I primi eccezionali, la pasta alla carbonara la straconsigliata buonissima. Servizio cordiale e gentile avrei dato 5 stelle se non fosse che la cameriera ha sbagliato un ordine. Il posto è molto piccolo e risulta scomodo il passaggio nelle piccole brevi zone comuni madò comunque 5 stelle in ambiente perché è molto carino.

Ci ho mangiato oggi a pranzo con i miei familiari durante un weekend di soggiorno a Roma. Bel posticino. Personale gentile,cordiale e molto accogliente. Cibo delizioso:cacio e pepe da applausi,amatriciana sublime! Un doveroso plauso a Delia che è stata un tesoro nell’accogliere le mie richieste. Molto consigliati ☺️

Taverna del Seminario was such a lovely surprise. One of the waitresses won my heart from the start—kind, patient, and effortlessly attentive. Her warmth set the tone for the entire experience. The place itself feels cozy the moment you glance at it from the street; that soft, inviting glow almost pulls you in. Inside, it’s even better. For a spot so close to major tourist areas, the prices are impressively affordable, and every dish tastes genuinely good. The tiramisu, especially, was unforgettable—creamy, delicate, and easily one of the best I’ve had in Rome. I’d return in a heartbeat the next time I’m in the city.

We loved the food here and came back for a separate evening. Diavola pizza was amazing, the meatballs are to die for, ravioli and cacio e pepe highly recommended, and the blonde woman at the front was really polite and helpful, even giving us a bigger table for our multiple plates!

After visiting the Pantheon on a scorching day, we needed a place for lunch — and luckily, we found this charming spot just nearby. After a short five-minute wait, we were seated at a lovely table. My thanks to the wonderful lady managing the restaurant; she went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. The entire team was equally delightful — warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. P.S. I believe everyone has their own list of favorite dishes or places, and for me, when it comes to panna cotta, this is the place. It was, without a doubt, the best panna cotta I’ve ever tasted — incredibly creamy, refreshing, and perfectly balanced without being overly sweet. If you’re reading this, give it a try. And a heartfelt thanks to the one who created it

We were looking for a place where we could have authentic Italian pizza. We found it and were not disappointed. Their thin and spicy sauce was delicious. Besides pizza they also offer pasta in different styles. We tried one with pesto and another with tomato sauce. The Caesar’s salad was perfect. And for dessert we tried the tiramisu. The service was fast. The waiters were courteous and excellent service attitude. The prices are reasonable despite the fact they are just half a block from the Pantheon. Highly recommended.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is great, the service was nice and fast, and the quality of the food was very good for two dishes, but one dish was not cooked well. When paying, the dish that I did not like was deducted from the final bill, which impressed me with the wise management of the restaurant.

Unfortunately I couldn’t take any picture of the food, but it was so good! They quickly accommodated us no problem, we are 8. We ordered diavola pizza, margarita pizza, polpette Della nonna and I added pasta, maccheroni alla carbonara, pesto pasta, polpo arrosto, and bistecca di manzo, for dessert tiramisu and fruit salad. For being a very touristic place next to el Pantheon, the food is really really good! 💯 recommended

Trattoria al centro storico, a due passi dal pantheon, non male. Angusta, posti molto vicini l'uno all'altro. Ordinato una cacio e pepe (servita in una padella di plastica...), una carbonara, una pesto, un petto di pollo e un piatto di patatine sfoglia cacio e pepe (queste ultime le avremmo gradite se portate all'inizio, insieme allo spritz...). 70€

Accoglienza molto cordiale e cibo ben servito. Posizione perfetta, in quanto è vicino a tutti i principali monumenti della capitale. Tra cui il Pantheon a 50 metri. Qualità dei piatti buona. Nel complesso ti fa rimanere soddisfatto e i prezzi sono nella media per la zona considerata.

Siamo andati a mangiare una pizza e un dessert( tiramisù).Prodotti di buona qualità e servizio gentile.

Ottima esperienza! Abbiamo mangiato una delle migliori carbonare qui a Roma , ad un prezzo veramente ottimo. Come secondo abbiamo preso delle polpette al sugo che però a differenza del primo erano discutibili, un vero peccato perché il locale è pulito e il personale accogliente e disponibile.

Taverna del Seminario felt like a nice spot to escape the crowds, especially given its central location. While it wasn’t the best meal I had in Rome compared to other places I tried, the food was still yummy and well prepared. We enjoyed everything we ordered, and the overall experience was pleasant and relaxed. A good option if you’re looking for solid Roman food in a calmer setting. 🍝🇮🇹

Food was good: Pizza Capricciosa - tasty. Cacio e Pepe del Seminario - was recommended by waiters, but unfortunately nothing special. House wine - delicious! Tiramisu - good. Atmosphere was nice, but tables are very close to each other and it seemed like double-date😅

Stopped by for a quick snack, ordered their polpettine, was a bit on the dry side. The sauce was nice and acidic. Good location, beside the pantheon. Beware of a service/dine in charge.

Nice place. We tried 2 dishes from here. 1) Cacio e Pepe del seminario - This is the one which was recommended. But for us it was ok ok taste. 2) Spaghetti all' Arrabbiata - This was our favorite dish and made our evening much better . Over all a good place to try. Worth it.

Appetizers were great. We had the chips and caprese salad. Neither of us thought our main entrees were that good. My husband had the carbonara and I had the chicken cacciatoria. (It was chicken wings and tomatoes. The wings were stewed, sticky, and hard to eat. ) the carbonara was much better than the cacciatoria, though. They also charge you for water, which is the norm, and isnt a problem. Except here it is just a bottle of tap water, so you can't take any leftover with you when you are done with your meal and are headed back into the heat.

A cool little place with nice seating and pretty good food. The ravioli with spinach in tomato sauce is a winner and was done so well. Had the grilled octopus with mashed potato but they cab it something pie. They charge per head EUR1.5 for water, bread , so no need to order any still or sparkling , just ask for tap.

First of all, this taverna smells so nice! The service is friendly. Very nice place. We ordered the fresh potato chips - delicious and highly recommend - and 1 pasta and 1 pork cutlet. The pizza was fresh and nice but didn’t have a big rise as expected with the sign saying it was 48hrs fermented. The pork cutlet was nice but quite dry but the wedges were fresh and crunchy.

Siamo stati a mangiare qui in modo informale e l’esperienza è stata positiva. Abbiamo preso due supplì all’amatriciana gustosi, seguiti da una pizza margherita e una pizza funghi e salsiccia, entrambe ben condite e con un impasto leggero. Prezzi buoni e in linea con la qualità offerta. Servizio cordiale e atmosfera tranquilla, ideale per una cena senza troppe pretese ma soddisfacente.

Diciamo così così, a mio avviso indicato più che altro per gli stranieri che vengono a visitare Roma. Locale molto carino, cibo da battaglia, servizio giustamente adeguato al posto………. Visito Roma mangio e non torno mai più. Non so se rendo l’idea

Non sono solito fare recensioni negative e tengo a precisare che non è assolutamente una questione di razzismo. Il cibo non è cattivo, ma definirlo buono è un’altra cosa: nella media, senza particolari meriti. Detto questo, se entro in un locale romano, mi aspetto romanità, accoglienza e calore, non un servizio scadente. Purtroppo l’esperienza è stata diversa: servizio poco curato, bagni non adeguatamente forniti (mancavano salviette e sapone) e personale visibilmente scazzato, percepibile fin dall’ingresso. Peccato, perché con più attenzione e un atteggiamento diverso l’esperienza potrebbe migliorare molto. Al momento, non lo consiglio.

Siamo stati qui per cena e l'impatto è stato subito caotico. Purtroppo, la gestione degli spazi è pessima: i tavoli sono talmente vicini da sembrare uniti, annullando ogni privacy. Per quanto riguarda il cibo siamo rimasti delusi, la qualità dei piatti non ci ha soddisfatti per nulla. Ci è stato dato anche un bicchiere sporco. Inoltre, il bagno lo abbiamo trovato in condizioni di sporcizia inaccettabili. L'unica nota positiva è stata la cameriera con capelli corti e ricci, che si è dimostrata gentile e disponibile. Peccato, non ci torneremo.

He didn't give me a knife when eating, even oil, vinegar and olive oil. They didn't give it to us. I suggest you don't come to this kind of restaurant service, especially tourists.
