Very neat and clean restaurant. The staff is very friendly and the food is awesome. Sometimes at panda I have felt the rice is not cooked enough but this has perfectly cooked very tasty fried rice. We ordered family meal with kung pao chicken, Beijing beef and new item wok fired chicken… everything was good.

Extreme excellent customer service with a smile. The cashier had massive patience and courtesy when she helped my wife and I with the app. So we could save 20 percent in our family meal. Super nice. Very kind. Incredibly informative.

The staff at this location is awesome! My fiance and I had lunch there today and when we left I forgot my purse (I'm not much of a purse person). When I realized I had left it I called and the girl said she sees it and she will put it behind the counter for me. I would have lost my paycheck I just cashed and all of my information in my wallet. Big 5 stars for the staff and to the cook as well DELICIOUS!

They changed up the menu and streamlined it. Most of the food was good. The chow main had zero flavor. Orange chicken was good.

I think most people have their favorites which are always good. However, I tried their new Almond Chicken. The chicken itself is the same as they use for the Orange Chicken, but the sause is predominantly soy sauce so it is extremely salty and no almond flavor whatsoever. This specific store is always clean and the staff is efficient and friendly.

I went on sunday and had the most friendly employees take my order, i think their names were stephanie and julia. although there was some rude customers when i went, they were very nice and patient. those girls deserve a raise.

I went here during the school lunch rush. First off, props to the staff for doing their best to handle the 20+ high school kids getting lunch here. They were running around trying to keep food filled and get everyone their food. My portions were normal and the food was warm. Just an average panda but avoid the lunch rush unless you want to wait for 20 minutes to get your food.

It was after lunch no tables were clean. I asked to try something and she placed an order on my plate as an item. Not what I wanted to eat but I just kept the order😄I payed for a meal that was her error, it was good but wasn't what I intended on eating. A worker was sweeping where we sat to eat... No Bueno expierence... I will try again

So I went in yesterday to get a quick bite. The food wasn't up to standard at all. Of course I misplaced my receipt and wanted to watch my niners play. So I called today and asked what they can do. At first the young guy told me they couldn't without a receipt so I talked to the manager Haidee and at first seemed reluctant but after explaining the situation she said I could get a food replacement. I'm very impressed that she made the right choice in making a great reviewer happy. The food was very good the second time around. 3 stars for the food and replacement and the 4th for great customer appreciation and service. Not a problem, if you make other beverages available at the same low price. They were selling $3.80 juices, bottled water, and bottled Coke. I asked if they would sell to me at the price of the fountain drink, they said no. I'm already spending $12 on a bowl of rice. With those high profit margins, you would think they could sacrifice a buck due to a broken soda machine. We didn't have beverages. But what we could have is the new spicy orange chicken and it was delicious! Little bit spicy but has a good kick!

Hello everyone, today I decided to eat panda They were very busy they were like 6 people serving food but instead of serving the people who were waiting in line, they were taking the orders online, they need another place to serve only the orders online and not make the people who are present in line wait so long. and another point they need to have exact measurements in the food portions I ordered a large plate and the portions were very small I strongly disagree

It was ok....they messed up on my order which was not an issue with me. What I did take exception to was how the girl putting the orders did act after the fact. She got this attitude with her other coworkers and then refused to make my missing plate instead the other two nice girls did help me out and apologized.

Certain staff is rude if you make a late decision at the register. As if you just ruined their while day because you forgot to order extra fried rice. Give me a break. More than once this happened to me and friends about late decision and just not knowing what to order/ not quick enough.

Most of the time when you pass near a Panda the smells really make you want to stop and grab a bite. We have been here many times. Although the service is friendly, the food really is lacking in quality. They did get our mobile order wrong the last time. Ordered the Teriyaki Chicken and they didn't even put Teriyaki in the to go container. The put the wrong sides in one, got them all mixed up. The Orange Chicken, which is usually a fan favorite, is highly breaded. The fried rice is lacking in flavor and the chow mien is greasy, flavorless and has way too much cabbage (very large pieces to boot) in it. Tried the steak and shrimp and it was mealy feeling. Egg rolls are mushy and flavorless too. Of all the Panda locations we have tried this really is bad for the food. Would rather have un-friendly service and good food if there had to be a choice. 5 out of 7 times the food has just not been good.

Today I ordered online pickup from panda. 3 plates one was a bigger plate. When I got home, I only had 2 entrees, my kung pao chicken was missing. First time this happens, I tried calling no one answered. I know they are busy, but I did pay close to $11.00. I am disappointed. Please check your online order before you get home.

The lady who initially waited on us was fine, but the cashier was rude. Food was only OK, not very warm. Not planning on going back any time soon.

The food was fresh a little bit of a wait because there was a lot of people but worth it to get fresh food and very good amount of servings but when we arrived there and sat at our table we had to wipe it down ourselves. This place could have been cleaner but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt because they were busy. Overall satisfied with our experience

I like the food unfortunately it's never ready when I show up for lunch everything's always empty and we're talking 12 noon. I don't know if it's just they're under staffed or they're just not prepared for lunch crowds

We M ordered ahead and our meals just sat there behind the glass while we was waiting, people was passing us when they went through the entrance. Not happy with their service, the chicken was hard and the gal only gave us 2 small amounts of teriyaki sauce. Definitely not worth what I paid for

So disappointed in this place. I love Panda so much and was excited to get to have some with our trip to the Walmart next door. The rice was over cooked and had large rock hard clumps. The orange chicken which is usually my favorite just tasted funny and was also over cooked or it has been sitting there for way too long. Worst Panda I have ever been to.

Girl "helping" us was rude. Stated to her co-worker that she just wanted to go home already as she proceeded to ignore us. Didn't wait to see if we wanted anything else, she just told us to pay at the counter. Didn't offer anything else. And forgot our teriyaki sauce. Portions were smaller than usual as well. Place has gone downhill fast.

The times I've been there they never have any food prepared. I feel like they don't cook any food until someone orders it. The wait is long. The food is ok. I don't like that they don't have vegetarian food. Usually in other Panda Expresses they have tofu with eggplant and in this location they don't.

One of the worst Panda's I have been too...even when you order online you food isn't ready when you get there. Often times you have to wait for them to make the dishes. They will try to make you prepay while you wait, then 20 minutes later still not have your food ready.

Horrible service and management. Save your money it's the WORST Panda Express I've ever been to. There is NO consistency, no food ready or willing to make. Staff does not put themselves out in any way. I gave it 1 star because I can't give it negative stars. -★-★-★-★-★

This place is disgusting, i found hair in my food and once i called to speak to the manager a female employee hung up on me. She said it was "rush hour" and just hung up even though i asked to speak with her manager. Extremely disappointed, never eating at this establishment ever again!

I tried ordering online so that it could be simple by just arriving at the store with food already paid for and grabbing my food. I know it may not be their fault that the app wasn’t functioning, but I called the store directly and all they told me was that they can’t do anything about it except to ask me to come to front of store to pay there. That would have been fine it they had asked for the order so that it would be ready when I arrive, but instead they expected me to order when I arrive and wait for them to make it which was a problem because of how many orders they already had to prepare for the customers who had ordered before hand. Therefore you get one star Panda!

Please oder online. Came here around 1.30 pm 23-01-23. Ordered a meal. I usually look at the display for what ever they have enough to complete my order asap before I place them. She said they don't have enough. But she kept serving the people came after me the same thing I have ordered. Funny thing is there was only 3 people came after me and one person was in the diner. Received my order almost at 2.05. (35 minutes)Unfortunately panda staff in this area like to waste peoples time.

I just walked out because the cashier had a long conversation with a group that she obviously knew. I waited 10 minutes before I talk to the manager. . The manager smiled and said that she would switch the server with the cashier. When I arrived it was the group that the cashier was talking to and one lady and myself. When I left it was a line to the door. All the while my food is getting cold. I was there for a total of 25 minutes. I will not go there again

Online order picked up. What happened to the bowls? I ordered half/half White rice & Broccoli with Beijing beef. The bowl was 1/2 filled all with the rice and 1 broccoli stem and a little Beijing beef. What a rip off!!!!

Don’t even wanna bother calling, just done with this place. They obviously have no care when it comes to online orders and you get the bottom of the barrel dried up scum. I bet the people who work there wouldn’t eat half the stuff they served to online orders… so disappointing….
