The rustic, family-friendly atmosphere, combined with the quality of the produce and the beauty of the surrounding landscape, make this a perfect destination for those seeking authenticity, relaxation, and good food. For three years now, we have been guests of Samuele, Lucia, and the farm dog Many with our two children during the summer holidays. We enjoy the peace and quiet and the slow pace of life on the farm, surrounded by fields, meadows, forests, and mountains. The Black Angus cattle that live on the farm sometimes come right up to the fence of the on-site pool, which is available to guests free of charge and can be used all day long. The apartments are tastefully furnished in typical local style and are very clean and tidy. An absolute highlight is the restaurant, which is run by Samuele, Lucia, and their team with great commitment and attention to detail. The food is excellent and second to none. The people at the Fontandrone farm are friendly and very helpful. The same goes for the people down in Pieve Santo Stefano. We would definitely love to come back and are already looking forward to our next visit.

This is an amazing restaurant that is truly farm to table as they raise their own Angus beef. The antipasti are excellent as is the pasta. The Brignoli with white duck ragu is amazing. The beef is cooked to perfection. This is one of our new Tuscan favorites. Service is excellent too... Be sure to make a reservation.

Discovered by chance while returning from the Franciscan sanctuary of La Verna Excellent welcome, and all the staff were kind. We had two first courses, one with Angus ragù from their own herd. The stuffed zucchini flowers were superb. The dessert, made on site, was superb. Definitely worth considering, both for dining and for staying overnight in one of the three apartments available. Overall, an excellent experience, worth repeating.

We took a tour of the Sanctuary of La Verna and on our way up we noticed this agriturismo. On our way back from the sanctuary, we stopped in, having booked ahead of time by phone! I focused on the typical Tuscan dishes of that area, so I went for the acquacotta and ribollita. A few Tuscan crostini never hurt! I have to say, everything was really good. Exceeded expectations. Excellent service and friendly staff. I had a chat with the owner, who was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. They have garlic, and we bought some to see if we could grow it at home! It's a truly unique garlic. With huge cloves and less invasive than traditional garlic! Good prices. Highly recommended!

Biker dinner. We had a wonderful and plentiful meal. The homemade cured meats and meats are excellent. The place is truly beautiful, the staff is attentive and welcoming. For what we ate, the prices are very reasonable. If you're riding a motorcycle, be careful of the downhill dirt road.

We stopped at this beautiful agriturismo on our way to the La Verna sanctuary, and it was a delightful surprise. The place is nestled in the tranquility of the countryside, and the interior is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The service was prompt, and all the dishes we ordered were excellent (mixed Tuscan antipasto, Angus carpaccio, stuffed zucchini flowers, Angus tagliata, etc.). I saw fabulous Angus ribeyes being served at nearby tables! From what I gathered, all the meat is sourced from their own farm. The bill was more than reasonable. We'll definitely be returning.

Con una parte della famiglia che veniva dalla Romagna e un'altra da Perugia abbiamo deciso di ritrovarci a metà strada a pranzo in questa bellissima valle fra Pieve Santo Stefano e Chiusi della Verna. Abbiamo optato per il menù fisso a 35€ cadauno che comprendeva antipasto misto con un capocollo eccezionale, due primi ravioli e bringoli, tagliata di carne di loro produzione con cipolle e patate, crostata e dolcetto con vinsanto più acqua e vino.Tutto ottimo ma con una menzione particolare alla tagliata perché raramente capita di trovare carne di qualità così elevata , alla faccia di Salt Bae e tutti i suoi simili

Bel agriturismo vicino al paese di Pieve Santo Stefano. Ottimi piatti a base di carne di Angus, proveniente dal proprio allevamento. Ma oltre a qst ottimi e gustosi piatti all'insegna della cucina toscana. Noi ci siamo fermati x caso xchè di passaggio, ma devo dire che siamo proprio stati contenti. Buonissimo servizio, bel locale, porzioni medio-abbondanti, prezzi nella norma.

Ristorante con terrazza e vetrata circondata da alberi, con poca vista. Consigliato prenotare. Antipasti tipici di qualità medio bassa, buona la ribollita anche se fuori stagione. Primi poco interessanti, abbondanti con scarso condimento. Piatto forte di questo ristorante è la carne delle mucche al pascolo nell'agriturismo stesso. Noi l'abbiamo mangiata con tartufo che in agosto non è un granché, quindi riduceva piuttosto che aumentare il sapore della carne. Servizio rapido, gentile e informale. Prezzo nella media della zona.

Ho dovuto dare due stelle per i seguenti motivi: Troppi troppi insetti, anche pericolosi e numerosi(calabroni), tutti i tavoli si voltavano o si alzavano di scatto, noi pure in più occasioni! Allo stesso orario in altri posti all'aperto in campagna siamo stati e non è mai successo!!! Secondo motivo grave il personale:troppo distratto (non ci ha portato il vino) maleducato: al momento del conto non mi guarda mai in faccia e non mi chiede come è andata (da Arezzo a San sepolcro e a Pieve tutti ci hanno offerto caffè o cantucci qui figurati). Inoltre non esiste che siamo noi fin dall'inizio a dovere chiedere ogni cosa. Manca organizzazione e serenità in questo posto. Cucina cmq buona ma non eccezionale ho mangiato meglio senza fare nomi in posti qui vicino senza insetti personale gentile e pagando meno.

Purtroppo le alte aspettative sono state ampiamente deluse. L’unica cosa buona è l’antipasto con ottimi salumi. Abbiamo poi ordinato una fiorentina di kg 1.100, cottura media , piena di nervi … dura ben lontana dagli standard. Abbiamo manifestato il nostro disappunto e delusione facendo notare il notevole scarto di nervi nel piatto ma abbiamo ricevuto la massima indifferenza. Patate al forno mediocre. 1 l. Vino sfuso e acqua Speso 82 €.

Three of us stopped by on our way back from La Verna on August 16, 2025. We hadn't booked, and when we arrived at 1:20 PM, they told us we'd have a table within 10 minutes. That's exactly what happened, but unfortunately, we had to wait 30 minutes to order, another 30 minutes for our appetizers, and about 40 minutes for our first courses. If they'd told us we'd have to wait that long for our food, we certainly wouldn't have stopped. The food was good, but the service was far from satisfactory.
