Beautiful salads! Just what we needed on a hot day and being overwhelmed by pizza/pasta for the last few days. Salads were fresh, with Italian ingredients. Would recommend

Delicious and not expensive. You can sit outside and it's not so busy like other places in Rome. Really recommend the Avocade and ham sandwich!

Nice little cozy shop with knowledgable staff who are willing to help you get thru your thirst, cure your flu and have a little conversation while you do your sipping business. They make paninis to order too.

Incredible lunch spot. The panini is great and you get to choose a meat and filling. I also had the estratti which was so refreshing. Highly recommend.

Small but great place! A panini costs around 3-4€ and you are able to customize it. Also there is a huge selection for smoothies and juices for a good price (again around 4€ for a big glass). We can totally recommend it! It was delicious.

A very nice and friendly place to stop by for a fresh salad or a smoothie! A friend of mine recommended it for their fresh buffalo mozzarella, which they get straight from the farmer. I took a salad with it and indeed, it was creamy and full of flavour. They also have a nice variety of smoothies and a boy working there kept on smiling despite the fact that it took me a while to choose which juice to order.

Nice place for a good and fresh juice. Prices are great for what you get. Definitely worth going if you need to cleanse your body after eating Italian for days. 🍏

Posto fantastico per un pranzo tranquillo e salutare, le insalate sono ottime e c'è sempre molta scelta, oltre alla possibilità di mixarle. Le spremute o le centrifughe sono freschissime e anche i panini ben fatti, tutto ciò condito dalla simpatia e cordialità degli esercenti. In tutto ciò questa piccola perla nel rione Sant Eustachio rimane uno dei posti con il miglior rapporto qualità prezzo nel centro storico di Roma per un pranzo o uno snack salutare

One of the BEST SANDWICH SHOPS in Roma. You pick your bread, build your sandwich and enjoy the savory delicious flavors. Fresh toasted bread, freshly sliced meats, freshly prepared toppings and ingredients. It doesn’t get any better. 10/10. (Better come early though, they sell out pretty quickly!)

From the very first step inside, we felt a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The service was truly excellent. We initially asked for a cortado, and when the waiter said it wasn’t available, we ordered an espresso instead. A few minutes later, the barista personally came to our table with a cortado, saying, “I hope we’ve met your expectations — we made it especially for you for the first time.” That level of care and genuine hospitality is rare and truly wonderful. A place that clearly values its guests — we’ll definitely be back.

My personal yes is when you ask for a glass of wine, and they literally bring you a full glass of wine haha looove it! The food is very good too!❤️

Des supers jus de fruits inventifs et rafraichissants. Un choix de salades très satisfaisant avec des produits frais et de saison. Un régal. Sans oublier l'accueil charmant et souriant.

Sin duda un lugar para comer saludable y delicioso por muy buen precio. Comimos un bocadillo de porcheta con aguacate que estaba increíblemente bueno. Tienen también ensaladas, todo se ve fresco del día.

Meatball sub had a glorious depth of flavour and delicious bread and the make your own juice was beautiful. The salads looked incredible, as did the other paninis. Way better than the place next door!

Absoluter Insindertipp! Es gibt verschiedene frische Brötchen, die nach belieben mit gutem Fleisch und frischen Salaten belegt werden, für nur 4 Euro. Auch zu empfehlen, frisch gepresste Säfte für 4 Euro.

Scoperto per caso mentre da romana doc cercavo un posto non turistico per un pranzo rapido downtown! Non lascio mai recensioni, ma poter bere una centrifuga espressa e mangiare un' insalata gourmet servita con educazione e semplicità ad un prezzo " sottocosto" per i prodotti freschi con un olio evo come se fossi a casa mia..,.beh mi fa ben sperare per i pellegrini che verranno ma soprattutto per noi che qui ci viviamo. Non a caso la clientela è composta in maggioranza dai lavoratori e business man della zona (anche per un panino take away..)

Cercavamo cibo sano e ottimo , siamo stati pienamente accontentati, il locale piccolino ma con ampia scelta di tantissimi prodotti freschi. Non la solita insalata ,puoi creartela tu a tuo piacimento . I due proprietari super disponibili e attenti , in zona centralissima , e molto strategica per visitare i monumenti più conosciuti. E il tutto con prezzi super contenuti . Assolutamente da andare

Posto carino ed accogliente, specie per uno spuntino veloce e nutriente... Abbiamo mangiato davvero bene e il succo era fresco e dissetante!!

Prima volta. Locale molto piccolo con dei tavolini fuori. L’insalata che ho preso era ottima gli ingredienti freschi e buoni. Da quello che mi hanno spiegato i ragazzi che ci lavorano, le proposte sono diverse ogni giorno, si possono vedere sul bancone e puoi scegliere di mettere tutto quello che desideri per comporre la tua insalata. Insalata 9€. Panini e smoothies non li ho ancora provati, vi aggiorno

Per panini non so ma insalata 5 euro ma pochi ingredienti. Soprapprezzo per 4 pezzettini di avocado ma quasi tutta rucola. Se vuoi spendere poco e mangiare un insalata del tutto X allora ok
