NORMS is great! I got the steak and eggs and vegetables. The basics are amazing. The service was frequent and friendly. It was a perfect spot to have a nice conversation and meal with my friend before heading to work.
Don't be fooled with the long line. This place works fast. Everyone there is highly efficient and friendly. Food is consistently delicious
Breakfast with my favorite ladies. My wife, mother, and sister. Coffee all the way around. We started with an entre of chicken wings, mom had a craving for them. They were ok in my opinion. A little too saucy. Kinda sour. Veggie omelette with pancakes for mom. My wife had chicken fried steak with scrambled eggs light and a side of french toast. My sister had the hamburger with fries. I ordered the Lumberjack with all sausage eggs over easy with pancakes. Everything was delicious. It's was very busy but the service was excellent. Can you ever go wrong with Norms? I recommend this spot, been here many times. 12/25/25 Here for Christmas with my mom and Sister. The food and service was great. Merry Christmas everyone. God bless you and yours!

Norma’s never disappoints. The food is always on point — fresh, flavorful, and served exactly the way you want it. The service? Absolutely awesome. They treat you like family the moment you walk in. It’s one of my go-to spots with my mom on Friday mornings, and every visit feels like a little tradition we get to keep adding to. Great vibes, great people, great food
Had a late Thanksgiving lunch at the counter today and was blown away by the kindness I overheard. There was a man sitting next to me who I guess had been there since about 2am. Throughout the conversation it was clear that the man was unhoused and maybe a regular at this location. The manager, Betty, came up to him and told him over and over again how much she appreciated him being there, let him know he could stay as long as he wanted, and emphasized that this Norms was his home and he was always welcome there. I’m so proud to have someone like her as part of our Pico Rivera community.
I had a great experience overall at the Norms located on 4422 Rosemead Blvd. in Pico Rivera. My daughter and I felt very satisfied with the food and especially the service Lupita, our server, gave us. She was very attentive and took great care of us. Definitely will be back for the food, but also to see Lupita as her fast, attentive service, attitude cheerfulness too.
Me and my husband came here since our day wasnt going smoothly as we had hoped for. We were treated with kindness and friendliness as soon as we walked into the door, we were greeted. We experienced excellent service when it came to our server abner lopez. He helped us with our meals and helped us when it was time to check out. The food was so tasty too. I had the chicken tenders with fries and also had the cheescake and it was so delicious. The setting of the restaurant was very smooth with music playing in the background made my experience memorable. Me and my husband had fun and thanks to all the staff for making our experience fun
Abner Lopez at Rosemead location has given exceptional performance and service to my wife and I today. This kind of service is something that you rarely see outside of a gourmet restaurant. 12/10 service thank you Abner for providing a memorable experience for my wife and I !
Jojo was the best waiter. We were there at 2am hungry and tired from work and nursing a headache, hoping to get a quick meal and go. Only one section was open but because one of us needed a regular table, Jojo was quick to accommodate that need even the other section was closed. He opened it for us. Food was satisfying and we went home with a happy experience.
I absolutely enjoyed my first time here with my son. The food was cooked perfectly and the portions were just right. Service was excellent and will definitely be coming back soon again
Always love a good Norms breakfast…. Adriana here at the Pico location is the best waitress and always takes good care of us with our food and service. We appreciate her here at Norms.
Eden Hair definitely brought back some childhood memories. I haven’t eaten at Norm’s in years. I had the breakfast plate for dinner and it was simply delicious. The restaurant is well maintained and very clean. Customer service was very good.
My first time on this location. Service Sunday night was very good. Food was good, NY steak was juicy and in the perfect term. Guys were gentle. Soup was too tick to my taste but I'm not going to disqualify because i don't like but other people love this consistency. Baked potato my favorite vegetable perfectly cooked. Service was faster than in other @Norms for the main plate. Ask for the garlic butter kudos for the kitchen making food of quality. Thanks for the service. Price is fair, and amount of food is ok.

Lupita was a very attentive and welcoming server. I felt very at home with her and will definitely be back again.

Slightly busy when I visited. Generally good food Generally good service, unless a huge party comes in to fill up the long table. Wait times for indoor dining can be insane!!! Food price is average to decent. It's usually quite clean, but they often miss the seats. Late nights on weekends can become busy with the after-party crowd. Once in awhile (at night) the local druggies will use the bathroom; I remember the sheriffs had to come for one instance lol but I'm not worried. There is only 1 thing that absolutely wasn't edible at Norm's, it was their Alfredo sauce lol, it was just straight bad when I ordered it, I would've been happier with a random grocery store jar of sauce. Bigger Better Breakfast is always reliable. The half pound burgers are tasty! The crispy chicken sandwiches are amazing. The 75th Anniversary menu has good stuff on it. Overall, a reliable place to eat with friends and family. I definitely recommend Norm's for a casual meal when you're feeling hungry.
I wanted to stop by for the $5.99 deals but realized it was Friday and it was only available Monday through Thursday. I ebbed up getting the 4 course meal deal. Ib ordered the fish and chips. Today, Cinco de Mayo, I chose to eat meatloaf with bacon and grilled mushroom beef gravy with mashed potatoes and a soupy corn vegetable side. Not busy but they seemed to only have one waitress and one waiter who was not in uniform. The waitress was pleasant but not entirely friendly. Okay, the soup was the best thing I ate there today, and it was a spicy Gumbo. The green salad had very little dressing, I asked for more. The meatloaf was dry and the gravy was very salty. It's usually pretty good, but not today! Additionally, I ordered my mom one of the Mother's Day Specials for 24.99, it consisted of 1/2 a pound filet mignon, chicken straps, 4 fried shrimp, and a baked potato. The special included a piece of Tres leches cake. My mom enjoyed the steak, but the side of soupy corn was a miss for me.

The service at this restaurant was terrible, the hosts and waitresses seemed disinterested in their jobs. I understand it’s Christmas Eve, but they should still strive to provide a welcoming and attentive service. Throughout our meal, our waitress neglected to refill our drinks, and we had to ask for boxes and the check. Despite the restaurant not being particularly busy, she spent most of her time conversing with her coworkers in the back.
