I’ve been eating Yangs a couple of weekends monthly for over a year. This review is way overdue. I love their steam pork dumplings and orange chicken. I’ve tried other places in a nearby town and nothing compares to Yangs. And every time Ive picked up the food the woman at the register is always so kind. I hear some people think they’re not the cheapest, but they are the most delicious within an hour radius of Kerhonkson lol. Also,they’ve always prepared my food within 10 minutes or so, and it’s so fresh, I’ve literally picked up the food and opened the container like 20 min later and the food is still hot. That’s amazing. Most places the food gets cold fast. My boyfriend buys dishes I can’t pronounce or even spell but he’s never had a complaint about the dishes he tries from them. Thank you Yangs for feeding my weekend binges. 😂🥰

The food is So fresh ! The restaurant is so clean ! Good , fair portions. And somehow a yummy meal for family of 4 was ready in about 10-12 min. Here a veggie fried rice or lomein doesn’t mean some old frozen peas & carrots squares tossed in. Real carrot slices, broccoli, even zucchini! The owner was nice enough to toss in fortune cookies and candies for the kids too. I’m way too excited. I really was convinced I just didn’t like Chinese food anymore until tonight. Definitely the best place in the Ellenville- Napanoch - Kerhonkson area!

We order from Yang's almost weekly while we spend the summer months at the local campground. We've enjoyed many of their dishes and haven't been disappointed. The staff is friendly and helpful.. And the prices are reasonable.

The food is always good, made fast and fresh and the service is great. One time they called to tell me my husband had left his wallet behind! Not everyone is honest these days so we really appreciated that. We’re lucky to have them here in Kerhonkson!

It's the only Chinese takeout place in that town. If it feels the job of being Chinese takeout food the food is fine typical Chinese takeout. Been going there for over 20 years. Good egg rolls

I have to say since they have changed owners, the quality of the food isn't what it used to be. I remember the original family that would have their children doing their homework at the table at their restaurant. Sweet family. But definitely not the same since they handed over the reins to the new peeps. I go because they are local.

ever since COVID, their food is iffy. You can get a terrible meal or a decent one, but it hasn't been consistent nor very good. All of their chicken dishes use breaded, fried chicken, which they never used to do. Last week my Mom and I got cashew chicken. the chicken was breaded and fried, it's just supposed to be stir fried, happened also with a different chicken dish I ordered in the past too. Also the cashew chicken was horribly salty, we both threw ours away. Too expensive to do that, the quality has really gone downhill and it's not consistent anymore. It's a shame, it's used to be good food.

Go to China house in Ellenville. They cook cleaner and quality is on par. I put a photo w the amount of oil my food had in it. It was like putting motor oil to your lips.

They got my order all mixed up & what I did come home with was disgusting don't ever order general too shrimp
