Great customer service. I usually get protein style but this time I tried grilled onions and extra pickles. It was delicious. I like my fries on the soft side my children like them crispy. I tried some they were actually quite tasty. They cook your food the way you like it. They really do aim to please. Very good meal.

Customer service is amazing like all the in n outs. But man it was freezing!!! I asked if they could turn the temperature up but they explain how it was set at a fixed temp. I had to eat in my car. Other than that no issues.

If you've never had the classic California food chain and happen to be in this area give In-N-Out a try and find out what the fuss is. It's worth it. This location is always packed inside as well as the drive through, but the staff here moves rapidly. I was order #40 and they had barely called order #23 then within 5 mins they called my order. I've never encountered any type of problems with the service or the food. Great location with a staff that moves quickly and always gets the correct order.

Keep in mind this place is never empty ! But they have excellent customer service . Especially in the drive through , and how quickly they control the lines by coming out to take orders to your car ! The food is great always

Best place for a quick burger! The long line night look a little daunting but have no fear! The order takers work themselves up the line and it goes by quick. I waited a total of 15 minutes from start to finish today around 600pm. When you want something that hits the spot after a long day of work inNout is my favorite place to take the family.

I’m from Washington State and every time I come to California, I NEED to have In-N-Out. This was the very first location I ever went to, to try In-N-Out, and it did not disappoint at all. Not only were they pretty fast compared to some of the other locations nearby, they also got our orders all correct and everything was absolutely delicious. We seriously need one of these in Washington State… PLEASE come up here!!!!

I usually go in to fast food restaurants to check it out to see if its clean. Its got to pass my inspection or I will pass on eating there. I am happy to say that they passed with flying colors. They were busy as are most of the in n outs, however the employees were busy working like one big machine making my dining experience great! As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the associates. The cashier Danny was very helpful and offered us water cups which was nice. Annette was very nice to our children she gave them free stickers and hats which they loved.

Always busy, like 20 cars deep in the drive thru busy but they're very efficient, insanely friendly, almost flawless at their jobs, and that's each position. The Pico location is an amazingly well oiled machine. I have never once come across an employee here that doesn't make you happy you chose In n Out for dinner.

In-N-Out is by far my favorite burger spot of all time and this spot doesn’t disappoint. I had the double double combo, animal and protein style with a lemonade. Same great taste and quality as the other In-N-Outs I’ve been to and it was delicious. Overall an excellent lunch and customer service was excellent as usual with the drive thru being smooth and easy. I’d definitely come back to this spot again to try their other menu items.

This In N Out used to be great. I had an issue here a long time back which was resolved with great satisfaction by their customer service department but the other day I went in and an old man supposedly had been waiting for an hour for his order and he was definitely agitated. I don't know if he had been waiting for that long so who knows but given my past experience here it could be possible. The employees are always nice, sometimes things happen and we just have to roll with it. My order was great except the fries were a little dry for both my wife and myself.

In-n-Out burgers are good from any of their locations. I asked for light onion and I got light onion. The meat was cooked to perfection and the fries were very fresh. The cashier was polite ad the atmosphere was good but a little overcrowded.

This place is called In-N-Out. Been IN here for 1 hr, aNd still haven't gotten OUT! Other than that I like their food, puppy paddies are good and cheap, order some with cheese!

The moment I walk in, I notice how little space remains. Usually, when ever I go to in n out there's always a whole lot of people. I'm lucky to have sat a few times in their tables. The burger was good. It was my first time trying this restaurant chain and I thought it was an average burger for a fast food. I did really appreciate it being wrapped very well though. One thing I absolutely did not like was the very think fries as they were not warm but also very dry.

They messed up on my order on back to back visits. The first time it was just a burger for myself, I asked for no lettuce but it was included in my burger. The second time I asked for raw onion and none were placed in my burger. My friend asked for grilled onions and he was given none in his. We both commented to each other how it was surprising for In-N-Out to mess up on orders. Yes first world problems, I know. But people go to In-N-Out because they expect quality. And having three incorrect orders in back to back visits is quite telling. I just really hope this isn’t the new norm for them and quality is starting to drop.

I been going to in n out for years and eat it probably twice a week and today I stopped at this spot in pico Rivera and got my usual double doubles and not going to lie burgers did not have the in n out flavor...meat tasted exactly like jack n box I would recommend any other in n out but this one they doing something funny with the meat!!!

The slowest in n out in California. was in the drive through with 3 other cars in front. THATS ALL. not long after they opened & they took 23 minutes to get us served & out of the line. To be honest was called out for coming in through the plaza to get into the drive in. I believe it was the manager who gave me attitude because I did so yet no sign is put there to inform customers. Yet other cars did the exact same thing , yet she only gave me remark and attitude . She also Rudely talked to the young lady taken the orders as if it is her fault . Next time have signs or some sort of message directing cars and employees to come in the right way .
