Wish I could give it a 4.5 because 9/10 everything is good. Every once in a while there will be a mess up with my order.

was literally my favorite place to order dinner from until they decided to “toast” everything… literally every sub in the bag… mine was burnt and it was gross i don’t prefer that flavor and i don’t get why they’re taking extra steps when i didn’t ask for anything toasted?? gross and annoying

The food is usually made correctly. However l, this location dose not like to deliver. The should not advertise delivery if they can't do what is advertised. Second the will charge you the tell you they can't make your delivery and tell you you have to wait a week for a refund. If you do get your delivery they won't bring the whole order. If they try and give you a gift card you won't be able to use it. Because their app doesn't allow it.

I keep trying to give this location the benefit of a doubt, and tell myself that maybe they were just having an off day. It happens! I completely understand. At this point though, it's clear that every day is an off day. My orders are never correct, I have to go back in and request portions of my order that are missing, the staff always looks at customers like their sheer existence is an unwelcomed burden... today I placed an order for curbside because I have an injury and didn't want to have to limp inside with three kids to pick up lunch. I checked in on the app, and it said to give them a minute and my food would be brought out. I waited about ten minutes and nothing. I checked the order status and it said it had been completed twelve minutes prior. I verified that I was correctly checked in for curbside, and it showed I was. I went in and grabbed my food from the shelf and when I asked about the order being a curbside order, I got blank stares from all four staff members behind the counter. One said "yeah, I haven't seen any curbside orders". No apology or anything. The receipt on the bag said curbside right at the top. All of that and the food was still incorrect when I got back to the car, but I was in pain and decided to cut my losses rather than go back in. I have been coming to the Pflugerville location since they opened, but the decline in quality of service and food is definitely a disappointment.

Bread was super dry on the little John which is weird because I’ve always loved their bread. Maybe it’s just because the tiny ones get over baked?

Why prompt for a tip on a walk-in/carryout order? Why have NO option not to tip other than manually enter a tip of zero. I like y'all's food, but not feeling the guilt tipping. What about the 5 minutes and $20 dollars I spent here warranted an extra tip... Before you actually provide any service other than taking the order?

I ordered a sandwich from this place and the delivery driver is crazy. He got mad when I didn't tip the $1 on my $11 order so he grabbed my trash can and climbed on to a place I couldn't reach it to mess with me then kicked my door and ran off. I called the store and they told me there was nothing they could do but talk to him. I said it was fine as long as he leaves me and my girlfriend alone. He then got my number and started texting me. I called the store again and they gave me the same story that they couldn't do anything and they sent him out on another order since they don't have another driver. I told the store that this is getting out of hand and I'm going to have to get the police involved if it continues. So this morning I woke up to a note on my door from the same delivery driver. The store hasn't done anything and I'm now going to have to get the police involved.

If I could rate a zero I would. The only saving grace is the food itself. Worst customer service. NEVER coming back to this location. I love Jimmy John’s but wow….no hello or welcome. Said no about 3 times to what I asked. I also noticed other customers got a lot of nos coming from staff. Over heard staff complaining about having to credit a ladies account. Atmosphere zero starts. Customer service zero. No smiles. No happiness. Will not be back.

Last time I'll ever order from this location, usually JJ is pretty solid but this store is a joke. They never have staff to deliver but are always willing to take your delivery orders then ask you to pick it up, completely unacceptable. Then the store manager is an absolute joke in regards to customer service, absolutely unwilling to help or assist in any form or fashion. Do better Jimmy Johns, Jersey Mikes up the road just won all my business.

I ordered my great uncle a Turkey Tom, easy lettuce add onions. Got home and the sandwich had no TOMATOES. I called to the restaurant and the manager asked, did I want to come back for tomatoes, REALLY! My uncle said, by the time we drive back over there the sandwich would be soggy, plus gas 🤣 He said, “I guess they can’t afford to offer a new sandwich 🤣 Won’t visit this location again 🤣

Order was wrong. When manager delivered the corrected order he was rude, not well groomed either. My Staff members said their sandwiches didn’t taste good so we ended up throwing them out and getting Jersey Mike’s!!!! Way better service and treatment

I understand teenagers need to work, but they need to be taught respect And that they don’t get to talk to customers like they’re one of their little friends… Now for the meal… Lettuce was brown tomatoes were green… if I could give a zero star, I would

I will never be ordering from this location again. I have never seen customer service like this at a fast food place let alone any jimmy johns I've ever been to (been a customer since 2013). I waited an hour for my delivery order and it still hadn't arrived. Since it had been taking much longer than usual, I called the store and they said they would check on it but they actually just hung up on me. I immediately called the store again and said they didn't have the order here, so it must be coming. I called 15 minutes later since it still hadn't arrived so I could cancel my order. The person on the phone simply said, "I have that down for you" in a very rude tone and hung up immediately. I don't think they actually helped cancel my order.

So I went here and the dude literally went from rolling up floor mats to making my sandwich without washing his hands. Also forgot the jimmy peppers on my sandwich. Health department needs to rough y’all up a little bit, this is unacceptable behavior coming from a company that raves about how fresh they are. (Last time I got a sandwich here the lettuce was oxidizing heavily and they also forgot the jimmy peppers AND the onion) Never again, gave yall plenty of opportunities.

I’m patiently after 8 minutes the whole restaurant is all cleared out I’m still waiting so I asked where’s the order . The guy gets an attitude says what order ?? So I’ll tell him again the order had just been sitting there so heavy set woman starts yelling at me confirm your order which I did . Mind you I’m already late delivering this dash order . She come runs out behind me takes a picture of my car and yells I’m reporting. Very unprofessional and not a safe environment be aware!!!

I ordered a sandwich from this place and the delivery driver is crazy. He got mad when I didn't tip the $1 on my $11 order so he grabbed my trash can and climbed on to a place I couldn't reach it to mess with me then kicked my door and ran off.
