We arrived with a table of six people. At first everything was going smoothly, but at a certain point the 30 orders we had placed stopped arriving. We tried to wait until 2:30 and were told the kitchen was closed. For €20 we ate two pieces of sushi.

The sushi was decent, but the service completely ruined the experience. The wait was interminable, the dishes were brought very late, and the dessert was served in unacceptable conditions: it was presented as inviting and well-prepared, but it arrived inedible and bore no resemblance to what was shown. When asked for an explanation, instead of taking responsibility, the staff insisted that it was "just like that," unwilling to make amends. The atmosphere was cold and unwelcoming, which made the evening even more unpleasant. A shame, because a little attention and professionalism would have been enough to make the place up to par.

There were six of us and we decided to have lunch here, but the experience was disappointing. All the sushi pieces were filled with rice and had almost no seasoning. The fish was of questionable quality and barely noticeable. We spent at least 20 euros each, but the value for money was poor. After ordering salmon sashimi, we were told they were out of stock, but that seemed like an excuse, since it's strange to think of a fish run out in a Japanese restaurant. Overall, the portions were unbalanced and the service was poorly executed. I wouldn't recommend it.

Had the AYCE menu. Food definitely sub-par in terms of quality and taste. Wait staff ok, but would definitely not call them "friendly". Expensive tap water (when it should be free). Would not recommend.

Sono rimasta molto delusa dalla mia esperienza in questo ristorante di sushi. Purtroppo i piatti sono arrivati con tempi di attesa davvero lunghi, nonostante il locale non fosse particolarmente pieno. Quando finalmente il cibo è arrivato al tavolo, era freddo, cosa inaccettabile soprattutto per alcune portate che dovrebbero essere servite alla giusta temperatura. Inoltre, nel locale non era accesa l’aria calda e si sentiva parecchio freddo, rendendo l’esperienza ancora meno piacevole. Mangiare sushi in un ambiente poco accogliente e con piatti freddi non è sicuramente il massimo. Mi dispiace lasciare una recensione negativa, ma credo sia importante segnalare questi aspetti affinché possano migliorare il servizio e l’attenzione verso i clienti.

We ordered ramen and it arrived incredibly spicy. I pointed out to the waiter that it wasn't listed as spicy on the menu, and he replied that the spicy stuff is in the packets they use! I mean, you're telling me you make broth with packets! And even if it were on the menu, it absolutely has to be stated that a food is spicy on the menu. Then we ordered meat dumplings and they arrived with half-empty dumplings with a tiny vegetable filling. I also pointed this out to the waiter and he replied that unfortunately they delivered these this week, so these are them! Poor food quality. I asked to speak to a manager, and he said it's not possible, okay, can I speak tomorrow? He said no, but I'm in charge today. If so, bye!

The staff was rude, the service was fast but not at all friendly! The quality of the fish was poor; nothing that arrived remotely resembled the photos on the tablet menu. Furthermore, some portions arrived small, others were excessively large. First and last time!

Nice playlist, good fortune cookies, good Coke Zero, good water (both sparkling and still), good edamame, good potato croquettes with smiley faces in the Eurospin bag, although a little greasy, Barilla spaghetti was good overall, and the frozen coconut was hard to go wrong. Apart from that, heartfelt compliments to the chef and all the staff for this culinary experience. After waiting about 40 minutes, we learned that the sashimi (and all the other sashimi-style salmon items) we ordered hadn't arrived. After asking for an explanation, the waiter (?) told us that he also needed the salmon for tomorrow, so they wouldn't serve it to us. All this with only four tables the entire evening. I don't recommend the miura nigiri with tuna, which is comparable to the best off-brand canned tuna available at Eurospin. The evening was also accompanied by two large cockroaches that kept scurrying around under our feet all evening. Not recommended.

I visited this restaurant with some friends, but unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. After sitting down and ordering a "barchetta" (a typical dish), we were told it would arrive shortly. We waited a long time, very patiently, but there was no sign of our order. We thought there had simply been a delay, so we inquired again. Again, we were told it would arrive shortly, but in reality, nothing ever arrived. After an excessive and completely unjustified wait, we decided to leave without having eaten anything. I find such a lack of organization and respect for customers unacceptable. No one apologized for the inconvenience, nor were we given a plausible explanation. It's truly a shame, because we had chosen this place with high expectations, but we were faced with disastrous service and zero attention to those who confidently sit at a table.
