeting me only put down the onion rings and told me the total and left. Then decided to close early for the night. Horrible ran place I wouldn't go there.

This place is horrible, not recomended at all for late night truck drivers! Due to the height of my truck I decided to try to ask for an order through the drive through window in person, due to the place being closed for being late at night. I was turned away, and the place had 0 cars in the drive in. after driving 10 hours and explaining this to the employees, I see there is no compassion for truck drivers here!

Showed up with my son at 9: 20. At 9:26 I was told through the drive-thru microphone that "sorry we took our last order already." I tried to ask a question afterwards and was ignored completely. Gave me the wrong order...go all the way back and wait 10 minutes for another order. It was horrible. Ordered 2 fish wraps, it was over filled with sauce and lettuce. Didn't bother to eat the other one. And I didn't get a receipt.

If you dont want to take door dash orders you don't have to. Always get the orders wrong, give me hot drinks with no ice, and the taste is gross like they haven't changed the syrup all day. I sat in the drive through of the Jack in the box in Patterson, CA for 17 mins. When I got to the window to order they told me that they were closed. Mind you I arrived well before their closing time. I got out of my vehicle to warn the several vehicles behind me to back out while they could, I was stuck. A few vehicles were able to back out but more cars kept coming. When I arrived at the window where you would get your food and pay after watching both of the vehicles ahead of me receive their food. I asked to talk to the manger. She came to the window and again said we are closed. I asked why and was told it was do to staffing issues. I suggested that she let all the vehicles behind me know. i was told that they did witch I believe was not true because I could see the door that someone would've walked out of. If they would've just had someone out there It would have been no problem . I understand staffing issues. Just don't leave your customers stuck in the drive through!!!!!!!

I hate to leave a bad review but I feel a bit discriminated, at the window when I tried to order a shake I was told that they were not making shakes right now because they were cleaning the machine, no problem I can understand that. But when I’m sitting st the window waiting for my food and I see you making shakes for someone else’s order? Then I have a problem, it’s not that I waited 15 mins st the window waiting to get my order, it’s that I was lied to. I asked to speak to the supervisor, I simply explained what had happened, she told me that they made the shake because it was a door dash order, and they are priority. I am in shock, I feel discriminated, does my money not have the same value as someone with a door dash account?, seriously. 11/4/23 10pm.

The food is terrible. Especially the sourdough jack. The tomatoes are slivers. The bacon is barely there. The bread is dry. The patty is bland and dry. Another time I’ve had the chicken sandwich, same results. Extremely bland and dry. There is no love in this food. It’s just labor for wages and you can taste it too.

This place was so terrible! I went here for some food and they took my money and gave no change, the lady in the drive thru decided to be very impatient and rude, and they took our change and didn’t give us extra ranch, the workers seemed like they didn’t even want to be there (for obvious reasons.) and the workers even ran in the back just to talk to each other instead of actually about the order. When I got home, I asked for spicy mozzarella sticks and they just gave me regular mozzarella sticks, I likely won’t be coming back.

This was my first time going to this Jack in the Box, and I was so disappointed and disgusted. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich to go, and when I got home to reheat my food, I took out the lettuce and noticed little dead bugs on it. They were very noticeable. The employees need to do a better job of washing the vegetables. I regret not taking a picture as proof. There goes fourteen dollars down the drain. I won’t be coming here again.

Every time I order here my food is always cold and old even when they’re not busy. I order my food online and I work late night and when I come here they always take forever to answer the speaker box bcuz they’re busy talking to each other. If there was another Jack I would go to it. The workers never seem to want to do their jobs. You can tell from my tacos I requested it with extra cheese where they should’ve made new ones but instead they took their old staging tacos and just put extra cheese in it when I tried to eat it, it was cold, stale, and gross. I don’t usually like to put negative reviews but this happens every time it’s ridiculous.

Placed order in mobile app. And had Patterson location set instead of Tracy location when I placed order, did not notice this mistake that app did not change my location and went to Tracy location and of course no order. Tried to call Patterson location to explain that order was placed by mistake for that location like email says to call for issues and the phone just says Verizon customer not available and no answer at all, gave option for message but nobody called back. No sense to have a phone number for location if it is not answered.

I've passed three times through this place somewhere between 2am-4am and every time they state their system is rebooting or is down. I have a feeling they just don't want to cook or do anything during their shift so they say their system is down. This third time I was told system would be back in 20 min which I stated I would wait. Came back around 25min later and was told system was still down. I suggest management look into this issue.

I understand it’s fast food but I expected it to be a little better . All my other food was great but just wish this one was better!

You had ordered a three taco combo deal and two extra tacos with no sauce extra cheese a medium curly fry and a medium lemonade strawberry. They made us go wait out front I had walked to the gas station and back that's next door. I got back to my vehicle with my daughter sitting in the car and asked if they had brought out our food. She said no so I sat in the car for a minute I looked at my app It had been 20 minutes since they had taken our payment. So I went inside and asked for the manager. I explained what I had ordered and that we've been waiting outside for that long and it doesn't take that long to cook that. The girl did not see our order anywhere. The other girl said well I must have given out there tacos on accident. So they rushed and made our tacos didn't cook them long enough and there wasn't a sorry or nothing The manager went and hid. Didn't offer us anything free they didn't offer us a discount didn't nothing. Horrible service like literally horrible. they could come out and said I accidentally gave her tacos out I'm making you new ones but they didn't even register that they gave our tacos to somebody else we would have literally been sitting there forever if I wouldn't have went in. Overall really unhappy
