Been coming here for over 5 years, food is always great. Service is fast and food is very tasty. Everyone should come visit Tangs kitchen!!
Great place super clean with authentic Cuisine fully loaded of goodness!
Been coming here since they first opened. Love the service, food, and location location
I am a big fan of Tang's Kitchen because they always have fresh hot food. Most of the time I get my meal delivered and when the food arrives it is always hot and fresh. What really impressed me is that they always get the order right and the food is always delicious. I think the prices are very reasonable and the staff whether I eat in or have it delivered they are always curious.
Excellent food good price. Great service.
We moved here from Virginia Beach, Va. We been here for two month and we have been DoorDash as well, me and my family want to try out yall foods, so we had general tso chicken, combination fried rice, chicken wings, and the kids had chicken wings, teriyaki chicken on the stick and fried rice. The foods was delicious, excellent customer service, I will recommend my friends and family to try this place out. 10/10 for everything. We will definitely coming back here soon.
I love love love this hidden gem! Food is always amazing no matter what day or time of day I order. I am always reccomending them to friends and family for a great take out option. Their lunch specials are amazing as well. Portions are great I always manage to have left overs for the next day. They are truly amazing!
Had dinner with the Hubby, we ordered peppered steak and kung pao chicken dinners our food was fresh and hot and very delicious, will definitely be back for more.
My favorite restaurant in the area. Must try the spicy chicken
Have gone and ordered out from the restaurant for the past year now. Great food I recommend if you have time dine in it always good, hot food and great customer service my favorite dish is the bourbon chicken with white rice
Always a go to lunch spot with me and my co-workers. The food is always fresh and delicious, and we normally order off the lunch specials. Typically a calm environment, almost never packed with people, it is kinda hidden from general view. Tables are clean. Prices for plates range on average from $6 to $8, of course it depends on what is ordered. Overall, great place to eat.
Great food and great service. We had such great service our first time we came back for a second time.
Our waiter was very attentive and humorous. The food was delicious. We frequently get the same old egg roll taste at other restaurants, but these had incredibly fresh tasting ingredients! I do plan to go back.
Great service and friendly staff in a nice, clean place. We had the honey walnut shrimp and the garlic shrimp with fried rice. It’s surprisingly good for suburban Texas. Coming from Los Angeles I didn’t expect to enjoy it that much. I’d definitely go back.
Great food and great service. Inside is always clean and has a very welcoming atmosphere
1st time coming here & it was good. Non-greasy, tasty, and fresh. We got the honey walnut shrimp & beef w/ fried rice. The egg drop soup is good too. Server was very kind. Pic includes half eaten meal, it wuz gud. Would come back again.
Went to tangs kitchen for wonton soup snd it was a good chicken flavor, the wontons do not taste that fresh but i did overall really enjoy my food. the atmosphere was quite and the workers were super nice, and offered me some free noodle chip.
Great food at reasonable prices. I ordered Honey Walnut Shrimp and it was delicious with a very nice presentation. Don't expect spectacular service since there is one person handling dine ins and to go orders.

For this visit, I ordered takeout, getting t he House Special Won Ton soup. I had never ordered it, but I definitely will now that I tried it. It had such a variety of veggies, including those cute, sweet little corn on the cobs! The ratio of proteins to veggies to won tons was perfect, and I even got a bag of crunchy fried won tons! Perfect lunch... thank you Tangs! 🥠🥡
Tang Kitchen soups reminds me of home, I love the chicken corn soup it's my favorite anytime I want a savory treat. I love the lunch specials there is a lot of variety on the menu. I've dined in twice today.
I ate ghe walnut shrimp and the organic chicken. Very good. Best orange chicken in texas. They give decent portions.
Tangs is our Chinese food go-to. We like the rib appetizer the bourbon chicken and the Mongolian beef. Everything is always fresh and hot and the restaurant is clean. Highly recommend.
Ordered take out for 6 . It was quick and delicious and great for the price. It was a good amount in the orders.

I had to knock a few stars off because I haven't been feeling well ever since my last visit. I don't know what changed, but it just wasn't good this time around. It tasted good, but my stomach has been really queasy ever since my last visit. I'm not sure if I'll be back again after whoever did what to my food in the kitchen. I'm not sure who was working the kitchen that day, but the old man wasn't there that's usually overseeing everything, so I think that maybe, "if the cat's away, the mice will play." And, that's not good for the longevity of this business. I hope this gets fixed, because it's a very convenient spot for me to get affordable comfort food at competitive prices. Original Review: I'm not sure why so many people are complaining. I've been eating here for a while and I've never ever had these problems. I also don't eat meat, so I don't worry about what chicken is like. I usually pick up food here when I don't feel so well, and the food here always makes me feel better afterwards. If you decide to eat here, try the vegan options, they're good to me. Service has always been good for me, and so has the food. I'm not sure why everyone is attacking this company, but I don't ever have these problems and it seems like everyone just wants to complain. Not every experience can be perfect, but I'm drooling thinking about their curry right now. 🤷🏻♂️
My wife and I went to try Tang's over a week ago as I write this and had a good experience. She got sweet & sour chicken or orange chicken--I can't remember. I got chicken with vegetables. The portion sizes of both meals were good. I liked that they have the "classic" Chinese food veggies like baby corns, carrots, and water chestnuts. Too many places don't serve those anymore. We would go again for sure, if even just for takeout.
We've had both the takeout and dined in. Between both experiences, food has been consistently good. It isn't anything amazing but a great option for tasty, decently priced food with good portions. Pick up was ready by the time we had requested. Service for dining in was great. Very attentive and timely. Will definitely be back.
Tang's Kitchen is a place for some quick and good comfort food. I typically order to go. I'm writing this review about the one time I came in with my family for dinner. The place is usually not crowded and that's because I think most of their business is takeaway. The place has a pleasant decor. Nothing too flashy. we were greeted by the waitress when we came in. The place was quite open so we picked a table we wanted. The wait time was just about 5 minutes or so to get the food. It was hot and prepared to order. I liked the taste. I prefer spicy food so I picked something from the menu that was spicy. Overall, the food and the service is good. Nothing stands out as spectacular but it's a good place to stop by.
Very good cashew chicken, excellent egg roll. Fried rice was different compared to what I'm used too. ( but still good) I will defantly return. Great prices.

Tangs was pretty decent. Service was fast for lunch and the food was as described. Staff checked on us at good intervals and it was a nice lunch overall. Definitely recommend dining in you'll have a peaceful experience!
The food was fresh and hot the other order right but if you don't like onions and your beef fried rice you need to let them know chicken wings are good portion of size

Food was pretty good and the price was decent. The food came out fairly quickly as well the only downside was one of the workers was talking on the phone loudly walking around as we ate the entire time then at one point lifted his shirt as he was walking around. Very unprofessional.
Food has usually been good with generous portions. I particularly like the special fried rice and usually the container is packed full, enough for two of us and left overs! The last time I ordered there was barely enough for two servings, very obvious the container was lacking, very disappointed. The problem for me is that once I’ve been cheated or gotten bad food or service I never go back! This place is convenient and I hate to write them off but I’m still deciding!
I got this to go. Tried the spicy chicken with fried rice and crab ragoons. The spicy chicken wasn’t really spicy I think they tried to imitate a szechuan style with the jalapeno and chili pepper. However, it was exactly fried like it. The crab ragoons were really hard and did not have a lot of cream cheese in them. It did come with 6.

Our first and last visit was 10/31/16. We eagerly anticipated a new experience from one of our neighborhood businesses. We stopped in for an early dinner before grocery shopping. My family's first impression was how clean the dining room was. Our greeter doubled as our waiter and we were seated immediately. Our menus were easy to read even in the low light. That is where things took a turn. After ordering, our food was piecemealed and each entree fell well below our expectations. We pointed out what we did not like when he checked on us. Our waiter dismissed our complaints by telling us it was on us to confirm what we wanted. That was the last straw. Our ticket was #9. We paid and we're glad to leave.
The place looks great and the staff is nice but the food is definitely lackluster. Almost all of the chicken and shrimp is breaded which is a personal pet peeve of mine, the menu was a bit misleading with it's pictures and I left feeling nauseous. My sister got sweet and sour shrimp but swapped that out with the garlic shrimp after she found out it was breaded as well, the garlic shrimp was extremely salty and oily as well. There are great people here but the food definitely doesn't match them. I'm sorry but I can't recommend this place.
Ordered bourbon chicken with eggroll and wonton soup via DD. Service was prompt but the dish was subpar. I've had bourbon chicken from other eateries - it's typically moist and tender. Tang's version appeared to be cubed white meat that was pan fried. The bourbon sauce was so-so but my main complaint was that the chicken was chewy and bland. I gave a piece to the dog and even he had to chew awhile to get it down his gullet. This is the 2nd time I've ordered from Tang's and I recall the first dish was also unremarkable. There are better Chinese restauants to order from and at $16 (without delivery fees), the food has to be at least above average.
I ordered my food over the phone, and the woman who took my order was very nice. However, when I arrived at the restaurant, I was immediately hit by the overwhelming stench of trash. The dumpster right next to the door was wide open, overflowing with all kinds of garbage, including rotting noodles scattered around it. A DoorDash driver nearby also stopped in disgust and mentioned that she had brought it to the staff’s attention, but nothing had been done. I decided to leave without picking up my order. As a former bakery owner, I always made sure our dumpster area was clean and the gate was securely closed. We have to do better, guys.

First time I went the food was great we ate there. But my to go orders have been horrible. TSO chicken taste funny. And today the rice was dry and so was the chicken. I dipped my egg roll in the duck sauce and had to spit my food out. The sauce taste like it was stored in the refrigerator with exposed meat. I almost lost. I think I'm done with this place. Three strikes your out.
Sooooo good! Update: Orginally gave them 5 stars A few years ago, the food was great, the order was great and we always order around $40 of food and ofc tip well. Well the quality of food has gone down hill, they dont even make good dumplings anymore (and they used to have the best dumplings). After having been ordering from there for years and paying a 2 dollar delivery fee, i ordered online and they called me after placing the order to say they needed to charge my card 2 more dollars since im 1 mile further away then their 5 mile deliver zone 🤔 Since this is the first time im paying the tip in cash im wondering if either they actually changed the delivery fee for a 1 mile difference or becauses im paying cash with the tip and they weren't sure if i was going to tip the driver 🤷🏽♀️ and I wasnt afforded a explanation, rather than going round about with the lady i just payed but they've lost my business and ill be sure to let the Nextdoor app know of my experience when someone asks for suggestions to take their business elsewhere.
Ordered the bourbon chicken. The chicken taste dry and was hard to chew. Like it had been sitting under a warming lamp for hours. Also, fried rice taste salty with tiny bits of faux egg (let's hope it was egg). And lastly, the egg roll was burnt on both ends. Hadn't been there in years, now I remember why. Very disappointing!
I ordered the Spicy Shrimp and it was the most disgusting thing I’ve eaten in a very long time. Four forks full and it was in the trash. Would have landed in the there sooner, but I was really hungry. $15 down the drain. The veggies appeared to be the frozen bag variety mixed with sauce and about six shrimp. The fried rice was not thoroughly mixed so I had what I’ll refer to as half and half. The 1 Star is for the chicken wing I ordered with my meal (not a whole one). It was decent. Once and done!
Food is bland compared to other asian restaurants I have been to
Ordered the curry chicken...yeah, I don't know what the hell this is. One bite was enough for me, definitely grounds for a refund but I'm gonna just do a review. It doesn't look cooked and the texture is jarring. As soon as I opened the container I was alarmed by it.. seriously, what is this? The egg rolls were pretty good, that's not saying much though...the egg rolls at Jack in the box are good too
Ordered online place was empty(red flag) IDK what this is but it ISN'T CHICKEN I've had chicken with garlic sauce countless times and it has never looked like a sponge or had a gummy texture first and last time trying this place.
I never really like ordering here but my gf swears by this place so she always orders from here. But yesterday my daughter wanted their egg drop soup(which is probably their best dish) so I decided to order that along with their house special lo mein noodles. I get there, picked up my food and drove home. Now at this point it was my fault for not checking to make sure everything was correct. I got home and was anxious to eat their house special because I was hungry just to open the box to find out they gave me fried rice instead. I was furious so I gave them a call explaining the situation. Now most restaurants that messes up an order will apologize and tell you to keep the dish and they’ll make you the correct dish. But no. Not Tangs. She tells me to bring the fried rice back and she’ll get me the correct dish. You would think they read their mistakes on Google reviews and try to make their customers happy but I guess not. Way to many mistakes from Tangs.
Taste so horrible!! All the dishes taste SWEET!!!I asked the waiter and he said they add sugar into it. Too much sugar. Added salt but still taste sweet like dessert :/
I ordered a coke and this is what they brought me, when I commented on it the server laughed and said it was a bit “light”. She did not offer to bring me a new drink. She left before I got a chance to ask for a new drink. We waited for at least 15 minutes for her to return to take our food order. We got tired of waiting and left. We will not be returning to this restaurant, we will go elsewhere.
if i could give less than one star i would, the crab puffs were disgusting, and the soup dumplings were disappointing now i feel sick after eating them i was extremely disappointed with this place. and the soup dumplings didn’t even have soup in them.
