I actually added a review last month but my phone got stolen before I posted it but anyway yes this IHOP has gotten way better and to last month was no fluke Rosa J did not disappoint at food was right on time just how we wanted...We are definitely coming here more often although the omelette and pancake game has always been strong but the service had been the issue even before the pandemic but everything is good now in my opinion and gets my stamp of approval 💯!!!!... Obviously this place still needs help because almost half of the building isn't even being used because not enough of people but that said the service has been good and the last 2 times we actually had an excellent server...( Monica)...

I really don’t stop by IHop often but just did at 5am on a Sunday. Yiu know I hop food is what it is the cooks make it good but it’s basic food does the job , but this review is not about the food. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with such friendliness and not fake friendliness real caring good people , from the service to the cook actually bringing me the food to everyone that passed me said hi and was in great spirit it makes you feel good to be here and with the pay iam sure that ihop does not give and still be that cheerful iam in shock . With just the two of us, we ordered two orders of French toast, a big meaty omelette, plus a side of eggs, hash browns, and more. Zero regrets. It was honestly one of the best breakfast experiences we’ve had in a long time. The first thing we noticed? How spotless the place was. Not a crumb on the ground, not a sticky table in sight. When we walked in, it literally looked like we were the first customers of the day — even though there were plenty of other people already eating. You could tell the staff really keeps everything tidy and welcoming. And the milkshakes… don’t even get me started. They’re one of my personal favorites here. So silky, creamy, and delicious — the perfect sweet treat to wash down an already massive breakfast. If you’re craving a big, comforting, no-holding-back breakfast, IHOP never disappoints. My sister and I left stuffed, happy, and already planning our next visit.

Jess was an absolute GEM of a server tonight. I'm absolutely shocked that she was working overnight alone on Valentine's day but she handled the rush that came in on our heels with grace and acumen. I haven't had as positive a diner experience in months as we had tonight. She was very attentive while juggling many overnight tasks. Definitely a place and shift I'd come back for. BOH was also absolutely on point. The food was hot, fresh, and everything was prepared as requested, even accommodating allergies. The fisherman's platter was an under appreciated treat I'll definitely have again.

We are local and have been several times, but this morning decided to pop in for breakfast. The parking lot was packed so instantly started to second-guess our decision, but we walked in and were instantly greeted and sat by the nicest host (which I would have gotten his name). Our server was Lia, and she was just fantastic! She was prompt and attentive and so sweet, even though it was such a busy morning! She did such a great job and that kind of service, especially when things are busy, just deserves a shout out! When we left, the host again was super friendly and I was just so impressed with the overall atmosphere, food, and service here this morning!! Good job all and especially to Lia!

Not open 24 hours. Actually they might be closed to the public. There might be a hand written note on the front door that says. DoorDash delivery personnel only. I wish there was a way to know if or when they are actually open to dine inside. Wonder restaurant in my experience.

This IHOP is one of the newer locations so the restaurant decor is modern. Food is yummy and service is great. I love their new poblano omelette! To top it off are 3 buttermilk pancakes! This is my family's hangout spot on weekends.

Busy on a Sunday brunch (go figure) food was as expected from an IHOP and they were training new staff, but we had to shout essentially to be heard across the table to get the waitresses attention and had to wait before we could even get napkins, kids menus, etc. :/

Took my wife here because she has never had pancakes before. We were seated fast and the service was much better than expect. The only reason I didn't give them a 5-star rating was due to a couple of mistakes with our meal. It was handled easy enough and we would go there again.

I’ve come here twenty times, maybe more, and every visit was exactly what I needed: ordinary. But that morning, the place felt wrong. Empty. Haunted in the fluorescent way only chain restaurants at 8 a.m. can be. No servers in sight. No clatter, no laughter. Just the hum of dying light and the ghosts of pancakes past. Ten minutes of waiting and watching the clock bleed seconds before someone finally emerged — not a waiter, I think, but a boy trying to hold this sinking ship together with napkins and exhaustion. The coffee came cold, like it had given up. The sausage looked shriveled, like something found after the fire’s gone out. The hashbrowns were dust — the kind that clings to your tongue and reminds you you’re still alive, but barely. Even my English muffin had hardened into a weapon, ready to fight back against the world. I’ve loved this place for being simple, for being enough. But that morning, it felt like the warmth had died, like someone had whispered a curse over the griddle. I wanted to leave hope with my tip, but all I could offer was regret.

Ordered the holiday pancake feast directly from Ihop, and while the food all tasted great with exception of the cold eggs (probably due to the fact it was over 30 late on the delivery from doordash) we were shorted on the bacon with only 6 piece when there should of been 8 and the amount of topping provided was not enough for 4 people to share, the eggs also seemed to be a little on the skimpy side too. Glad we added an extra order of sausage.

It tasted how you'd expect for IHOP. I didn't like how burned the edges of the hash browns were and how part of my bacon wasn't cooked as much as the rest of the strip of bacon. I thought the pancakes were good. I liked that their syrup no longer has high fructose corn syrup, but it probably just has regular fructose corn syrup. The hot chocolate was tasty. The place was freezing!! Restaurants do that because it makes people eat more. Good thing I had some emergency jackets in the car I could bring in to wear.

I ordered the poblano and beef omlet, recommended by the waiter, it was cold, (Not warm or “room temperature”) flat out cold. The avocados where not fresh at all with the peel still stuck on some parts. Gave it 3 stars just because the establishment was nice and clean and service average.

Service was incredibly slow. I ordered to go and it still took 30 minutes after my order and it wasn't busy. Inside the restaurant they, were slow to address customers needing assistance at the front desk. One customer couldn't get assistance from her server. She came to the front desk and was virtually ignored. My food was decent albeit cold when I received it.

Slow service. I ordered a strawberry milkshake and it literally was milk with strawberries. It took a while before our order was taken. I don’t think I will be coming here again. My friends egg had rock hard melted cheese on it when it’s meant to be soft. I am disappointed in my visit tonight. I hope it’s a better experience for you. Two star because my food was reasonably good.

It was an unusually cold Friday night. School was canceled because of the painful cold and plague. We had 3 kids with us all day while we had to work. Nothing sounded better than paying a visit to the International House of Pancake. Três leches pancakes, crapes, chicken and waffles, strawberry French toast. Nothing sounded better after a long cold week and our first outing after recovering from Covid. We also had another family with us. Friends and delicious food, what could go wrong? But life was not willing to award us with the food that built America. When we arrive they had informed us we would have to wait 20 minutes and they may not be able to seat us together. I let them know that we could sit in separate booths or break up the party. After waiting 40 minutes with 7 children in our group they told us they could not seat our party. Not separately and not if we waited. We inquired if the people behind us would be seated and they said they would have to wait. We said we would wait. They said they still would not seat us. We asked why they did not tell us at the beginning or before we waited with 7 children for 40 minutes and they said they, "tried to tell us." When I realized I was not going to have pancakes AND that I was rejected by IHOP... I felt layers of unsettling emotion, a sting of melancholy and confusion, and a great sense of weariness sweeped over me sucking my energy with it. Will my family and friends still love me? I asked myself. Luckily we were able to find a great place to eat nearby.

The service at this location was really disappointing. From the moment we walked in, things were off. We had to wait way too long just to be seated, even though there were open tables everywhere. Once we sat down, it felt like forever before someone came over to take our order. And then, waiting for the food? Let’s just say patience was tested. The staff didn’t seem attentive at all. We had to flag someone down just to get a drink refill or ask for condiments, and even then, it took ages. It’s frustrating when simple things like that are overlooked, especially when you’re out trying to enjoy your breakfast. The food itself was okay, but definitely not worth the wait or the hassle. Good food is great, but it’s not enough when the service makes the whole experience feel stressful. I really hope they put some effort into training their staff to be more responsive and customer-focused. Until then, I’m not in a rush to come back or recommend it to anyone.

Ordered a BLT and was very disappointed. I should have just made my own here at home. I got home and my sandwich was 2 pieces of bread and 4 pieces of bacon one tomato and a piece of lettuce. They didn't even cut the sandwich like they normally do but they did put the toothpicks in. My husband didn't get any butter or syrup for his pancakes. His eggs were cold and they didn't give him his bacon. I will never order from this location again.

Came here and sat for about 20 minutes and no one took our order or brought water. There were employees walking past my table but no one ever acknowledged us. The employees were also having a lot of side conversations which made me think they were just ignoring us and not busy. There also looked to be a table full of minors that were being rowdy. The most disgusting place to eat!! That’s a flies and mosquitoes cave, they are everywhere, they have NO IDEA what cleaning means, they need a pest control URGENT. I asked to replace the eggs with bacon for my kid plate (I was expecting to get 2-3 pieces at least) , but no, they only gave 1 piece of bacon and they wanted to charge me for it (1 piece of bacon) as a side extra even though they were replacing it with the egg. My eggs: TERRIBLE, my sausages: Awful, my bacon: from 4 or 5 hours before and re-heated, the ham: Normal, but ridiculously small pieces, my Orange juice: a kid size. Definitely It IHOP has deteriorated too much, I will never return to one, a restaurant in complete abandonment and neglect... they should close it.

WHY NOBODY ANSWERING MY PHONE CALLS WHEN I CALL BEEN ON HOLD FOR 10+ MINUTES. NEED TO MAKE SURE ITEMS COME WITH DELIVERY ;!!! Received my delivery my pancake burnt only one sausage for both combo and hash browns out of there taste like plastic!! only one utensil very Disappointed!!

Horrible service! When we got there instead of greeting us the host gave us a hand gesture to wait. Our waiter was young and his service was horrible as well. He didn’t speak to us at all. I ask no onions no bell pepper and they brought my food with bell peppers (I ate it like that ). Water dripping from ac vent on our table. This place needs new staff.

Everytime we go in there for family dinner it stinks, just went in there on March 3rd for pancake day and walked in they said they were out of pancakes I said okay we will still eat here, they looked at us 3 times and still didn’t come set us down at a table. And on top of that they were brining out many pancakes to people already setting down. BUT they were out of pancakes….

The family decided to meet in a central I Hop place to share breakfast. All was going good even though we had to wait. ( host overheard the number of persons) so we hear a first apology//: We did not think any way but kept on going and accepting the apologies. we got to the table and waitresses Katherine G # 0250619//: No silverware on table, she takes the order, brings coffee first (no silver ware), we asked for it three times/// brings the food, and makes mistakes on the order, we tried explaining to her. She argues and argues about been right//: we ask for coffee cream brings & plasticware/:: she gave us regular coffee cream “not flavored coffee cream/// i hear the table next to us asking for the same thing, she brings a handful of flavor coffee cream // ya’ll my money is worth the same!!

Disgusting behavior from the cook ! I came in with my husband late at night because we were craving IHOP. We ordered mozzarella sticks and they came out cold. We kindly told our server and he was quick to apologize and go get them remade. While we were waiting we heard one of the cooks yell about having to remake the food, he was extremely rude, arrogant and complaining about the server, we heard everything because we were the only customers there!!! As if it was our fault or the servers fault !!! If you want to eat at such a DISGUSTING environment, this is your place. Management why do you allow this behavior? Maybe that’s why your restaurant is empty..

This is not right, I went to this location twice today. The first order I placed was this morning. Everything was fine and fast. When I got out of work tonight I placed an order through app exactly the same. My pick up time was 10:39pm. I arrived at the store around 10:45pm. No one is around at front and finally a guy (long beard skinny) showed up with other pick up order. I told him I had an online order, he told me (You can sit at front instead of standing there and waiting for your food we are short handed and there’s no difference when standing around you can’t get it in a hurry. It’s not my fault that you are short handed, you shouldn’t accept orders online if you can’t handle the orders. When I got home I was disappointed with my order omelette it supposed to be a steak omelette. It’s looks like a fried eggs.see picture attached

Waitress was so rude! Slamming our drinks on the table, completely disappointed, the restrooms were yuck so nasty! No paper towels or hand dryer not to mention no soap ,so I wonder how the employees wash their hands! That was our second time there and definitely will be our last!
