pessimo. innanzitutto la cameriera coi capelli rossi e le trecce molto maleducata perché dopo averci viste sedute per un quarto d’ora ai tavoli esterni (ed essere venuta addirittura a pulirli) non ci ha avvisate del fatto che non venisse effettuato servizio al tavolo. questo è scritto su un depliant sui tavolini, ma avendo sicuramente intuito che non l’avessimo notato poteva avere l’accortezza e il buon senso di avvisarci. frappé alla fragola che sembrava più un latte colorato di uno sbiadito rosa, infatti hanno usato solo due fragole e il sapore aveva solo un leggero accenno del frutto. latte bianco, praticamente, fatto pagare 5.50€. l’ambiente, anche quello interno, è curato e piacevole, peccato per il personale e la poca cura del cliente.

Sono stata stasera solo per una bottiglietta d’acqua frizzante fredda. La barista giovane è stata molto maleducata e scortese, non avendo rispetto neanche di una signora come me, entrata con il sorriso. L’ha sbattuta sul bancone in malo modo e all’uscita non ha risposto al mio saluto. Non ci metterò mai più piede e lo sconsiglio.

Arriviamo circa alle 15 io e un mio amico e ci sediamo nei tavolini fuori, c’è una targhetta con scritto tipo “servizio al tavolo dalle 12 alle 16”: bene, ci stiamo dentro. Restiamo seduti circa 5 minuti e veniamo adocchiati più volte dal personale (non c’era poi così pieno). Trascorso altro tempo mi decido ad entrare ad ordinare e chiedo alla cameriera in cassa, gentilmente, “c’è il servizio al tavolo, giusto?”, sperando che una volta ordinato potessi andare a sedermi nuovamente. Inutile dire che ho ricevuto una risposta sarcastica e scocciata “ti dò il vassoio e te lo porti tu? :))))” mentre osservavo il cameriere che serviva a una tavolata di persone cappuccini e cioccolate. Mi spiace soltanto per il ragazzo al banco che è stato carinissimo e gentile, ma mi sono sentita IMBARAZZATA per il trattamento che mi ha riservato la signora che, evidentemente e leggendo le altre recensioni, sono anni che si sveglia con la luna storta. Servizio non valutabile perché è inesistente, o quantomeno per i clienti più giovani “che possono arrangiarsi e portarsi da soli il vassoio” Grazie e, se dovessi tornarci, mi pulite le scarpe e mi accendete anche una sigaretta, grazie.

Waitresses lost petting a dog. I have nothing against animals, but if there are customers waiting, they should be taken care of too. The lady in front of me, tired of the wait, left... and we almost did. The hygiene was lacking, as they then, very calmly, served the customers without washing their hands. Not to mention the friendliness...not even greeting customers...a smile would be a waste. Too much effort... The owner's luck is the location, certainly not the staff...I don't think they have regular customers... NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I ordered a simple coffee and, unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The coffee was truly low-quality, and even a splash of cold milk was added to the bill. Considering the service and the final result, I wouldn't return and I wouldn't recommend it.

Ordered a Chicken piadina and Pablito Bar e tabacchi. The table beside me arrived later and was served a plate of pasta right away. In the meantime I had to wait 30’ for a piadina and a plate of pasta. Trying to eat the piadina was like trying to eat greasy nuggets on two pieces of cardboard. Paid and left. Avoid it if you can. Went to another place called La Piadineria around the corner and got a regular grilled chicken piadina normal warm base with nice grilled chicken as writen in the menu.

I'm giving one star just to write a review. AWFUL food/service/ambiance!!!!! Go elsewhere!!! On Saturday, May 3rd, we wanted to give the bar another chance, but for the second time, I was wrong!!! The waitresses were inadequate, rude, and three of them couldn't do a thing! After 20 minutes at the counter (because obviously they get the receipt in no time), three of them served us (a beer, a water, an estathe), still getting the order wrong, and they were rude and gave us rude answers. I feel like telling the owner to "change the staff" or you'll have to close down!!!!

We stopped for a drink: a Coke (330ml can) and two waters. In addition to the terrible service, the price didn't match the signs posted on the refrigerator. We'll never set foot in there again.
