Well took my mom here for her first time for brunch, she's never been. Our server Maria was great, would come by ask if everything was good or needed anything else. Yes it was, our steak was cooked medium well just perfect. My mom loved how well they cooked it, as well as I did. Left with full bellies lol, but yes we would go here again. Specially since it's the closest to us, plus my mom loved that they play country music. Just felt right, well thanks for reading have a good one.
What a great experience! Wait for 7 was about a 1 hour long, which was told to us. The service was excellent, Veronica did a great job with keeping us entertained with bread 😉 😘 she was on it and making sure we got what we needed ! ASK FOR VERONICA SHES GREAT
Made my family fight, and food is taking way way way too long to arrive. [Edit] Family is still fighting, but food finally arrived. Sampling the food right now, let y'all know how it is. [Edit 2] Family got fatter, and the food was beautiful. I ate the Herb Crusted Chicken up and left no crumbs. Highly recommend it with the sides, seasoned rice and applesauce. (with lemon added) Plus 4 star!!!!
Texas Roadhouse is my place for a plate of beef ribs and it had been awhile since my wife and I had eaten here. I recommend the half rack of ribs (and takes another half home for the extra $5) along with a plate of loaded steak fries and a salad. It was all perfect. My wife had a New York strip steak which was supposed to be cooked to medium and it was at least medium rare (the waitress asked her to cut it to verify it was medium and she did, but a few minutes later saw how much most of it was more rare than medium. Her fault). We arrived and were seated immediately in the mid afternoon Saturday. By the time we left, however, the entry was full of hungry folks. We listened to the country music as we waited for our appetizer, Jalapeno Balls, to come and they did minutes later. They were perfect! The bread rolls, with butter that had a hint of cinnamon, were also very good. The $5 Long Island Tea was a bit weak, but then I expected less alcohol for that price. After the meal our waitress was attentive and brought us to-go boxes and the check. We were full and happy in an hour approximately, plus we carried out left-overs for lunch Sunday. I would recommend ordering the steaks a little more cooked or be prepared to send it back for a little more cooking, or eat it rarer than you normally do.
Probably one of our best visits by far. Alex was super nice and really attentive to my mom and my son. The food was great and came out super fast. Customer service was on point.
I had a fillet steak here, it was tasty and cooked well. My two sides were also very tasty, I particularly liked that the salad dressing came in a pot as a lot of places add too much dressing and this let me add as much as I wanted to. The free peanuts were a nice addition. The bread rolls were ok but nothing special. The service was friendly and quick. Also the price was good for the quality of steak.
We had a great experience at Texas Roadhouse! Our waitress, Dianna, was fantastic—friendly and very attentive. The food was delicious, and of course, the rolls were a favorite as always. This time, we sat outside near the big-screen TV, and getting to catch some Sunday football made it even better. Big shoutout to the manager, Oscar, who stopped by multiple times to check in on us—really appreciated the hospitality!
I have to thank the cooks, kitchen staff, and our waitress that were working this evening, 1/4/26. They knocked it out of the park with a steak that was grilled perfectly & the pork chops were not dry. We'll see ya again soon.
Arrived and was seated right away with fresh rolls within seconds. Franco was our waiter and he did an excellent job making sure we had what we needed the whole time. He had a great attitude and made us feel welcomed. The food was great no complaints here. I had the smothered chicken I believe. With onions and mushrooms. Amazing. Would definitely return!
I love the food and the services was phenomenal. Someone that really stood out to me was the a worker i think her named was Estrella. She helped me and my family and answered all our questions. She was a great host and really showed the Texas roadhouse spirit.
This was our second visit. We were seated right away, no wait. Sean was our server. Very attentive and friendly. Helpful with specials. My mom got a 6in filet and I had a hamburger steak. Food took awhile to come out, they were pretty full, so was expected. Both were cooked to order, well seasoned and delicious. Portion size was good and I had leftovers for lunch. Checkout was seamless. We left happy and full and will be back.
Our waitress, Ellie, was awesome! I’m not sure why but she was waiting tables in the bar area (where we sat) as well as across the restaurant as well as training someone yet, her service was great! She was working her butt off and still taking very good care of her tables and was very pleasant!
We loved it and would definitely go back there. My husband and kids took me there for my birthday. It was fully packed. We had our name on a wait list and they texted us when they were ready. I gotta say it was worth the wait. The prices are reasonable. The food is yummy. I was honestly full just by looking at the food 😂 Like the saying goes: "Everything is big in Texas", I'd say: "Everything is big at Texas Roadhouse". Next time we will order just one appetizer: the French fries with cheese, and perhaps one steak only. It would feed 2 people easily lol
Food was good and plentiful. Love their roles. Had the steak & ribs, with a side of fried pickles. Our waitress was upbeat, friendly and gave service with a smile. There were 3 of us and all of us enjoyed our meal. Steak cooked they you want, tender and juicy. They also serve good drinks.
Haven't eaten this good in a while. Ordered the 12oz ribeye topped with grilled onions and mushrooms medium rare with ribs. Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes on the side. My date had the fried catfish and salad. My appetizer was the grilled shrimp. Everything was absolutely delicious!!! Steak was cooked perfect, fish was crispy, shrimp was grilled to perfection. Definitely will be back. 10/10 for me.
This location, the staff and management exceeds our expectations every time and the relationship we have with them is why we will continue to patronize this location. Our ability to have a great time and fellowship in the atmosphere is perfect! Last night, 11-7-2022, we had our 1st church 10% GIVE BACK night and it was a success. The best part was the time we as a church family spent together, the laughing, great food shared, bonding and change in atmosphere! It was safe, lively, welcoming and inviting just like our church experiences at Briarchase Missionary Baptist Church in Missouri City, Texas! Thanks so much for a much-needed break from the new normal of life!
Texas Roadhouse it's always packed for a good reason. The food, prices, quality, taste and service is always on point. As busy as they are, they never fail to deliver. The wait times can vary depending on if you go on a weekend or not but the food is always top quality. Those butter rolls are to die for and that apple cinnamon butter spread is the icing on the cake. If you love steaks and Texas food, this is the place to go to.
Texas Roadhouse was great, but the server, “Kyle the Man” was the star here. His service was top tier, and he was very attentive. Even when my mom came a little later, he never rushed her or made us feel like we were an inconvenience. His service alone will be a reason that I will come back to this location. It was my nephew’s birthday so the family came together. Although it was busy, Kyle made us feel important. Thank you, Kyle.
A True Steakhouse Gem I recently had the pleasure of dining at Texas Roadhouse and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a special night out or a casual dinner with friends. The first thing they serve you is their famous and absolutely delicious bread rolls that are made from scratch. They are made constantly and are served hot and fresh every single time, and are complimentary. The rolls themselves are light, fluffy, pillowy, and perfect for dipping in their delicious and made in-house cinnamon whipped butter. And the best part about it is that you can always ask for more, and it’s completely complimentary. These bread rolls really made the meal very special and satisfying. Their entrees like their steaks, chicken, and fish are cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor, and were tender and juicy—exactly what you'd expect from a top-tier steakhouse. But what really impressed me was how the entire meal came together. The sides were just as noteworthy as the main course. The french fries, baked potatoes, the gravy, and their other sides are all fresh and made from scratch, and were rich and flavorful. You even get two sides for every entree you order. From the service to the quality of the food, everything was top-notch. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience. You’ll leave satisfied, full, and already planning your next visit.
Stopped in for my complimentary "Sidekick of Ribs" and decided to stay for their 16oz Prime Rib. Great decision, steak was perfect in taste, quality and temperature. Baked potato and chili were my chosen 2 sides and they were both tasty as well. Host server Jordan Jones was very attentive with nothing but fantastic customer service (and the place was packed) with front of house Manager Danni stopping by to say hi as well. When the food and service are at this level of amazing, it's difficult not to enjoy the experience. For myself, it's about a 30 minute drive to Pearland but well worth the effort and I'll certainly be back.
The bar staff are friendly and you can eat a meal alone or with friends and watch the game. The customers at this location are friendly and polite. This is my favorite location. The food. The helpings are generous and you get a whole lot. The hot bread will fill you up so be careful about eating too much before your meal arrives. An appetizer, your meal and the hot bread are going to be more than enough and they will give you a container to take home what you could not eat.
Years ago I stopped at one location and the wait was one hour. I never stopped again but was curious because so many people say great things about Texas Roadhouse. I decided to try again. Again, a wait time! This time only 40 minutes. Was the wait worth it to me? Absolutely! The rolls! Mmmm, baby those rolls with whipped cinnamon butter. The energy and atmosphere is totally Texas. The staff Were friendly and pleasant. Our food was hot, fresh, and delicious! Beat of all, it's reasonable. I'll be looking forward to another meal at Texas Roadhouse.
Excellent. Wide variety of food available. Good size portions. Country gravy on my mashed potatoes was top notch. Only issue with the huge size of my half rack of baby back ribs was that they were so tender the bone fell out of the meat so easy that I had to eat it with a fork since the natural handle didn't work. Seriously good ribs. Needed to ask for extra BBQ sauce but it was no problem. As you can see from my photos the bones separated clean and dry. Perfect! Highly recommended!
Texas Roadhouse is always a consistently great experience. The food is solid every time and the overall vibe is fun and energetic. It’s definitely on the louder side, which makes it perfect for families, birthdays, and group dinners. If you’re looking for something super quiet and romantic, it can work, but just keep in mind the noise level. The fresh rolls and cinnamon butter are honestly one of the best parts and worth the visit alone. I also recommend checking in online ahead of time to avoid a long wait, especially on weekends.
Tuesday night was crowded and busy ‼️ Yet, the food was tasty. The service was excellent! And efficient
Thank you to the manager and super caring and friendly waitress Anita!! The manager made it possible for our big party to sit together...Anita, your care and joyful attention will always be remembered!! The food was delicious. Tender Steak!! The music was too loud when they were doing the line dance but other than that, this is a wonderful place to enjoy a great meal!!!
I haven’t been to Texas Roadhouse in YEARS and I don’t know why. Our server was very attentive and the service was really quick. The rolls were definitely worth all the hype — they were fresh and paired very well with the cinnamon butter. I ordered the Ft. Worth Ribeye with mashed potatoes, and a house salad. The steak was so flavorful and cooked to perfection. I was thoroughly satisfied with the portion sizes. This is a solid place to visit for a steak.
Omg the food here was so delicious and very tasty. Their steak was so tender and tasty. Their rolls of course was warm and delicious 😋 happy the waiter came back and gave me more . They are small though, I felt like I ate a roll just in 2 bites. The sweet potato was okay, next time I wouldn't get it. The shrimp was really good and the ribs did fall off the bone. RIBS very tasty also . I had a wonderful waiter that answered my questions and was very nice.and I also love the little show that they put on while dining
Texas Roadhouse never disappoints! From the moment you walk in, the lively atmosphere, friendly staff, and the smell of freshly baked bread set the tone for a great dining experience. The hand-cut steaks are always cooked to perfection, and the fall-off-the-bone ribs are a must-try. The sides are just as good—whether it’s the loaded mashed potatoes or the seasoned green beans. Service is fast and attentive, even during busy hours. Plus, the free warm rolls with cinnamon butter are worth the visit alone! If you’re looking for a hearty meal in a fun, welcoming environment, Texas Roadhouse is the place to go. Highly recommend!
The restaurant features a rustic Western theme, complete with cowboy décor and a friendly, welcoming vibe. We enjoyed the fresh-baked bread with cinnamon butter. The staff were attentive and energetic, contributing to the overall experience. We had bbq chicken, beef steak, pulled pork and mushroom chicken with various sides and all dishes impressed us. We also loved the cool touch of giving salted shelled peanuts.

Solid chain restaurant to get a good steakhouse experience in a casual environment. Food is solid, but nothing particularly special - definitely hits the craving for steak or other southern classics. The exception is their chicken fried chicken and steak. They are very good! The complimentary bread rolls are addicting.
All the food what's great the waitress was nice and attentive. she made sure that all of our drinks are filled. we had to wait a little bit in the beginning we had big party. That's kind of normal being that it was a Saturday. The food was delivered without the utensils not a big deal but we all had to wait a few minutes. All the orders came out correct. It is what we would expect from Texas Roadhouse. But it did lack the little extra things to make an experience awesome. No real complaints just not spectacular.
First time visiting this location. The decor is like any of the other locations I’ve ever been too. We were seated very quickly as there was no wait. The location has plenty of parking as it is located in a shopping area. Plenty of side parking around the building. The seater was pushing the appetizers has directed to do so I’m sure. They were highlighted at the entrance area. I ordered a mixed drink with a shooter and it didn’t taste like there was any alcohol in it. Very weak indeed. The first basket of rolls was still warm and tasted great as always. I ordered the main course of country fried chicken with cream gravy with a Cesar salad and fresh vegetables. The chicken tasted good and was just a bit over cooked. The flavor was really good. The salad was ok and I got the dressing on the side. The fresh vegetables consisting of some broccoli florets and a few slices of carrots were not fresh and maybe were even frozen and were way overcooked. Maybe just heated up in the microwave. At least they tasted like they were. We did get another basket of rolls and they were great and the cinnamon butter is delicious as always. Very nice and tender and warm. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The manager even made her way around and asked. How things were and stated if we needed anything feel free to contact her and she provided her name which is refreshing as most places never do that. If the food could be slightly improved they could be a five star!
I hadn't been to this location in over five years, so I was curious to see the changes. This location is still crazy busy on a Friday night, so be prepared for a wait (about 45 minutes). Destiny is a great server. She's attentive and kept the dishes moving. She deserves 5 stars. The dinner was good, but my steak was served well despite asking for medium well. The flavor was still there, but it was past my liking. And those fresh rolls make everything better!
Friendly staff and quick service. It was very busy when we visited but the wait time was only 20 minutes. When we checked in they said their was a 1.5 hour limit at the tables. I attribute this policy to the short wait period so good job to management for implementing that policy. The food was excellent. Steaks cooked medium; salmon cook just right.
They have good rolls and water. But they don't know how to cook steak I have been here twice now where they have messed up my steak. Not cooked enough then over cooked.. have you ever heard of me…

I was craving Texas Roadhouse, so I stopped in for a early dinner. I had a fabulous server(Perez). He attempted to make me comfortable, but the restaurant had no WiFi. My appetizers were greasy and salty (rattlers). The atmosphere was so noisy I took my salad with me after a few bites. I hope it will make a good lunch tomorrow. May be next week I will go with my girls for night out before my birthday and it might be good?
Rushed experience‼️ - Went in as a party of 6 as I had foot surgery Feb 22nd and my family wanted to spend some quality time together. Well upon taking drink order we were told upon staff return to have meal selections ready as Kitchen is getting busy (guess that’s a fair request). Yet to bring me to go boxes when I have an entire meal in front of me - that’s not acceptable. Photos below will show both at restaurant and what I brought home. Talk about a little under $200 life lesson. I totally get you can’t have guest lingering, yet it would have been nice to enjoy some of my meal there. On site we got to enjoy bread and rattle snake bite; we had to box everything else. My foot isn’t happy on this adventure and neither am I.
Not the best Texas Roadhouse… I believe the grease needed to be changed because there was a burnt grease taste on the fried pickles and a bunch of different items mixed in the basket. Salad came with thumb print in dressing on the bowl… The steaks were decent. Not saying much since it is a steak house. The server was newer but did a decent job. We would suggest finding a different steak house but every visit could be different. Happy eating!
I enjoyed myself on my Birthday. Me and my little humans. Well one of my little humans needed to use the bathroom. The table still full of food and a drink I just ordered. Took a sip before someone needs the restroom. I have all small children, no one goes alone. I came back my whole table was cleared. I cried and heading straight to the door. The waiter came to try and give a check. I said you cleared a whole table I was still eating. I will not pay, and cried a little more. Long story short. I got a coupon and my meal free. Thank you I go for the ribs but didn't get a chance.
I’m giving. 3 *** based overly loud music. been awhile since my visit to a Texas Roadhouse. My dislike is the music is extremely high which makes it an unpleasant experience. I think dining should have a moderate level of volume. This makes it overwhelming!!!! Will I return unsure. The fries are very salty. The burger I ordered was tasty and enjoyed the half I ate.
Texas Roadhouse is always great but I did not have a good experience when I ordered to-go. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad and an 8oz steak, you would think it wouldn't take long for that to be ready right, wrong! I waited over an hour to get my food. I walked up to order and the lady who took my order said that someone would take my order, once it was ready, to the car since i was in a to-go parking spot. Nobody ever came to my car and when my husband finally went to check up on our food and see why it was taking so long he said that it seemed like our food had been just sitting on the rack. Who knows how long it had been sitting there. His food was cold and they forgot my chicken for my salad. I do know that it was the cashiers fault because our ticket didn’t even say I had a chicken caesar salad, but she repeated my order back to me so I’m not sure what happened there. Just disappointed with my experience there, especially after having a pretty rough day. I would’ve gone back and asked for the chicken but by the time I got my order it was literally 10:00pm, when they close, and I’ve been in the food industry for years now so I know how that can be.
Wait was short, but did the wait list online. Staff was nice. Ordered food for my kids first appetizer and drinks for everyone. He then came back after a some time, not too long after, with drinks. We then placed our oder and I confirmed that the he got the appetizer he did not. So then our drinks came. A few minutes later the bowl of chili, which we ordered a cup but took the bowl. Then the salads, no kids meals yet. Then my mom's bone in rib eye, my meal. Still no kids meal or appetizer. So I had to ask, because no one thought to say oh kids are not eating? Then they brought them out with the excuse that they where waiting on the fried chicken bites. I ordered their meals first so they come out first. Manager focused more on the appetizer brought it to go and took it off the ticket. Which I had a voucher from texas road house for one anyways. But then no check up after he dropped off the to go app. I almost had to get up to get my own to go boxes. Needless to say it was not the best experience. The overly crowded mothers day dinner was way better period than yesterday for my mom's birthday. I won't say we sent be back but was greatly disappointed.
I ordered the Dallas Filet, well done and it came back bloody and red. They took it back to recook, but it was still very rare. Both my waitress Tranh, and the manager apologized profusely but I ha…

I Love TR, just not this location. I called first to see what time they closed she said10, well it was actually Sat so they closed at 11 but with what happened "Harvey" I barely knew what day it was. It was very crowded lots of people waiting but it were two in my party so we had short wait. The hostess, walks up sees me waiting and purposely reached over my tkt to wait on the people behind me and insisted on doing so even after the ladies told her I was next. Christian was our server and the only wonderful part of our experience. The drinks were watered and weak, my food was cold. I will not return to this location. It all looked good
The Pearland location is usually great but not this time. The service was very mediocre. I feel if I have to “search “ for the waitress it’s not good. The reason for this review had to do with the steak my daughter got. She asked for “well done” and got “medium “. We searched for our waitress for over 10 minutes. When she returned, she took the steak back-it had been cut into already- and when the manager brought it back it was “well done “ in pieces as the picture shows. We were told that is how they do it at this location. We tried to say something about this practice, the argument started with her stating that they don’t do a redirect and this I there policy at this location. Not a great policy! Terrible policy!!
Outside of the food some of the workers are incompetent and ignorant to the day to day operations. Called and told them I had a coupon placed an order for pick up. Drove 24 min only to get there and be told the host was mistaken and it couldn’t be used on this particular day. Offered a free appetizer for my next visit. That infuriated me bc this is the second time I’ve come and got misinformation. I canceled my entire order. Instead of honoring a partial now you have to comp a full meal comp which goes against your waste volume. Do better.
We went out for my husband's birthday dinner and while I try to find the positive in every situation, this was a very disappointing visit. The server was nice enough but there were lots of gaps in service. The food was fine (I thought the prices were fair for the quality) but nothing outstanding. And most importantly, different tables were getting different treatment A few specific things 1. Our drink orders were taken and we were still waiting for menus. The waiter came back and asked if we had made a decision of what to eat. When I mentioned that we were waiting for menus, he showed us that the menus were sitting on the far edge of the booth against the wall behind the condiments. That caused an unnecessary 10-minute delay to an already lengthy wait. 2. More and more things kept getting served to our table but our dishes were not cleared at no point during the evening, including even before dessert. So I'm trying to take pictures of us singing happy birthday with huge pile of dirty dishes in front of us. This also means that drinks were not refilled, and the waiter was basically short-handed the entire evening other than the most basic visit to get the order and serve the order. 3. I mentioned twice when we walked in and sat down to the hostess and the waiter separately, That we were there to celebrate a birthday. I mentioned it again a third time when they asked about dessert, that of course we wanted dessert to celebrate a birthday. There was no pomp and circumstance which would have been fine except as we were leaving, we saw all the waiters and waitresses gather around another table to loudly sing. Happy Birthday. It was very embarrassing and demoralizing as my kids are asking, why didn't they do that for our table? The food was nothing amazing but nothing was terrible either. But if you order a baked potato with trimmings, you are expected to put the trimmings on the potato. And similar type of DIY. Price was pretty ok and I'm glad they didn't overcharge because then the food rating would have definitely gone down related to price.
Togo dinner for 2. I ordered a 16oz Ribeye in Rare with Pittsburgh style. However, it was like medium/medium-well and not Pittsburgh style.... I also requested extra Aujus sauce for my other order(16oz Prime Rib), cuz the little togo sauce cup size is not enough for a 16oz as usual. It needs maybe 1.5-2cups. but I didn't receive any extra.... Last time, with the same order request was perfect. Even you could tell they were super busy by looking at the staff were running in and out. This time was an unlucky day. How can you enjoy the meat with a huge style difference between your preference(rare > medium-well)? Very disappointed. ---------- Texas Road House contacted me. Thanks for the follow up.
I had the Country Fried Sirloin. Not sure what was up, but I'll never have it again. They were busy and understaffed so service was slow. Our waitress was great, but if that same overall experience happens again, I'll never go back
I have visited Texas Roadhouse several times, although not at this particular location. I ordered a 12 oz. medium-rare strip steak, but it was served raw. It appears the kitchen staff needs to pay closer attention when grilling, especially since the establishment is renowned for its meat quality. I was genuinely disappointed and uncertain whether I would return to this location. My daughter's wife and nephews, a party of seven, ordered burgers that were not as bad, but did not meet the standards of other locations we have visited. Overall, I am very disappointed with the experience.
We used to love this restaurant, especially for the convenience of curbside pickup, but our recent experiences have been extremely disappointing. On the last several visits, our orders were wrong each time, and the curbside service has completely declined. Both times, we received a text saying our order was ready and to wait in our car, but we ended up waiting 15–20 minutes with no one coming out. On the most recent visit, I even had to go to the window to collect my order myself, and they promised to bring drinks to the car but never did. The restaurant itself is always chaotic, loud, and busy, which is why we preferred curbside. Unfortunately, the decline in service has made curbside frustrating and inconvenient, and it’s reached the point where we’re reconsidering returning at all.
We arrived for lunch around 3pm today (Friday). We did not receive silverware or plates when we were sat. It took the waitress more than five minutes to come to our table for drink order. We received our salads and still had no silverware and had to go ask someone for some. Our food arrived and we were missing one side to which we had to get up and go to the kitchen to ask for it since we were not checked on. To top off the subpar service we tipped what we felt was appropriate for the lack of service (%15) and received the receipt back with a “thx:(“ which we found was uncalled for since tip should be based on quality of service.

This was the worst experience I’ve had at Texas Roadhouse in Pearland. The restaurant was dirty, the table were we we seated had forks and tarter sauce cups under it after supposedly being cleaned.…
How are you going to open the establishment for the day without a proper amount of servers for the people? Every party including mine (of 2) was having to wait as servers didn’t get in till 5:30. Multiple people left including us. Front receptionist lady on 10/22 was rude and not helpful didn’t even put our names on the list initially. Just poor management not to have proper staffing. Don’t recommend.
Ordered online and steaks were GROSSLY undercooked. I asked for medium well and this is what I received. To add insult to injury, I called repeatedly for over 30 minutes to the restaurant to speak with a manager, and their automated system took me in loops, and there was no other way to reach out to a manager to let them know about what had happened. How can you seek to get anything remedied when there is no live person to answer the phone?!?!?!?!? Of course I did not realize that my food was wrong until I was already home. HIGHLY disappointed and dissatisfied! 🤬🤬🤬🤬
I have eaten from 3 different branches and this has been the worse. Everything I got from here was dry, my order wasn't complete and they delayed the order. Nothing made sense, even the rolls they are popular for was not it. I requested cutlery but didn't find any. You guys have to do better. Never coming here again The bacon tasted like it was fried with an oil that was previously used to fry fish or seafood, and very dry too. The burger was dry and tasteless. The staff in the kitchen must be having a terrible day to spoil my dinner, I was looking forward to this meal. Total waste of money.
The worst experience I had received from a restaurant. Emily and April do not show the leadership competencies of owning a leadership role in any restaurant. Very rude, condescending and lack empathy to customers. Do not waste your time serving your money to this place.
My mom wanted to come here to celebrate her birthday. We were sat down immediately and not very long after a waitress came to get out drink order. We all ordered a mixed drink or margarita so I knew it would be awhile but any good waitress know you should bring your table Some water if they order alcohol. That didn’t happen. The cactus blossom was drowning in oil so It was pretty gross. The manager did replace it and comp it so that was nice. But my New York strip came out over cooked the first time, they took it back to remake it and it took a very long time. The second steak they brought was undercooked on one side and over cooked on the other. On top of it there was more fat than meat. The manager didn’t bother to do anything about it and the waitress didn’t seem to care either. Saying sorry is not going to make it okay. Needless to say I won’t ever go back to that location.
Always way t0o crowded, way too loud, way to slow. Waited 45 minutes for s table even though we pre checked in. Waits another 20 for a server. Food came out cold and we never got our cutlery so we had to wait another 10. My drink never came, so I had to flag down a manager twice to get the $15 off my bill.
Terrible experience! Everybody either hate their job or wasn’t awake yet at 11am. Black lady in front very unapproachable, looked at me and said nothing when ask if I have a server. The host was the only person moving her feet while everyone just stood around. I sat there for 15minutes no has even asked me if I wanted a drink. I see nothing but waitress standing around or just passing my table. I was way too upset to see who is running the place at that time but terrible. It was 11:30 when I left and still not a single person walked over to say “it will be a minute”, “hi my name is”, “ would you like something to drink”. NOTHING! I will take the drive to Katy location before going back there again.
very unorganized. no system for to go orders. waited a long time to bring food. called and texted but nobody knew nothing. do better and hire someone that can move faster on delivering food.
DON’t expect a decent service. When we checked in we asked for a high chair and where seated in a table that’s was “not appropriate” to have one. We asked to be moved because we requested the high chair upfront but 2 employees (including the Manager April) who does not have the minimum knowledge of customer service continue to explain that was not an appropriate table for this😑. I insisted, so she can hear*, that we do not asked for that specific table, but for a high chair. She offered us to “return” to the waiting list for another table, not showing any intention of making an effort and “fixed” the misunderstanding and bad experience. Not considering that we have a little kid who obviously wants to eat, and they were the ones who made the mistake. Service is TRASH. Upper management should (RE) Trained this employees, specifically the ‘managers’. Waitress and hostess have more skills and competencies for this than the Manager.
**Terrible customer service. Terrible management** I placed a to-go order, asked the employee if everything was correct, and was told yes. I got home—20 minutes away—to find missing items and the wrong food. I called just to inform them. The first lady admitted they messed up, put me on hold, and suddenly a “manager” jumped in without knowing anything, forcing me to repeat the entire story. The manager talked so fast I couldn’t understand her. She said something that sounded like **“$149”**, and I had to ask twice what she meant. Turns out she was referring to a “loaded” item I never even ordered—I asked for plain mashed potatoes. Her attitude was awful. When I told her I couldn’t understand her, she snapped, “I’m trying to help you but you’re not listening.” My husband heard it too. Completely rude, no empathy, no apology. And to top it off, she **hung up on me** while I was still speaking. This could have been handled with basic respect. Instead, it was a mess from start to finish.
I ordered a sirloin steak from there and it was chewy. I had to make it medium + also I had the shrimp which was overly salted. And then I had the ribs as an appetizer and they were totally dry it out. I sent those back to the kitchen. No one in our group enjoyed their meal and there was four of us
I typically don’t leave reviews but this was absolutely insane. I placed an order at 8:08. Arrived at the restaurant at 8:22 and waiting til 8:37 only to be told my food was canceled. I asked, Why? They said I requested it to be canceled which I had not. Then that told me it was a mistake 5 months later and that they’ll remake it but it won’t be ready until 9:15. An hour and seven minutes for Texas Roadhouse is absolutely insane. I left my buddies house who ordered 5 min before I did. Arrived after I did and left before I did. Make it make sense.
The manager Oscar was rude and aggressive with no good customer service. We were seated at a small table for a large group. The orders were not completed and to top off the whole experience, the manager Oscar called the police and we were forced to leave which we were there for a birthday celebration.
Horrible experience involving undercooked chicken and the manager (Jordan) bullshitting us by giving the wrong email to send our pictures to. The food has never been the problem, it’s usually the customer service but adding the food to the list gives zero reasons for us to go there again.
I called in an order for Veterans Day Voucher. It took them 3 times to get the order right. Will never be coming back to this location ever again. Unprofessional and Disrespectful. They somehow never got the order that I called in for. Ok cool. I had placed another order in person for the same order that I called in for. The manager proceed to say I placed a completely different order that was not on the veterans menu and they were trying to charge me for that order. The order was the same order that I had called in during the first time. It’s about the principal and customer service. And unfortunately neither of these were met.
On Veterans Day, the two hostesses handed me a menu that was supposed to include free Veterans Day meals. When it was time to settle the check, the hostess came over and told me that the chicken dish I had chosen wasn’t part of the free offer. The hostess mentioned she was told the chicken was included, but it turned out it wasn’t, and she apologized. I believe that since the restaurant made an error, the cost of that item should have been waived from my bill. I didn’t request it to be removed because I didn’t want to make a fuss, especially since the restaurant was busy. The problem is, I haven’t been paid in two months due to the government shutdown, but I came out to enjoy a nice meal as a Veteran. The restaurant made a mistake, but I ended up having to pay for it. I would have just stayed home if I know had to cover the bill, but now I’ve gone outside my personal budget. Veterans deserve better treatment!
After WAITING ON HOLD FOR 15 minutes to get help! I would like to start off by saying the service is just as awful as the Mac n Cheese. We came here Sunday night got it to go. They forgot my shrimp .. they were packed so no big deal. I called the next day to get a refund for my three missing shrimp ($3.99) and to explain my Mac n cheese was disgusting. The Managers response before looking to see if it was to go or even listening stated,” you need to bring the shrimp and Mac n cheese back for a full refund”.. I explained, “ I never received my shrimp to bring it back nor did I keep disgusting Mac n cheese to bring back. It is mind boggling that you don’t have to bring food back to fast food places when it was less than fresh or undercooked, but you do when you order out from TR the night before ?” (Why would I waste MORE THAN $4.99 of gas to go TR in pearland to return BAD MAC N CHEESE?!? ) She got frustrated and abruptly put me on hold unclearly mumbling something. Not to mention they already messed up by not having my shrimp. The lady I spoke to was extremely rude and stern over .99¢ Mac n cheese I would have never even mentioned had they not already messed up. Not to mention it took them 10 minutes to find my order at the pick up window when it was right behind them. So 1) they are bad listeners, can’t read and have poor customer service. 2) They will forget your shrimp. 3) They will demand said shrimp back. 4) They apparently like to save used/returned Mac n cheese because why else would they want it back to refund you .99¢? 4) Don’t expect them to be kind or compassionate about their mistakes Do yourself and your wallet a favor and drive the extra 15 minutes to go to the TR in Friendswood. The service is better, the food is better, they can read and are much better listeners.
One in the party ordered prime rib. We waited for quite a while and got our salads and 2min later our food shows up. We were then notified they did not have any prime rib. We had to wait again for another steak to arrive. Timing and restaurant cleanliness are off. Tip was left but I hope he shared with is fellow servers. He didn't do his job.
My wife is pregnant and craves the rolls so she begged me to take her. Worst experience of 2024 so far. Steak was a 6oz fillet ordered medium rare with a side of ribs, potato and salad. First off food took forever. Then the salad had tomatoes smaller than grapes, more peanut sized. The steak was way over done and cold in the middle. The ribs may as well have been saw dust. Best thing in the table was the rolls and the Diet Coke that kept me from choking on the ribs. I know it’s cheap, but if you’re going to set that as your prices that’s not my issue. I still expect at least a half way decent meal. At least my wife got her rolls and is happy. Off to cook my own food when I get home.
Ordered a curbside pickup meal. Very disappointed. We found hair in the rice, the Salmon was not cooked well down as requested, and no butter for the rolls. I did call the manager and Ashley was available. She was helpful, nice and sent me a voucher to replace the Salmon with the hair-infused rice. After I called the location I proceeded to open the rest of the items and found the dino bites that are nothing like the picture on their website. On top of everything else the chili had pieces of macaroni. Maybe they use the same spoon to portion out the chili and macaroni? The hair alone makes us not trust this location to go back. Granted it was Easter Sunday and they were busy but quality control needs to be better.
On Christmas eve I ordered 78.00 worth of food. Specify no bacon on a entree received bacon. Ordered a appetizer and received burnt food. Dinner rolls had no cinnamon butter. Received no utensils. I couldn't even enjoy anything. Tried to call texas roadhouse back to rectify the issue no one picked up the phone. I do understand it was day before the holiday but still I expect the food to still be great and also I expect what I ordered. I'm very disappointed at what I received.
9/22/25 The only thing that was made to order was the utensils. The rolls tasted like someone forgot an ingredient and they were flatttt. Like a patient in a hospital. Then my broccoli felt like they just left the grocery store and then threw them on my plate. WAIT THERE’S MORE….. My chicken was similar to the female that was on SNL where she wanted it well done. I was cutting for hours and I just wanted it cook regular. The gravy tastes like someone’s GRANDMA with athletes feet stepped ALL IN IT. Like come onnnnn. This was my first meal of the day and I WAS NOT SATISFIEDDDDDDDD.
I wanted to avoid writing this review because I’ve worked in the industry and I wanted to be able to handle this behind the scenes with the restaurant but they’ve failed to do so. I took my friend out to eat for her birthday, we were greeted warmly by the hostess and asked if we could pick out our steaks. The young lady who was sitting us came and grabbed little pieces of paper that they put on the steak to mark they’re ours without gloves then went to the back to put on gloves to place on the steak. We didn’t want to make a big deal about that even though it is very unsanitary, we ignored it and didn’t let it ruin our experience. While eating some of our meal, my friend whose birthday we were celebrating spit out something which we thought was a piece of her napkin so we ignored it. We ate a small portion of the food and took the rest togo since we were full. It wasn’t until the next day when I started eating my leftovers that I found the piece of paper with the number 10 that the young lady placed on my steak which I spit out. This was cooked into my steak. Very unacceptable from a food safety standpoint and you would think the restaurant would take accountability? Wrong. I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager Josiah, he asked for my information and requested I send the picture of the paper that was cooked into my steak and said he would send something for the mishap. I sent the requested picture and checked my email and saw he sent a $20 gift card for my next visit. The bill in total came out to $80 with the tip… why would $20 suffice? I sent another email to the store letting them know this is unacceptable and I am requesting the general manager’s information and corporate’s information so I can reach out to them. For a meal we ate less than half of and couldn’t eat the rest because of a major food safety issue on their part you’d think Texas Roadhouse would do better at fixing the issue. I never got a response to the 2nd email from me requesting the general manager and corporate’s information so I found corporate’s contact on my own and sent them an email. 3 days later the general manager called me and asked me what the problem was, I said I sent a few different emails did you not see them? I explained everything yet again and he said he what I explained to him was not in the email which is a lie because I put everything in the emails. I told him it was unacceptable to offer me $20 for a bill I paid $80 for to celebrate my friend’s birthday at your establishment and he goes “well you ate one of the steaks didn’t you?” We actually ate a portion of both of the steaks and took the remainder home in hopes to eat but couldn’t. You would think the general manager would take accountability and be apologetic for his restaurant and the lack of food safety but no, he instead was accusatory and not sympathetic at all to something that could’ve been very serious. Will not be back to this location solely because of the general manager’s response to something that could’ve been handled properly behind the scenes.

Pearland's Roadhouse: Worth the Wait (and the Rolls!)

People are raving about the "amazing" food, and frankly, who can argue with thos...
