I was feeling a bit down and decided to take a drive from Sealy, Texas, all the way to Pearland for some Krispy Kreme donuts. Let me tell you, Bobbie completely turned my morning around! He was incredibly kind, welcoming, and just had this genuine, positive energy that made me smile. I originally planned to grab a few donuts, but I ended up walking out with three whole dozen! That’s how good the experience was. People should absolutely stop by and meet Bobbie. He’s the kind of person the world needs more of. Five stars all around!

The Original Glazed, when warm, is melt-in-your-mouth soft with just the right amount of sweetness classic perfection. The seasonal selections like the 2025 Chocomania collection (with offerings like Hershey’s Chocolate Buttercreme and Salted Caramel Cheesecake) take the indulgence up a notch and are particularly rich and flavorful.

2 words" mouth watering" they melted in my mouth and my hands. The donuts were HOT and soft. I ate 2 before I even arrived home. A good variety and they took the glazed right out of the oven. It wasn't busy. I tried drive thru on initial visit. Sat in drive thur for almost 20-30 mins and left empty handed. Second time was the charm. They also had milk, juices and other beverages.... I will definitely be going back!

Is the customer service average? Yes. Are the donuts good? Also yes. Their lobby is closed, so drive thru is the only option right now. I went through on Saturday Feb 25th at 12:40PM to get my birthday dozen and it went smoothly.

I went to get my boys both their own free set of donuts for every A on their report card and the worker was extremely friendly and professional as well as great service. Krispy Kreme will always be in my heart ❤️ 🍩

These KK donuts are tasty and moist. I like the cashier lady a lots. She is really sweet. As she knew the type I like was sold out, she quickly whipped up a fresh one. I’m much fulfilled.

Place was clean and workers were nice when I visited. All their donuts were tasty (I got the dozen assorted). The sour cream donut was my favorite. Don't know why people complain about the filled donuts not having enough "filling", mine had plenty. I also visited at 5pm on a Thursday so it wasn't peak time.

One of the only two store locations open near enough to drive to, and that's not very close! But we wanted the cute Fourth of July donuts so I ordered online and picked them up. They were fresh and delicious!

Just walked out of Krispy Kreme with the best customer service experience. The young lady at the counter was extremely nice. My kids presented their report card to her and she immediately processed to give the girls their donuts. I wish I would have gotten her name but thank you for a great first time experience.

Place location in a corner, outside seating available. The female ladies Saniya and America on morning shift attentive, patiently waited for me to find my favorites, I love the coffee displayed descriptions, my caffe latte along with lemon filled donut was delicious! Availability of charging stations. Tables and bathroom clean. Plenty of delivery stock which indicates to me customers like this location. Strongly recommended, love the Krispy Kreme hats! I love Krispy Kremes donuts. They are so soft and sweet. Sorry, other donut places, you just don't make them this soft. There are only 2 locations left in the Greater Houston area and I'm glad I live close to one. I always buy some as gifts because they are a rarity to others in town. The boss man, Mr. Bobby, is very helpful all the time. They still give out a donut when the hot sign is on. They had stopped doing this a while back, but it's a tradition I'm glad they brought back. I have their app and often get deals sent to me. The deals is what determines if I buy any or not. I'm not gonna lie, they are expensive. But they are so delicious especially when they're hot. Even once they cool off, I just pop one in the microwave for 6 seconds and make it disappear in about the same amount of time. I do hope they don't close this location down like they've done the others in Houston. If you are going to visit them, I recommend downloading the app first to see what deals they have, plus you get points for each purchase. I haven't tried their coffee yet, so I can't write on that.

The only negative is I parked in the wrong parking lot because all their trucks are parked in front of the Vitamin Shoppe next door it was like 5 trucks! No one wants to walk far for donuts! When I visited this location, the "Now Hot" sign was lit. This is when I knew it best to stop to get fresh donuts. I was highly impressed. The donuts were melting in your mouth delicious. I'm glad I only purchased a small amount. I t would have been hard not to eat more. Very good original glazed donuts.

I visited Krispy Kreme today and had a great experience. My buddy had never been so I took him. Their original glazed are by far the best doughnuts to exist. I didn't like the holiday doughnuts too much though, they were cold and too sweet. Overall good experience. Rating 7.0/10

Went on veterans day for the free donut today. Was a bit of a wait just for the 4 people that were ahead of me, but once the young lady at the front freed up to help everyone, she was very quick and had a great attitude. Had been wanting to visit this location for a while, I'm more of a Shipleys person but what better time to try them out on a day like today. Donut was hot and fluffy, service associate was nice to the guests. Will give them a try another day and get some variety donuts.

Doughnuts were good. The reviews were talking about their service. My experience was that they were not rude or try to be mean. They will do what the job require them to. It won’t be Disney environment, but it’s good enough to have a doughnut. Sunday afternoon may be a good time to have doughnuts, cos there wasn’t a line to wait. The only thing I mind is the floor was sticky. I would like to visit again in the future and I hope the floor won’t be sticky next time.

I love krispy Kreme and so happy that they decided to bring it back to Houston/Pearland. This is the only location here, so when I go and they hardly have varieties available to choose from its kind of disappointing. They never have any coffee and hardly any hot and ready donuts. You may see the light on here and there, but it's not hardly enough. For this to be the only location, they need to do better.

I live 33 miles south of Krispy Kreme-Pearland. I have a friend that lives close by and I visit occasionally. One of my treats is visiting Krispy Kreme. I have been there on two different occasions to be greeted by handwritten signs on the menu board telling me they are completely out of glazed donuts. Just a question, and I know it's not the employees fault, but how do you run out of the very item that is your staple?

Ordered the special chocolate doughnuts with another dozen plain. Went thru drive thru to pick up. The voice was not very friendly. Pick up inside only. As I am in a wheelchair, I am glad my son was with me to go in. Lots bags on the shelf, but the name of the order is not visible. You are forced to touch the other bags to find your order. Again, customer service person not very helpful or nice. The chocolate doughnuts were not fresh tasted stale. Not pleased with the Pearland Tx location.

I went to this location for the first time for their Friday the 13th deal (awesome deal!) 10 minutes before they opened and waited like 2 others. When they opened, they weren’t quite ready so we had to wait. The lady who served me was just taking her time. I had to ask for a bag instead of her offering to bag my 2 dozen donuts. The donuts are small and very sweet.

This was our first time eating Krispy Kreme.. the glazed and chocolate glazed donuts were excellent. The person taking the order though was confusing ... also said they didn't have pumpkin spice coffee (yet it said they did online) But honestly.. this is your name sake.. WHAT IS THIS 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

So this was the 1st time I have ever visited a Krispy Kreme. I was quite disappointed not only in the price of their small doughnuts... (I spent $38 on what we got. 1 latte, 8 mini doughnuts, and 6 regular doughnuts) and I'm not just talking about their mini sized doughnuts. Those are super cute, though, but still super expensive, when we have a local doughnut shop in our hometown that servers not only fresh hot Fluffy big doughnuts for a great price but also wonderful boba teas and coffees there. I don't even want to mention the iced latte I got here... Not only did they not have the topping for the crème brûlée flavor I wanted, but it was not very nice tasting at all... it had hardly any coffee flavor for it being a latte... but also the crème brûlée flavor was weak... I was hoping for more for this being what people talked about all around. But unfortunately, it just didn't hit me in the same way, so it seems. I will stick with my local shopes as I feel they also care about me and cater to me in a caring way... I felt like just another number here as there were 8 people working, and that the only 1 person trying to help us was the only one that acknowledged us... I know it's hard to find good help out there, especially if you are a big chain... because there is no heart in the employees, unfortunately... it's just a job to them. At least the store looked clean, which is something I appreciate for sure. Maybe it will be different another time... but for now, I rate this as a 3 out of 10 experience.

Came here only to get these chocolate covered donuts. Apparently limited time so drove from Clear Lake just for this treat. In the end was a good decision since i was wanting to try this flavor and was not too overwhelmed with just only chocolate flavor. I will probably buy these again in the future. I came here kind of late in the evening and the guy manning the drive through was nice and courteous.

Pulled up to the drive through at 8:50am, was the 4th vehicle in line. Had my order taken at 8:56. Got my order at 9:04. From pulling up to leaving it was just under 15 minutes. The speaker system for the drive through is VERY quiet and difficult to hear. I just ordered a 1/2dozen standard glazed. The interaction with the staff was reasonable. Limited interaction so not much to say if they are particularly friendly or just normal customer service. I couldn’t tell if the actual store front was open for people to go in. But I asked the girl serving us in the drive-through and she said that the storefront is open. It’s just not very typically busy.

I have been craving Krispy Kreme and all the locations near me have closed. I drove 30 minutes to this location. It was a bit crowded, warm and the floors were super sticky. Despite the crowd, the employees were very fast. The donuts were okay. I felt a bit rushed due to the crowd. I didn't receive my correct receipt so I'm unable to get my points in the app. I'm not even 100 percent sure how much I was charged since I was given two different totals. I'm not sure if I'm willing to try this location again.

The employees are very nice and polite but I feel my daughter got ripped off they only had 6 mini donuts 🍩 out of the 16 and gave her two regular donuts inside the box? The expectation versus reality 🤦🏻‍♀️

Well, this is the second time I have come here to get the monthly flavors and have received stale doughnuts. The doughnuts were hard and the icing was crusty. The only fresh doughnuts I ever receive here are the plain glaze. Super disappointing as I've always loved Krispy Kreme.

The glazed taste really sweet the assorted are good .if you order on-line you have to go inside to pick it up, you can't go to the drive thou .the customer service for on-line order is non contact very convenient but I like the option for drive thou pick-up

I understand today’s the first day the HP donuts come out but the man this morning was just rude, he handed me my free donuts by shoving it in my hand and then didn’t ask what donuts I wanted. He told me around 3-4pm the HP donuts would come and they aren’t there smh. First time trying Krispy Kreme and they disappointed me.

The second star was because the taste was good. Workers look to be drudging through the day. Mumbed responses, not proactive. Had to tell my order taker 3 times that I wanted a drink with my single donut. No cake donuts, no chocolate in chocolate avail. Ended up with a lemon "filled". Check pics. Floor is very stickly. They have a wet floor sign but i doubt this place has been mopped. My shoes makes a shticking sound as I walk. I have to say i was hesitant to eat it because if the front is this dirty... However even with the very little lemon in the fill, it tasted good. Not sure i would come back here. Shiplies and Donut heaven are much better. Plus no kolaches here.

I don't live nearby, so I don't often get a chance to indulge in a Krispy Kreme. I was passing through, so I decided to stop by for a snack. I was disappointed. The chocolate donut with creme inside was sweet, but it was old tasting and dry. I won't be stopping by again.

Overall, it was disappointing. Quality is way down. Staff is mostly focused on filling local vendor delivery orders like the boxes you donuts we all see at the "big box stores". The 4 large rental box trucks in the parking lot pretty much sums up the primary focus of this store. I remember a time when you could walk in to a Krispy Kreme and get a fresh hot glazed donut. They are ONLY great when hot and fresh. Maybe this is why most of greater Houston stores have closed. You're not focusing on the local customer market.

This was an embarrassing visit and being from back east gowning up with Krispy kreme this was a disappointment. From taking a step into this location. 1st stepping in was like they mopped the floors with Krispy kreme water, no matter where you stepped you were making sticky noises so you know it wasn't clean, it was not well lit and nothing looked presentable. The donuts looked like they came from a second hand store and not fresh, they looked like they were made freehand (if that a way to describe) our jelly filled looked like oversized bear claws.... just let me say the only thing that looked original was the box. The cashier had to take my payment and walk it back to drive through to complete my transaction. Very disappointed with this location.

I stopped to get a few donuts this morning at 6:40am and was served cold donuts. I understand that the hot light doesn’t come on until 7 am, but are the donuts really not ready until 7 am?? Something about receiving cold donuts at opening just doesn’t sit right with my spirit. In addition to cold donuts, I received a milk that expires today.

The quality of these Krispy kreme donuts in Houston is garbage where I'm from they take pride in them, the donuts aren't hot when they're supposed to be and they seem to just be sitting around! No way these are fresh

THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE! No one greets or acknowledges you when you walk in, everyone looks so miserable. It’s almost as they try to avoid giving any sort of eye contact. I placed an online order 45 minutes prior which was not ready. When Jasmine put it together I asked to have some donuts swapped out because the decoration on them were completely ruined. She rolled her eyes and didn’t bother to even respond. She took the box with her and replaced them with an attitude as if my request was out of this world. The attitude was unnecessary. I understand they’re busy but it takes more energy to be rude than nice. I’m not asking to be treated like royalty. However, as a paying customer atleast some respect would be nice.

This location has been a constant letdown - closing early, lobby closed, poor service. Today was the worst. I promised the kiddos donuts for breakfast this morning so I got up early and arrived shortly after they opened at 6am. Ordered a dozen glazed and she handed a cold box. When I asked for the hot and fresh, she said that's not until 7am. Firstly, everyone knows arriving at any bakery when they open is when you get the freshest baked goods. If you open at 6am You arrive earlier and start prepping. You don't open then start baking so you have no product ready! So that means the box she gave me was stale donuts from the day before! They donuts were small and misshapen. The only reason I took them was not to disappoint the kids and I couldn't wait 30+ minutes and be late for school/work.

I can say one thing for this Krispy Kreme, their management knows how to copy and paste and not actually take any of their reviews seriously. What a joke sending people to a link to fill out a form to get you to care?

By far the worst Krispy Kreme I have ever been to. The dining area floors are always sticky as soon as you enter the front entrance, always under staffed when running popular promotions, donuts in drive-thru are cold constantly. We won't support this location anymore after Labor Day 2020 fiasco...1 1/2hr waiting just to find out debt card machine was broken, no postings on building for patrons waiting. I hope the owner/franchisee read this

I grew up with Krispy Kreme. It was part of my favorite childhood memories. I have to say, the location in Pearland is a far cry from the quality I have come to know and love from my childhood. My online order was supposed to be ready at 9:58 a.m. When we arrived at 10:10, we were told to pull up. With no communication, we were made to wait until 10:25 a.m. for our order. The mixed selection was wrong, the presentation was terrible, and the lattes were bitter. They did not offer whipped cream on our drinks, even though the drinks on the website showed whipped cream. This was our first visit to Krispy Kreme in years, and it's an insult to the memories I fondly shared with my late father.

Slow to take your order even when the place is empty and rude while they take your order like you’re inconveniencing them. It’s always a hassle coming in. Not worth it.

This place is horrible. Me and my family walked up to the place at 8:15pm today and the front counter couldn't decide if the wanted to let us in or not because they were cleaning already. Finally one of the front counter employees by the name of Victoria rudely said we would have to go through drive thru because they close the lobby at 8pm. It clearly stated on the sign on the front entrance door that that it closes at 10pm on sundays and when I told them this she just rolled her eyes at me and said I do this every night and I know what time I close my lobby!! Even with this we went through drive thru because my daughter wanted donuts really bad and they were HORRIBLE....seemed to be a day old an tasted even worse! I will be reporting this to headquarters early Monday morning. I will never go back. If I could give them a negative star I would!

Pick up donuts for the first time two donuts in a box when picking up the donut out of the box and biting out of it I noticed that there was a gnat on my doughnut when my mother went in to let them know In a calm manner. The employees were talking in Spanish negative things about my mom saying that we had lice and they did not think that my mom knew Spanish. They were saying negative things and were laughing at my mom. My mom corrected them in spanish. The manager did really poorly in correcting this interaction. They did refund our money after my mom requested.

It was a disaster. Coffee was cold, donuts were NOT fresh. The soap dispenser was not working in the restroom. Employees are using the same restrooms. Not sure what they use. It was not clean at all.

This place is trash, the never have donuts, the employees close an hour before closing time.. it’s just trash.

Well every time we visit this location. The workers are trying to work but the manager is keeping them from working. I handed the young lady my card. And I had to wait for 5min to get my card back. The iced lattes I ordered were pure syrup, you couldn’t even taste the coffee. It was way too sweet and I had to throw them away. Spent over 20 dollars on 6 donuts and 2 gross lattes that were terrible… also the floor was sticky everywhere. Never again

I don't expect the donuts to be piping hot if the sign is not on however I just bought a dozen donuts and they are quite literally freezing. There is no point of buying the donuts at the store. They are the same quality as the ones you can get prepackaged at Walmart when you go inside the store there's just a ton of crates everywhere because they makes donuts to sell to Walmart and other stores it makes the location feel like a factory, I wanted to actually return the donuts but the cashier never came back to the drive-through window so I just ended up leaving. I haven't had good experiences here so I wanted to give it one more chance but I think this was it.

Can’t speak much on the atmosphere since it was early in the morning on a Saturday. I can speak on the hot sign being on and the donuts were absolutely NOT hot at all! Totally disappointing not to be able to sink my teeth into one while driving home. Also, I got an email for buy a dozen and get one for $1. The cashier couldn’t tell me what I needed to do (purchase ahead of time) He just kept saying, “you need a bar code.” He didn’t know about the app so, I had to figure that part out my self. Hot sign on should = hot donuts!

Upon not hearing back from corporate after calling to let them know about phone issues, or being able to contact either location here in Texas I reached out about, myself and a coworker went to the Pearland location to try to pre-order or talk to someone to order 5 dozen doughnuts for Valentine’s Day. I have attached photos of some of the doughnuts for viewing. Here are some of the things we saw we were very dissatisfied with. 1. There were only 3 employees working at this location. This area has high traffic daily. 1 person was doing the drive thru, 1 making the doughnuts, 1 decorating. There were 2 people a head of myself and coworker when we arrived around 9:30 am Monday 02/04/2019. 2. The floor was super sticky and dirty. 3. We waited 10 mins before walking out because only 1 person was able to help the first person in line ahead of us before going back to the drive thru. 4. While waiting and looking at the doughnuts we were no satisfied how the ones on display looked and figured with a large order we would get no better. 5. No one acknowledged us leaving but I cannot blame them since it was only 3 working. I hope this helps get that team support they need to be able help them work efficiently. Unfortunately we will not be ordering the conversation doughnuts due to this experience.

We were excited when we heard about the Harry Potter donuts. We visited 4 times this week at different times of day (including 6:40 am) and tried to order a Gryphindor donut, but they told us each time they were out of Harry Potter donuts. This morning I woke up at 5:30 am so I could be the first car in the drive thru. I tried to order 1 Gryphidor and 1 Hufflepuff and they told me they only sell those in dozens, even though the sign clearly lists the single price and an upcharge for dozens. I guess I’ll have to have cellophane-wrapped corned beef sandwiches for breakfast instead.

No fresh doughnuts when I went. They only had six doughnuts & a gnat flying in the case of the doughnuts

We live in Dickinson, we love Krispy Kreme, St o once in a while we go find one, but they keep closing, so we went here two days ago. The donuts were sticky wet, and they barely had any filling in them, I would say a teaspoon full maybe, it’s quite sad actually, when I was eating my lemon filled, I ate 3/4 of it before I hit filling, I paid allot of money for two dozen and got the shaft! I’m not coming back! I don’t mind paying as long as I get what I paid for! $43 for sugar bread! Shame on you!!

So I get to the donut shop and the Hot Lights lit so I'm like, "cool" since I never noticed the hot lights lit in the app so I never know when to come by there so then I open the app and the hot lights not lit but it's lit up on the store just not in the app so I'm like well maybe it's okay so I went and I decided I wanted one of these Kit Kat cookie dream Donuts because I saw it in the app right then and it looked good but I wasn't able to check out in the app because it just didn't want to work even after I added my card and everything so I tried to go inside and the lobbies closed it says temporarily closed use the drive-thru but the lady inside said they're not open in the lobby anymore I don't know. So I went through the drive-thru there's almost almost have my car ran into by someone else who also was going to go to the drive-thru and didn't notice me when they were packing out but so I get to the drive-thru and I asked for this Kit Kat donut and was told that they stopped selling those yesterday and I asked why is it still in the app and she said would you like something else so I ordered a cake batter donut and it had almost no filling in it very upsetting. I also got three quote unquote hot glazed donuts but they were not very hot maybe somewhere in between hot and not hot maybe that's why one light was on and the other one wasn't I don't know then she asked me if I wanted my receipt I told her yes and she did not hand me the receipt so that was cool also I asked why the hot light shows it's on at the building but it doesn't show in the app she says well it doesn't change in the app but she said it like I'm an idiot or something I said well how come it changes on all the other other locations and she goes what I don't know about the other locations. So all in all this was the worst Krispy Kreme experience I have ever had I'm going back to Shipley's.

After reading the comments we are all having the same crappy experience. The manager on duty is RUDE. I came in twice to this location. Once on 8/24 around 11:30am. I was there for the Harry Potter Collab. The cashier on duty that day was super helpful and explaining to me how to order. The manager on duty yelling from the drive through window “nope, no” to what the man was saying. Just being rude. I got the latte and left. The second time was 8/26 at 6:30am I did a pickup order. Came in to pick up my donuts and wanted another latte. The manager on duty and cashier on duty both RUDE. Was told the machine was down in a rude way by manager I said ok and left. While in my car the cashier on duty gave me attitude the ENTIRE time even while helping a customer. I have footage of while I’m in my car he is giving me dirty looks and attitude. Please roll the store cameras back. Very unprofessional. I WON’T be back but this is definitely bad for business. People don’t deserve attitude why they are buying from the business. Utterly dissatisfied with this establishment. Place was dirty, staff was lazy and immature and had no knowledge of their beverages. Donuts were cold and stale. Only 3 employees during my visit one young lady was completely careless in her hygiene and her big untamed HAIR. No employee was wearing a hair net. Floors were uncared for and under the donut machine was a mountain of Kreme and donut residue (literally MOUN🗻TAIN). Restrooms were useable but seemed unattended for hours. I was there in the evening.

When is management going to change? Horrible management has been going on for years. I’ve lived in Pearland since 2013 and the service here is ALWAYS horrible. Workers are on their cell phones, they’re not open during their open hours. They close as early as 2-3 hours before. Donuts are ugly and never fresh, something is always broke or sold out! Such a disgrace when this is the only Krispy Kreme in the area!!!

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. My husband arrived at 11 AM specifically for the Harry Potter donuts. He was told none were available and to come back at 2 PM. He drove all the way from Katy, so instead of wasting another trip, he waited in the parking lot. Starting at 1 PM, he watched people walking out with boxes of the donuts. When he asked them how they got them, they said they were leftovers from the day before. Funny—because that option was never even offered to him. We would’ve gladly taken them! So, he went back inside at 2 PM like he was told, only to be met with yet another slap in the face: no donuts left. Why? Because the very people he saw leaving at 1 PM had already bought them. In other words, the staff flat-out lied to his face. This was a complete waste of time, gas, and effort, not to mention the blatant dishonesty. Totally unprofessional, misleading, and disrespectful to customers. We’ll never waste our time here again.

I drove 35 minutes to find out there were no Harry Potter donuts. I called to find out about availability, but they never responded. They told us to come in the morning, as if the staff didn't work. They shouldn't offer promotions if they don't have enough staff to meet demand. I also found the store to be pretty dirty. Shoes stick to the sticky floor. This store needs to pay a little more attention.

horrible experience I just left the young lady at the front that was working the drive Through was very rude she did not want to say you’re welcome after I told her thank you at least three times this is the second time I’ve visited this location trying to give them a chance because I live in the area and no one I’ve encountered the three times I’ve been to this location no one has gave Customer Service or just being a friendly face. This is a horrible location and because of their lack of Customer Service and just not good people skills I will not be returning to this location.

I do not understand WHY this restaurant is open at 7:45 pm. Hot donuts are not available until 5pm! At least that us what I was told on a previous visit! Hot donuts are NOT available after 7pm! Why? Why is this place operable; cold Krispy Creme donuts can be bought at the grocery store for a cheaper price. TEAR THE WHOLE Building down!!!!

My husband and I visited this Krispy Kreme location and had a very disturbing experience. While waiting at the drive-thru window, we could see inside the store. The employee who was preparing the doughnuts was dragging a rope of dough across the floor and then continuing to use it to make doughnuts. We were so shocked and disgusted that we immediately drove off without ordering. For health and safety reasons, I would strongly advise others to be cautious about eating at this location.

Absolutely horrible and over priced for two donuts. I ordered one org glazed and one iced strawberry for almost 5.00. Drive through server was not friendly and donut was not even fresh. Also, there appeared to be a cleaner on the counter that was not even wiped. Not sure if it was soap or some sort of spray cleaner. I can say this was my first and last visit to this place. I’ll stick to Shipleys.

The young lady in the drive-through at 5:30 December 29 was very rude. She had glasses on. I told her thank you multiple times and still didn’t get a. You’re welcome back after spending almost 20 bucks on donuts. I asked her for an extra box and she looked at me like it was coming out of her paycheck, and she was very rude and gave it to me with an attitude , I went there about two nights ago once again, and it was a Hispanic gentleman. He was very rude as well. Everyone at that Krispy Kreme’s is very rude. and I will be contacting corporate about this issue as well because I go here too often for everyone to be rude

Just came to this location to redeem my birthday coupon. Turns out that the first guy didn’t even know what he was doing; then, another one came out and told me they didn’t have a scanner to scan the code. I said: it’s fine; it’s not a big deal. Then, I go back to the location to get some more donuts and I saw them redeeming a discount for another person. Shameful. I wish I could give them zero star. Won’t be coming back.

The guy up front was so rude...Maybe he was having a bad day, I don't know. My husband asked if there were any hot donuts and right when he rudely replied "no", I knew he wasn't going to be friendly. My husband then joked with him about us driving 10 hours (we did drive an hour one way) for a donut. He once again was rude for no reason and rolled his eyes. I left. I cannot support businesses who have just flat out rude employees for no reason. We just took ourselves right on down to the peach cobbler factory where the service and food was superb.

Very Disappointed - I usually visit this location in the early morning around 6:40-7:30am-ish. Most of the associates at this location are not morning people. They are absolutely rude and not very people friendly. My advice would be to get a job with afternoon or evening hours. The attitudes are horrendous and that one free donut you swear it’s coming out there kitchen. I always purchase and get the one free one. Please do better it’s too many other donut places customers can do business with. Always remember if it wasn’t for the customers Krispy Kreme wouldn’t exist. Do Better.

Made a quick detour to stop in because the Hot light was on. Purchased donuts and realized they weren’t hot so we went back to complain. Was told that management wants them to keep the light on all the time even when donuts aren’t hot and fresh. What’s the point of that? Got a refund and probably won’t return.

I went to go get the Harry Potter doughnut, Limited edition and while I was at the front, they told me the latte machine wasn’t working. Keep in mind. I drove 20 minutes to Pearland just to get this special donuts and turns out they didn’t wanna take the donuts out because they were for the afternoon.

I placed an online order for a dozen donuts an hour before closing, fully confirmed and paid for. On the website, it says the latest to pick up/get it delivered is 8:45. I arrived to pick it up at 8:30, but the employee said they’re canceling all online orders and refunding everyone. He then proceeds to say we can order at the window and allowed us to order the exact same thing we placed. We told him it’s not a problem, but tried to ask why they’re canceling all orders out of curiosity. Instead of giving an explanation, he kept interrupting and rudely saying they’re closing at 9. I never leave a bad review, but every time I come to this location, I’ve been met with attitude and terrible service. On top of that the quality of donuts we were given were just terrible. I love Krispy Kreme but this location is just terrible in every way. Do better

If I could I would have given them ZERO STARS. I drove 1 hour to pick the order I placed online, THE MERRY GRINCHMAS COLLECTION, and surprise! It wasn’t there. They gave me the stupidest excuses, but the reality was they missed it, they forgot to do it, PERIOD! To compensate a little for their mistake, they offered to give me what they had in stock, I didn’t want it, but I gave them a chance, so they gave me these doughnuts (pictures attached) instead of what I ordered, it was WORST!!! They had to feel ashamed for what they gave me and of course for the whole situation. Actually, they tried to blame ME, for picking them up one hour later of the time I scheduled the order, SERIOUSLY!?!. SHAME ON YOU!!!!! I will never ever buy anything from them and don’t even care to say sorry when you don’t even mean it. Just an advice, if you have just two locations in the Houston area, try to do your best because people drive a lot just to get your doughnuts . The location that I placed my order was in PEARLAND, TX.

Came for the elf special and the donuts were ugly and made so sloppy. The lazy girl making my box grabbed them and stacked them in her hand so it smudged the donuts and then she placed them in the box all unorganized and not at all how it looked in the picture. They are just so lazy there and the service is so poor. They look like they hate their job. I was excited or this elf box for my kids and the donuts we got were so disappointing.
