Locale molto carino e suggestivo al suo interno, servizio ottimo e carbonara fantastica! Consiglio

Se cercate un posto a Roma dove mangiare bene e fare bella figura, Verso Sera è una scelta azzeccata. Io e la mia ragazza ci siamo stati l’altra sera e ci è piaciuto un sacco. Abbiamo iniziato con una gricia e un’amatriciana, entrambe fatte come si deve, e poi abbiamo provato (ovviamente fatti da loro) i tagliolini al tartufo, che erano super cremosi e pieni di sapore. Ma il pezzo forte è stata la carne: abbacchio scottadito buonissimo e soprattutto la costata da 750g servita su pietra rovente. Arriva al tavolo ancora sfrigolante, una figata da vedere e ancora meglio da mangiare. E la qualità si sente eccome, visto che la carne arriva direttamente dalla macelleria di famiglia proprio di fronte al ristorante. Essendo un’enoteca, ci hanno consigliato dei vini perfetti per accompagnare la cena, passando da un bianco per i primi a un rosso bello intenso per la carne. Si vede che ci tengono a far star bene i clienti. Insomma, bella atmosfera, cibo top e servizio attento. Sicuramente un posto dove tornare! Da un romano doc, un applauso a tutto lo staff!!

Abbiamo condiviso una bottiglia di Vino da un vigneto locale. Abbiamo mangiato bruschette di acciughe e mozzarella per il nostro primo piatto (così delizioso che ho dimenticato di fare una foto!) Poi un'insalata Caesar (visto che abbiamo visto dove è morto oggi), poi Carbonara e tagliatelle al tartufo. E naturalmente, tiramisù per dessert! Altamente raccomandato! We shared a bottle of Vino from a local vineyard. We had anchovy and mozzarella bruschetta for our first course (so delicious I forgot to take a picture!) then a Caesar salad (since we saw where he died today), then Carbonara and truffle tagliatelle. And of course, tiramisu for dessert! Highly recommend!

This place is very peaceful. They are incredibly attentive. I felt at home. I will come again. The food and wine were excellent. Karin and the other staff are very friendly. Questo posto è molto tranquillo. Sono incredibilmente attenti. Mi sono sentito a casa. Tornerò di nuovo. Il cibo e il vino erano eccellenti. Karin e l'altro personale sono molto amichevoli. Esperienza ottima, da turista hai sempre paura delle recensioni e delle sorprese poco piacevoli. Invece un posto molto bello, cibo ottimo, personale attento e gentile, ottima cantina. E Victoria, malgrado la giovanissima età, davvero brava, attenta, competente e... simpatica! Una bellissima prima serata a Roma. Bravi!

Sono venuta a cena con amici , ci siamo trovati benissimo, tutto buono. Mak ci ha consigliato benissimo il vino , e i primi piatti strepitosi. Torneremo sicuramente! Anche il direttore è stato molto accogliente e gentile. Esperienza che sicuramente ripeteremo! Amatriciana pazzesca!

Ottimo ristorante di cucina romana tradizionale e qualche interessante alternativa. Scelte di pasta anche per celiaci. Buona selezione di vini. Accoglienza e servizio ottimi, attenti e cordiali. A pranzo atmosfera tranquilla, decor particolare molto carino. Centralissimo ma un po' nascosto.

We enjoyed this space for our entire trip, especially the fried artichoke which the wonderful staff taught us how to eat! We came back every day and enjoyed the atmosphere and the company of everyone that worked there! Truly made our trip! Verso Sera is a charming hidden gem tucked away in the cozy Piazza del Biscione, just steps from the lively Campo de’ Fiori. The location feels quintessentially Roman — elegant square with outdoor tables, flowers on the tables, and a peaceful vibe as the sun sets. Inside, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, blending the feeling of a trattoria with that of an upscale enoteca.  The staff is attentive, friendly, and very knowledgeable, especially when helping pick wines.

I stopped into Verso Sera today and had such a great experience. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the service was absolutely wonderful. Sophia took care of me and she was so warm, friendly, and attentive the entire time. She really made the meal feel special. The food was incredible — you can tell Luigi puts a lot of heart into the cooking. Everything was fresh, simple, and full of flavor in that classic Roman way. If you’re in the area and want a delicious meal with genuinely kind service, I highly recommend Verso Sera. I’ll definitely be back!

An absolute gem in the heart of Campo dè Fiori! This authentic Italian family spot delivers mouthwatering dishes that’ll make your taste buds dance. The carbonara was heavenly! perfectly creamy and tasty. The artichokes awesome, the straccetti di manzo melted in my mouth, the filetto di manzo was divine, and even the tripe was sensational. Honestly, every pasta and meat dish here is nothing short of spectacular. But what truly made the experience unforgettable for us was the impeccable service: Francesca and Mateo treated us like family (just with considerably better cooking than we have at home!). This place is pure magic.

This place is absolutely amazing!! We came here on my mother’s birthday weekend and we couldn’t be happier! The food was amazing! We ordered multiple entrees and they were all spectacular. Homemade pasta was amazing and cooked perfectly. The entire staff at the restaurant were so nice and accommodating with our group. Victoria was our server and she was extremely helpful and sweet. Her menu recommendations were 100% spot on. She was so nice and attentive to such a degree that it completely elevated our experience. We will definitely be returning here in the future when we return to Rome.

Stopped by Verso Sera for lunch and it turned out to be such a lovely find! The carbonara was perfectly creamy and flavorful, one of the best I’ve had in Rome. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere felt calm and authentic — perfect for a slow lunch away from the crowds. Definitely a place I’d come back to next time I’m in Rome!

Fantastic spot - excellent vibes. Initially, we had a reservation down the street, it this corner area invited us right in. The hostess and owner saw we thought our table was too bright, so they brought us out our own table, new, in a top spot! It felt very special and very traditional, family-run restaurant. This place was fantastic- highly recommend…..rabbit was excellent, tiramisu best in Rome!

Authentic lovely food quick lunch - surrounded by locals having lunch midweek. Chatted to the manager Matteo and learned this is one of the last family Enoteca’s in Piazza Biscione butcher across the way. Coming back for dinner for the recommended Zucchini flower and Olive antipasti, Carbonara anti-pasti, and the Oxtail secondi.

On our last night in Rome we were looking for a special place. And we passed many restaurants, but when we walked by restaurant Vero Sera at the Square Biscione, we knew this was it! A real Italian family business, high quality dishes and excellent service. The food was wonderful, from bruschetta to pasta to the Beef with Truffle, to die for! and the new desserts. The best Roman and Italian food I had during my stay. Wait staff put up with my English patiently and offered great wine recommendations for the dinner. The manager Matteo was very attentive and created a homey atmosphere. Everything is homemade; I’m sure you won’t be disappointed!

We happened to stop here, and we're very surprised at how good the food is. We had the rabbit and beef strip and the sampler appetizer. The fried artichoke is delicious! It was all so tasty and fresh! Highly recommend this place.

We had a lovely meal here outside on the enclosed patio. Service was excellent and just right, atmosphere was unpretentious, and the food was fresh and flavorful. We had the eggplant parmigiana and the ravioli, both made with homemade pasta. Tiramisu was also delicious.

Abbiamo mangiato molto bene. Locale e menù tipicamente romani; noi iabbiamo preso un'amatriciana e i saltimbocca alla romana, entrambi ottimi (solo un po' scarna la porzione dei saltimbocca). Personale molto gentile e tempi di attesa giusti. I prezzi invece li ritengo troppo alti, infatti senza lo sconto di The Fork non so se saremmo venuti.

Abbiamo ordinato tre piatti di pasta, tra cui una carbonara e una cacio e pepe. I piatti erano buoni. Purtroppo ci sono stati alcuni ritardi nel servizio. Nel complesso una cena piacevole.

I love this restaurant. The food is always simple and good. I came alone tonight and they couldn’t seat me outside but it was still delicious. The wine pours are generous—as is the amaro!

The staff and service was very attentive, yet not overbearing. The starting is ruched away a bit, nice place to sit outside and have a drink or enjoy a meal. The steak was cooked nicely. A bit tough here and there, yet excellent flavor and I could tell it was a top notch cut of beef.

Maybe we went on an off day, but the food was just okay. It wasn’t bad at all!! However, it wasn’t even close to being as amazing as the other reviews would suggest. The pasta did not feel home made, the sauces were meh. Service was nice tho! Edit: Haha love the “answer” from the restaurant, we can make it funny, but I was just being honest. Okay food, had a million times better at a different restaurant, it is what it is, I’m sure someone else has a different opinion and thinks the food at this restaurant is top notch. Agree to disagree, me and my party weren’t big fans.

Io e le mie amiche siamo state a pranzo qui dopo aver visto le belle recensioni. Abbiamo ordinato 2 fiori di zucca (quelli buoni) 1 supplì a testa (che purtroppo mancava di cremosità e carattere) e infine 4 amatriciane e qua abbiamo avuto una amara delusione. Siamo state costretta nonostante fossimo veramente dispiaciute e in imbarazzo a rimandare indietro i piatti perché la pasta era crudo. Senza dubbio il sugo era molto buono però la pasta attenzione alla cottura.. sono stati comunque molto gentili a risolvere il problema riportando i 4 piatti che però a sua volta erano i medesimi che noi avevamo mandato via semplicemente leggermente più cotti. Senza dubbio sono contenta che il cibo non sia stato buttato però al comtempo un trattamento migliore sarebbe stato più gradito. Dobbiamo menzionare che però non ci hanno fatto pagare il servizio.

Food was not very good, nor was the service. The was a very nice woman drawing people in who did a good job explaining the food dishes, but that was about the extent of the positives. Many good restaurants in Rome, I'd recommend somewhere else.
