The normal tasty subs I usually get from here tasted different tonight…the pickles didn’t taste right and my husband complained his sub just didn’t taste like it should. I guess we’ll find out later this evening if the food was bad. Sorry because they are normally excellent.

Other Subways are more efficient, the staff at other Subways are better trained and more friendly... so why come to this location? Location. It is convenient and take out or if you are lucky enough to snag one of the few tables let's you have something that isn't fried, or deep fried. I like Subway in general but not this one. Customer service was fair, food was good but you're charged additional for each condiment you want on your sandwich over and above the usual lettuce and tomato. There are better Subways in the area.

While the food was standard Subway fare, the customer service and quality were way beyond awful. The counter people were not at all pleasant. A great deal of the vegetables were not ripe enough to be picked, let alone be served. Save yourself the dissapointment, just keep driving east.

This store's posted opening time is 9am. I went in at 9:50am and the one lady there says "excuse me, we are not ready yet because of the bread." In a rather condescending tone. First off... Then why are your doors open and unlocked? I'd have believed she was punking me, but she had the lights turned off, too. If I had gotten there exactly at 9 maybe I'd understand, but nearly an hour after opening? Clearly, they're either not preparing properly or they're paying their staff to sit around without checking in on them. If they can't take the time to prepare for a shift, how can I trust that they prepare their food properly? According to other reviews, they don't do that either. Subway isn't even that good to begin with compared to other local options, so just don't bother with this one. Abysmally useless location.

Bad customer service at Subway located at 11234 Patterson Ave, Richmond. My wife and I stopped by to get a sandwich at 2:00pm and nobody was behind the counter. After asking if anyone was there, a young lady came out from in back. I said we were on a four hour driving trip and could she make a sandwich to go and she said that she couldn’t because she was the only one there and on break for the next 15 minutes. She easily could have made us a sandwich and gone on the break afterwards since nobody else was there for a late lunch. I’m leaving this review so the owner of this Subway is aware that their employee caused us to instead eat at Wendy’s where the service was top notch for a fast food restaurant.

Would give zero stars if I could. Decided to give them another try after my last visit. That was foolish. They had one person working, and she was brand new. There were only three people in line and they had been waiting 20 mins. I placed an order online, PAID FOR IT, and when I showed up the one worker said that the printer for online orders was not working. Not sure I will ever see that money again. I drove three miles to the location on Quioccasin Road, and my food was ready when I arrived. Never again at the tuckahoe location until it is under new management.

I dont know if this place is under new ownership or management but the service, attitudes, and quality are at the lowest I’ve seen. I didn’t think you could have a poor subway experience but - it’s possible. I’ll drive further next time for better services and quality.

I tried the place couple times and it’s never been a good experience. I got really sick eating from the place. I tried oven roasted chicken yesterday and tuna on thanksgiving weekend. Both got me really sick, I gave it a try for second time and it’s definitely not a good experience. I have been eating at subway all my life but this one scared the heck out of me. Not going to this or any subway ever🤮🤢

I think the employees in this subway are kinda rude. The ways they look and greet the client are like they do not satisfy with their paying or their job somehow. I feel hungry all the time and want to stop by, but I have to go somewhere around it. I like subway a lot but your greeting is making me so uncomfortable. Please make some change.
