I went through drive-thru around 11 pm, nothing has changed. I did expect the lights on the menu boards too be fixed after 8 months. I had to drive up to see what was on the menu boards. If I wasn't so hungry, I would've left. I ordered a rather expensive Biggie Bag. On the drive home, I ate the some of the fries, quickly moved on the burger, it wasn't even lukewarm (not even greasy), ate a nugget (it was the wrong flavor, spicy), and I was so disappointed that went I got out of the car that I left my drink. On the other hand, they were really nice and provided great service.

Food was pretty good. I had a Baconator, fries and drink. Kids got the Krabby Patty meal. About that; nothing special about the burger. The only difference in any way about the entire meal deal is the pineapple frosty; which was mid. The classic chocolate is much better, imo. The service was good. And food was ready fast. Inside the restaurant, there was a lot of tables and seats open, unfortunately tables were all dirty with crumbs or trash on each one. I ended up just wiping the table down myself. The other thing - not about the restaurant specifically, cause I know it’s not their fault - but the atmosphere at the location is pretty sketchy. In the short time I was there, I encountered a shady looking guy (appeared to be homeless) and he was begging me for money. Then across the parking lot (near the large water pipes) there was another guy with his shirt off, lots of tattoos (who also appeared to be homeless; and maybe even higher than a kite on drugs); because this dude was kicking a trash bag near him, throwing punches in the air, appeared as if he was talking to himself, and just a general upset appearance. Don’t know if Wendy’s can do anything regarding any of that; but just putting it out there for peoples situational awareness that these things exist at this location of Wendy’s. But anyways, food and service was good. This visit was a 3 for cleanliness and the homeless bro’s ruining the overall atmosphere, safety and security of the dining experience. I would eat here again, but maybe take it to go instead.

My wife and I were the only two people in the restaurant. The service was extremely slow. The Patriots were not happy looking, not festive,and not welcoming. I went up to the counter three times to see if my food was ready, and all three times it was not ready. The fries were somewhat cold to boot. I will not return to this particular restaurant. Wendy's used to be my favorite place to go for fast food.I have to rethink that now.

It was SAD to see that Ordering on a touch screen has arrived to a Wendy's, so Im Stating the Service on their self service, it did it's job having me do all the work, where my discount lol. The Atmosphere wasn't as pleasant either. Im juat glad that their food did a Mediocre job, they couldn't even stir my oreo cookie correctly, it's SAD this location has nothing on there Fontana location 😢

Love Wendy's however not too fond of this one. Took them 20 min to prep my food today. No one at drive-thru and staff ignores you when u walk in as if they were busy. I live in perris but I drive Murrieta to have Wendy's. Idk maybe understaff but I see plenty of ppl with close to no orders. Could have gone to Dennys for almost the same price and faster service on a Tuesday morning.

Theirs a person who's name is Samuel who works there is very rude and intimidates customers. If you forget to order some ketchup or ranch he like ignores you. I will not be coming back and so do you too!! If I could give a negative star zero I would.

I literally barely come here but when I do it’s always a issue the manager needs to be retrained in costumer service you don’t talk to costumers like that ,I’m calling corporate the other employee didn’t wanna give me his name they said (Christoper)I’m shore but i forgot why I don’t come here you gies are the worst in riverside county I went at 11/14/22 Malik was the cashier super sweet gentleman he needs to be moved up to manager , Alonzo the host , is a Uncle Tom order number , 3275 watch the camera district manager you need to fire your night manager he’s rude and told me don’t come back to the store people in perris don’t go to this location they are rude and disrespectful no home training like animals

Went last night after work. Thought I was going to enjoy a nice meal apparently not. The frys were cold and soggy. My salad was old and I keep finding old veggies in it. And I got a large chili and it was missing a good amount. To be honest to only good thing from my meal was my lemonade. Extremely disappointed and a waste of my money.

I was a happy we had one closer to us. We came back today, to be disappointed with how the dining room looked. Not only was there about 8-9 employees in the kitchen with one cashier. The dining room needed more than just a sweep and a wipe down of the table. The trash cans were full to the top, ice was overflowing from the soda dispenser. Water spilled on the floor thankfully they had put out a wet floor sign. Yes the location had a pungent smell. There were tray on tables trash underneath tables. I understand some fault is in customers the ones that don’t pick up after themselves. But I expected a similar experience or the same experience we had when we first came in. Please help this location be up to par with how a consumer/ loyal customer of Wendy’s should look like and smell like. Thank you.
