Great drinks and great food right over the music place called turning point, so you can eat before you see live music.

The food is wonderful and servers are pleasant. Plus the view outside is wonderful and charming.

Just had drinks at the bar, but the bartender was super nice. LOVED the colored salt for margaritas! Wish I got a pic of that

Amazing shrimp ceviche. Drinks are very good especially the Cadillac Margarita. Service is on point.

My wife and I recently visited Piermont for a few days and ordered takeaway from Tequila Sal y Limon a couple of times. Very tasty, affordable (especially compared to places nearby!), they gave good pickup time estimates and were very courteous. We tried the chimichangas, quesadillas, burritos, and queso fundido. All of them were delicious. I wasn't as big of a fan of the guacamole, but the salsa was tasty, and they gave generous amounts of chips and salsa with the orders. Will definitely eat here again next time we visit!

If I can say anything bad about this place this review would be completely out of line that being said. The staff the atmosphere. Is great they make you feel like you’re at home with great service. Every time I go there it’s nothing but the best the food is to die for instead of going to the gym once a week I go here i absolutely love this place we always sit at the table for two near the bar against the wall if your the owner reading this I hope you know who is writing this review because you trained your staff unbelievable

Been looking for a good Mexican spot. Finally found my go to spot. The restaurant is situated in a cute town with a vacay town vibe with good outdoor seating. The food is fresh and drinks are delicious. Service is good and they end your meal with Baileys drink on the house. We had chipotle shrimp, enchiladas verde and flan. Everything was great taste, portions and the price. The salsa and chips they give you when you enter is really delicious. No complaints, for sure coming back here.

We enjoyed a wonderful lunch! Guacamole was chunky and served like a tower with chips. Salsa was tasty without too much cilantro which I hate. I had three soft tacos with ground beef which were delicious.

You can eat in, on the porch or depending on time tables are set on the sidewalk We eat here when we are in Piermont..Delicious food, service is great, Mexican or Salsa music keeps it lively. Serving size are generous, take home. I had beef tacos,.beef burrito & cheese enchilada, rice & beans, tasty. My wife had grilled chicken salad in a thin crusted edible basket. It's a can't miss. There are appetizers, soups seafood. Kids meals.

This restaurant hit the spot! It felt like going to someone’s home and enjoying a family meal. The steak was like butter and the ranchero sauce was everything. I hope we get a chance to visit it again soon.

Best location they have in Rockland. Service is attentive and fast, the food is fresh and delicious, and sitting outside on the balcony is a beautiful experience on a cool summer night! Highly recommend.

Great services and food was really delicious. My gf and I decided to try this spot out without looking at any reviews. We loved the quac and chips so much that we asked for a refill!! Seafood paella was delicious but the seafood was just a tad overcooked.

I've had lunch here several times. I heartily recommend eating outside in spring and summer. Never had a bad meal there! The bar inside is nice as well.

I enjoy this Mexican restaurant, located over the Turning Point in Piermont,NY. Food is always good, drinks are tasty, sitting up on the porch chatting with friends and looking down the street is pleasant!

Good service, good drinks, food was ok. Got the beef fajitas they weren't that tasty, needed more salt and seasoning (I rarely think restaurant food needs extra salt). I'd eat here again but could get something different. Tequila sunrise drinks were good.

The place was great! First time there. The dishes and atmosphere were authentic. The Queso Appetizer rocked my taste buds. The service was on point as well. Good stuff. I'd go again for sure. I wouldn't order the steak with cheese. Too many peppers. But if I liked peppers it'd be great.

A nice calm hang out spot, with both indoor and outdoor seating available. The restaurant is little far from the water view it it’s only couple of minutes walk from riverfront. I was happy with the menu and the food they served. But the taste didn’t match up-to my expectation, was seeking somewhat better quality, for the location where it’s at. I'm Latino of Central American parents and I can honestly say the only thing authentic is the staff. That's it. Drinks were very watered down. Food was ok nothing to write home about and the service was just satisfactory. There's an American restaurant immediately underneath. I'll try them next might be better food and drink.

Nice service, pretty location, decent Mexican food. The guacamole was fresh and creamy but lacked pizzazz, the ceviche was pretty but just had shrimp and avocado, and the margaritas had salt colored like the Mexican flag. Kind of cautious, suburban fare, but cute. Good place to bring picky kids or midwestern grandparents.

I had a taco salad I didn’t want any meat and I had a glass of sangria.. The waitress was very nice but didn’t see her enough, so I asked a waiter if we could have more cheese he looked at me and said they did give you cheese pointing to the 3 little pieces so I said that’s not enough and he said he would get more and never did. The salad was missing something I just can’t remember what and my sangria was tasting different as well.

Mediocre and overpriced food. Waiter was disinterested and seemed preoccupied, cleaning tables while leaving us to wait for service, then ignoring us while we waited for the check. The bill included a credit card charge even though we wanted to pay in cash. With no wait staff available, we just overpaid in frustration so we could leave.

Since the AC smells bad, we sat outside, looking at the nice views. The service was good. I ordered seafood Quesadilla because they don't have the shrimp taco, which is unusual. I could not even finish the half of my portion because they're too salty. Beef taco was not so impressive as well.

I would be surprised if the food wasn't frozen. There was no taste to the rice or beans the only thing decent was the beef. Food came out a couple minutes after ordering and was practically tasteless. If you're looking for anything better go to taco bell.

If you are looking for some good Mexican food keep looking. The margaritas tasted very watered down, and the tacos were nothing special at all. The refried beans were so watery they almost seemed like a soup.

This place has great food, and we went on a nice day so we could sit outside. However the service was so surly and heavy-footed that it ruined everything else. Not even the most basic courtesies of food service, such as greeting the customer, even smiling, were not observed. If it were busy this could be excused, but it was not.

Food is alright. If you looking for a great authentic Mexican food, keep looking though. Service is bad. Had to wait, and remind the waiter for everything: drinks, ordered meal, bill, to go box (however that was just a habit, we tossed out the leftover, didn’t want to experience it again) Extra charge for CC. Lunch was horrible. Place ran out of rice !! A Mexican Restaurant that ran out of rice!! The option was 'sautéed vegetables' which was canned vegetables. Food was not hot nor did it taste authentic.

I'm writing this as I sit on their outdoor porch on a Friday night. I hate to give a bad review but both the service and food were the most lackluster I've had in over a decade. I'm pretty sure they could have served a photograph of the food and it would have tasted the same. I could have tolerated disdainful service or the bland food but not both. Especially on a porch that makes you worry it will collapse each time someone walks by.

Worst Mexican food ever! Even Taco Bell has better burritos. The waitress had no knowledge of the menu, when I asked for the cheese nacho she had no idea about what I was talking about. Bad service+bad food = NEVER COMING BACK.

This was the $9 microwaved nachos. The atmosphere is nice but the staff are not and the food reflects.

I was highly disappointed by this place. The tacos came in a hard shell. The shells were basically what I buy at the store for taco night at home. The enchiladas same flavor tortilla yellow corn. I strongly feel if they are going to charge so much for the food they should be more authentic. Nothing about this place is near authentic.

If you were looking for costcos frozen taquitos this is the place to go! If you actually wanted mexican food run!!!! But the ice is cold so thats a plus on a hot summer day.

Horrible service sadly despite the decent reviews. We were treated rudely from beginning to end. We ordered appetizer, drinks, three adult entrees even though we had a child with us. Dine at your own risk. We were highly shocked and let down. Had never encountered such unfortunate service. (They had a lot of staff members and it was NOT crowded) oh and the hard taco dish was completely mushy. This fell apart completely the moment you tried to eat them. Drinks were weak and literally slammed on the table. :(
