I feel bad leaving a negative review because most of the employees are very friendly. My kids love getting happy meals on Fridays as a treat, but as of late it seems like there is always an issue. We are either getting pulled over at the drive thru and waiting to be served cold food, dealing with a long wait times, or being told the soda machine doesn't work. Its really a shame they can't get their act together. Its the only fast food place around so they could really make a killing. Again, the employees are great. It really seems to be a management/upper management problem. I have even heard a manager yelling at the employees on the druve thru speaker before.

Went through drive-thru this morning 12/30/25. This older lady with a manager name tag gets mad because I guess I asked for more ores than she liked even though I paid the extra money for it… customer service very rude… I’m surprised because the area is beautiful!

I don't know who owns this location but your employees are ignoring your customers completely. Went in today at 12:15 for lunch. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes no one acknowledged that I was there. They had plenty of time laughing, making custom shakes for themselves and running around the counter telling each other that they need to find Jesus. Come on. When I finally saw an adult woman dressed in blue I assumed it was the manager and she would address the situation. Instead she joined in as if she was a little kid. Won't return!!

Ordered bacon egg and cheese value meal bagel with orange juice.... Orange juice was watered down... Asked for replacement was given basically the same thing... Left parking lot poured out Orange Juice... Went to Stewart's and bought a Tropicana.. Just so I can actually have orange juice

You wait in line 2 and a WHOLE LINE of new people in line 1 get there order taken and food and we still didnt get to order Skip here and go to the next town

Absolutely slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. You can order 1 cheeseburger and a small fry and they still will ask you to pull forward to a spot and it takes 5-6 minutes for them to come out. No matter what time of day you show up.

Ordered breakfast around 9:50am, waited their until 10:45am. I was watching people come in Order their food and leave with it. Ended up walking out without my food and without a refund.

Why have 2 lines on the drive thru if you are not able to serve both. Watched cars pull up and get their food before I could even order. Then I get the wrong food. Definitely not a quick stop.

I live in town and come here when I have to. Food is meh, service is meh, and it's just overall such a sad experience. I know it's fast food and a McDonald's, but for as much as they charge it should be at the very minimum decent. This location just sucks. I got a double cheeseburger with lettuce and tomato and in the picture you can see what I got. Plus, I said no pickle and got pickle. The lettuce is wilted, probably about 3 leafy greens and the tomatoes look like they were cut and put on the burger 2 weeks ago. Just overall a terrible experience. Doesn't matter what time you show up here, it's always the same quality. Avoid this place unless you honestly have to get food. And even then, DO NOT have your hopes high. One of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to, and again, unfortunately, it's in my town where I live.

This place used to be attentive and clean. And it is neither for the past several visits. Almost all tables dirty. Empty napkin dispensers. Table tents always empty. Receipt printer empty. Meanwhile folks standing around behind the counter. July 26 1:30pm

This place should be ashamed. Every time we have gone here, there is an issue with our order. Today, we went and placed an order inside at the kiosk. We were left to wait at counter for 15 min and never once acknowledged. The supervisor just threw our bag up on the counter and walked away. Upon checking the bags noted two items missing. Waited another 5 min for her to come back to the counter to notify her. She obtained the items and again just threw them on the counter, without apologies, and walked off. Nothing stocked in the dining area. Could not even obtain a straw and definitely wasn't waiting again for an excessive time. I don't expect 5 star dining but for what is charged for fast food, I do expect accuracy and to receive what I pay for. Basic customer service isn't even afforded here. Management should be ashamed.

I feel really bad about giving a negative review, but this place is supposed to be a fast food restaurant, but it's unfortunate to know that's not the case. They always give you cold food or you have to wait. So I tried to order on my phone, but unfortunately, my order was canceled. I was ordering some breakfast food and I felt upset because I still had time to place my order. I went to the restaurant to complain. I also had to wait a little longer because there was no one in charge. I asked for the manager to be called, and she did arrive, but I also had to wait a little longer. Apparently, no one in that place has time for customer service. And it's a shame to say this, but it's unfortunate because a manager's presentation has to set an example for others. Her clothes were very wrinkled, and I think that's why there's no order at that McDonald's. In the end nothing was resolved, they are just going to give me my money back.
