Great food and amazing Cookie Monster dessert. I General the meals are really large portions great for sharing or the kids meals are just the right amount. The chips and queso are amazing. Get the queso without the beef.

This was the most exceptional service I have experienced in my 32 years. Our server, Jose, was outstanding and demonstrated a level of professionalism that should serve as a benchmark for others. His attentiveness to myself, my children, and my mother was truly commendable. I believe Jose would be an excellent candidate for training other staff members, given his exemplary performance. I have visited several Cheddar’s locations, and this particular restaurant has become my favorite—surpassing previous experiences. The general manager was very involved and approachable, which I interpret as a sign of strong leadership. It was clear that the GM was willing to engage in hands-on support, rather than distancing themselves from the staff’s responsibilities. Given the quality of service and leadership at this location, I am unlikely to visit another Cheddar’s unless it is this specific one. I am even willing to travel from Dallas to dine here, as the overall experience has been exceptional.

This restaurant has become one of our favorite spots! Every time we go, they offer outstanding service and really good food.

There is the best drinks non-alcoholic and alcoholic, The Best food and a great staff. Side note I lost a very expensive pair of ear pods last night here during the night staff shift. Birthday celebration for three church members! We had an amazing time! Food, friends and fun! Slight mishap with moldy bread on the children's hamburger, but they were happy to comp the meal.

We have ordered takeout three times and dining in twice at this location. My takeout experience here so far from that has been amazing. Here are photos from my birthday takeout on New Year's Day 2023 (yes my birthday is ON New Year's and had to have this burger!). The freshness and separate items packaging has been consistent, I love that - big factors of what keeps me coming back since years ago. Though the regular+lunch menu has changed and prices are higher. So the bacon cheeseburger here is the best I've ever had! It's delicious, fresh, cooked perfectly and it's a giant portion. Then there's the mashed potatoes, so good also. Chips are crispy, grilled chicken alfredo is top quality. The experience I had while lunching in was subpar - it was loud, it used to be calm here, plus our waiter barely checked on us we felt like a burden to him, he wasn't interested in doing his job it seemed. Perhaps they're understaffed? That's why we now get take out from Cheddars.

Love the food there. The ribs are delicious, and the house salads are great. The staff is always so nice.

Overall fantastic experience Chris was hands down the best server I've had in years. Food beats chilis on 45th & lamar by miles prices are incredible.

I had lunch here for the first time. I really enjoyed the croissants! I’ll definitely go back and try the Monte Cristo next time.

Isabell was our server and she was great! We just came in today, she was attentive, had a great attitude, and was helpful when going over the menu! I enjoyed our dining experience here.

Try the Mango and Strawberry sweet teas. Had the Country Fried Chicken and instead of gravy, I ask for queso as the gravy. It is delicious 😋 Our server Samantha was awesome and made our visit that much better!

Really good food. Came out in a good amount of time. The croissants were amazing!! We had the monte cristo, caeser pasta salad with chicken and chicken Alfredo all where really good!! The place is clean and the workers are very nice! We will be back to try more of the menu! There is lots of parking.

Mmm, mmm, mmm…the painkiller makes the BS go away, lol. I could drink one everyday, ijs. Cheddar’s is always on point. Can’t beat the food price, food selection, adults beverages and desserts. I got my food and dessert to go. The bartender was wonderful. He engaged in conversation with anyone who came at the bar, he was moving making them drinks. Kudos, to you!!!

I have nothing but positive things to say about the food and general hospitality of staff. The drinks are large, strong, and affordable (perfect trifecta). The food is so fresh & flavorful! The fluffy buttered bread, top tier 😋. My steak was cooked perfectly (sometimes it's hard to get a perfectly medium steak from chain restaurants). Overall amazing experience. I'll def be back!

My first visit there with my church mates. Pleasant cozy ambience. We had the gluten free menu and the food taste great. I had blackened Salmon shrimp with two sides, the seasoned rice and salad. The drink I ordered was Raspberry lemonade and is good. Price is reasonable too. On my second visit, I’m impressed by the service staff, they are so well trained based on my encounter. I tried their strawberry lemonade, given a (concentrate juice) which was too sweet for me (*didn’t want me to wait as the strawberry pulp isn’t ready). Thus, I request for a change to raspberry lemonade instead. The staff was so great that he said he will prepare me the strawberry pulp lemonade and bring on a raspberry lemonade too in case I don’t like it. They offered me another chance to taste their strawberry lemonade. I was thankful for their thoughts in governing the quality of their drink menu. How can I not grade them 5 stars on top of the yummy dishes?

Our server was a little distracted when we came in. There weren’t many guests at the time so it felt weird for the server to take a while to take our drink order. She did apologize quite a lot. With other customers as-well. Sometimes life happens and she might have been struggling with something so I totally understand. The food was very good. The croissants were the best.

What a great experience! My boyfriend and I came here for an early lunch, and have never been. The croissants are AMAZING, so warm and practically melt in your mouth. Plus, the butter was delicious on top. We ordered a serving of cheese bites, the baked potato soup, and the Cajun chicken pasta and all of those were great too! I forgot to take pictures that’s how yummy they were. On top of that, our waiter was attentive and nice, but another gentleman by the name of Shane came by our table and showed some wonderful customer service. He offered us free queso coupons and more croissants and was overall a pleasant person. He even explained the lunch menu for us and said he’d like to see us here again! We went to celebrate with our 2 sons and couldn’t have been more pleased. Gabby was our waitress and made the experience second to none. She wa a pleasant, quick and helpful. I had the pot pie, it's absolutely awesome, but I wouldn't call it my favorite! I have tried a lot of things on the menu, and I'm always satisfied! It's a great place to get really good southern home cooking at the most reasonable price in the country! I highly recommend Cheddar's for a delicious meal and also great for get-togethers because of it's affordability!

What a delightful experience. We had a hard day emptying a UBox and bringing the contents home. We’d worked hard all day and wanted comfort food and a cold beer at the end of our day. Cheddars provided both. The only hiccup was at the beginning. We were seated promptly, but then we were ignored for more than 20 minutes while we waited for a server, eventually Gavin saw us as he was serving an adjacent table and took over and all was good from that point on. The Shiner Bock draft was excellent and helped calm things as we enjoyed Wisconsin cheese balls as an appetizer. We craved comfort food after our hard day so my wife ate meat loaf and I had a chicken pot pie. Both were hot and comforting. We left Cheddars feeling pleasantly full and content with our repast. It was delicious and reasonably priced.

This is my 1st time ever eating at Chedder's and I must say I choose them now over papadoex(flavor wise). For 2 people only spent about $60 total! Great for date night!

We came here on Friday, neither my husband or I had been to this restaurant chain before. It was very busy but the hosts were friendly. We were told it was a 30 minute wait but got sat in about 20 minutes. Our server was great. The service was friendly and fast. Their complimentary bread are croissants basted in honey butter, which I though was a fancy touch for free bread. We ordered the coconut shrimp and Wisconsin cheese bites for our appetizer and both were great. My husband especially liked the shrimp, coconut shrimp are his favorite and these did not disappoint. For our entrees, I ordered the chicken alfredo which also is served with broccoli and garlic Texas toast. It was delicious but they left the broccoli in big florets. I think they should have either served in on the side if they were going to leave it like that or have cut it smaller so it would have been incorporated into the pasta better. Either way, I still enjoyed my meal. My husband ordered their 8 oz. sirloin with fries and corn. He loved his steak, it was cooked perfectly and he said he wants to come back here next time we have a steak dinner. We ordered their monster cookie for dessert. It was a big cookie topped with ice cream, hot fudge, whipped cream, and a cherry. I was hoping it would be gooey, like a skillet cookie, but it was still yummy.

Great service, easy in and out, music is loud though makes it feel a bit chaotic while its not. Food has been hit or miss, I've been on 3 separate occasions ordered same thing twice and it was noticed major inconsistent in cooking. Each visit was a biz lunch, so I'll go back to try a cocktail that caught my eye.

Walked in at 5:30, with my wife and adult niece, and had only a 15 minute wait. We were seated after 15 minutes, then our waiter Miguel showed up with a trainer in tow, after another ten minutes. This was a positive experience for myself and my family. I had the cheeseburger and fries and it was delicious. The waiter was very prompt and friendly. I would recommend this restaurant.

The service was great. The sides where very good. I had the Top sirloin steak and ribs. The steak was ok, about what I would expect if I bought it at the grocery store and cooked myself. My favorite thing was the broccoli casserole, that was really nice.

The atmospheres wonderful looking at the design of location including staff where amazing including my waiter. The food was excellent as the shrimp was a little too season but still had a great texture and my steak was just right. First time experience and definitely will come again with such a great amount items on their menu.

Visited the Pflugerville location at approx 1:15 pm on Friday 10/6/23 - got seated right away - waiter (Scott) came up quickly with a plate of cinnamon buttered croissants (so fresh & delicious) & took drink orders - drinks arrived & shortly thereafter took our food order. It seemed that it took longer than usual to get our meal, but it was good. Ordered; Monte Cristo with Cole slaw Meat Loaf with brown gravy - baked potato - steamed broccoli Scott was helpful with side recommendations & was attentive. Good visit & would recommend

Crescent rolls were delicious. Ribs had a pleasant seasoning unlike any I've had before. Burger was average, CFS was real good. The chicken on the nachos was slightly over seasoned. The painkiller cake is highly recommended. Brianna our waitress was an absolute delight, and worth asking for. Price was very reasonable.

Good casual dining with good variety on the menu. I do wish they would put regular butter (or no butter) on the croissants. The honey butter makes them more of a dessert. We try to remember to order them plain.

We called 2 hours in advance to be put on the wait list as it mentions to do so on their website. To call to be put on the wait list if party is larger than 6 people. We had 16-18 people. I called around 3 p.m. to be put on the waitlist for 6-6:15 & the guy "Danny" initially hung up after saying they don't do reservations over the phone or we dropped the call. I called back to better understand what he meant and informed him of what their website says. He says "I got you" and reassured me we would be taken care of. We got there about 30 minutes early and told there's nothing they could find regarding the reservation. I showed one of the hosts proof of the phone call etc and I unfortunately had to press the issue more after being told they are sorry it would be a 1.5 hour wait. As customers who called in and your employee drops the ball, I refused to make my other family members wait that long after it was my responsibility to make that reservation. We couldn't have walked in as suggested we should have done prior to make the reservation as we are not local to the area. The host offered to make it right but I believe this issue shouldn't have the opportunity to be messed up. The other issue is it was very hot inside the restaurant and the large oversized leaf fans have a unstable fan arm over the main center seating area as of August 17, 2024. Also looks like some sort of tape or securing material is being used on it but it is not safe in it's current state. Lawsuit waiting to happen if it fails and falls on a customer. Where's the aquarium as I've seen in my local Cheddar's and other locations? We were disappointed this location does not have one. Food was pretty great. The cooks were a bit heavy on the black pepper for my ribeye to the point it left a hot after feeling in my mouth. Server was awesome and busted his tail tending to us. Big props to him! Can't remember his name, though. I don't know if I would return to this location though.

Stopped by for lunch with some work colleagues and had a wonderful experience. Our waitress was absolutely fantastic – so welcoming and attentive throughout our entire meal. She made us feel right at home and was incredibly generous with her time and recommendations. I ordered the Veggie Philly with fries, and it did not disappoint! The sandwich was delicious and packed with flavor, and the fries were perfectly cooked. Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. The combination of great food and exceptional service made for a perfect lunch break. Cheddar's really knows how to take care of their guests. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for good food and a warm, friendly atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!

The food is very good at Cheddar's. I had the Spasagna with garlic bread, which was very good but it needed more sauce. The chicken tenders are excellent as well as the crescent with honey butter. My granddaughter enjoyed the burger and fries. My granddaughter ordered the small steak. It was so full of pepper that he took a couple of bites and couldn't continue. We told our waitress, who by the way was excellent. She asked the cook for a whole new meal, which he got. The steak was a little better, but the chef put entirely too much black pepper again. My grandson is usually able to eat spicy food, including Indian food, but the pepper in this was still too much. I will still go back, but won't be ordering the steak.

It's a nice place but I wasn't impressed thus time. The ribs were very dry this time. The manager came and replaced our meals with different choices which was very nice. So hopefully it will get better.

it was my first time here, so I will give it 3/5. it is okay. nothing extraordinary. the food is a little pricey. I got the fish and rice and I like it. I like the way the fish falls off and it was not too spicy. but it was too small. the chicken strip too was too pricey. their drinks were okay. the service was however quick and it was packed. but overall an okay place. We visited Cheddar’s to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, and while the food was great, the experience was somewhat disappointing. This location isn't well suited for larger groups, as the tables are bolted to the ground and can't be rearranged. The largest tables seat six, but it's a tight fit. That being said, the food did not disappoint it was delicious! Our server did a great job bringing drinks and appetizers promptly. However, once our meals arrived, service seemed to disappear, and we barely saw him again until he dropped off the check. Overall, if you're dining in a small group, you'll likely have a great experience with good food and prompt service. But if you're planning to celebrate with a larger party, this location may not be the best fit.

I love Cheddar's, but today I ordered a Philly cheesesteak and it was loaded with mushrooms. It was unexpected. I would have loved more bell pepper and onion or at least strips that were not diced. Even though it has melted cheese, I would have loved for it to be a cheese sauce to bind the mushrooms which seemed like an afterthought to toss on without being incorporated with warming the meat.

3.6 at best on this visit. In town for an early morning meeting in Austin. I needed something that could help ease the long drive and had adequate taste. Cheddar's, not a high-end nor a low-end place to stop in. Arrived at 837 and sitted at 846. The waiter took 3 minutes to see me. I ordered the croissants, Monte Cristo, and a Dr. Pepper. Two minutes after my waiter left, he brought two nicely cooked croissants with honey butter drizzled about. The croissants had a nice texture with a little taste. The honey butter added just the right amount of sweetness. My one, if I might find one, critique is that the center of each croissant was not completely done. Now on to the main, a Monte Cristo is one of my favorite quick go-to. I have had them all around the world. I know there is a Cheddar's in 28 US states. I was let down. Having a sandwich that is wrapped and dipped so that it can be "fried" takes skills to get right. You want the meats and cheese to heat up to the point of melting the cheese, but you do not want to burn the outer layer. I did get the inner meats and cheese heated up however, the outer layers honestly were terrible. The taste of the breaded outside in kind words was not good. I do not mind paying for quality... the croissants were nice the Monte Cristo needs work. Thank you and Cheers! On to DC now.

Cheddar's was not what it used to be I had not been there in about two years so we did not expect to be unsatisfied Did not enjoy our dinner as planned. Steak was not well done had to be returned and it took more than 40 minutes to get it correct aside from already waiting for our meal to began and the rest of family had already finished their meal so it would not get cold. Server was nice and explained in many reasons why cooks were overwhelmed and we just listened as there is nothing that can be done at that point. We dine in the restaurant area and it was loud and could not have a conversation of our own. We expect that if we are within the bar area however we were far from it. It was just not enjoyable. Or order to go was also wrong as they place chicken instead of shrimp. After spending over $100 I don't recommend it highly just know before you go.

We arrived a little over an hour for a late night dinner before closing time. There was a slight wait to be seated but not long. Our waitress quickly took our orders. When we received our food after a long wait some food was correct and some not. My daughter ordered broccoli rice casserole and received fries. She also asked for bbq sauce and received ranch. Eventually, the missing items were corrected. I ordered the veggie plate: garden salad, broccoli rice casserole, carrots, and corn. Maybe because it was the end of the night the quality of food changes. Some of my carrots were shriveled and parts of my broccoli rice casserole was crunchy/hard.

Ok, so I've eaten at Cheddar's only once before (back in the day) & I never went back bc the food was disgusting! We decided to give it a shot last night & sorry to say not much has changed 😭 it's like 2 notches up from how it tasted back then but STILL NOT GOOD! The best thing we ate was the spinach dip appetizer, I CAN honestly say that it was good. Also the honey butter croissant bread they give you when you sit down was straight. Oh & the lemonade 😂 As far as meals go I will absolutely pass on eating at Cheddar's ever again. We had to add salt and pepper to every dish (except the grilled cheese🤣) The mashed potatoes were decent too but nah. If you looking for something real good to eat, just ride on by! The inside & ambiance is nice. Waitress & waiters did their jobs well. Oh wait now that I think about it I would come get drinks from here too they looked tasty. As of last night I SEE WHY the parking lot is always mostly empty & y'all neighbors be jumping! Luckily my man had a gift card for this place & we barely paid anything. Sorry Cheddar's 😭

Been to this cheddars before and the food and service was great! Came back again and it was disappointing. Sticky, sloppy menus, dead bar gnats stuck to them, broken bar glasses, luke warm food and crappy service. Got my appetizer and left before I could order an entree because food and service was so disappointing.

Where to start… We called Cheddar’s with two simple questions: do you have outdoor seating and are dogs allowed on it? Somehow that turned into a phone call where I spoke with 3 people before receiving a yes and yes to both questions. Under the belief that that was true, we showed up with our dog looking to sit on the patio and when we arrived we were told there’s no server for the outdoor patio. You have a 10+ table patio during the summer and don’t have a server for it? Instead, we were told to speak with the bartenders and ask them if they could run it. Spoiler alert, they could and were far more friendly. I’m not sure what’s going on with the hosts and servers in the front but you may want to figure some things out because less patient people would have left at that point. More about the restaurant: parking is good, setting is okay, service outside of the initial interaction was good. For food we ordered the Monte Cristo, Dijon Chicken & Mushrooms, Kid’s Alfredo pasta, a strawberry lemonade, and raspberry lemonade (free refills). Before any of that came out we were given some rolls with glazing on them which was pretty good. Our food took a bit to come out but when it did it was good. The Monte Cristo is delicious but can probably clog an artery or two on the way down. Crispy, savory, and sweet with the jam. The dijon chicken was good, a good mix of savory and bold from the mustard and mushrooms and a nice bed of rice underneath. The sides of broccoli cheese casserole and mashed potatoes were olay though, nothing too great. Lastly, the alfredo pasta was good. A simple dish that they executed well, cheesy and the texture to the pasta good as well. As for the lemonades, they were good but not too standout from the rest of the meal. By the end of the meal we felt it was good enough to return to another location but definitely not this location. The food was solid and the price was fantastic, but as it stands they definitely have some things to figure out in the front of the house there.

Unfortunately it’s a far from what it used to be. I have been coming here for more than 15 years and consistency was always its strong point. The shrimp have been downgraded to small almost popcorn shrimp size. The chicken tenders have been cut in half and the presentation of food has taken a hit. For example, you don’t put green beans in a plate with crispy fried food or you get soggy fried food like we were served. The tenders were dry and rubbery, we sent them back and were delivered even more rubbery ones so we relented and paid the bill and tipped well, because it isn’t the waiters fault. Be warned .. you will leave unsatisfied.

The food was good, but service problems marred the experience. Ordered an appetizer and it had not arrived when waitress came to take our entree order. I mentioned that we were still waiting on the appetizer and she said it is on its way. The entrees arrived and the appetizer a spinach dip still had not arrived. I verified the appetizer was on the check so not sure what happened. Unfortunately when the entrees arrived one was not the right entree and had to be corrected. Was told a manager would have to remove the appetizer from the check, which they did but kind of expected the manager to come and apologize/explain the error but that did not happen. Food was good, but the overall experience made us regret not going to a different restaurant.

Today was my second time having a bad experience at Chedders. My Monte Cristo sandwich came out burnt and they didn't to care much when I said something. Told me that the manager was looking into what might be wrong with the oil but didn't bother to replace my meal or compt me any on our bill. I guess we won't be going there anymore.

I don't usually do this, but ending up with food poisoning is bad. I went there for my birthday, wanted to try something new and different. It was a Wednesday evening. The waitress was friendly and nice, and it was a nice place. The only thing was the food. There were hairs on some of the plates, which don't bother us. But the next day my children and I ended up with bad stomach aches. The kids had to get picked up form school and I had lost a day of work and ended up in the ER because of the food poisoning. This was due to my heart condition which was aggravated by the food poisoning. I will not go there again.

I ordered roasted chicken. It was my first time ordering it. The chicken was small and It was quite dry and I don’t plan on trying it again. The salad was good, the rice was good as well but the portion size was too small! My dining experience was meh at best!

I had signed into the wait list online, upon arrival I got the message to gather party to be seated, some how it showed that I was seated, the host couldn't explain why, she got a little defensive and I was told I was not on the list and I had to get on the waiting list again. Server forgot to put in our order, food had a good taste. What I didn't like was that green beans were on the plate with my fried fish & shrimp and by the time I got my plate on the table my food was soggy, also I didn't like that the green beans were sweet, I hadn't eaten sweet green beans before. I guess my experience was not good.

Spinach dip come at same time with my food. I ordered the spinach dip using the tablet. Thinking will come way faster do to server took little longer to ask us for the drinks. Food and appetizers came together. The appetizer was hot my food was warm. Disappointed wasted of my money. I did even get a chance enjoy the spinach dip. Table next to us order a spinach dip came fast. I was surprised. Im just disappointed after long day you couldn’t get a services that you deserve. Ordered the rib eye steak (medium rare), only half the steak was edible. It was cooked perfectly, but the meat quality was sub-par. Took the family here for dinner. Customer service was great but that doesn’t make up for the food quality. I ordered some ribs and they were dry and no taste. My toddler got some chicken strips and only ate one. Later that night till the next day my toddler started throwing up, feeling dizzy and diarrhea. Food poisoning. The chicken strips had some kind of yellow goo inside. See picture.

Update: Do. Not. Recommended. A family members card info got swiped and it has gone sooooo far downhill. Go to a different location. Most of the time here is a typical experience. Nothing overly great, but nothing ever is bad or takes too long. Just the average experience. Tonight on the bar side - took just over 30 minutes to get a side salad that was less than ideal. But, we were starving ... so just sitting through. The steak was done incorrectly, but the server never checked on us about food... and didn't bother sticking around to do a Birthday Dessert due to the extensive time everything took. We saw our server 3-4 times in the hour we were there before just eating our food quick - paying on the tablet - and leaving. It took almost 10 minutes to even be asked about drinks. --- They have worked with us to correct the situation and will work to make sure others aren't effected the same.

Loud establishment with absolutely zero effort to cater to their guests. Hostess: nice enough girl however was unable to explain why we couldn't sit in the quieter portion of the restaurant. My fiance and her sister just arrived to town after a 19hr drive. And we were hoping to have a nice dinner. She gets 2/5 stars. The waitress we had gets 2/5 stars She never refilled our drinks, when we asked for water we got exactly one new glass.. For three people. She was nice though. The guy who delivered our food was on his first day was excellent no issues good job. Brand new and already the best part of the entire experience. 5/5 Fiance steak was good but had quite a few chewy spots. My pasta was good enough 3/5 stars. However the hot fudge Sunday cake was neither hot nor fudge. This thing was fresh, fresh out the freezer. 0/5 stars absolute trash. Should have sent it back but the fiance would have been embarrassed. I've never had a good experience here and I don't know why I come back. Never again.

When we got there the place was pretty busy but we asked for a table for a party of six and we were told that it was a 5-minute way that all they had to do was clean off the table. But then another black family came in and they thought we were together and they gave them our seat and then they said that they had a reservation when they did not because they could not come up with an excuse as to why they gave our seat away. It took forever to receive any service or waiter kept forgetting everything. The employees were very unprofessional and were playing and running around on the floor like it was a playground. I almost felt quite a few times because of the water on the uncleaned floor and then was almost not to the ground by a couple of waiters running back and forth like children. And they never apologize. I stepped in pee when I went to the bathroom because it had not been cleaned and it was just a hot mess. I may go back, but the service that I received was far by the worst that I had received at any established similar to this one

Me and my family were in town a few months back and was sat down and waited for two hours, drinks were not even provided and other people were seated and was serviced during the the full two hour period. We were told by Hector the manger to come back and it would be covered completely. We are now back in town for the holidays and Hector is gone and the new manager stated he can not do anything for us. This location has horrible customer service and for the second time trying we were poorly one again. I will never return.

I’m back to edit my 5 star review, they are back to being terrible. Food had an old cooking oil aftertaste, the wrap tortillas were all cut and everything came out of them when I picked them up, to top it off one of my kids food was missing from my order,so kids had to share. Then husband also ordered sauces and they just put what they wanted. Really dissatisfied as we came here from Georgetown for a treat. The past couple of orders have been pretty good. Tasty,on time.and everything was there! We were surprised and glad we gave it another chance. Only thing I didn’t like was being charged for a small side of ranch and buffalo after spending almost $60. I guess that changed……

Was brutally bad, sat in the bar and had multiple employees look our way and nobody came over. Turned on the call server light on the little tabletop device and still nobody stopped by. Husband decided to use the restroom and I just waited. I stood up at some point to try to get a drink at the bar top and still no help. At about 15 min a server comes over and helps the table next to us who had been there about 5 min, came to us next and we ordered our drinks and still waited another 10 min while the bartender and most staff stood around. We did get some croissants which we didn’t understand what they were since we didn’t order them. Anyways after nearly 30 min we get the drinks and I had ordered the margarita no salt and the bartender added salt and instead of remaking it, the server poured it in a new glass causing all the salt to be in the drink. Admittedly we sent it back and they took it off but we ended up leaving after 30+ min having had 1 drink. Extremely frustrating especially when this is one of the “top rated” bars for the area.

Tried calling our server back on the machine and it timed out after 5-10 minutes. She never showed. Left a 10 and just walked out. Terrible customer service do better. *edit* we were first asked to sit at the bar and we refused because none of us are old enough to drink and we were uncomfortable with that. The host ppl and our server got viably annoyed at us and proceeded to sit us in the corner and not give us service after.

I visited this Cheddar’s location last night for dinner, and it was easily one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. Atmosphere & First Impressions Walking in, the restaurant felt rundown and neglected. There were trash cans sitting in the aisles and litter scattered throughout the seating area. Even the seating was in disrepair—the booth we were sat in was broken at the bottom. I considered leaving immediately, but since we had already ordered drinks and food, we decided to give them a chance. That was a mistake. Service & Food Quality The food took nearly 45 minutes to arrive, and when it finally did, it was clear it had been sitting under a heat lamp (or perhaps just on a counter) for quite some time. • The Burger: The patty was dry as cardboard and cold. It looked like it was assembled by someone who truly hated their job; the patty was sliding off one side, the pickles were just piled on top of each other, and the lettuce was limp and wilted. • The Fries: Completely cold. • Grilled Fish: My wife’s meal was also served cold. Lack of Management After the food arrived, we sat for another five minutes hoping a server or manager would walk by so we could send the food back. No one ever came. Out of hunger, we ate a few bites, paid the bill via the tabletop console, and left. This location is clearly poorly managed and lacks basic standards for cleanliness and food quality. I will not be returning.

It’s been over an hour without food… This was one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had. Our group of eight waited far too long to be seated (after we called to ensure it’s okay), and when we asked for simple assistance for an elderly guest who needed a stable chair, the staff refused to accommodate. The manager’s response was, “That’s just how it is - we can’t help you.” Instead of offering a safe and reasonable solution, they made her sit at the bar, where she was clearly at risk of falling. Throughout the night, we were ignored by staff, no one came to check on our table, and the manager showed zero concern or professionalism. It’s unacceptable for a restaurant that claims to be family-friendly to treat guests-especially seniors-this way. The lack of basic compassion and customer service here was shocking. Corporate needs to take a serious look at how this location is being managed. Our waitress Faith was absolutely phenomenal though.
