Honestly I went here like a year ago, I was on my lunch from work and I was with my girlfriend at the time and we stressed out about something important at the time, and ngl we each took one bite of our sandwiches and immediately forgot about what we were stressed about and not a day went by where I didn't think about those sandwiches, anywayz, today, as I took my bite of my sandwich ans I had a "thats so raven moment" and it hit me, Mayra made that sandwich

Mayra was the only employee working and regardless of it being busy she maintained calm and extremely polite!

Employee helped me with a reward, was super helpful and nice. Will definitely come back again!!!

I made small catering order over the phone to be ready at 5pm. When I arrive on time order wasn't ready or started to prepare it. I asked person in charge to cancel order. Next I notice on my credit card account I was charge for full amount of order. I call store . Had no idea what happen I ask for manager or owner # but they refuse to gave any info. Now I am charge for bill that I didn't received. Food is good but service extremely terrible.

This place offers anything but customer service. The woman of middle age and the younger one were a perfect duo, a terrible one. While the former seemed to have been ravaged by chronic migraines or over consumption of carbs with a contorted face, the latter one clearly didn’t want to linger a moment longer with customers, before communications settled, holding a broom as if she could disappear. Their demeanor suggested they might be better suited for some place else, like a zoo or pet shelter, where less or different kinds of customers, they could have a full display of their antics.

My Sub was delicious as I did choose what was on it. I was very unsatisfied with the service. There were only one other guest besides me order. They took an extremely long time to prepare one Sub for me. The servers were hard of hearing and very slow. It wasn't to my knowledge until I reached paying that the servers were new employees and seemed that still in training. Never the less, new employees should not look unhappy and slow when serving guest.

There's only one person working Glenda,and you ask for something or need the bathroom she's not very friendly when you ask for it.

The lady Mayra need to be retrained or something she is super slow. She does not know how to take orders for Super Bowl.

Went to subway to have dinner and it ended up being the worst subway to stop at, the worker Dulce basically made the sandwich to her liking by putting all the wrong things and still had the audacity to catch an attitude when was told about her mistakes. Dulce then proceeded to make faces to my partner when we did not know what was the issue. There’s 3 Subways in Pico Rivera, trust me don’t come to this one!!!

Stay away from this location service is bad we where there for about 7 min no one greeted us as we walked in there wasent a single customer food was just terrible chicken was all soggy and cold both sandwiches i got where bad couldnt even eat half of the 6inch and i had gotten a footlong worst subway i ever been to

I was the only customer when I entered the restaurant and was not acknowledged until 4 minutes of standing for someone to begin my order. There were three workers at the time. Ended up not ordering and went to another location instead.

Frequent customer at other Subway locations. Stopped here on my way from work and would not recommend. I ordered a BLT and they didnt want to give it to me bcuz they said they were in the process of taking of the menu. I also ordered a Tuna sandwich. They asked me if I wanted extra tuna before they served me which was odd. Then I saw they serving scooper and it made sense. It was the smallest I've ever seen. I've never even seen one that small at other Subways before. Barely had enough tuna to spread in the sand which. To top it off my two sandwiches came out to 19$. I also overheard a customer try to order a specialty sandwich to which they told him he can not get a footlong only six inch. Stay away. They really try to nickel and dime you at this location. Sad.

Lady who took my order switched the order. Other customers had the same problem with her as well. Geez if you can't multi task or follow instructions, find another job!😠She didn't even apologize. She spoke to another coworker in Spanish as though i was in the wrong."

Charging extra for cheese is absolutely nuts, a sandwich shop charging for cheese is like an ice cream parlor charging extra for the cold air that keeps the ice cream solid. This is truly absurd and I am frankly overwhelmingly disappointed with this.
