The food is tasty but ungodly expensive. To get full, I would probably need to buy over $30 of food Chalupas are insanely good when they're made right, but expensive like everything else at TacoBell :(

It pains me to give a 3 star review but I have no other choice. Definitely do not come here expecting any capable customer service. I checked in with my mobile order, and the cashier simply nodded at me instead of tapping anything on the screen. After minutes of waiting (for fast food 🤷🏽‍♂️) I checked again and she said the order isn’t on the screen, and to make sure I chose the right Taco Bell store (I did). Then the manager stepped in, and instead of admitting any mistake, said that my order ‘wasn’t checked in.’ Lol obviously! Anyways, the lack of accountability, even from the part of the manager, gives me no choice but to give 3 stars when the food is usually 4.

Great service and friendly staff, except for this old woman who is apparently manager in there. She is literally a trash of person, I didnt like at all the way she treats the employees. Like mom, have some professionalism and don't treat the employees wrong in front of people. I was here yesterday and I made the guy who was taking my order a small joke about my name and we laughed, she saw us and went to him and yelled saying "go clean that up right now". She doesn't deserve to be there at all.

I showed up at 11:10, AND I WAS HUNGRY AFTER SOME WORK and when I arrived the lights were on, there were people in the drive through, but when I parked and approached the building, the employee made eye contact with me AND LOCKED THE DOOR IN MY FACE. SHE THEN WAVED AT ME AND DID A MOTION I CAN ONLY EXPLAIN AS SHOOING ME AWAY LIKE A STRAY. Its 11:22 as im posting this in my car, foodless, hungry, and disappointed. Why close an hour early when the hours ON YOUR WORKS DOOR clearly states you close at 12!! Its a middle of the week non holiday, I have a picture of the food I did not receive and was unjustly denied.

I had a horrible experience here last night, I couldn’t believe the level of unprofessionalism. I came in close to closing to buy food & use the bathroom, I asked the workers if they wanted me to order my food first & they said no. I then when to the bathroom and they cut the lights off on me so I was using the bathroom in the dark for minutes, I was yelling for assistance for no help to ever come, my wife then had to call the store to let them know I was in there in the dark and the lady who picked up the phone told my wife “We are trying to close so that’s why the light is off” WOW so they were fully aware that I was in the bathroom and they shut the lights off. My wife had to ask the lady several times to turn the lights back on. After this I didn’t want to make a purchase anymore because how rude can you be to a paying customer trying to use the bathroom.

My 7 yr old started his order with a lady in the middle of the order she walked away 2 mins later another came up to compete the nothing was right and I paid for guacamole this what I got

2nd visit and the two girls have the most meanest attitudes. I've seen 3 customers get ignored. 1 girl worker/preparing the food ignored everyone asking for help or to order. I've ordered and paid for my order to be a specific way and she makes it the opposite. This place needs new employees.

11:25 June 23 the girl was just rude as eff for no reason I ordered politely and that wasn’t enough for her. She wanted a tip not to work on Sundays or whatever she doesn’t understand that we all payed our dues in life

I came to have breakfast with my husband here and when we came in it was about 845 in the morning, when we walked in there wasn’t anyone at the register to take our order, we were paying cash so we were standing there for about 15 minutes waiting till some one came there was a working who was making the food who had seen us standing there but did not acknowledge us there was also a working who was working the drive thru window who also seen us and did not acknowledge us as well. We were about to leave and that’s when the worker who was working the drive thru told us to used the tablet to take our order but she basically told us from the drive thru window my husband asked if it accepted Cash and she said yes. Once we were done ordering she came over and asked if we were done but kind of with an attitude. After we got our food and senior citizen came in to order food again no one was in the front to greet him and no one let him know to use the tablet he was there for about 5 minutes before the same worker came when the same annoyed look on her and took his order. I never had experience this at a Taco Bell I understand it was early in the morning and they might have been short staffed but at least let the customers know to use the tablet to order instead of just having them stand around waiting while the workers just look and not say anything.
