An unassuming fast casual restaurant serving different dumplings, noodles, and other Asian dishes. The dumplings are made freshly onsite and you can observe the employees making them! Got the pork, chive, and shrimp dumplings (pan fried) and tasted great. The fried chicken is also quite tasty and not super greasy. Also ordered 2 beef noodle dishes both were very tasty and super filling. Would return to try more dishes!
If you enjoy dumplings and feeling like royalty, this is the place to be. Rodrigo + his staff, run a tight ship. They'll treat you like family and give ya dumplings, you can't beat in the broward area. Recommend, the beef fried and Shanghai soup dumplings, you can never go wrong with these two
If you’re looking for authentic, flavorful, and fresh dumplings, Dumpling King in Pembroke Pines is a must-visit! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The menu is full of mouthwatering options, but the dumplings are truly the star—handmade, perfectly cooked, and packed with flavor in every bite. We tried both the steamed and pan-fried dumplings, and they were out of this world—juicy, tender, and seasoned to perfection. The noodles and side dishes were just as impressive, with generous portions and incredible taste. Everything tasted so fresh, you can tell a lot of care goes into the cooking. And let’s talk about the Bubble Honeydew Milk—it’s absolutely worth the ride from Miami! Creamy, refreshing, and perfectly balanced, it’s the kind of drink you’ll keep craving long after. 🧋💚 The staff is attentive and friendly, always ready to recommend something new to try. Service is quick, and even when the restaurant is busy, the quality never drops. This spot has quickly become one of our favorite go-to places in Pembroke Pines. Whether you’re a dumpling lover or just looking for delicious comfort food, Dumpling King absolutely lives up to its name! 👑🥟 Highly recommend—it’s a gem in the neighborhood.
This was an incredible dining experience. From the delicious food and attentive staff to the cozy and inviting ambiance, it exceeded all expectations. I literally dream about this place at least once a month…. I’ve been here total five times.!!! my favorite thing on the menu is the beef rice noodle soup:….. the fried shrimp and pork dumplings…. The honey, fried chicken wings…… and honestly, I’ve tried all their soup dumplings. They’re all phenomenal.!! I love you dumping king! And the staff is quick! You get your food and don’t lie like 10 minutes …. I look forward to keep coming back to my favorite dumpling place. My name is Briana the birthday girl.
I always like to order the Dumpling soup. The dumplings are very fresh. I ordered so many times, and not once I encountered a stale one. I also like their scallion pancake. You can taste they make it fresh. The Dumpling Soup is also very delicious as well. But what I enjoy is the atmosphere, you just eat your own food in your own time.
it was very yummy, very welcoming. The owner is the sweetest person ever!! Will never fail to make you feel welcomed. He’s always checking in on every customer and making sure that they’re satisfied. He also speaks multiple languages which is beneficial for tourists and locals who don’t speak English. 10/10 would recommend (learn how to use chopsticks before coming :))
Great HOMEMADE dumplings, loving up to their name! First time here, came for lunch with Mum, who also loves good dumplings. They offer other dishes, which we will try next time. This time we had the beef soup dumplings and shrimp and pork dumplings. Both were exquisite with their delicate pasta and balanced ingredients. The vibe here is one where people clearly gather to socialize over good food. The service is both friendly and efficient. I'll definitely return regularly.
The best dumplings ever, the manager and server are both great people, their service is top notch jus like the food! I always come for the pork, chives and shrimp fried dumplings and the beef steam dumplings, and every single time it hits because it’s delicious! Best spot in south Florida
Five stars. The handmade dumplings were absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. You can really taste the quality and care that goes into making them. The service was friendly and efficient, and everything came out hot and fresh. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to whenever I’m craving authentic dumplings. Highly recommend.
We came in on a busy Tuesday night with a party of 7. Rodrigo and the staff were definitely dealing with a rush and some other customers who had come in before us. The staff was diligently cleaning tables as we entered and were very patient while we all figured out what we wanted. The Shanghai steamed soup and the bubble tea (a lot of it) was all SOOO GOOD. From ordering to arriving at our table was 10 minutes which was extremely quick. I cannot recommend this location enough for the taste, staff, and atmosphere. 100000% must visit. Edit: I highly recommend the honey chicken wings (we got three orders) as well. For seven entrees and three orders of wings, with drinks for all, the meal was priced better than other restaurants in the greater area. They also offer a 15% discount for military and first responders which is incredible!!! I believe large orders get a smaller but still awesome discount as well. My favorite part of the experience besides the food was the staffs willingness to explain food and drink options without making me feel like a dumb tourist. They were truly awesome!!!! 12/10 recommend.
If you haven’t tried Dumpling King yet, you’re missing out! We’ve visited several times and it’s always phenomenal. The soup dumplings are packed with flavor, the pan-fried dumplings are perfection, and the raisin chicken with rice is absolutely delicious. Great food, great service, great vibe. We’ll definitely keep coming back!
Very Delicious! Drove down from the Space Coast and couldn't be happier with the service, quality, and freshness of the soup dumplings and wings! We had 4 orders of Chicken Soup Dumplings, and Beef Soup Dumplings. Beef Fried Dumplings, and Honey Wings!! 10/10 The enviornment was nice as well, clean, not too busy, great upbeat music playing as well... We even met leadership, who is an awesome guy... Thanks Rodrigo ✌🏾
Wonderful atmosphere, the food is delicious, and despite it being a lot of people in the restaurant, it is relatively quiet. We got the soup dumplings and they came out hot and fresh. There was a small time issue with the dumplings (they replaced the water) so it was a longer than usual wait, but Rodrigo was very understanding, respectful, and went above and beyond in making sure that not only I received my dumpling fresh and hot, but also gave me a free bubble tea for the wait! Will always come again.
From the moment you enter the door, you will be treated like family. The positive energy radiating from the staff is a reflection of the team energy moving throughout the restaurant. Soup dumplings and soup were both delivered fast, fresh, and piping hot. The wontons are so light and thin, with generous filling. If you’re lucky, you might catch the aunties making it in the window. Pre-made dumpling sauce on each table makes a deliciously quick dinner even easier.
Food was delicious. Shanghai steamed dumplings are better through dine-in experience to eat them fresh and hot. The chicken rice bowl was good and the wonton and curry beef soups were my fave. The melon boba tea was ok not great as it was too heavy in the artificial melon flavoring, and too sweet. The brown sugar milk tea was great not overly sweet.
One of my friends recommended me this place, and it’s my new favorite place! The food is amazing, and the workers are so nice. I recommend the chicken soup dumplings, they are my favorite thing on the entire menu. The boba is Amazing too!!
The best dumplings in south florida! These dumpling have been a staple of soflo extensive dining diversity and it was only right they opened in Broward with the blooming Asian community we have. These dumplings are each crafted uniquely and filled to the brim. Quality ingredients and technique show in the perfect dumplings every time. Although they are the dumpling king they have many other options that never fail, the spicy dips are great, can strongly recommend the intestine one. The scallion pancakes and honey glazed chicken are just haves for addition to your bountiful feast. The ideal table spread is a fried dumpling, boiled dumplings, and a soup dumplings with a couple of extra appetizers or plates to really round out the experience. While you’re in store you will most likely be greeted by Rodrigo who’s always here working, chatting and making every single person feel at home. The amazing front of house support like Juan make sure that everything is delivered as fast and hot as possible to your table correctly while pushing carts filled to the top with hot steamer baskets and filled bowls, always with a smile and so much kindness. This place has been in rotation for years for my household and will continue to be there for many more. Also they’re consistently growing and expanding the menu, the dessert custard buns are a must have!
Shout out to Rodrigo and the staff at Dumpling King!! The food is always amazing, staff is friendly and attentive. The restaurant is always clean, and so are the restrooms. Rodrigo was personable and friendly from day one. We try to go once a week for the Shanghai soup dumplings, my absolute favorite paired with their house made chili oil. Rodrigo even took the time to tell me how they make the chili oil. Another favorite is the fried pork dumplings, fried chicken, and the scallion pancakes. They never disappoint here. So pleased we found a place that is welcoming and consistent. Keep up the awesomeness!!
The Pembroke Pines Dumpling King has the same quality of food as the NMB DK, which is amazing. The staff isn’t as Chinese but you can tell that the chef in the back is… best soup dumplings in South Florida, and comparable to NYC. I love the different fried dumplings as well. The spicy shrimp wonton appetizer is excellent. Friendly service. This location feels a bit nicer and newer than the North Miami Beach location- but both are awesome.
Dumpling King is a fantastic spot! The food is absolutely delicious and every dish we tried was full of flavor. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better….without mentioning the dumpling window, where you can see directly how the dumplings are freshly made and ensemble. We left happy and already looking forward to coming back. I truly hope they open a location closer to us in South Miami soon!
I have been wanting to try this place for a while. I finally went with my bestie who has been telling me how delicious it is. First the staff was warm and welcoming. They answered any questions we had. The manager came out to say hello and show us how the dumplings are made. We had scallion pancakes, fried pork dumplings and the Shanghai soup dumplings. The food was just as scrumptious as my friend had said. I am stuffed but I will be back to try more!
This food never disappoints! I always order here when I’m craving comfort food and the Shanghai soup dumplings are my absolute favorite! They also have the best chilli oil I e ever had. And I’ve eaten dumplings all over the world. Rodrigo is amazing and always makes sure we are well served and happy with our food.
Absolutely amazing food and service! I went with my family combined we had lunch specials of pineapple fried rice with shrimp, braised beef noodle soup, ham fried rice with chicken wings. We had side orders or beef dumpling, steamed soup dumpling, and honey glazed chicken wings. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was very clean, and the staff were all kind and welcoming. You cannot beat the lunch special prices. The amount of food served was so much we had enough to take home and feed 2-3 more people.
First time customer in the establishment with my Husband. We were very pleased with the service, staff Rodrigo, Dave and the cook. Food was delicious and well done!! We definitely enjoyed the food. With my husband trying Asian cuisine. Dumplings King atmosphere and vibe was great!! Definitely worth the visit.
We were hungry after a local appointment and decided to get dumplings since the place was highly rated. Donna greeted us as soon as we got in and Rodrigo seated us. We were treated like regulars when this was our first time at the place ☺️ we took their suggestions for our order and ordered: beef noodle soup, fried beef dumplings, dessert dumplings (vanilla custard filling), scallion pancakes, 2 egg rolls, and 2 honeydew fruit teas. Pretty busy (maybe 60% of tables were occupied) for around 7pm on a Thursday night so we could see the place was popular. Everyone looked happy with their order and seemed to be enjoying the food. Good to see that while we waited for our order. Single occupancy restrooms were clean and stocked. As a side note, there is a special $3 discount for ordering 2 or more dumpling types which was nice. Too bad there isn't a mix and match dumpling sampler since it would be fun to try the different ones though the dumplings we ordered were excellent and very filling. If you aren't hungry, you'll have leftovers but we finished almost everything except for the dessert dumplings and 2 of the scallion pancakes. Order total was around $45, excluding a generous holiday tip in cash =] All in all, a great first foodie experience at this Dumpling King. Shout out to Rodrigo and Donna for 110% customer service and being so friendly, efficient, informative. We would go back again when we're in the area.
First time here and it didn't disappoint. The food was phenomenal. So rich and delicious in flavor. I had the beef and chicken dumplings and they were a solid choice. Not to mention they had soup dumplings, these were soooo good. The service was great too. Shout out to Rodrigo for a quick easy service, when I'm in the area or if I'm in a dumplings mood I'm definitely coming here again. They truly are the king of dumplings.
Dumpling King is a wonderful spot for anyone who loves authentic flavors and warm hospitality. Their soup dumplings are the star of the show — perfectly steamed with delicate wrappers and rich, flavorful broth inside. The wonton soup is equally impressive, with silky wontons and a comforting, well-balanced broth that feels homemade. The staff here are incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure every detail is just right — from the timing of your order to the presentation of your meal. The restaurant is spotless and well-kept, showing real care for cleanliness and guest comfort. Don’t miss their bubble tea selection either — plenty of creative options, all fresh and delicious. Overall, Dumpling King combines great food, genuine service, and thoughtful touches that make every visit a pleasure.
I ended up here completely by accident. I was trying to go to a different dumpling restaurant and my GPS said, “No, you’re eating at Dumpling King today.” And honestly? Thank you, technology. I’m a regular at the North Miami location, so I was not prepared for how different this one is. Open, airy, beautiful lighting, and actual parking. Already off to a strong start. It’s an order-at-the-kiosk-and-sit situation, which I never fully understand because no matter how many times I try, I always end up being “that person” asking for help. Enter Dana—absolute angel—who patiently explained the menu and helped me navigate my dumpling-induced decision paralysis. And then there’s the glass window where you can literally watch someone making fresh dumplings by hand. Like, right there. No mystery. No shortcuts. Just dumpling craftsmanship happening in real time. We ordered honey wings, chicken fried dumplings, pork soup dumplings, shrimp and pork dumplings, spicy wontons, and custard dumplings. Did we overorder? Yes. Do we regret it? Absolutely not. That’s future happiness. I forgot to take before pictures, so all I have is the aftermath—which honestly tells you everything you need to know. The spicy wontons were my favorite. Thin wrapper, perfect filling, swimming in a spicy sauce with bok choy. At one point Rodrigo tried to take away the leftover sauce and I almost called the authorities. The wings were crispy and delicious. I asked for the sauce on the side, added a little chili crisp, and turned them into a spicy, crunchy situation that had no business being that good. The soup dumplings, custard dumplings, and shrimp/pork dumplings were also excellent. This is comfort food. The kind that makes you quiet mid-bite and rethink all your life choices. Rodrigo was everywhere—in the best way—checking on tables and making it feel like a full sit-down restaurant. Alex brought out the food, Dana kept checking in on us, and Rodrigo graciously tolerated us bothering him multiple times. Great food, great vibes, warm belly, happy heart. Accidentally ended up here… will be very intentionally coming back. Please excuse the fotos of the eaten food but it looked so good we didn’t even take our phones out to take pictures
Went for a quick date night and had such a nice time. It isn't fancy but the food is great. Dennis was behind the counter and was so sweet and kind. Food is always better when the service is great. The music was also on point. We ordered scallion pancakes, soup dumplings, taro boba tea, spicy wonton, shrimp pork and chive pan fried dumplings, and braised beef noodle soup. The soup and the spicy wonton had so much boc choy. The portions are huge. We ended up taking enough home for another meal! Love this plave and we will be back!!
I live out of town and visit my family a few times a year, and Dumpling King is always a must-stop for me! The service is top-notch, with a friendly atmosphere and welcoming smiles. The food comes out quick and piping hot every time. Our favorites are the Shanghai Dumplings and the honey chicken wings—absolutely delicious! And you cannot skip the passion fruit popping boba—it’s the perfect sweet treat to finish the meal. Highly recommend!

I came here once and have been hooked ever since. The customer service is amazing, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the music is always a vibe, and everything is spotless. The food is always fresh, delicious, and consistently top tier. You seriously can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. My absolute go-to favorites are the honey chicken wings, spring rolls, and pan-fried chicken dumplings. So good every single time.
the kinda place that makes you excited to eat leftovers the portions are good, prices are reasonable, and service is friendly. the hot spicy dips are really great if you love Sichuanese food! shares a similar profile to dry pot which is hard to find in the area. they also have really reasonable lunch specials, though i’ve never tried them
Best dumplings in town! The pan fried beef dumpling and pan fried pork and chive are the most flavorful! The spicy wontons were also delicious and the soup dumplings are always hit! But do not sleep on the braised beef noodle soup! The service is amazing and the staff is super friendly! Love this place!
Great food and superior service!! Food is authentic and good price. Staff is super friendly! Highly recommended! It’s hard to find a good dumpling place around here. We ordered the steamed chicken and also the pork dumplings - all hand made for sure. The stir fry intestines is surprisingly amazing! If they don’t cook right, can taste funny or too greasy. The pork on rice really good too. Love this place, will definitely come back. And always get a bubble tea as well

From the moment I walked into Dumpling King, I felt like I’d stumbled into a hidden pocket of comfort and charm. There’s something so special about Dumpling King. The food is simple, authentic, and absolutely delicious. The Shanghai soup dumplings are perfection, and the pan-fried ones are just chef’s kiss. It’s my go-to spot whenever I’m craving something comforting and full of flavor
Delicious wings and dumplings, this place is a south Florida staple, so happy we have one in Pines. Great service from the staff and great portion sizes for the food. I always have to come here when I’m in town.

We are so lucky to have this local restaurant. The dim sum is always fresh and delicious! Love everything we’ve ever ordered here.
Went today for lunch with hubby and was impressed by the service, quality and quantity of the food. We wish we had tried them sooner. Will definaltey be back. We were greeted and welcomed right away. Rodrigo took his time in explaining the menu and his recomendations were perfect. The braised beef noodle soup was delicious - great flavor and consistancy. The steamed soup dumplings had great flavor and the fried beef dumplings - pan seared were delicious as well. Pleasantly surprised for a walk in restaurant.
If you’re looking for authentic dumplings, I highly recommend visiting Dumpling King. The name truly reflects the quality and care put into every dish. The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and made with attention to detail. Rodrigo, the manager, is one of the most welcoming and professional individuals you’ll meet. He goes above and beyond to ensure every guest feels valued and well taken care of. His commitment to exceptional service and hospitality truly enhances the overall dining experience. Dumpling King stands out not only for its outstanding food, but also for its dedication to customer satisfaction.
Dumpling King was absolutely amazing! The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out hot and perfectly prepared. The highlight for me was definitely the pork soup dumplings — they were juicy, packed with flavor, and cooked to perfection. You can really taste the quality in every bite. The service made the experience even better. Our waiter, Rodrigo, was incredible — super attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. He truly elevated the whole dining experience. If you’re craving delicious dumplings and great service, Dumpling King is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Dumplings sent me back to Anthony Bourdain No Reservations/Parts Unknown episodes. The outside is unpretentious but you step inside and see immediately the glass enclosed dumpling assembly area, right before your eyes. The host was courteous and helpful, giving us menus then coming over to assist. I told him of my Bourdain fixation and he at once had a list of great menu suggestions which we followed. Restrooms were clean, clientele cheerful. I WILL go back. Dumplings superb. 5 stars. and I usually don't do reviews.
We recently dined at Dumpling King and had the opportunity to try a few of their popular dishes, including the chives-pork &shrimp steamed dumplings, Shanghai style and crab and pork soup dumplings, shrimp and pork dumpling and one vegetable and one pork egg rolls. Overall, the food was quite good. The flavors were well-balanced, and the ingredients tasted fresh. The egg rolls, especially the vegetable one, were crispy and flavorful, and the fillings in both types of dumplings were tasty. However, the dough on the dumplings was a bit too thick for our liking. While this didn’t detract too much from the overall experience, a thinner dough would have made the dumplings even better. The service was also a highlight. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. In summary, Dumpling King offers good food and great service, though the thickness of the dumpling dough could be improved.
Upon our entry, one of the servers sneezed into her bare hands and never went to wash them. That was foreshadowing to the dining experience. When ordering, we noticed on Mondays they have buy one get one regular dumplings. While the sign said fried and steamed, to me it made no sense that you were required to get fried when it was the exact same product and price, just prepared differently. They would not budge on requiring us to get one fried and one steamed. So we ordered Shanghai Soup Dumplings, fried beef dumplings, steamed chicken dumplings, and seafood upon soup. The prices are higher for traditional dim sum, because you get a lot per order. But the idea behind traditional dim sum is to try lots of little things for less of a price. So it was inapposite to that concept. Smaller portions and smaller prices would be more appropriate. When the dumplings were served they removed the lids from the table. However, the bamboo lid on a dim sum steamer basket should be kept on at the table to keep the dumplings warm and moist. It's meant to trap the steam and heat from the cooking process, and leaving it on during service helps retain that quality. Instead they quickly became cold, dry and gummy. The flavor of the food was decent. But the soup had PEAL YOUR OWN SHRIMP. Who wants to peal shrimp in a soup? After putting the work in, the shrimp was flavorless. They did not have any spicy mustard. They did not offer ladles for soup serving. The napkins were spare. And water was serve yourself from a communal jug. These little touches would improve the experience. When we asked for to-go containers and napkins, we were met with eye rolls. Except the one server with the green shirt who was attentive. The ambiance was that of a take out place. I would not return.
