The space was clean, nice staff, and food was good. Self service machines not an option due to covid. Dinning inside is avaliable. They clean every table before you sit or after you leave.

This store has friendly workers, good service, and a nice vibe that is hard to put into words. It's a very nice place to eat a quick meal and read the news! The manager sets the mood! She and the young man who seems to be the night manager genuinely like the young people who work there, and they treat them well. The entire system works well! RR

It is a very nice fast-food chain.It is always clean and neat.However sometimes this "fast food" serves "slow food" which means sometimes it's not very fast and doesn't meet your expectations in service.

They were good and polite. There's always something wrong with my order and how I ordered something but they are great with rectifying it.

This is the only fast food restaurant in the small town. The staff is always very friendly and usually eager to assist. I have had a few complaints and management has always made things right. The lobby is always clean and there's an outdoor dining area as well. There's no play place for kids but it's still kid friendly.

This places has treated me well every time I’ve been here minus the one time one of the managers seemed to be having a bad day and was giving everyone (customers and other employees) a hard time. Today, I ordered a hot coffee in the middle of the night so they brewed a fresh pot and Hallie brought it right to me in front of the store when it was ready. Much appreciated!

It's McDonald's. What bothered me the most is the kiosk was extremely slow. At one point, I almost walked away since it was not responding. It took a full minute and half to confirm my selection. It seemed every window after that was taking at least a minute. So what should have taken (2) minutes took 7 to 10 minutes! Clearly, something was amiss. There wasn't even a line at the kiosk or cash register. This was on July 20th early afternoon. The food was fine and noticed the fries had salt on them. Fries need at least a little salt to enhance the potatoes. It's akin to putting salt on watermelon.

It was a Friday night and there is nothing for kids to do,so they hang in the lobby and do destructive things and the management on this particular evening just allowed them to be destructive and disruptive as a senior citizen,I felt very uncomfortable..I think they should be asked to leave and if they continue that behavior they should be banned from the store

Place very busy at noon time, not enough help it seems. Big mac fries and milk shake cost 2 dollars more than 3 other different MacDonald's I stopped at this year. There big mac not as good as other 3. Special sauce different or lack of.

Tables were dirty and sticky. After an hour I finally saw someone clean them. The interior was relatively empty the entire time. Fries were burnt and unsalted. I can't wait for automation to take over this role.

I've been stopping at Ellenville McDonald's a few times a week for either breakfast or dinner. It seems like breakfast takes much longer than dinner. Today's visit was particularly slow. It took over 10 minutes to receive my order after placing it at the drivethru speaker. I wouldn't normally complain, but it seems to be a frequently occurring problem. The staff is usually very friendly, though.

I go here alot the staff is usually really welcoming if you come inside some of the managers are.nice others are very rude. I believe a manager named Nicole her name is , she is an amazing manager store is always perfect when she is there managing the staff.

The drivethrough got our drink order wrong, and when we tried to correct it it turned out that the machine was broken anyway. The people were all really nice, even though it seemed chaotic in there. The food was honestly not the best McDonald's I've ever had. Overall, the service was the best part. The place was pretty clean, but we were taking our food to go so that didn't do much for us.

Most of the staff are nice, but on the off chance a mistake is made with an order (on the staff's end), the management can be quite rude, dependent on who it is. The inside has gotten the modern McDonald's treatment and looks quite nice. Other than that, there is nothing particularly notable about this location.

They never get your order right, they either forget stuff or they don't do your special order right eg:no onions. The fries are never fresh, they are usually soggy and cold. The drive threw is always wrapped around the building all the way to the street.

Not a good review! After giving my order Drive thru lane did not move at all for 5 minutes I had put my car in Park. The speaker asked again for my order and I asked why the line isn't moving, no response. When it did move although slowly we finally reached the pick up window we received our order and my coffee was supposed to have cream and Slenda on the side. We pulled away and realized there's was no cream or Splenda and I had to walk back to the pick up window. When I got back in my car a McDonald's employee with a bag in her hand asked if we ordered Doughnut Sticks, which we didn't. What a mixed up business experience. Then when around the corner when we stopped to open our food which was the wrong order it was almost cold including my coffee. I been using McDonald's for over 50 years and this was the worst experience ever.

I mean it’s good for a quick bite. The staff for the most part is friendly but other times I’ll get yelled at or given an attitude just for ordering there. They are insanely slow. In fact I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich meal at around 11am and there was not a person in the place, yet it took me 40 minutes to get my food. RIDICULOUS! They really need to hire some new staff. The place is also always dirty.

Every time I come here there’s always an issue. We are always asked to pull up which I understand it’s usually a larger order. But what isn’t acceptable is when our order comes out wrong and we try and go in to get it fixed and are given an attitude and told we are wrong that they didn’t get it wrong. We were missing 3 items and sauce on our sandwich. The employee that was supposed to be helpful was extremely rude and gave us an attitude because they messed up.

This location is going downhill fast. They get orders wrong, even with a computer relaying them. It's taking longer and longer to get food through the Drive-Thru. Out of all their employees, maybe 2 have good attitudes. The rest walk and talk like they don't want to live, much less work. Not worth it anymore.

I've lived by this McDonald's since they put it in ellenville maybe.....35 years ago??. I very rarely complain about mych.. but for the last few years I have to call the McDonald's complaint line... I have no idea what happened but things range from hair in food to 75% of getting the order correct... but what really gets me is how they make you pull over and park, wait, and they bring it out..for a drink only, a chess burger only.. you have to check your order the second you get it, because more than likely, after all that waiting understandably, you'll still have to get out of your car and correct your order...you don't want to pick up food for you or your family at home, and find out that your food isn't what you ordered... and I can't figure out why this is happening. I don't know why this is always happening..also..theres no light and you could spend up to 5 to 10 minutes pulling out of the McDonald's...ugh..fast food is bad enough, but this place is beyond horrible...

Horrible managers and employees, don’t trust them with your money! In ellenville high school, there is an annual fundraiser that allows people to buy discount cards from the students that are good for local businesses. This year there was a discount where if you buy a large sandwich, you get one free. This has worked many times before except once when a manager told me I couldn’t use it for a specific sandwich and to choose another, before I paid. Last night, instead of telling me that I couldn’t use the card, the cashier charged me for two sandwiches then refused to give me my receipt. When I confronted him, he said that the manager will fix it at the next window. Instead, the manager told me to pull up to the curb. I asked him about why I was charged twice and he said that the card is not valid for the sandwich I ordered. Instead of apologizing for charging me without my consent, he pretty much said too bad and walked away. The manager in question was a short man with Latin descent, and the cashier was named Chris.

Waited 20 minutes, parked in the spot they told me too. Got out of the car. Woman working the window asked what was wrong. I told her I didnt get my food. Got back in the car. Waited till my " timed receipt " showed that 30 minutes had gone by. Walked in. Was told that they gave my food to someone else. Gave them my receipt to look at. Another 10 minutes to get the food. They said sorry. I said " I'm sure I'll be right back in 2 minutes " I was back .. because 9 out of 10 times I go there, the order's wrong. No fries this time.. dont $3 meals come with fries? Too bad I'll probably go there again.. with kids, its hard not to...

This place NEVER get a simple order right! Ask for chicken nugget happy meal with boy toy (got a girl toy). Asked for 2 caramel frappes and got two (mocha). I've given them the benefit of the doubt, been here a few times and each time they mess it up all together!

Ellenville McDonald's is the worst. They never get my order right and they don't give the kids thier happy meal toys not to mention constantly having to go back because they are always forgetting something I ordered it sucks. I love that they are giving the young teens opportunities to work but they need better management to help train these young kids right because 90% of the time everyone's orders isn't correct.

It's been at least four years since I last ordered from the drive-thru at McDonald's in Ellenville. Now I remember why. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich that was so tough and dry I could have used it as a frisbee. I also ordered a side order of McNuggets that were dry and hard as a hockey puck. Horrible, horrible food! Sometimes we need a reminder why we stop patronizing certain establishments.

This has got to be the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The food is literally slipped together, cold and just nasty. I've lived in the area for 11 years. Been there only about 10 times. And I can honestly say I dont think I've ever been there without somethng going wrong. I am editing due to latest experience. DO NOT USE ONLINE MOBILE APP! Been a headache. 2nd time this has happened yet this time is much more annoying. Ordered money was processed yet for some reason it didn't work for the store so now almost 20 dollars is sitting in Limbo until McDonald's cancels the transaction fully. Going on 48 hours in Limbo. Will not be using the App from this point on. It's more a nuisance than helpful.

The manager Carrie does not take customer service into account when the item you want is not on the machine you use to order. Also as a note the machines do not print out receipts. Nicole charged me $0.54 for about a tea spoon of Mac sauce.The cashier Xavier was young and you can tell he only wanted to do his job but sadly with people like Carrie managing him I can only hope that he learns that customer service isn't always about how much money you can make off of a customer! I can only hope that the store manager Nicole is more of a people person and isn't as rude as Carrie was. Btw just the burger which was plain, cost over $8 that's why I'm as upset as I am having been charged for the mac sauce!

Ordered a big Mac, with 1/4 patties, the girl at the drive threw didn't know how to do it, maybe new, but charged me for the special order, and I got home, with same big Mac I always get....got me mad, because I got charged an extra for the patties, but didnt get them... Nasty. I always have a problem when I come here. I placed a mobile order for my mother in law to pick up and no where on the mobile app says the phone has to be there when Picking it up. But when she gets there they won’t give it to here because the phone that placed the order isn’t there. What if the phone died?? What if we left it at home? Doesn’t make sense and the lady had a nasty attitude. Fix your mobile ordering system and get some better employees

Evey single time I visit this McDonald's they mess up our order. And I'm not even lying it's every time that I'm either waiting outside for curbside for over 20 minutes, or they forgot about me waiting for food in the drive thru pull off. But the way they put sandwiches together and forget things or put things we don't want is terrible. I can understand messing up once or twice but in the past 6 months they messed up every single time I brought my child. Even he says Mom, I hope they don't mess up again. That's sad. I wrote to the manager but nothing ever happened of course.

Today I had the worst experience at McDonalds using drive thru. The staff was really racist when I asked for a Spanish speaking person. They said nobody could help even though I was willing it speak in English. They did not want to talk to us or hear me just because i asked the simple question. It’s sad to see this type of situations in 2023. I hope they can really realize how bad this can make people feel. I am shocked that with the people that work at this place. Please be more human and be careful with this people.

The bathrooms here are very un private. You can see through the cracks and crevices of the bathroom doors very clearly. It is not private and disrespectful to ppl who are using the facilities. Someone should address the bathrooms immediately so that ppl using the toilet, not the urinal, have the appropriate privacy! Very concerning.

I went through the drive thru tonight in my way home from rehab. I didn’t open my bag right away and found that I had been given someone else’s food. When I called to tell them I have food I didn’t order I was met with a sarcastic and rude person named Chris who told me to drive back in 22 degree weather to give them back their food. I’ve experienced getting the wrong or missing food from this place before but I have never experienced such disregard and dismissiveness before. Customer service was lacking
