Definitely coming back to Tom’s the vibes were great and everyone is really nice. Vanessa is a great server she knows all about the menu and has great recommendations.
We were looking for a fun place to grab a bite, and Tom’s Watch Bar did not disappoint — especially thanks to our server, Riley! From the moment we sat down, Riley made sure we felt welcome and taken care of. She was super friendly, attentive without being overbearing, and genuinely seemed like she wanted us to have a great time. She had great recommendations, kept the energy fun, and made the whole experience even better. You can tell she loves what she does, and it made a huge difference for us. We’ll definitely be back — and we’ll be asking for Riley again!
My service and food was great! Vanessa was fast and her service and communication was good ! Will be visiting again soon! Thank you Vanessa! For making it a great experience for me and my family.
My time at Toms was great. I had never been there before. Our server Tiffany was delightful. Very spunky and had the perfect energy. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and helped us make great lunch options. I definitely recommend Toms based on the great service alone. Good food was a plus. We will be regulars.
Tom’s is amazing! we love the vibe and our server Heather is the greatest woman i’ve ever met. love her long time!
Sione was great and very nice! Rochelle was very friendly. We had a great time celebrating one of our friends birthdays. Food was also good!
Our bartender/server Yasmin was amazing! She was so friendly and gave great service! Thank you Tom’s watch bar!
Great place to come before the game, right across from Chase field!! So many TVs with every sport possible on. Lori took great care of our group. She recommended the avocado burger and the blue crush! Must have! Will definitely come back before my next game.
Vanessa was an amazing, attentive server who got us sat right away despite it being a busy concert night! Will definitely be back.
Journee was a great waitress. Maybe the best. Possibly the best waitress I’ve ever had the privilege of being seated by. She was 10/10 pure eur

We came to Tom’s before a concert in downtown Phoenix and the atmosphere was awesome! Our server Journey was great- fast and friendly service here!
The buffalo chicken sandwich was so crispy and good! Definitely would come back! Especially with Vanessa as our waitress.
Journey was amazing with her ability to accommodate all of our needs and serving us in a timely matter. The atmosphere of Tom’s was amazing and I would recommend this to all my friends.
Jaelyn was great! She welcomed us within a few minutes, and took care of our needs! She is friendly and conversational, which I appreciate!!
Had an awesome time at Tom’s Watch Bar! The atmosphere is perfect for watching any game, and the food was great. Huge shoutout to Bella, our server — super friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. Will definitely be back!
Customer service was amazing, shout out to Journey. Has an energetic vibe, great screens, and solid food. Perfect for watching a game with friends.
Had an amazing time here while watching the game, our server Vanessa took very good care of us. Definitely will be coming back
Journey was such an attentive server and we had a party of 17!! She did fantastic and got us everything we needed super quick!
Nice, spacious sports bar. There are multiple massive tvs in every direction. The staff are wonderful. The calamari was very crunchy. Full bar. Lightrail accessible. Close to Chase Field and other attractions.
Love the vibes at this place. Easily the best sports bar near the downtown Phoenix arenas. Heather was awesome. The food was better than the average bar food.
Our server Journey took us on an absolute journey of culinary delights. The drinks were absolutely balanced between strength and flavor. Delicious apps with a particular highlight to the tuna based dishes, wonderfully fresh and flavorful. Would pop back in a heartbeat next time I'm in downtown Phoenix!
Jaelyn was amazing, she was very personable and attentive to our table. Jaelyn made it easy to want to cone back to Toms. Would definitely recommend for the service and food.
First time here in Tom’s Watch Bar, our server Jaelyn is amazing, the food is incredible, and they even offer NA drink options! I came from out of town but I will definitely be back!
Sione was THE best server, I've had in Arizona. He's knowledgeable, funny, super quick and friendly. I'd definitely come back just as long as he's working.
The good was great! What rrally made out night special was vanessa. She was friendly, attentive. Her service made our meal feel perfect!
First time going to Tom’s Watch Bar before Hondo Rodeo and the experience was fantastic! Journey was attentive, experienced, and made us feel like her only table! 5/5 recommend!
we came in christmas eve to catch the end of a bowl game and sat at the bar. jacob was the best bartender ever and we hope he has the best christmas and new year ever!
Vanessa was our server and she was so amazing! It was so busy but she would still check in on us, gave us great service, and got us everything we needed. She was so cute!
Journey was AWESOME! Super busy night but her service was impeccable! Great atmosphere and food. If you’re ever in Phoenix stop in and ask for Journey.
Came in a Thursday to watch the NFL game. TV’s everywhere. They played football and basketball. Highly recommend the BBQ Korean wings! Drinks were strong and tasty.
Orion my server was the best went above n beyond to give us the best service n experience there at Tom's watch bar! Great asset and we'll be back because of him. Great time
Gaby and Journey were great, service was good and food was amazing. Would recommend for anyone looking for some great food
Great spot to check out before or after a game in Phoenix! Tons of screens inside and out make it easy to catch all the action, and the food and drink options don’t disappoint. The serving team was attentive and personable, with a special shout-out to our main server, Orion, who was absolutely fantastic. We will definitely return.
This place is ideal for Sunday football or if you're attending any events downtown. If you’re coming here you need to try the prime rib dip! Our waitress Journey was outstanding!
Absolutely loved this place! Came for the Hondo rodeo weekend, I wasn’t to pleased w/ the service but LOVE the food options, decided to give it another try for day 2, our waitress Journey made the experience a 100/10!! She was very friendly, attentive & fantastic at her job! Would def be coming back from now on!! PS: Great Espresso martini!
Went to Tom’s Watch Bar in Downtown Phoenix with my homegirl to catch the fight and it did not disappoint. We made last-minute reservations and still scored a table right before the fight kicked off. 🙌 The place was packed, diverse crowd, good vibes, even some Littles in the mix (so it’s not just a grown-up hangout). Drinks were reasonably priced (always a win) and while we didn’t order food, the plates coming out around us looked 🔥. The menu itself had some solid options, so I’ll definitely be back hungry next time. I don’t go out much, but this spot felt chill, fun and like the kind of place I’d happily hit up again for big games or fights. Perfect spot if you’re looking for an energetic atmosphere without it feeling too over the top.
Our server, Jaz, was super nice and friendly, great service! Just had wings but they were excellent. All the TVs had us in heaven - watched the Suns AND the Rams/Seahawks games without missing a thing no matter which way you were looking!
Journey was a great server, she was accommodating, as my wife has a lot of allergy considerations. Great atmosphere, had so many screens to watch all the games going on, with efficient service. Would come back.
We are in town for a tradeshow and came to Tom’s to watch the Bills game. The atmosphere is exactly what you’re looking for, TVs everywhere you turn. Our waitress, Journey, provided top notch service!! The food was delicious and very quick.
What's better than a room with tons of big screens, awesome food, great drinks, and amazing service? Our server, Journey, made sure our night started off great, and all her suggestions were spot on! Definitely worth it!!
Journey was amazing! She was provided phenomenal customer service. She made great suggestions on our options for the chicken tenders. Thank you for another amazing experience Tom's!
Had an amazing experience at Tom’s Watch Bar! Our server, Journey, was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and made great recommendations that totally hit the spot. The energy was fun, the food came out fast, and everything felt easy and welcoming. Can’t wait to come back!
From the front door to being seated was excellent! Kylee was prompt about seating us. Vanessa was very good about checking in regularly on us and making sure we had everything we wanted.
It’s an amazing place to have a drink and some good food! It’s an added bonus to have all the TV’s around to watch whatever game you want. When I went with my family our waitress, Heather, was amazing and kept our drinks full. I would reccomend to anyone and everyone.
Our server Journey was super attentive and nice! Even while being busy with a bunch of other tables, she made sure we had everything we needed. The food was great and all the tvs had the game we wanted to watch.
Came here to hangout prior to the Tate McRae concert and had a great server - Vanessa! The vibe is really cool! If you enjoy sports this is definitely a great bar to catch the game.
Sat outside on the patio with the dog and the atmosphere maintained with the multi screens and good audio. Strong cocktails and good food can be dangerous as it can keep you here all day for back to back to back games! My server, Journey, in particular was really good - attentive and caring for the doggy.
Our bartender Yasmin was incredible!!! On top of our drinks and food. If u could rate her 1000%. I would. Thank you for the amazing service Yasmin. So appreciated from a guy from Chicago that has had amazing service through out!!!
I love this place, I met my server Tommy and he is so amazing!! Food came out so fast and same with the drinks! If you got you need to get Tommy as your server he will treat you right
Loved the vibe at Tom’s Watch Bar! The atmosphere was super fun and energetic, and our waitress Vanessa was absolutely amazing—so friendly and attentive. Can’t wait to come back!
Went to fight night and everything was good! We got the buffalo chicken sandwhich and the buffalo wings with the loaded tater tots everything was very yummy!
Journey was amazing. We were a rowdy crew and she went right along with it!
I drive by Tom’s every day after work. Today I decided to stop! It doesn’t look like much from the outside, but the inside is huge! TVs everywhere and the atmosphere is inviting. A great place to watch football. They have a large menu and everything we ordered was really good!! We tried the potstickers, poke bowl and the prime rib dip. The prime rib dip was our favorite but I’d order them all again. Thank you, Journey for the great service! We will be back.
Vanessa took great care of us during the UFC 320 fight. Even with how busy it was, she stayed attentive and friendly the whole night. Really appreciated her making sure everything ran smoothly for our table and checking in just the right amount. She made the whole experience easy and enjoyable from start to finish.
Journey provided phenomenal service. We came in after a long day of drinking and she made us feel right at home. It was a perfect way to end the evening.
Stopped by on a whim while perusing around downtown. First time here. Initially was empty, but as the evening went on got gradually busier. Drinks were 10/10. Bartender was Jaelyn, she was great, attentive, knew what she was doing. Had an appetizer which was on point with my expectations of the place. I'd say major step up from what used to be here before it was Tom's. We'll be back.
Pete and Jaylene have been wonderful! That have the best customer service! I also see another employee! She is also moving fast they are doing excellent here! Overall this bar is the best sports bar! I’m proud to make it here! Thank you all may more miracles and blessings come them and their families!
Sione, Max Yazmin provided amazing services was an amazing service Tried out Tom Watch while in phoenix and was very impressed. The customer service was great by the bartender and hosts and tons of tv to watch the games I was interested in. I got the French dip and a slide salad both were great. Sandwich spot on great presets and delicious salad was also really good so they do everything right. Will definitely be back to try out other items
Came back to Tom’s for UFC 322 and had another great experience. Vanessa took care of us again and made the night super smooth. The food and drinks were solid, and the vibe was even better this time — they turned the lights down and had LED lighting that made watching the fights really fun. Always a good spot for fight night, and the service definitely helps make it worth coming back.
We came in here to sulk in the disappointment of not being able to go see Jason Aldean at the Hondo music festival because it was sold out, but this place quickly renewed our spirits with some tasty spirits of their own. Before enjoying our tasty comida (the prime rib dip, poke bowl, and potstickers) we indulged in Tom’s Mezgarita. It was smooth as my bottom when I was a baby brown boy. SO GOOD! The place looks bigger than advertised from the outside. The atmosphere is cool and inviting, lots of TVs to watch your favorite teams win or lose. Journey was helpful in suggesting items on the menu we tried out. And providing timely service! Thanks, Journey and company for the good experience. We will be back!
Tom’s Watch Bar is an amazing place to spend a Sunday — great energy, delicious food, and top-notch service. The Mediterranean Bowl was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. A special shoutout to Gabriel, our server, who made the experience even better! He was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was just right. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a great Sunday hangout with excellent food and service!
Had an awesome time at Tom’s Watch Bar! The food and atmosphere were great, but the highlight was our server, Jaelyn. She was super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out perfect. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests — such great energy the whole time. Definitely ask for her if you go!
If you find yourself in downtown Phoenix, this spot should be on your culinary itinerary especially given its prime location directly across from the Phoenix Arena. This review comes after my second visit, and both times the kitchen delivered memorable plates. On my first trip, we ordered the lobster and shrimp mac and cheese an indulgent, decadent dish with rich, creamy layers. While the shrimp felt like a pleasant but nonessential addition, the lobster shone and could have carried the dish on its own. On our return visit, the star of the menu made itself known: Tom’s Prime Rib Dip. Imagine a refined take on the classic French dip perfectly seasoned prime rib that leans slightly salty, paired with an au jus that is more reminiscent of a light, savory gravy. The balance works beautifully, with each bite offering depth and comfort in equal measure. I can’t speak for the rest of the menu, but these two dishes alone are reason enough to stop in. For anyone craving elevated comfort food with a twist, this place delivers.
Having traveled from out of town on business, I planned to attend a game at Chase Field and decided to dine at this restaurant beforehand. I am very pleased that I did, as, while it may not offer anything extraordinarily unique compared to other American bar restaurants, the food was exceptional. Despite my particular requests, they were very accommodating in customizing a crispy chicken burger and a cocktail for me. The service was also outstanding, prompt and attentive. The atmosphere was perfect, and the window view provided an excellent vantage point for observing the foot traffic during the game. I certainly intend to return if the opportunity arises.
Great new spot! Located in the heart of downtown Phoenix. This is truly the spot to be for any sports fanatic. Big screens, amazing quality food, family friendly, great customer service not to mention it’s a whole vibe. Definitely enjoyed this spot! You can hangout before, during or after a game and not feel like you’re missing out with all the screens to keep you in the know.
This establishment offers an excellent environment for viewing sports, complemented by numerous televisions. I also enjoyed the Korean BBQ wings, which were quite satisfactory.
Food was okay, friends got the wings “extra crispy and they didn’t even finish them they were soggy still. Nachos were bare and basic. the server did good at first but we got put to the back burner the more busy it got. They have no desserts basically. The vibe was cool tho, bunch of tvs (obviously) so whatever you’re going there to watch you’ll see it from every angle
It's a little odd a sports watch bar doesn't get NHL games... was disappointed. This is the reason I didn't give 5 stars. However, service was great, beer is cold, and there's plenty of screens if they are showing what you want to see.
The food items we got were okay. Not someplace we would pick to go to again. Good amount of tvs to watch sports on.
Food ok, probably priced reasonably in this particular economic climate. Going to run you $20-30 a plate easily. Ask for drink prices before ordering. We purchased a red bull alcoholic drink and did not ask for prices. I anticipated they would be expensive but 2 drinks were $47.00 just for the drinks. So for 2 people our bill came to $97.00 for 2 alcoholic drinks a cheeseburger and club sandwich. They also charge a 4% surcharge for “increased costs”. Others may find this a reasonable cost but we will not return. Our server very nice but never saw her after drinks and food served except towards end of meal. Had to ask another server for glasses of water. If you are going to charge me essentially $25.00 for one alcoholic drink, because it had 2 shots of alcohol according to waitress, then I better see you a couple times throughout meal.
Typical Downtown Phoenix resturant. Overhyped and overpriced. Got $9 805 beer and $10 well drink. We ordered a chicken and corn bread pancake to split. The pancake was interesting. Good but a little dry. The chicken was terrible though. The breading fell off with every bite so not battered well and overcooked so very chewy. Server was very nice but busy so we hardly ever saw him.
This was by far a terrible experience. We showed up about 2 pm on a Sunday. The bar is filled with TVs and every football game. The place is not full but they still have us standing at the door not being seated.. finally seated and a server says they will be right with us after waiting awhile. Only to continue to wait. Finally able to meet the servers and then ask and order drinks. Took forever to arrive. The food that we got was a hell of a waste of time. Chicken came out burnt and the portions were very small pieces of chicken. The flavors were not sub par. I will not go back to this place. I am a season ticket holder and this would have been. A good spot before games however the price is what's keeps them in them in business but I do see this place closing in the next 3 years.
Ordered the tacos, they came out lukewarm and the tortillas were chewy - the queso they came with was warmer than the meal itself. Waitress came by and asked if everything was okay, when I shook my head no she just walked away anyways. After bringing the check, took over fifteen minutes to actually take our payment. Truly terrible experience all-around.
The food has absolutely no flavor. The wings were fatty every bite and the nachos were okay. If you are only coming here for a game cool, for food eat before you get here if you are hungry lol
How crazy is it that this company will hide a review. I was just reading the other day about some employee being sexually harassed and I went to show some friends and what do you know, it’s been removed. Crazy. I hope it was a fake review and the person who wrote it deleted it IF IT WAS FAKE. If not, horrible business practice. Protect your employees at all costs.
What a joke. For a place that is supposed to specialize in watch parties they suck at it. First off, they were advertising 2 dollars off select drafts for this event, when we asked the server which drafts were on special we were told they weren't doing that. Even asked someone in her headset and was told no, not a thing. Well you advertised it but didn't honor it so that's crap. Then they didn't even get our match on until 30 minutes into it. Our food took 45 minutes, we were warned that the kitchen was backed up but the au jus that came with the prime rib dip had been sitting so long it had congealed into a solid jelly, so it was all cold food. We got one beer comped cus we had to wait more than 25 minutes for that. I guess I just had high expectations for a place that's supposed be the watch party place. Cold Beer and Cheeseburgers puts on WAY better watch parties. So go there unless you want shady false advertising, bad service, cold food and missing out on almost half the match you're there to watch.
My wife and I went to the Suns game on Halloween night stopped here to watch some of the baseball game. We ordered the crunchy chicken club sandwich to split. This thing was covered in oil between the both we barely finished half. We had to peel the coating off to eat. It was so busy and took a long time to get our food anyway so we just payed and left. Probably won’t be back again.
What a joke. EDITED TO 0 STARS. They replied to my review and asked me to reach out, so I did. They never responded…Worst customer service I have had the displeasure of receiving (or lack thereof) 2/10 - Don’t Recommend. Average sports bar, fine if you just want drinks and sports maybe. Food sucked - Burger was undercooked & tofu was frozen (Which was already a $4 up-charge for substituting) Service was mid at best. After they dropped the food, I waited 5 minutes to get my silverware to eat - even having gone to the hostess who didn’t have any.) SUPER disappointed and definitely won’t be back. If you’re going to a game at Chase Field I would avoid eating out before the game and just grab food there. Better food, same price.
You can tell all the 5Star reviews are done through either employees or people being threatened. Disgustingly overpriced food that is SUBPAR. This “new” management team is garbage. They obviously don’t know what they are doing. I’ve had high hopes for this place since they announced their grand opening. I’ve had one good experience and that was months ago. Obviously the previous leadership team knew what they were doing. You guys should try again with a different management team that knows how to lead a team because these guys obviously don’t know what they are doing. They obviously need to pay better attention to who they hire and how these employees act. Will NEVER come back to this disgusting establishment. I’ll be sure EVERYONE I know, knows to never come here. I’m a diamondbacks and Suns season ticket holder so I can say from experience that there’s WAY better places to go to. At least until they figure their stuff out at this horrible location.
Host and short waitress gave very hostile and uncomfortable experience. One hour before closing (11pm) the short waitress came over to ask if we needed anything else (not our waitress), I asked if we could get refreshments (non alcoholic) for our friends picking us up and said no and they would not be let in when Tom’s closes at 12am. Our waitress came shortly after to ask if there was anything else she could get for us, I let her know we wanted to get refreshments for our friends picking us and was super friendly and said since they were non alcoholic we could get them to go. When our friends got there the host said they couldn’t come in to the restaurant because they were getting ready to close (1 hour before closing time). Our friends when to go get us and the host followed them all the way to our table and said they can’t be in here. We let her know we were waiting for our to go drinks and said you guys can’t do that and repeated that our friends had to leave. Our waitress noticed how hostile the host was being and apologized for her behavior although it should have been the short waitress and host that should have apologized. We left and walked to Hanny’s since there was still an hour before closing (also 12am). Atmosphere and customer service was outstanding since the moment we walked in and were greeted by the host. Their kitchen was closed but still gave us freshly made complimentary fries. Our waitress at Tom’s was super friendly and extremely nice. As a Suns season ticket holder it’s easier to walk across, wait for traffic to die down and wait for a ride. I wish I would have got our waitress name to specifically ask for her but I don’t think I will be going back.
Came here to watch the football game and will NEVER come back here. I very rarely leave reviews even when having a bad experience because i work in the restaurant industry and know how it is but my experience here was HORRIBLE. My chicken sandwich came out raw. I sent it back just for it to come out burnt the second time. The whole restaurant was disgustingly dirty. Dirty floors, sticky tables, no AC in the building. Multiple customers were complaining about the heat, even our server mentioned that it was common that the AC doesn’t work. Bathrooms were absolutely disgusting with toilet paper all over the place and sewage smell. Food and drinks are stupid over priced for mediocre quality. $70 FOR A MARGARITA, doesn’t even come in a cute glass. It was not that busy and i overseen one of the mangers treating staff terribly. I feel extremely bad for employees here as it doesn’t look like a great work environment. First and last time coming to TWB and highly encourage others not to come here!
Stopped into Tom’s “watch bar” after a Suns game…it is more of a people-watching bar. They weren’t able to get most NBA games on the TVs, and the food tasted canned and heavily processed, more like something reheated than made fresh. The service, though, was fast and friendly, and both the hostess and our waitress were genuinely sweet. Unfortunately, the overall experience makes it harder for the staff to earn the great reviews they deserve.
Worst bar service I’ve ever experienced. We sat directly at the bar, face-to-face with the bartender, for the entire NFL playoff game and were never once asked if we wanted a drink. No greeting. No acknowledgment. Nothing. What made it even worse? She was actively serving people on BOTH sides of us the entire time—taking orders, making drinks, opening tabs—while we were completely ignored. For some reason, we just didn’t exist. The only drink we received was from the barback, once. Not from the bartender whose job it is to serve customers sitting at the bar. And before anyone makes excuses—it wasn’t even busy. There was absolutely no reason for this level of neglect. Sitting at a bar during a playoff game, watching everyone around you get served while you don’t, is unreal. To top it off, the bathrooms were disgusting—urine all over the floor and clearly not cleaned. If basic cleanliness can’t be maintained, that says a lot about the overall standards of this place. Completely unacceptable experience. We won’t be back.
I gave this location this rating not because of their food quality but their overall lack of hospitality. We were seated right away when my daughter and I arrived, but once seated, nothing. Not a hello, I'll be right with you or even some glasses of water. After 30 minutes of waiting, 2 times asking for assistance and watching other guests being attended to that were seated after us, we walked out. And we were not the only guests that left, I saw about 2 other parties leave their tables very upset. I'm really hoping it didn't have to do with the fact that we were Latinas and most of the guests were White. When leaving, I asked for managers name, which one of the hosts stated was Niki. I hope they improve their customer service going forward.
