Il Paradiso Pizza and Restaurant

Wow. Just wow. The gentleman behind the counter was top notch. My girlfriend and I each ordered a sub and let me say…blew my socks off. The flavor, quality, everything about this visit was 5 stars. From the outside it seemed more a pizza joint, but when you sit down and take that first bite you’ll feel like you’re in a palace. Highly recommend. Seriously. Kudos to the staff. By the way, Pastrami Hero with fries and Italian Combo is what we ordered. Seriously, the Pastrami will blow your socks off.

Best eggplant parm hero I've ever had, period. And my companion's meal, sausage + pepper + onion parm with penne/red sauce, was also excellent. Quantity was huge--we took home more than enough for another meal each--and total price was about $32. This place can't be beat and we'll be back.

Atmosphere was fine (warm and stuffy, but pizza places and restaurants in general usually are). Service was great, very friendly. But the pizza quality has declined since we last ate there (which was probably 15 years ago by now). It was just "okay", nothing special, especially for the price, which, I get it, everything is expensive right now, but $6 for bacon as a topping seems extreme when you can get a package of less harmful and still excellent turkey bacon at the store for less than that! I was pretty stunned by the final cost of two pizzas with toppings — over $50. I understand now why we don't get takeout hardly ever, but this was a treat, we worked hard in the yard yesterday!

The food is good the atmosphere is great but the girls are too concerned with their cell phones.

Not a good experience. Ever go into a restaurant feeling very hungry and leave feeling even hungrier. To the point… after 45 minutes after giving our order… nothing….not even the server coming over to give us updates… had to go and find her… the usual response…”your order will be out shortly.” After 45 minutes, hungrier than ever but no longer willing to wait another minute. Then the server asked if we wanted to make the order to go… if that was the case we would’ve made the order TO GO. Shame because we had stopped by numerous times to get some slices, which were always very good. It’s all fun and games… until… bad service leaves everyone with a sour taste in one’s mouth. 🎶🎶Bye…Bye … Miss American Pizza Pie🎶🎶

Usually amazing pizza, long time customer my favorite spot. Disappointed in my last visit. Overcooked pizza, and got charged for a large but received a medium.

We order often and usually have a good experience. This time the meat lasagna was like one layer. It tasted good, but was not at all what we expect. When I called to talk to the manager, he was polite but said I had to bring back the food to get my money back. I'm not making a second trip, spending my time and money to get a refund for poor product.

Spent 50 dollars on calamari which was soggy, chewy and seemed to be all squid circles out of a frozen bag. The pizza that was flavorless, completely underwhelming and too big for the box. The woman over the phone was short and not very personable. I asked for a Ceasar salad and she asked what type of dressing id like... uh, Ceasar? The salad wasn't supposed to have chicken and low and behold there was chicken. If you're charging people like the other establishments in town that have much better pizza and personable service, you should be on par or exceed their standards. I've come here numerous times and it's been hit or miss. This time was especially disappointing because we have to budget our "eating out" and it was extremely disappointing.

I ordered a toasted salami sandwich from here. Thought no wrong could be done with something so simple. Well, they decided to throw in literally gray/green salami that tasted like it's been bad. I traveled for a night in town and this was the meal awaiting me considering I'm not from the area. Two bites and tasted off. I removed the bread to find this. Then I picked off most of the salami. Tried to eat whatever was left but could not stomach it. Only ate about a sixth of the sandwich. It was really gross and I've been feeling gross for the past 24 hours. Someone else purchased this for me while on my travel up. The person whom I was traveling with ordered a meatball sub, and told me their meatballs were not cooked all the way through, but again, this was our dinner for the night. They ended up not finishing their meal and feeling unwell as well to the point where they had gotten the runs a few hours later. Not only did I waste almost 30 dollars here on food that made me sick but that was literally our dinner for the night before staying up all night feeling awful. Never again will I trust to get food from here again when food safety isn't even a priority.

Very disappointing service. Waited an hour plus just to receive my garden salad, which wasn’t even served with a fork! Can’t rate the hot food because it never came. No apologies until I inquired about the food a few times in order to get a single response. No manager check-in. Very disappointing. It’s a shame because I’ve heard that their food is good, but never got to try it. Was told that they were very busy, but the restaurant was less than half full and others were being served, so I’mnot sure what the issue was. Very disappointing visit. Thus, I don’t recommend this restaurant to others.

I ordered the platter of 50 chicken wings which it was supposed to be half barbecue and half garlic Parmesan. Went to go pick up. Had to wait an hour. When I got home come to find out all the chicken wings were mild spicy. They were so dry it didn’t have any flavor. They put the Garlic oil in a cup!. Like what the hell is that? I was so disappointed. I didn’t even bother to call I was so mad. Guess I will not be ordering chicken wings from there ever.

Ordered 1 large pepperoni pizza 1 large cheese pizza 3 orders of hot wings with extra hot sauce tossed on them was told I was given a special which included two 2 liters of soda I got a Mountain Dew and a Pepsi was told 1 hour for delivery after waiting a hour called and asked when my food would arrive was told that they told me over a hour but my food was on the way another hour passed when my food finally arrived the wings had barely any sauce on them there was 1 two liter of Mountain Dew no Pepsi and I received two Large cheese pies instead of 1 Large cheese and 1 large pepperoni 1 of the pizzas was folded in half in the box so we call back and they say let us make it right we will send the pepperoni pizza wing sauce and your Pepsi but the reason your pizza is folded in half we don’t have big enough boxes weird but ok anyways another hour goes by finally they show up by now my wings are ice cold but no worries they forgot to wing sauce yet again but we got the pepperoni pizza and the Pepsi I’m done with this place this isn’t the first time but it’s certainly the last time I waste money there! I been a loyal customer for years and I gave chances before.
