Had a baseball game around the corner that ran really late. We needed a place that was open and not too fancy. What a find. Everything was delicious. The pizza, the penne aka vodka, the mussels and clams, the veal parmigiana, all really really good. Strange music playing in the restaurant but besides that all really good. If we lived closer we’d definitely go frequently.

I've tried every pizza in Pelham, multiple times, and these guys are clearly the best. Personally I love their traditional pie, especially the sauce, but the thin crust is also super legit. Strongly recommended.

I started Going there when it was a regular pizza shop and worked in the neighborhood . Even though I no longer work in the neighborhood I make sure I make an effort to come often. Great restaurant and highly recommend !

This place was perfect for our Father's Day spot for my family with our different food allergies. The bread is made there and is soy-free such a rarity. The food was great. We snagged an outdoor table and enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere. We ate Marcello's burger (without the mushrooms), Seaford Linguine Fra Diavolo , and Lobster Rigatoni. The meal was delicious without any ill-effects of cross-contamination. Our server Dillion (sp) was fantastic. We are looking forward to our next meal there.

During one of my morning walks, I happened to pass by Marcello’s and decided to give it a try. One evening, after work, my husband was in the mood for something different from our usual food, so I suggested we go to Marcello’s. From the moment we stepped inside, the staff greeted us warmly. We ordered the calamari, Caesar salad, and mussels and clams Posillipo. Everything was fresh and delicious. Niko, our server, was exceptionally friendly and kind. We enjoyed it so much that we returned with another couple. I highly recommend Marcello’s!

I'm trying to convey my experience from my dinner date with my wife last night but my anger from the experience is too much. We came to Marcello's with no reservation But after a few minutes we were seated happily. Let me say, The reason for our date is to get out and to talk about my youngest son who's about to graduate high school and going to college and just deciding on which college we could agree on. So I say this just to paint a picture of our delightful dinner date/meeting. Good evening, took a turn the moment another patron who could have been inebriated Walk by my seat decided to give it a hard brush to Look back And decide it wasn't necessary to say excuse me. I brushed it off because I'm enjoying my dinner with my wife and I don't want to ruin our evening. On his way back from the bathroom he did it once more not as heavy as the first but to my annoyance. My wife looked at me as asked to say "please don't" and I begrudgingly complied but I did mention it to our waiter who happened to be the manager/owner. I thought Shane something to my waiter would have made the situation a bit lighter and he seemed to understand but from that moment it felt as if everybody was directed to do just that including him; with a series of "excuse me" and smiles. I understand the place is small. I even understand the fact that perhaps the gentleman was inebriated But for the continuous behavior and not to be rectified. I can only then just finish my dinner to not further upset my wife with what could become a situation but it only took a more disturbing moment that made it far more personal....A younger group who sat two tables away, one young man began to glare towards my wife to make fun. Of course, I had enough and I'm grown enough to end the visit before escalation. Now, this is a very small place but there is no way the manager couldn't notice such behavior and I hate to argue skin different but the shoe is fitting and checking all boxes since we were the only people of color that I saw this evening. No worries message received ✊🏾💯👑

We decided to finally try this place after passing it a few time and wow are we satisfied! The wood oven pizza... OMG super delicious!! We had the Turtofo pizza soo good we will be going back just for that!! We also tried the lobster fettuccine yes please!! Our server Niko was super nice as well! I will say we were there early after so quite time! I am sure it is not that peaceful at all times.. but we loved every moment of it. We will be back!

This restaurant has always been our go to place in Pelham. The service is always great and the pizza is made to order in their woods fire ovens and always delicious. What more can anyone ask for from a pizza restaurant? We ordered the shrimp and avocado salad along with two of their pizzas. We always order their woods fire tartufo pizza and this time we tried a new pizza, the Calabrase pizza. As always the tartufo pizza was divine but the calabrase pizza definitely missed it’s mark. I honestly believe this dislike of the calabrase is a personal taste issue. I think we just didn’t like the combination of ingredients on the calabrase pizza. The taste was not great. Both pizzas were baked to perfection this is why I believe our issues with the calabrase pizza is simply a personal taste preference above anything else. We also ordered two desserts, the molten chocolate cake and the crème brûlée. I was not a huge fan of the crème brûlée. The texture was a little off. But the chocolate molten cake was delicious. The restaurant is very romantic specially in the evening. It has a great relaxing vibe. Overall This place is definitely worth a visit.

I picked up 2 of their “NY Pizza” pies with high hopes cause of the rating. I’m sorry but it was not good. Pizza was super doughy, tasted under cooked there was no crisp or crunch to it. It had entirely too much cheese, so much so that it threw the sauce to cheese ratio way off.

We had Margherita pizza it was good. The salmon tar tar tasted fishy. The house chab was good not too sweet, it was robust. The service was very slow, to the point we felt engorged. I had to get the waiter twice, not sure why the restaurant was not crowded. They appeared more concerned with the regular customer? I will give them one more try. Very nice ambience.

I stopped in Pelham for a lunch in between deliveries and this place had street parking outside. It was too hot inside, not enough a/c. The bottle of sparkling water was expensive and not the brand advised. The bread did not taste homemade and was too generic, and the butter was frozen. The Caesar salad was good but small, and the bruschetta or crusty bread with eggplant on top was too crusty in my opinion but i ate it as i was hungry. I was expecting better and larger portions but it was sufficient for a quick lunch. There were no specials.

If you're looking for a semi-fancy night out with pizza and pasta and wine then this is the place. The atmosphere was lovely and the wine was pretty good. We thoroughly enjoyed the pasta we ordered but the pizza was a bit disappointing. The ingredients were fresh but the crust was soggy. I'd go back to get the gnocchi again :)

I ordered the Rigatoni Ala Vodka Pasta with grilled chicken. The pasta sauce is very soupy with bland flavor and the chicken is rubbery. Also doesn’t taste right at all. I wouldn’t say it’s worth it

My last three experiences were bad. Last week, I called four times to order a pizza and no one answered. On my drive over to get it Pelham Pizza instead, I saw that they were indeed open but just ignoring the phone. Over the summer we came in for a dinner and it took over an hour to produce a lasagna which came 30 minutes after two people in our party already ate. Food was ok. On June 30 I also repeatedly tried to order a pizza by calling on the phone and there was no answer. Brick oven pizza is usually really good, but not worth the hassle.

Well it's rather unfortunate but we are done giving this restaurant a chance. My wife and I recently moved here over the summer and have been to this locations multiple times. While the food has been hit or miss the one consistent negative was the service. We've tried both indoor and outdoor, just to give the benefit of the doubt that outdoor was the cause, and yet every time we are there it feels as though the servers couldn't be bothered with your patronage unless you are a regular. It's really unfortunate because we want to love this place, they have lovely decor, the food is usually really good, and it's location is perfect, but it seems we'll have to scratch this option off the list for a while.

Atmosphere was great, but service was extremely slow. Waited over 50 min for our meals. That was after they came back twice and told us that they ran out of dough for pizza on our first order, and then veal for our second order. Seemed like they had one waiter on a Friday night. Food was lackluster when it finally came.

Really disappointing experience my first time trying this restaurant. I ordered a kale/beet salad and a cheese pizza to pick up on my way home. We picked up the food and drove home, only to find out that the salad was not kale but spinach. I am allergic to spinach, so I called the restaurant for a refund. They first told me the salad was spinach and kale… there was not a shred of kale in the salad. Then they told me to call the app I ordered from for a refund. I called the app. The app called the restaurant to authorize the refund, and was put on hold for 10 min then told to call back because the “manager wasn’t there” The whole thing was a racket. So disappointed in this restaurant. The pizza was ok.

Waitress took our order then Waited at our table for 30 mins. Only to have waitress come back an ask did anyone take your order … YES !! You did !! Meaning the waitress who inquired …she asked what we had ordered and said appetizer will be out .. 10 minutes later nothing . she only blamed another employer . We complained to the owner only to have him state orders come in as they are taken … no apologies …not coming back !

House music was too loud I asked 3 times to have it turned down only to have who I thought was the owner turn it right back up. Food was just OK. White sangria tasted like it was watered down. They didn't have the air on and we where trying to fan ourselves with our napkins. Service was very choppy. Not a place I will return to.

5 stars for the ambiance. 1 star for the food. Everything was overcooked and underseasoned and absolutely overpriced. We ordered the fried calamari- the breading was tasteless and not crunchy at all. Florentine orecchiette- the chicken was tough and chewy which tells me either its precooked frozen chicken they just reheat or they cooked it at too high of a temperature too quickly. The sauce was goopy and overall the whole dish tasted like it came from the frozen food section at the grocery store. But they had the audacity to charge $20 a plate. Cosolette brase- the meat was fine the brase needed to be seasoned to be more robust. But the risotto just tasted like garlic and shallot mush. The rice was overcooked and almost unpalatable. But again $29 a plate!!! Disgusting. There are hundreds of actually good Italian restaurants in westchester. Do not waste your time or your money here!

This most disappointing $75 we’ve ever spend. We got one freezing cold tiny pizzas margarita pizza, one rock hard focaccia pizza, and about 1 cup of pasta. The food took 3 HOURS to get here. Never again.

BEWARE!!!! On 8/22 the day we were supposed to hit by hurricane Henri I ordered online to have food delivered. After my order was processed AND charged Marcello's called me to tell me that they had NO delivery drivers and asked me to come and pickup my order. I asked if I would be refunded the delivery fee ($2.00) and tip ($6.00) they responded YES I would be refunded. So I went and pickup my order in person and asked AGAIN if I be refunded and the man behind the counter said YES I would see a refund on my card. The next day 8/23 I called to ask about my refund and the man on the phone said NO I would not be refunded because they use a third party vendor for online transactions. He said "just "remind" us next time you order". Clearly NO ONE in that establishment is going to remember that I wasn't refunded from a previous order!!!! BEWARE when ordering AND paying online!!! They will take your money and NOT refund you the delivery fee and tip if you have to go and pick up your order in person!!!!!!!!

We came for Pizza. 🍕 it was not so tasty, but the worst was the service. An inpolite Polish boy as waiter, expressed his dissatisfaction about the Tip we had given him. He became very rude and agressive and followed us to our Uber. Never have been treated like this at a restaurant.

So they failed to deliver 1 of our pizzas also they us mozzarella sticks instead of zucchini sticks, hey it happens. When we called to inquire how to get the rest of our order they put us on hold for 10 minutes, we hung up and called back and again put on hold . When we finally got a “manager “ he told us they were out of Zucchini sticks so they just sent us mozzarella sticks. About the missing pizza he said no delivery guys were available so we’d have to order through a delivery app. Food is good but the service is Certainly not.

The food was delicious as always, however my service with Nick was not fabulous at all. I took a friend who was visiting from California to one of my favorite restaurants as a kid and decided to come back as an adult and I was highly disappointed. Nick was very rude to us. He barely checked on us during our service. And when asked about bread for our meal he told us that we don’t need it (who was he to decide this?). Everyone else in the restaurant was getting bread and were getting serviced constantly. He never asked us how was our meal when it arrived. When we were ready for the check he insisted on dessert of which we didn’t want. We just wanted to leave and he was like no you will get dessert i will bring a dessert menu. It just wasn’t the best experience. I would return for the food, but maybe takeout or request a different waiter next time I’m seated for dinner.

We come to Marcello’s very often & Every Valentines Day. We always make a reservation especially for Valentines Day because we know the deal. We have a reservation for 7pm we get there at 7:08. We notice a couple in front of us, we notice that they don’t have a reservation but get seated before us. Nobody asks us if we have reservations, they assume we don’t and seat us at the bar. The BAR. We tell him we have reservations and the couple they sat before us is in our table. He says there’s a mix up but tells US to wait for a table that MAY be available soon. We need to wait for a table? Isn’t that why we made a reservation? He says we are “15 minutes late” No buddy. We got there 7:08, they made us wait an addition 7 minutes. May I add that the couple that took our table was white. Racism? Seems likely. Not that it matters but we recommended this place to many people, not anymore. We also won’t be coming back. May I point out that it’s the Host who gives this racist energy. I felt it since the last time I ate here with my life long friend. We get along great with the waiters & 1 specific waiter who has always been extremely kind to us and tried to help us out today.

Please check your order when picking up. I just picked up a lasagna that my husband placed on the phone. When I arrived home I was appalled by the size of the lasagna 4×4 square piece 1 inch thick, no bread nor salad included. This piece was like for a child, I paid $28.00 plus tax plus a tip. I called and spoke to a male I expressed my dissatisfaction concerning the size, he kept saying he was sorry, and that he'll make it right next time.

We had a reservation for 7:15pm. They made us wait an HOUR and kept lying that a table is coming while people were still clearly eating. Dishonest and extremely poorly managed. Had to wait an hour between courses (only got to eat at 8:45pm) and the food was just not worth the wait. Do not waste your time there are plenty better places around.

We stopped here for lunch. The place looks very nice and also the ambiance. We ordered chicken cutlets with everything on them. Needless to say, when we got to our work site, that sandwich was pitiful to say the least. I called the waitress who took my order and she repeated what we asked for and said she did not know what happened. Sad that they could not get a simple sandwich order right!

This is the most unprofessional pizza place I've ordered from. The distance between New Rochelle and Pelham is a 10 minute drive and the owner charged a $3 delivery fee because we were ONLY .8 miles outside of their perimeter which was fine not a big deal. For all of this, The pizza was cold, the order was incorrect and the owner was nonchalant. This is the FIRST AND LAST TIME I am ordering from this establishment.
