my partner and i frequent freddy’s and today we were blown away! the person taking our order, angelo, was the kindest employee we’ve come across. truly made our night and couldn’t be more glad we decided to eat there tonight
Delicious burgers and string fries. The fry sauce is also amazing and a must try if you have never had it. It comes in regular and spicy. I have only eaten the regular but I am sure the spicy is just as delicious. The custard options ate plentiful and yummy! The atmosphere is nice and bright and the staff is very friendly.
Freddy's is my absolute FAVORITE place to grab a burger! I love the thin patties with the crisp edge's to it. My burger is always cooked to perfection and well done. I hate when I order burger's at places and the meat is pink, gross! The fries are well seasoned and I love their iced tea. The employees are always friendly and greet you with a smile. Plus they have nice manners and say thank you, something you don't get at all restaurants. The restaurant is clean, including the restrooms. Even the music overhead is good. It's just a great environment to be in with my family. This place gets 5 stars from me! I will continue to make Freddy's Burger's my go to place for a quick bite to eat. Thanks to all the nice employees at Freddy's! Great job everyone! A++++

I felt compelled to share my positive experience, as his exceptional service truly stood out during my recent visit. From the moment I approached the checkout counter, Gian greeted me with a warm and friendly smile that instantly put me at ease. His professionalism and attentiveness were immediately apparent, as he efficiently processed my items with a high level of accuracy. What impressed me most about Gian was his genuine willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Man they call it streak burger, very thin patties, where the edges are crispy. You need to get two patties. And the flavor is delicious. This image is the double meat cheese bacon steak burger. Come with mustard, onions and pickles. PERFECTION. I dont have to say "cut the mayo"! Yall better get over here and get you some!
Sunday burgers! We ordered the double steak burger w/o cheese, double steak and bacon, a kids meal, cheese curds, and an extra basket of fries. Everything was delicious and fresh as always! We love this location and will keep coming back.

Hello..... Brought the grandkids to Freddy's for a special treat out of school...... Service impeccable as usual, y'all have a heavy hand on the seasoning right now, so we are ordering everything with no seasoning whatsoever and it absolutely rocks!! The custard is my favorite the kids had a great time... We gave them three choices for dinner tonight and Freddy's was the hit

Hands down the best fast food you can get, although I struggle to consider this fast food. It's always fresh and delicious! No mystery meat here, the burgers taste of freshly cooked beef. The customer service at Freddy's is top notch, even better than "that" chicken place. Of course you can't leave without their famous custard!
I have to say Freddy's is the only fast food I go to for the freshest burger. In the past, I have only swung by to order their fries. My friend finally convinced me to try their burger. I'm glad she did. The Freddy Original with the melted American cheese is superb. The fries are well seasoned and tasty. I love everything on this menu including their Fried Fish Sandwich. The teenagers that work here are pretty fast and efficient getting your order out in a timely manner. They are always busy. My only gripe is how the tables and booths are not always consistently clean. Nobody wants to enjoy a hot tasting meal on filthy furniture. The restroom is always out of stock with either paper towels or soap.
Suvanna is such an elite employee! She was soo sweet and kind at the drive through window, she made sure I had everything I needed! She excels at customer service!

Was my 1st time going to this restaurant and I was definitely surprised and happy. Ordered the custard, chicken tenders and a drink.
Saw CHICAGO DOG on the building so this Chicagoan had to check it out... Not perfect (had everything but the poppyseed bun) but pretty fantastic, best around and better than most other cities' attempts, & affordable! Most importantly, can't mistake that signature Vienna beef taste 🌭 Staff was warm & friendly! Will def be back.
Keto friendly if you get the burger and ask for a lettuce wrap instead of the bun! Kids love the dirt n worms ice cream! Great kids menu selection other than just hamburger. Hotdog, chicken tenders, burgers, and grilled cheese. Only way it could be better is if they had avocados or salad options.
Loved it!! The best burgers we've had in a long time.!! They are a thin patty but so full of flavor with plank pickles, mustard,onion,cheese ! The fries are shoesting and are just crispy enough to add the right amount of crunch & dont forget to try the famous fry sauce! They also have Great hot dogs &chili & onion rings and fried pickles.Oh and save some room for dessert you wont want to miss out on that!! And when you see me there come say HI ! lol ! Ive eaten at many Freddy's and this one doesn't disappoint!!

Had a great experience at Freddy’s Frozen Custard! Some of our food didn’t come out right, but Prince, the employee who helped us, made sure everything was fixed and that we left happy. The food was delicious, and the service from Prince was excellent! Somebody give this man a raise fr!
Great food. I had the california burger as a lettuce wrap. A little messy. But great. Had a side of there great fries and split an onion ring order. For the debate between in n out and whataburger, if you added Freddy's to that debate Freddy's would win.
S/o George seem like he was doing it all. My daughters order was messed up he fixed it quick. Anytime my family needed something he was quick and with no attitude.. dude is non stop moving.
I went through the drive-thru at Freddy’s this past weekend and honestly had one of the best experiences. Suvannah was the sweetest she was super kind, patient, and even double-checked my bag to make sure everything was in there before I left. That extra care really stood out to me and made the whole experience feel a lot more personal. The cooks deserve a shoutout too, the food was hot, fresh, and made exactly how I wanted. Everything tasted great, and it came out really quick. Between the friendly service and the perfectly made food, this visit definitely went above and beyond what I usually expect from fast food. Big thanks to Suvannah and the team for making my drive-thru stop such a positive one!
Freddy's never fails. In Houston it seems that everybody is so nice. But the service at Freddy's is unmatched and you already know the food is topped here I wish I could remember the cashier's name. But she was the best. She even came to the table and spoke with my daughter who we were dropping off out there for college. As you can tell service is a big deal with me and Freddy's always hits the mark. I'm all over the menu I never really order the same thing twice but I've never been disappointed
I usually don't like to write reviews, but this time is the exception because everything was perfect. Cat, a very friendly girl took our order and was very nice all the time. We usually come every week to this location, and the attention before was like any other fast food restaurant until today. The restaurant was so clean like never before, and the food was very delicious and hot. Thank you, and keep it up the good work!
Good experience from the moment I walked in. Good music at a nice volume, clean and temperature just right. Kind and quick service. Maddison, Cheyenne and Jacob were all very helpful and went the extra step on their own to make sure my visit was good which led me to leaving this review. Everyone seemed busy but kept it moving smoothly. I enjoyed my time eating alone but there were plenty of families, couples and teenagers that seemed to be having a good time as well. Food was quick, fresh and good. I could have taken better pics but this is just what I took to show off in group chat.
It was our family first time at Freddy's. The shake was AWESOME. The burger was okay. Fries were different. The young lady who helped had really good customer service. I think she said it was her 2nd day. Very family friendly.

This place is pretty good. I love the fry sauce. They also make great chili cheese fries. The fried cheese curds are way better than I expected. The only problem is when you're done eating the desserts look and taste so it's hard not to say no. The staff is friendly and keep the dining area clean.

One of our favorite restaurants but I can only give it four stars. This appears to be the norm at my local Freddy's, and most Freddy's we've visited (a lot). The F's of Freddies: Freddy's Food is Flipping Fantastic! Freddy's Fellows (employees) are Fantastically Friendly Freddy's Facilities are Filthy and Faulty We absolutely love the food and we enjoy the visits because of the very polite, friendly, helpful employees. Best cheese curds we've had (and I travel to Wisconsin frequently - the home of the cheese curd) and also the best skinny fries out there. Burgers and dogs are delicious. But almost every Freddy's we've been to is disgustingly filthy. Sticky tables and chairs, (see my review pictures), it's not just a sticky spot here or there that they missed, the entire tabletop is usually sticky, you can even see all the swipe marks where it seems like they just smeared whatever was on the table across it, like they don't actually clean the tables? I don't know how other places do it and keep their tables clean, but unfortunately seems to be this way almost every time I visit Freddy's. Bathrooms not always, but often not particularly clean either, " sticking" with the theme, the floors are sticky. Facility maintenance also seems to be a problem. Just on this one visit, our table was missing a foot so it wobbled back and forth and the paper towel dispenser in the men's room did not work. If you go out front there are black tracks on the concrete at each door, badly in need of a pressure washing. To reiterate, we frequent Freddy's. We love the place. We will be back I'm sure many times. But it seems like there's overall process improvement that could be made on cleaning and maintenance of these facilities.
They have salads for those that eat a low carb diet. You have to ask for it because it is not on the menu. The service is great. The food is good. But it feels like it could be a little cleaner. Just a feeling of grease all over the place. I would have given it 5 stars if not for that.
I had came through drive thru around 8:30pm Friday night I was having a issue with my coupon on the app a younger gentleman which I assume was the manager went above and beyond to help me and fix the issue! He was great customer service and made sure I was taken care of I didn’t catch his name but he was an amazing person 5 stars on his customer service!
We were greeted by Maddison as we entered the doors. She was friendly and smiled as she took our order. We came in for sundaes and concrete this visit! Was not disappointed! My husband utilized the military discount and we used the Freddie’s app to collect our reward point. By using the app, we earned a free chocolate mini custard dish for free!!!!
I’ve only just discovered Freddy’s. And I’ve came here a few times since then. It’s now my favorite Fast food restaurant, they have amazing burgers and the seasoning they use just works. It’s definitely a underrated restaurant that I’ve always passed but never crossed my mind to try. I can’t wait to try their other menu items.
First visit here to this location, no greeting from cashier, actually she walked off and I had to ask her to help me..not professional at all. I ordered the Pattie Melt & Onion Rings (beer battered these are...mmmmmm) and a caramel turtle fudge regular custard. The food was cooked perfectly, meat was juicy and bun was perfectly toasted. The custard was awesome. The customer service was great and all the guys in the back were continuously calling out orders doing a great job!!!! I will return!

Had my first experience yesterday evening. Waited an extremely long time in the drive thru with only one car in front of me. I received my order immediately tasted the fries when I pulled off they were cold and the burger barely lukewarm. After working all day I was not going to go back in the line to complain. The food was decent but if the order would of been hot I would of rated it a 5 star.
I was in this restaurant last night and it was so dirty. I guess the floor has a layer of grease on it so you can slip if not careful. There were french fries and trash all over the floor, tables and booth chairs. There weren’t a lot of people there but no one was cleaning the tables off. The tray they put my food on had sauce on the bottom of it and fries were just thrown all over the counter and tray. I wanted to get some custard but when we were ordering the machine with the chocolate was like exploding from the machine and it looked dirty also. We brought that to the cashiers attention. I like this restaurant it but needs to be cleaned thoroughly.
I am giving this place 3 stars as the drive through wait times are horrible 25m in any drive through for a burger and fries that takes less than 7 minutes to cook in most cases. Maybe 🤔 I’m being to critical but the drive through should be quicker.
Placed an order for dine in. Asked for cheese on tots and one cheese on the side and all meals with ranch. ( 3 chicken tenders meals). I asked the cashier 3... 4 times since I didn't see it on the screen. She confirmed. My number was called. I let them know I asked for cheese on tots and for ranch. I was told no. I was told that I didn't order any cheese or ranch. Turns out they didn't charge me for any of the add ones. I would have gladly paid for them if they told me i needed to pay. Instead, I just got told no, and they walked away.
The meat on the original Freddy burger was like gyro meat. Even with the double meat burger it was still really thin. Onion rings were pretty good but other than that I wouldn't go back.
Maybe it was an off day for them, not sure but from the time we arrived to the time the food hit our table was over 30 minutes. This was not a complicated order it was just an original meal and a kids meal. Place was not overcrowded, and look to be well staffed so not sure why everything was moving in slow motion. We've enjoyed other locations and have never experienced anywhere near this kind of wait especially during a moderate or slow. Hopefully they can correct the issues because this was pretty convenient to us but there's no reason to return if we're going to wait this long for simple food.
I don’t know who the new managers are, but the service is not the same. The food has been taking way longer than usual. When Tim and Sunny used to work there, the workers were way more friendly and efficient! I’ve heard the same from other people. The fries the past few times I’ve been there taste like they have been made in old oil. Not here to be rude but step up your game….
You really need to train the employees before you put them on the drive-thru! I watched while my order sat next to the guy while he took five additional orders. Meanwhile, my order was getting cold so I left. Multitasking is an important criteria when you were at the drive-through you cannot ignore customers
This review is based on my meal and not the service. The drive thru experience was pleasant and the staff was polite...5 stars there. But these horrendous chicken tenders are gross! I should have known from the look and shape that they were mechanically separated chicken mush and not real breast cut strips. My kids hated them as well, maybe because they are use to Chick-fil-A and these taste like frozen Tyson nuggets at best. I would put zero stars but the fries were hot and the only thing we ate. Pass on the kids tenders unless you like chewing fried sponges.
Our family really enjoys this spot for a quick dinner when time is tight—the food is always great. That said, this particular location consistently disappoints when it comes to order accuracy. The last three visits, including tonight, we’ve gotten home to find incorrect or missing items. It’s frustrating that what should be the most basic part of the process—getting the order right—is overlooked time and again. Someone ends up with the wrong meal or nothing at all. It feels like a small issue, but after paying for something and not receiving it as expected, it definitely takes away from the overall experience
I usually love this place, I had good experience in Pasadena. But today at Pearland location on drive thru first took 40 minutes; then I told the lady number 1 no pickle, no mustard, add mayo and ketchup…. She kept saying only mayo, only ketchup, 7 times!!! I finally said fine… that’s right… and gave my bag and no brownie… as I ordered and showed at receipt… please get better employees or pay them better because today was awful, I felt robbed…
I’m very disappointed in this location. I placed my order online and the app said everything was ready, but when I arrived both of my concretes still weren’t prepared. When they finally brought them out, one of them wasn’t even a concrete — it was a sundae. On top of that, the sundae was missing the brownies, which was the entire reason I ordered the Chocolate Brownie Delight in the first place. They also forgot my drink. Really frustrating experience and definitely not the level of service I expect.
Placed an order for a single hamburger with mayonnaise, mustard, lettuce, and pickles only. I received order with only mayonnaise, mustard and pickles. Took order along with my receipt showing what I ordered and was told that I needed to specify more clearly. They corrected my order by placing the lettuce, pickles, and tomatoes. I than received my burger with an extremely saturated hamburger bun with mayonnaise and mustard. It took them three times to correct after talking to manager.

This service was horrible after waiting in drive thru for 33 mins only 3 cars ahead of me, I couldn’t even drive off. Once I finally got to the window I asked to please cancel my order I have been in this drive thru over 30 mins. Employee said sorry we had a mobile order for 20 burgers, ok well they should know to have the mobile order pull up and let them know it may take longer then usual or when we order thru the drive thru inform others it may take longer then expected This location definitely need more training for sure
I ordered mini turtle sundae through the drive-thru, and I'm convinced it was made way before I got there. It was mostly melted and had very little toppings on it. And the Pecans were missing! They are my favorite part! I am so disappointed in my experience here.
Took 23 minutes to get 2 ice creams. We were one of only 4 tables. After about 15 minutes, I went up to ask about it, and they said they were "just starting it." 23 minutes for ice cream that was pretty melty right out of the machine...
Never again going to this place! Yesterday we ordered for dine in. and let me tell you my husband and son and I got food poisoning. We had to go to the emergency from us throwing up several times. Especially that i am pregnant. Never expected this to happen since its a first time. Will be calling the health department. Yall need to do better.
Drive thru took forever. Was handed incorrect concrete to start. Then was told replacement would be given. Had to remind the drive thru worker that we had ordered sandwiches and fries as well, and not just the concrete(they told us "thank you" and closed the window after handing correct ice cream) . Had to wait further, just sitting at the window, concrete ice cream desserts melting. Finally are handed our bag of food. The fries were enjoyed on the drive home, so I can't say the food was entirely bad, but other than the French fries our entire order was incorrect. We ordered a burger and patty melt and in the bag when we got home was some kind of lettuce wrap. No burger. No patty melt. VERY disappointing for over 30 dollars, dinner is non- existent, and ice cream melted while waiting for dinner order to be given. The staff was polite and friendly, but seemed to be on auto-pilot and a bit clueless. Having to be reminded to give us half our order. And the wait... I've been to other Freddy's before and have always enjoyed. I'll certainly be eating at Freddy's again, but likely not at this location.
This place is a mess. My second time coming and we went to the drive-through. Ordered our food and waited so long at the window to get two meals. Specifically ordered one of the burgers plain and dry with only pickles. It came out with sauce on it and my daughter won’t eat sauce so we drove back around. They told us to park in a parking spot and they would bring it to us. Currently have been waiting about 12 minutes in the parking spot when all they had to do was put a new bun on top and new pickles..The sauce was not even on the meat. It should’ve been right the first time and now they are dragging this along. Not sure what is going on, but they need to get it together. The guy at the drive-through was too concerned about chitchatting with the car in front of us and getting their phone number rather than getting us the correct order . I’ve seen multiple people walk out with their food and still nothing… Update we finally went in and they completely forgot about us out waiting! They were perplexed on what we were even asking for by that time. They were chitchatting and horse playing, and didn’t give a damn about my order. The manager apologized and said my food will be free next time, but we sure as heck won’t be back.
New management is “Tatiana Moore” is very unprofessional and very unnecessarily rude. I would like to report her to corporate but she would refuse to give me the details for contact. She is super rude and mean to her employees and to guests. Only reason I would return is for the sweet workers.
The atmosphere and new staff have completely gone downhill. I had an experience with a staff rolling their eyes at me after asking her for condiments In the evening on 2/5. I feel like the staff have gone downhill over the last few months unfortunately.
Today, I visited this location to place an order for my boss. I used the drive-through to order chicken strips and onion rings. After I placed my order, the attendant read it back but left off the onion rings, and put fries, so I clarified that I needed the onion rings. He confirmed he would add the onion rings. When I arrived at the drive-through window, I discovered that my order had been given to the wrong person, and they needed to remake it. Unfortunately, when I received the food for my boss, it was incorrect, as I was given French fries instead of onion rings. I informed the staff, and the attendant told me that I would need to purchase the onion rings separately. Which was not right as the employee made the mistake, I was stressed about this order being for my boss, but fortunately, she was understanding. Upon returning and handing the order to my boss, she checked the bag and found the receipt indicated that she had been charged for the onion rings, which were not included in the order. I was disappointed by the rudeness and unhelpfulness of the staff at the drive-through window. I had previously left a positive review for this location, but my service experience today was quite disappointing.
My dad ate there last night and has been bed ridden since he got home. Not sure if it was the food or the only drink they had available. We have not been able to get ahold of anybody to just let them know they may need to clean the drink machine or clean the cooking products. If you decied to eat here be aware that you could possibly come home with food poisoning.
Ordered carry out for a double California combo and cheese fries. This was ordered in advance too. There was barely any lettuce, no tomato, no extra sauce that was requested. Paid extra money just to get scammed.
Very rude and no personality through our whole experience at this Freddy's. Not a hi how are you, no smile, and they didn't even let us know our order number. The same girl who took our order was dusting the dining room and lamps around where customers were eating...yum dust in the food. The brew basket for the tea looks like it hasn't been cleaned since they got it. Won't be visiting this location again. Shame on the management for not making this a welcoming and clean establishment. Happy customers= more business= more money.
Second time in a row that our Door Dash order was incorrect. The receipt clearly stated vanilla, and all4 4 orders were chocolate. I was refunded on Door Dash. I tried calling the store to speak with a manager and the phone was out of service. What a disappointment. Guess it will be Marble Slab next time.
After setting in the drive thru for 10 mins waiting on my order, I ask for them NOT to make my ice cream till I get my hot food. I ask for my fries to be extra extra crispy. WELL, the ice was ready when I got to the window and melted, I explained I did not want my ice cream melted when it was handed to me. My fries were no where close to being crispy. I sent the ice cream back and ask for it to be re-made. The cup I sent back was the same one handed back to me with extra cool whip on the melted ice cream. I ask for the manager, the person that came to the window did not display manager material.he said he thought it was funny I had to wait for him to come to the window and said now it really melted all because you had to wait for me. I said no, I want this re-made. He said no he was not going to re-make it. I ask to speak to his district manager. He called the district manage and I explained to him what happened and that he has a long line waiting behind me and I’m not moving till I get what I paid for. The district manager (on speaker phone) told the manager to re-do my food. I said no, all I want is the ice cream redone. Many times over I heard the young immature manager tell his district manager NO, he would not redo it. He walked away and I motioned for another employee to come to the window. Due to the fact another employee came over and I handed him the melted ice cream they had no choice but re-make it. This is the absolute worse service I have ever gotten. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone if this is the best service they have to offer for the amount we spend on fast food
I’m standing here. Over 25 minutes for 4 mini custards. There are basically no customers at 7:30pm on a Friday night. The place is a complete mess. Trash cans over flowing. 👎👎👎 Edit. Custards showed up mostly melted. Wonderful! Edit 2: The manager said I can only get a refund if I write my credit card number on a blank receipt. Edit 3: Its 4/22/25. I’ve called 3 times for an update on my refund. They said they’ve contacted corporate multiple times and haven’t heard anything back. Joke of an establishment. Edit 4: it’s 5/5/25. I’ve called 2 more times. No refund.
The girl behind the counter didn’t know how to ring up the order with my discount and had no one to ask how to do the order correctly. We had to do 2 orders and the one order came out 15 minutes before the other order. The restaurant was so dirty you couldn’t even throw trash away and the tables were so nasty. I had to clean the table myself. When my dad went to get the order they said they worry to get the drive thru orders before the customers inside the restaurant. I am a manager and if my staff couldn’t do their work they would not have jobs.
Sucks that this place is going down. They’re hiring kids with attitudes. I ordered a patty melt with mushrooms and the Hispanic chick, with the glasses, at the drive thru, got an attitude when i I politely told her the mushrooms weren’t on there. Then she passively said it would take 2 minutes which I told her was fine. Then when I was asking why my tater tots were filled up half way to the fries container, she said it’s in a bigger cup than what it’s served in. Okay cool, they didn’t have the proper sizing for the medium sized combo meal tater tots, But so bothered by just answering a question and doing her job. I’m in the food service industry myself, so i know to not be rude or excessive, but this girl wanted to make it known how bothered she was to do her job. It’s not hard to just attend to guests and be professional. Regardless of the kitchen or her getting the order wrong or the lack of inventory supplied for the proper sizing of packaging, there is no excuse for poor behavior towards guests. It starts with management! This is at least the fourth time I’ve had to go back and correct my order at this location! I’ve excused it before because of how young the employees were and they fixed it without a problem! They just fixed it in the past and took accountability! It’s been going down hill from here. Get over it and stop being so sensitive to attending guest because that’s what it’s like to work for the food service industry! I have always and will continue to be kind and considerate to everyone especially the people who serve you food! Check your orders before driving off at this location! Hire a new general manager at this location! Please!
After the first few visit I was throughly impressed, but after this last experience I must say that they have fell quite short. I ordered a double meat patty melt and when I received my burger it appeared as though there was only one patty. I went up to the counter to convey this message only to receive a unapologetic response from the line cook as well as the manager. I was highly disappointed with their approach and attitude and would hope that a training course in customer service is at the top of their agenda. Sorry Freddy’s you were my go too, now I must find a new love.
absolutely disgusting. we came through drive thru around 7 pm yesterday. staff was slow and incredibly disrespectful. whoever was working drive was disgustingly rude. will not be coming back here. freddy’s needs new employees or they need to be retrained.
I like the food but not the customer service. I had to go through drive thru 3x to get my order right!
Just stopped by after work with my partner, so it ended up being an hour before close. I understand people are tired at the end of their shift but despite repeating it back to us they got almost every part of our order wrong. We got 3 concretes and a patty melt meal, one ice cream was completely wrong, another was missing mix-ins, the patty melt had no onions and they forgot the drink. We didn't think to check til we got home and didn't want to come back even closer to close time. Very disappointing, obviously no care was put into putting our food together.
Recently ate here a few days ago. I have had diarrhea and bloating since. I don’t now if it from salmonella or something, because I contracted food poisoning here. Definitely never coming back here again.
This was the filthiest fast food place I have been to in a while. Every single table had stuff from prior meals on it. The floor had Frys and hamburger chunks. It was gross. We changed our order to go and will not be back.
I flew from here from New York City just to try Freddy's Steakburgers. My had friend told me that these burgers were the best in the WORLD. Lo and behold, I was disappointed... I would rather eat a McDonald's Big Mac everyday for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for a week, than experience what I did at Freddy's!! After one bite, I expected to be blasted with different flavors but was disappointed to taste leather with salt seasoning. As a tourist, I would avoid this place at all costs. Maybe this is normal food for a local, but it's definitely not what it's hyped up to be. On a good note, the servers were very kind. The place was pretty empty so it was peaceful.
We went to Freddy’s to get two milkshakes, and the experience was honestly terrible. When we got there, we waited around seven minutes before anyone even came to the front to take our order. We could hear employees laughing in the back, but no one greeted us or even acknowledged us. When someone finally came up, they acted like they were annoyed that we were ordering.The place itself was filthy sticky tables, dirty floors, and an overall gross environment. It didn’t even feel clean enough to sit down and eat. Freddy’s really needs to do better with hiring and training. Stop hiring kids who clearly don’t want to work and have no pride in what they’re doing. The whole experience was disappointing and unprofessional.
I ordered a basic shake and regular fries to go at 8:20, keep in mind plenty of people were behind me in line. Everyone after me were able to get their food and drinks way before me. After like 7 orders after me were called up and I asked if my stuff was almost ready, only after that did they finally start making me the shake and I still had to wait until 8:50 to get some fries while everyone else was able to get their full meals before me even when they ordered after me
I placed a mobile order: a chili cheese dog and a hot fudge concrete. I pulled up to the window and waited 5 minutes. A lady came on the speaker and ask “Will you be using the app. I said yes. She said “Oh, you are?”. I told her my name and she told me to pull up. I waited behind another car, just one for 3 more minutes. The food was ready before I arrived at the window, because the concrete was were loose and melted. I was fine with that but I opened the chili cheese dog container and there was chili but no onion or cheese. I was not warned that there were modifications to my order due to the unavailability of items. I forgot to mention that i received my food and while I was asking for utensils, the lady at the window walked away, came back, looked right at me, walked away again, got someone else, came back, ask “Is something wrong?” I ask for utensils and she brought the spoon, fork, and straw that I ask for but no napkins, of course. It’s my second and last visit to Freddy’s.
