We went to Zaxbys for the first time a few nights ago. We entered a nearly empty restaurant and placed an order to dine in. We sat and began talking not really knowing what to expect as it was our first time there and the time flew by as we waited for our order. Before we knew it, another customer came in, ordered for herself and her children and was out the door in less than 5 minutes. It had been over 30 minutes since we’d ordered so we decided to inquire about what was going on with our food. It seemed to be a new restaurant in the area so we thought maybe there was an issue in the back. We decided to get a refund and go ahead and go elsewhere. As we were just about to drive away, the manager of the store waved us down and was absolutely apologetic about the situation. He stated he was not sure what had happened but wanted to make it right by getting a fresh order out to us right away. He asked us to wait 5 minutes as he got everything ready. When he brought us our food, he threw in some cookies, and a couple of gift cards to emphasize his regret for the service we’d received. We spoke for a few more minutes and he continued to apologize every chance he got! We know mistakes happen, and we know how especially frustrating it can be when you’re hungry and mistakes are made, but the manager at this location did everything in his power to make it right and we will definitely be back. Not to mention the food was delicious and piping hot!

Awesome wings, Insane sauce is lip swelling hot, tasty too, not just heat, and they don't indiscriminately splash sauce and have the wings on the bottom get real wet, perfectly sauced wings. My wife liked her sandwich and my daughter liked the fingers too. Very good and efficient service, very good food, fairly priced.

Chicken, delicious chicken! I like the rigged fries as they allow a lot of sauce on them. I was impressed with the salad as well, but it might have a little too much green for me. I always enjoy the chicken sandwiches and my 2 year old lives on chicken and fries. It is always clean here too which is nice.

Chicken strip sandwiches are good. Have decent dipping sauces. However, once way back when, I ordered a gunnel cake and it was a terrible embarrassment to me & the Zaxbys. Super tiny & super EXPENSIVE for what you were getting. Don't know if they have yhem anymore, but they shouldn't = what a rip off!! Their wings were ok too but seemed expensive!

The food is tasty and the menu has great variety. I LOVE the hot honey mustard wings! 7yrs later and had to add a star. Still a local favorite. My son raved about their new chicken bacon ranch quesadilla, my wife and I loved our surf and turf boxes and probably could have split it - but we didn’t :)

The place was clean. The lady at the register was nice. But the personnel in the kitchen could use a little attitude adjustment. Didnt appreciate them litterally throwing my food at her. Food was decent. Just a bad first impression for my first time there. Update 11.1.2018- owner reached out to me. This was a pleasant exchange and is obviously someone that takes quality and customer experiences seriously. I am changing my score from 2 stars to 5 due to this.

Absolutely best chicken wings in Pflugerville. Always fresh and delicious. Excellent customers service, everybody is so friendy and very helpful. Chicken is actually not greasy and it tastes so good.

This is an overview and on-site rating. They have comfortable booths. The drink options are "freestyle coca cola" two brewed teas and the price is decent being a chicken place. The food smells delicious. One key option for seating is to eat and charge your phone via receptacles I see.

I was having a rough week this week and been dealing with all kinds of attitudes and personalities that are not so fun. But from the time I stepped in the door I was greeted and welcomed by the staff and they were ready to take my order even those I wasn’t ready. Best experience I ever had in years. Rest rooms were tidy. Dining area was cool and clean. Staff kept checking on us asking if we were ok. Do we need Anything. I and my spouse were very impressed. And these were young people with manners and very professional. Who ever trained or hired this team deserves a raise. Thank you and I will return for sure .

I 💙 Zaxby’s and this location is pretty nice if you want to avoid crowd while eating. I personally think if you dine in, the food comes out better over drive thru and there is little to no people inside so the inside is fairly clean and quiet. I get wings (#4 meal) and the wimpy sauce is so good and so are the fries! I wish they would give more fries but it honestly depends on who is in the kitchen. If you can afford Canes, Zaxby’s is on the same price level and imo, better than Canes. Also the employees are nice. They’re fast to take orders. I recommend eating in to have better service :)

Next time I come back I would love for Paul to take my order again. Food was hot & fresh, as well. Thanks for your wonderful service crew!

Really great fast food chicken! The toast is okay, and I’m pretty sure was a little stale, but everything else was surprisingly delicious. The tenders are seasoned enough to be eaten without sauce and the boneless wings were fresh and tasty. Better than Wingstop boneless wings which have gone super downhill.

Stopped by Zaxby’s recently as a first time customer and I was so glad I did! I tried the lemon pepper tenders with fries and everything was made fresh. When I got my food it was pipping hot! The customer service was great, although I got my order to go, they made sure I had everything I needed in the bag without me even having to ask. The food was reasonably priced and filling, I will definitely be back.

Consistently one of the best Zaxby's we've been too. The staff are always super friendly, food is always hot and fresh, every time we have gone the food is out by time we are finished pouring our drinks even! Being from Florida it's an amazing taste of home and easily the best chicken chain in Texas. 100% recommend this location over any other chicken chain

Buffalo wings are decent. Sauce is a little on the tangy side instead of savory. French fries are also good. Sweet tea kind of tastes like they used sink water or maybe didn't wash out tea canister good enough... All in all, I would come back, but not on a regular basis.

Love the house salad. Always dine in. Drive through this time and they completely forgot my house salad. Luckily it wasn't on my receipt, even though she repeated it back to me. Oh well, it happens. Moral of the story is check your bag before you leave even though you might hold everyone up for a minute.

The wings and chicken in general were actually pretty good and I ended up getting their hottest Wings which burned my mouth. I consider that a success and recommend them even though it did upset my stomach the next day. The cheese balls were also unexpectedly good, and the marinara had a nice wine undertone that made it delicious.

We really enjoyed the food! Very fresh and tasty! Chicken strips were so good! We dined in, and only thing that made us feel a bit awkward was their background music, they had some sort of new age Christian soundtrack blasting...

The exterior of the restaurant is well groomed and clear of any debris. Good curb appeal. The interior has current with decor trends and is inviting. The front of the house is kept clean with plenty of seating, accomodations for wheelchairs, with freedom of movement about the room; not crowded. The food was hot and quick. The food just didn't impress me; my personal opinion is that it lacked flavor and originality. I want to follow that up, however, with a note that I would return, it just wouldn't be my first choice.

The Blue Salad was wonderful; fresh ingredient’s; crunchy lettuce, red tomatoes. And the wings are not fatty. The cookies were a treat, thank you! The staff is friendly (cute) and efficient. Today I tried a sandwich-lil disappointing. Don’t be so stingy with the sauce.

Overall my food was awesome and delicious. It was served very fresh! For the price you get a lot great food and for good quality! The chicken wasn't nasty greasy like most fast food chicken restaurants. Tried this place for the first time yesterday and it was good for the most part. I liked the flavor and breading on the tenders, and the chicken was very fresh and juicy. I did not like the fact that you cannot sub the regular fries for chicken bacon ranch fries. The chicken wings were my least favorite item; they lacked a lot of flavor and sauce. Not only that, the flavor was supposed to be sweet heat, but I only tasted a hint of sweet. Overall, 7/10 for me.

The employees are young kids that are not customer oriented and act like your a bother. But that is to be expected these days. Just like with all big chain food restaurant's the quality of food goes to the wayside for the sake of quantity. Sad, because I used to love this place.

Chicken was ok. Their insane sauce had a little kick on the wings but it wasn't 5 star heat like they advertise, even with the warning by the order taker that it had ghost chili's in it, could be 3 star hot in my opinion. My wife's sandwich didn't have all of the sauces on it so it was pretty dry and tasteless, I had to go back to the counter as 1 whole meal wasn't delivered with the rest of the order....might go back, might not...might be ok for a change of pace every once in a while but definitely not a place that I would recommend or be racing to try again.

Finally found that we were near Zaxby's and had to give it a try... Chicken tenders... dry Fries... hard/ old Shrimp... too salty to consume Tongue torch sauce... milder than Louisiana hot sauce Apple juice box in kids meal... cold and tasty

The building is a great establishment. Very pretty inside. The food is mediocre. Chicken was hot, fries were cold- and I purchased an order of fries separately. It’s a lot like Cane’s and I’m not a fan of Cane’s either. Staff was nice but didn’t seem to know how to do the rewards part of the purchase.

Isabella was lovely. The peach sweet tea was very good. The chicken tenders and fries...eh. tastes like their fryer oil isn't the freshest, and the seasoning was just okay. The sauce didn't have enough tang to it. This food would be okay in a pinch, but I doubt I'll return unless it's for the tea.

This was my first time ever going to Zaxby's so this should be helpful for those, like me, who have never been but have been wanting to try this place out. First off - I would have rated Zaxby's 2 stars but went with a 3 only because this was the first "fast food" place I've been able to sit inside in almost a year. So that's cool. The food is pretty pricey in comparison to other chicken places and the portions are better suited for kid's meals. I got full off the drink refills. My wife ordered a club sandwich but there was no party in that club - the bacon was sadly MIA. Told the Manager and she offered to give us a new one. So there's that. If you're out and about and want some food, find it difficult to control your portion intake and happen to come across this place. Then you might want to give it a try. But if you're at home thinking "hey, let's go out some place to eat" - you'll probably be disappointed in this choice.

It's not the food, per se, as much as it is the service and time spent to get the food. This location has always been slow to get the food when going through the drive thru. It takes forever to even order the food. We waited over 20 minutes to just get to the window and another 10 minutes to get our order. Luckily, I checked the bag before leaving because they left out the.fries. this is not the first time food has been left out. It happens frequently. I purposely don't eat here because of this frustration and the time. I have been to another location and gotten the food within a reasonable amount of time. The traditional wings are smaller than desired and there are a limited number of sauces to toss the wings in. Plus the cost of the food is high compared to the food portion sizes The portion size of the fried pickles are not consistent and rather small as well. They left out the ranch too when we ate there tonight.

We had an early dinner before grocery shopping at Aldi, about 4:30 pm. The food was great and the service was friendly. But, when choosing a table to sit, they were all dirty. We found the cleanest one to enjoy our meal.

Great establishment, and disappointing food. Honestly enjoyed dining in here simply for the atmosphere. I didn't hate it, just found my sandwich a bit underwhelming and was expecting better considering how great the overall aesthetics of the restaurant were and the fact that there are not many of these around. It's like a Red Robin for chicken, that's the best way I can describe it, but with bland food. At least Red Robin's large restaurant and fancy decor matches the quality of the food. I would reccomend simply to check it out and form your own opinion.

It was quiet in here only 2 persons when we arrived. The wait time from when we ordered until pickup was about 10 minutes. The fries were well seasoned, but the sandwich was not all that.

Was not the best tasting for me and my spouses flavor pallette. The buffalo sauce had a weird taste to it, we were not a big fan of the flavor. Our food was warm when received and not the hottest so once home it was cold. That's with being close by not a long drive. Our sauces were buried under all the chicken so we had to take the food out our containers to reach the sauces under our food. Instead of being put on top. Service was not very fast and there was no line when we arrived.

So I haven't been to Zaxby's since they got rid of their shakes and I recently saw they were bringing them back. Told my wife let's go see if they are serving them now and give them a try. We get to the location. There are some people in the Drive-Thru but the restaurant is basically empty Sans one person waiting for food. We get to the counter and though there wasn't any shakes just yet they said to be coming out next month. I went ahead and ordered a six-piece with the side and a drink. My wife ordered the kids meal two-piece and fries. It took over 26 minutes for our food to come out. Again there was nobody in store except for one person. Also there was at least four people in the kitchen. One person working counter, one person working drive-thru. The food came out hot with the exception of the shrimp. It was a little closer to warm than hot. The shrimp was the best part of the entrees as an add-on for $5. The shrimp was not chewy and the breading was not soggy even though it was dressed in Buffalo sauce. The tenders were a little tough. The seasoning was good kind of like Old Bay. I definitely wish I wouldn't have asked for crispy as it might have been the reason The tenders were so dry. The fries were pretty good but had close to the same seasoning as the chicken. The coleslaw about average. My main takeaway is it was unusually slow for the amount of traffic being presented to the location. There may have been outside factors I'm not aware of and I would probably have to give the restaurant another. Try to give a fair shake-up but for this instance must say average at best. They do offer military discounts

I really wanted to leave a review because while the food here is decent, they always forget something. It’s like the staff isn’t properly trained to handle drive-thru or pickup orders. There’s consistently an issue. It actually took me three years to come back after the last time—they forgot the coleslaw that was supposed to come with my meal. I mean, how do you forget something that’s part of the meal? I finally decided to give them another shot because I wanted to try one of their salads. I ordered online and selected the sweet and spicy sauce for the egg roll, and the citrus vinaigrette for the salad. But when my family member picked up the food, they had already put some dressing on top of the salad (not sure what kind it was), and they completely forgot the sauce for the egg roll. On top of that, there was way too much dressing. It’s honestly frustrating that they can’t seem to follow through on simple online or pickup orders. I don’t know what it is, but this has been a consistent issue.

The food is amazing but the service is terrible! We have been here 3 times. The first time was great, but the second time was a disaster. I'm familiar with places like these ,so I know before handing the food to the guest you should've checked the entire meal twice. The person who puts the meals together should check that all the items on the ticket are going into the bag & the drive thru attendant should doublecheck their ticket to ensure that nothing is forgotten. This obviously does not take place at this location. The second experience they completely forgot a plate, and two pieces of toast🙄 The third time another plate was missing and my kids meal was incorrect. Eating with a picky child is difficult! If they don't get the things they like they won't eat! So if you want to waste 50 dollars in food this is the place for you! If not find somewhere better to dine.

This is the 3rd time I ordered a club sandwich and didn’t get cheese or bacon I expect to get what I pay for especially 3 times. A club sandwich comes with cheese and bacon! Not to mention whole meal was cold

I went to this Zaxby's and got the 4 piece tender plate. It was almost $11 for 4 tiny chicken tenders. 1 of them was sort of normal sized but the other 3 were tiny. One of them was ridiculously thin as well. If I pay $11 for a chicken tender meal I want the chicken to at least be a fair size. Ridiculous. Zaxby's is good but I feel like I got ripped off. One of them is the size of a steak fry but even thinner than that and another one is barely bigger.

Update: Removed another star. Wow, service is just worse every time. I hate that we will not be going here any more, but I am tired of the order being wrong - this was the fourth time in a row. Instead of kids meals they gave us the Zak snack, which is way more than my kids can eat and lacks the cookies. They did get the honey mustard right, but a bunch of fries ended up in the dog bowls (don't judge). We have gone so far as to turn off the car to make sure they can hear our order and our only additional request is for honey mustard instead of Zak sauce, so I am not sure where the break down keeps happening. We don't have these issues in most other drive-throughs. I understand things can get messed up, but 0 - 4 is not going to win any fans here. Original: Food was as expected, but the service seems to be skipping at this location based on our last two visits. During this last trip, the young woman taking our order seemed bothered by having to do it. The young woman handing out our order was totally uninterested when we told her the kids drinks were missing and when we asked for them she turned around and asked someone behind her who was busy to get them. My husband prefers Zaxby's over Chik fil A, but I prefer good service. Guess whose vote wins on that. This is a we will see what the next visit brings and I will update accordingly review.

I had great experiences when this place first opened. I even let them off the hook when a fried fly was in my food once. About a month ago I had issues with the young woman at the drive thru and called the manager he sounded like a teenager and didn't seem to care much about my issues. Today I gave it another try...last time! Prices are higher (no biggie), the portions have gotten smaller and they chicken tasted like old OLD oil. I won't be returning.

Food was ok, my family spent over $25 for 2 meals and when asked for a ranch sauce we were told it was .39 which we only had .25 and offered that. We were denied the ranch and as long time customer we were left disappointed. The employees were the nicest, it's just a let down when we have frequent this location regularly for the past several years. We are small business owners and have delt with the shortages and inflation and would never deny any customer a simple sauce packet or offer to charge their card .39- other than this experience we have always had decent trips to Zaxbys and it was one of our favorite places to grab chicken!

Ordered the chicken quesadillas and they put way too much ranch and not enough cheese, it literally fell apart before I could take a bite...when I spoke to manager he said they have cheese portion controlled so it's the same everytime....thanks for letting me know NOT to buy quesadillas at Zaxbys!

Perhaps dining in is better, but ordering for pick-up is not recommended. They got a couple items of our order wrong, the chicken sandwiches just had three little pickles all stacked right in the middle of the bun, the "spicy" chicken sandwich wasn't spicy at all, the fries were soft and gross, the fried chicken wasn't crispy, the grilled cheese was soggy, and they forgot straws. We will not be ordering from here again.

Edit: I am dropping my review to 2 starts due to the reply from the company being so unhelpful. My first visit. I cannot recommend. They couldn't sub loaded fries on my combo order 😂. Also they don't have grilled chicken only fried. Right! The seating area was easily 65° no thanks.

The kids working there are very polite so the service was great! I ordered a chicken finger plate, no coleslaw, extra fries. I was given barely any fries, let alone extra fries, and when I pointed this out I was given a small box containing 10 fries. The pictures speak for themselves. Super disappointing.

Food was cold...the slaw was on my fries. I had to reheat toast, fries, and chicken in oven..I had no fork or spoon. I did not get any dipping sauce so used some barbque sauce and ketchup i had in my frig. The only saving grace was the cookie dough shake was awsome...no straw of course. Hint..need put slaw in container, put utensils in bag with a straw.

I ordered the chicken wings to-go and while the food was hot and tasted like breaded and fried chicken and not like wings, I was really disappointed with the way it was packaged. The chicken was placed in a flimsy plastic container that clearly wasn’t meant to handle hot, greasy food. By the time I got home, the heat and oil had started to melt the container. Some parts were warped and soft, and I even noticed bits of plastic stuck to the food. This isn’t just a quality issue—it’s a safety concern. Serving hot food in containers that can melt poses a real health risk, especially for children or anyone sensitive to chemicals. I strongly urge the restaurant to use proper, heat-safe packaging for fried items. Until then, I would think twice about ordering hot food to-go from here.

We drove 20 mins eapecially to have zaxbys. We had to wait to give our order. Then we had to park and wait to recieve our order. Which was missing all sauces and dressings and utensils. Which we only discovered after we drove 20 mins home. Check your bag folks.

Why does everything taste like fish? My fries, my chicken, and even the fried pickles. Disgusting. I like fish and chips too but I didnt order chicken fish. Do better!

Great restaurant when it opened. Went through drive thru a month 1/2 ago. The food was disgusting, super greasy, and cold. Drinks were mismatched on the soda ratio. Tasted disgusting. No condiments offered. No apology after sitting in drive thru for 32 minutes. Didn't get our full order and called but no one has contacted me back. I did the survey on our receipt on with an email and still haven't been contacted. There are many different options close by. We will never visit Zaxby's again. A very dissatisfied experience and lost my entire family for life.

First off I called in an order showed up 5 minutes after the time they gave to be there. I still had to wait 20 minutes for my order to be ready. After all that they my order wrong.. Daniel in training was the only helpful person.. but all in all I ordered a chaser salad and got ranch dresseing for my salad. Definitely never going back. Worst first experience ever!!! Needs lots of work!

If I could give zero stars I would and I didn't even get dinner. I pull up and was told there would be a wait, I say totally fine we are not in a rush at all. We decided want we wanted but was told again that there would be a wait. Could not be too long, right?? 20 minutes. Ok I'm cool with that, no worries I understand they are short staffed. I was told again that there would be a wait, fine let's do this. My kiddo said momma it sounds like they don't want customers. I asked about using 2 coupons, didn't know if I could or not. One lady that was not on the headset or whatever they use YELLED NO, with such a hateful attitude. My kids and I are like nope we will not be yelled at for asking a question. I try to leave the drive thru but could not due to people in front of me. So I let the cars behind know what was going on and we all proceeded to back out. A few others pulled in as we were attempting to back out of that crazy drive. What got me was when a kid came out yelling that I had to stay in line and pull forward, that I was not allowed to back up and that he was the manager and would call the cops on me. First off, yes I did yell back a few inappropriate things and I apologize but for him to yell at me when I have my two kids in the car and make threats is unacceptable. I will never go back to that location. If you're so short staffed that the few employees that do show are going to treat people like that then you need to close up and start with a fresh crew.

Food cold, this new shrimp combo was nasty. Expected fresh hot food, and wad cold and dry.i should have came back and got my money back. I see why I haven’t been to this place in over a year. Will be my last.

So we need to grab dinner and I am doing keto so, we skipped the long burger lines and stopped at Zaxby's. Usual I have a decent experience with great staff and good food. This time was a real let down and I am questioning whether to return or not after this. I ordered the 20 Traditional wings and need half unsauced so I might have a few with my salad. The staff charged me for two 10 pieces. Effectively overcharging me and to make matters worse the chicken had a few undercooked pieces. So in summary I was overcharge and was served some inedible chicken after being the first person in line. I am so unsatisfied right.

Wait time through the drive thru window was 25 minutes, however there was only one other car in front of us and no one else. This happened the last time too but the wait time was even worse! What’s going on?

Ordered the chicken nibbler meal. 9 bucks isn’t bad for this meal. Especially when I love the food. Pickle chips are my favorite. Well I picked up my order thru drive thru. The manager was at the window took my payment. I went about my drive after getting my food. Parked near by to eat due to I was on lunch from working. And I grab extra sauce and open the top bun of the first sandwich as soon as I took the bun off I see a hint of sliver siny stand. My thinks this must be sauce. I look closer and a couple of sliver grey hairs were in bided in the chicken and sauce. I close the box and head back to the store. I park go inside. Wait patiently as they finish up at the window and come to me. I ask the first you f lady cashier if I may speak to the manager. A young man approaches. And asks what’s seems to be the problem. I explain in detail and show the food. He ask would I like him to remake it. I declined. He remade some fries and didn’t even offer a refund. So inherently I payed 9 dollars for a small fries and a small sweet tea. Great now I have to waste more money to eat else where. Appreciate it.

This was my 1st time coming here. I had a few issues. Counter help were all young and I could not determine who was the lead or manager. I don't think there was one. Several orders were messed up but the attitude given my the employees were like they didn't care or was used to it. When customers complained, there was no apology or urgency to fix. 2 people from drive thru came in to get order fixed. Food was ok but for me - I need gravy with my tenders. There were also several tables left unclean for a while. I felt if there was a manager or someone leading that this would have been a better experience. 👎

I've lived in Pflugerville for 11 years and I was here when this Zagbys open. During the first months my wife and I met the owner couple and they were very nice and pleasant. Now in the last 5 years or so, service has gone down. In the last year I've had mutlple bad interactions with the service at this location. The so called manager is horrible. He has no idea about customer service and how to manage servicing customers in drive thru or lobby. I had a simple 20 traditional wings order, I had to wait behind 3 cars ahead of me for a while after I made my order. I get to the window and I am told to park because the car behind me has a smaller order. I'm fine with that. So I park and wait another 15 minutes, and no wings to the car. So I walk in, and I see the car that was behind me is still at the window, and I find out that this car didn't even place their order at the speaker, and they are trying to work her order at the window. Still no wings !!!!! I ask for the manager, and this poorly untrained guy with long hair comes up and give me nothing but attitude instead of apologizing for the extremely long wait. I've had similar experiences with orders in the lobby. My wife and I place an order to eat in the lobby, 20-30 minutes go by, and we see cars come and go in the drive thru and folks come in place their orders, and leave. We ask what is the delay with our order, and we get attitude. I have decided to NEVER return to this establishment ever again. I like wings, but I don't care for a long wait and attitude with them. Note: The owners can repair this poor store management by being on site everyday and hiring a well paid manager, and properly train them on customer service and store management, and fire the current store manager, as he is not cut out for this role.

This is the slowest fast food on the planet. It’s worse bc you know they’re in there playing around bc you can hear girls yelling and laughing on the speaker in the drive through. They had every car from the drive through park and wait. We waited a solid 10 minutes. Why have a drive through honestly.

I placed a mobile pick-up order at 8:10 PM on August 30 for the Pflugerville location for pick-up according to the app at approximately 8:23 PM. The order contained a 20 piece fingers, 2 large fries and a traditional wings meal. I arrived to the restaurant at 8:20 PM. No one even checked the front counter until 8:28 PM to greet or acknowledge me. At that time, the employee said my order would be delayed and asked if I wanted to cancel it (without me suggesting I wanted to cancel it). I said I would wait and then the employee disappeared. No one else interacted with me until an employee came out to start putting the chairs on top of the table. I asked them to get the manager. At 8:39 PM, I told the manager I wanted to cancel the wings and just get the rest of the order. The manager said that wasn’t possible and I could receive all or none of the order. Finally I received my entire order at 8:42 PM, but the fries were regular size and not even the large size I ordered. I don’t feel ANY employee provided even decent service. I was never offered any sort of compensation or apology. This restaurant should be ashamed. I will never go back to this location based on how I was treated and my order being incorrect.

Worse service ever !!! Crystal was really rude she gave us attitude and we waited for 25 min even tho no one was there the manager austin was rude as well not helpful!!! Don’t go here someone should talk to crystal ab manners!!! No one inside and no one in drive thru as well !!!

Place is very dirty, nothing works in the restroom, you can’t pay with card in the drive thru. Staff is joking around and not good customer service

Teach your staff how to properly put a lid on a cup so it doesn't spill in the car

On 6.28.24 around 8:10. I pulled up at the drive thru and someone came on the mic and said that I will be with you in a minute. I waited for 10 minutes and no one came back on the mic to help me. I back up and left and went to Popeyes and was able to get my food in less than 5 minutes. No reason someone should have to wait that long to even get any type of service! You have to do better!

The wings were not that great, and the sauce was not that tasty or spicy, and I ordered nuclear. Well, if you ever want to show off eating nuclear eat here, they should be called fallout shelter safe from the heat. You know what, it was like a TV dinner, but the place looked clean, and the touch screen soda machine was awesome, but I'd say it was a bit bright for a restaurant and freezing, and pricey for what you get, with better sauces and avoiding frozen fried pickles this place could be better

The is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I guess I am a glutton for punishment because time after time again this Zaxby’s has failed me! I ordered 10 wings with Tongue Torch EXTRA TONGUE TORCH on the wings, which in turn I did not receive, as usual! Ordered a regular fry, fries are half cooked, half seasoned, not hot and half the size of a regular order. I’m completely upset. I really didn’t feel like going back there as I normally do to complain. I just don’t know what to say at this point, but to STOP PATRONIZING this Zaxby’s. I think it’s about time that I just give the general manager a call because this is ongoing and from here on out I will not go to this Zaxby’s anymore. Returned the food.

Ordered the 5 finger plate, the tenders smelt like burnt cigarettes, and upon further investigation it was burnt grease. It’s a shame because I really like this place but spending 29.70 on food you really look forward to having and it comes out like this is a disappointment

I've tried to give this location a chance multiple times, I love the Cobb Zalad. But, the quality of food here is unacceptable. More than a third of the lettuce & tomatoes were rotten. Great way to ruin my lunch & just throw money away. Most of the time the people working the window don't seem as they are happy to be working there, very unhappy people. I wont be returning to zaxby's again....I've tried & after today...Im done!
